Family archives are defined as records of activities or events in various forms and media that are made and received by family members in support of family activities. Today, almost all administrative registration activities use family archives, such as the National Identity Number (NIK) and Family Card (KK) number. Family archives are not just documents containing information related to personal data or other family members, but can be documents that integrate various things and can facilitate our activities in various sectors with only one recorded data. The research was conducted in RT.003/RW.07 Sumur Batu, Kemayoran with the aim of research to provide an overview of efforts to protect and save family archives that can be carried out to support the archive awareness movement. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the lack of public knowledge and awareness regarding the protection and rescue of family archives and the lack of socialization of related agencies to the community are the main factors in protecting and saving archives that are not carried out optimally by the community so that it can cause large non-material losses when a disaster occurs."

"This thesis examines the legal protections provided for Minority Shareholders in Family-Owned Company in Indonesia, Germany and Australia. Furthermore, it also examines whether the Company Law has provide a sufficient legal protections for Minority Shareholders in Indonesia Family-Owned Company after comparing it with an equivalent regulation in Germany and Australia. Based on the juridicalnormative research which uses statutory and comparative approach, it resulted that there are similarities and differences of Minority Shareholders protection provided by each countries. The similar protection includes: (i) Rights to attend, request and vote in GMS; (ii) Derivative Action; (iii) Rights to Repurchase Shares; (iv) Rights to Inspect the Company; and (v) Winding Up requests. Whereas the different protection includes: (i) Rights on Equal Treatment; (ii) Rights to Appoint and Revoke Management; (iii) Restraint on Contravention; dan (iv) Rights to Information. This thesis concludes that Indonesia has not provide a sufficient legal protection for Minority Shareholders compared to Germany and Australia because of the four protections which have not yet been regulated under the Company Law while such protections shall help provide a more certainty as well as a definite legal basis for Minority Shareholders to obtain their rights in Family-Owned Company. Therefore, this thesis recommends that the protections which have not yet been regulated shall be added to Company Law in order to ensure the rights of Minority Shareholders as well as to reduce oppressive act by Majority Shareholders in Family-Owned Company.
