"Puskesmas adalah suatu unit pelayanan kesehatan yang berada di tingkat kabupaten atau kota yang memberikan pelayanan di suatu wilayah kerja. Kepuasan terhadap pelayanan puskesmas dipengaruhi oleh demografi dan 5 dimensi kepuasan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan masyarakal terhadap pelayanan kesehatan puskesmas di Kecamatan Beji Depok. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif sederhana. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah metode non random accidental sampling. Penelitian dilakukan di Puskesmas Beji. Hasil penelilian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat Beji puas terhadap pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan oleh Puskesmas Beji berdasarkan 5 dimensi kcpuasan, dimensi yang paling tinggi tingkat kepuasannya adalah dimensi empati sebesar 97,2%, dimensi yang paling rendah tingkat kepuasannya adalah dimensi kehandalan sebesar 72,9%. Penelitian ini direkomendasikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan puskesmas sehingga status kesehatan masyarakat Beji Iebih baik dari sebelumnya.

Health care centers (PUSKESMAS) is a unit of health care which located in the district of city to give health service in work area. Satisfaction of health care centers be affected by demography and five level quality of service dimension. This research is aimed to determine the level of community satisfaction towards health care centers (PUSKESMAS) in the District of Beji Depok. The design of this research was used simple description design. The method used by this research is non random sampling method, more specified is accidental sampling. This research was convicted at the health care centers (PUSKESMAS) Beji. The result shows that the civil Community of Beji was satisfied with the health services provided bv health care Centers (PUSKESMAS) Beji based on the five level quality of service dimension, the highest dimension of satisfaction in this research is emphaty dimension 97.2% and the lowest is reliability dimension 72,9%. This research is recommended to improve the health care centers (PUSKESMAS) level quality of services, furthermore the health status of Beji civi community health can be maintained and improved accordingly."

"This book analyses the interface between medicine and colonial society through the lens of gender. Based on hitherto unused primary sources the work traces how since almost the beginning of the nineteenth century the growth of hospital medicine in Bengal created a space, albeit small, for providing Western health care to female patients. It observes that, unlike in the colonial setup, before the advent of hospital medicine women were treated mostly by female practitioners of indigenous therapies who had commendable skill as practitioners. The book also explores the linkages of growth of medical education for women and the role of the Indian reformers as well as British administrators in this process. The manuscript tackles several crucial questions including those of racial discrimination, reproductive health practices, sexual health, famines and mortality, and the role of womens agencies and other organizations in popularizing Western medicine and health care. Thus this work, explores the different processes which contributed towards the shaping of the discursive domain of medicine with a bearing on womens health as well as highlights different dimensions of empirical developments. In the process it enriches our understanding of colonialism, gender, and politics of medicine in the nineteenth and twentieth century in a novel way."
