"Keselamatan pengguna perkantoran harus menjadi pertimbangan utama khususnya terhadap bahaya kebakaran, reruntuhan bangunan gedung tempat dilakukannya aktifitas. Untuk menghindari jatuhnya korban Jika terjadi kondisi bahaya kebakaran ditempat kerja, maka perlu dlketahui persepsi karyawan terhadap proses evakuasi tanggap-darurat bahaya kebakaran ditempat kerja.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi berdasarkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi proses tanggap darurat bahaya kebakaran ditempat kerja PT. XYZ. Dengan diketahuinya hubungan faktor-faktor tersebut diharapkan proses dapat berjalan dengan baik. Disain penelitian ini bersifat Kuantitatif analisis dari hasil kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden, yang kemudian dilakukan pengujian dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS for Windows version 10.0.
Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpilkan bahwa umumnya karyawan PT. XYZ mempunyai persepsi positif terhadap faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi proses tanggap darurat bahaya kebakaran ditempat kerja yaitu diantaranya kebijkan manajemen, proedur perusahaan, keterlibatan seluruh karyawan. Tetapi mempersepsikan negative terhadap komitmen manajemen dan peran tanggung jawab. Dan rata-rata karyawan menunjukkan persepsi yang sama positifnya berdasarkan pendidikan, lama kerja, jabatan dan bagian.
Disarankan untuk meningkatkan komitmen manajemen secara nyata melalui kunjungan lapangan secara berkala, berperan aktif dalam pelatihandan simulasi tanggap darurat. Meningkatkan peran dan tanggung jawab dari karyawan secara aktif dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan K3L / HSE diperusahaan sehingga dengan sendirinya akan mengubah persepsi yang positif dan baik terhadap kinerja dan tempat kerja yang aman dan selamat.

Know a days, Safety for office building user's (tenant) must become main consideration especially to the fire risk, building collapse where activity is executed. Ta avoid numbers of victim if fire in workplace occur, hence need of to know employee's perception fire risk emergency response in workplace.
This research aim is to know perception based on factors which influencing to the fire risk emergency response process in PT, XYZ workplace. By knowing of the relation of the factors, expecting that fire risk emergency response process can run safely. Research Design are Quantitative analysis through questionnaire which distributed to 40 responders, data analyzed by software SPSS Windows version 10.0.
The conclution of this research is generally PT. XYZ employee has positive perspection to factors that fire risk emergency response process in workplace which are management policies, company procedures, involvement of all employee. But, negative perspection due to management commitment and role and responsibility. And an average of employee shows the same positive perception based in education, duration of job and level of job.
Suggested, to improving management visible commitment through job site visit by periodically, improving by involved in training and fire risk emergency simulation. Activated employee role`s and responsibilities in company K3L / HSE activities, so that by it self will change perspection which are positive and safe performance in workplace."

"Bangunan bertingkat tinggi seperti gedung perkantoran yang berlokasi di wilayah padat penduduk dengan aktivitas tinggi seperti DKI Jakarta rentan dan berisiko tinggi terhadap bahaya kebakaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan sistem tanggap darurat kebakaran di gedung kantor PT X berdasarkan elemen dalam NFPA 1600 edisi 2019: Standard on Continuity, Emergency, and Crisis Management dan Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum Nomor 20/PRT/M/2009. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi langsung, serta telaah dokumen perusahaan. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis kesesuaiannya terhadap standar NFPA 1600 edisi 2019 dan Permen PU No. 20/PRT/M/2009. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa total persentase elemen NFPA 1600 edisi 2019 yang terpenuhi sebesar 91,58%, terpenuhi sebagian sebesar 4,49%, tidak terpenuhi sebesar 1,68%, dan tidak dapat diaplikasikan sebesar 2,24%. Sedangkan total persentase elemen Permen PU No. 20/PRT/M/2009 yang terpenuhi sebesar 87,50% dan terpenuhi sebagian sebesar 12,50%. Secara keseluruhan, penerapan sistem tanggap darurat terhadap bahaya kebakaran di gedung kantor PT X sudah baik, namun terdapat beberapa aspek yang perlu dievaluasi kembali oleh perusahaan seperti struktur tim tanggap darurat, penilaian risiko gedung terhadap bahaya kebakaran, serta prosedur pemulihan dari insiden kebakaran.

High-rise buildings such as office buildings located in densely populated areas with high activity such as DKI Jakarta are vulnerable and have a high risk of fire hazard. This study aims to analyze the emergency response preparedness for fire hazards in the PT X office building based on the elements in the 2019 edition of NFPA 1600: Standard on Continuity, Emergency, and Crisis Management and Permen PU Nomor 20/PRT/M/2009. This research design uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. The data used are primary and secondary data collected through interviews, direct observation, and review of company documents. The collected data was analyzed by comparing it with the 2019 edition of the NFPA 1600 standard and Permen PU No. 20/PRT/M/2009. The study results showed that the total percentage of elements of the 2019 edition of NFPA 1600 that were fulfilled was 91.58%, partially fulfilled was 4.49%, not fulfilled was 1.68%, and not applicable was 2.24%. Meanwhile, the total percentage of elements of Permen PU No. 20/PRT/M/2009 that were fulfilled was 87.50% and partially fulfilled was 12.50%. Overall, the implementation of emergency response preparedness for fire hazards in PT X's office building is good, but there are several aspects that need to be re-evaluated by the company such as the structure of the emergency response team, building risk assessment for fire hazards, and recovery procedures from fire incidents."

"Pendahuluan : Berkaitan dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan perlu dipertimbangkan berbagai risiko atau potensi bahaya yang timbul dari pekerjaan tersebut. Hal ini bisa terjadi akbat sistem kerja alau cara kerja dari manusia, ala!/mesin, bahan serta lingkungannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi pegawai tetap Dinas Keschatan Kota Depok terhadap bahaya psikososial di tempat kelja tahun 2006.
Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan disain diskripsi analitik dengan pendekatan cross seclional. Populasi penelitian adalah pegawai tetap Dinas Kesehatan Kota Depok sebanyak 100 responden, teknik pengambilan sampel adalah convenience sampling / quota sampling. Pengambilan data dengan observasi/pengamatan, wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis statistik SPSS 11.5 menggunakan univariat dan bivariat dcngan uji Anova, uji Lanjutan Turkey dan uji T.
Hasil penelitian : Hasil pcnclitian ini diketahui bahwa persepsi pegawai tenlang 1 (I) secara umum persepsi pegawai yang dominan terhadap bahaya psikososial adalah Contenz qf work atau isi kerja (2,39) dan secara khusus adalah kondisi Iingkungan kerja (l,48) dipersepsikan paling rendah / negatif ; (2) perbcdaan pcrsepsi mcnurut status pegawai bahwa fungsi & budaya organisasi (2,3O), peraturan organisasi (2,2C), Iingkungan & peralatan kcrja (2,06) Serta desain lugas (2,212) dipersepsikan paling rendah / negatif oleh CPNS; (3) pcrbedaan persepsi mcnurut lama keda bahwa fungsi & budaya organisasi (2,55), peraturan organisasi (2,33), serta kondisi lingkungan kerja (l,70) dipersepsikan paling rendah / negatif oleh pegawai yang bekerja < 5 tahun; (4) perbedaan persepsi menurut jabatan bahwa fimgsi & budaya organisasi (2,6l) dan pengembangan karier (2,25) dipersepsikan palin rendah / negatif oleh staf; (5) perbedaan persepsi di bidang/bagian bahwa pengambilan keputusan (2,06) dipersepsikan paling rendah I negatif di bidang P2P & PL Sedangkan kondisi Iingkungan kelja (I,48) dan Iingkungan & pcralatan kcrja (2,05) dipcrscpsikan paling rcndah I ncgatif di bidang Binkesmas.
Kesimpulan : Persepsi pegawai secara umum yang dominan terhadap bahaya psikososial adalah conlem of work (isi kerja) meliputi lingkungan & peralatan kerja, desain tugas, jadwal kcrja dan bcban kcrja. Scdangkan untuk conlext of work (lingkup kerja) adalah kondisi lingkungan kerja, fimgsi & budaya organisasi, peraturan organisasi, pengambilan keputusan dan pengembangan karier.

Preface : In relation to work implementation, it must be considered the risks or hayard of potencial which come tiom it. These can happen because of the work system, people work methode, tools/machines, material and environment. This research is aimed at knowing perception of the Health Dictrict of Depok City Officials in toward Psychosocial Hazard at the Work Place in 2006.
Methode : This research use analytic description design by cross sectional approach. Research population is 100 permanent official in the Health District of Depok City by using Convenience sampling/Quota sampling. The data was taken by observation, interview and questionnaire distribution to population. Analitic Statistic with SPSS ll.5 uses univariat and bivariat by Anova Test, Turkey's Advanced Test and T Test.
Result of Research : Result of this research shows that the officials's perceptions are as follows : (I) In General the ofticials's perceptions which dominantly toward psychosocial hazard is Content of work (2,39) include work environment & work equipment, task design, work schedule and work load/workpace And specially, condition of work environment (1 ,48) is lowest/negative; (2) The different perception based on official status shows that organisational culture & function (2,30), role in organisation (2,20), work environment & work equipment (2,06) and task design (2,22) are perceived the lowest/negative by CPNS; (3) The different perception based on length of work shows that organisational culture & function (2,55), role in organisation (2,33), condition of work environment (l,70) are perceived the lowest/negative by the officials who have work less than tive years; (4) The different perception based on level of work shows that organisation culture & function (2,6l) and career development (2,25) are perceived the lowest/negative by the Staff; (5) The different perception based on the field/section of work shows that decision latitude/control (2,06) is perceived the lowest/negative in the field of P2P & PL, whereas condition of work environment (l,48) and work environment & work equipment (2,05) in the Held of Binkesmas.
Conclusion : The work characteristic of oHicials's perceptions which dominantly toward psychosocial hazard is Content of work include work environment & work equipment, task design, work schedule and workload I workpace. Whereas for context of work include condition of work environment, organisational culture & fimction, role in organisation, decision latitude/control, career development.

"Kebakaran merupakan suatu peristiwa atau kejadian yang dapat menyebabkan banyak kerugian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis sistem pencegahan, penanggulangan dan tanggap darurat kebakaran di Perpustakaan Pusat Universitas Indonesia tahun 2012. Hasil dari penelitian ini selanjutnya akan dibandingkan dengan Kepmen PU No. 11/KPTS/2000, Kepmen PU No. 10/KPTS/2000, Permen PU No. 26/PRT/M/2008, Perda DKI Jakarta No. 8 Tahun 2008, dan standar Internasional NFPA 10, 13, 14, 72, dan 101. Klasifikasi bahaya gedung Perpustakaan Pusat Universitas Indonesia merupakan klasifikasi bahaya sedang I dan termasuk kebakaran kelas A dan C.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perpustakaan Pusat Universitas Indonesia belum memiliki manajemen penanggulangan kebakaran yang sesuai dengan standar. Sistem proteksi aktif sudah cukup sesuai dengan standar. Struktur bangunan sudah memenuhi persyaratan. Sedangkan untuk pintu darurat dan tempat berkumpul sementara tidak diberi tanda. Gedung perpustakaan ini belum memiliki akses pemadam khusus serta program pemeriksaan dan pemeliharaan sarana kebakaran. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa sistem pencegahan, penanggulangan dan tanggap darurat kebakaran di Perpustakaan ini masih perlu ditingkatkan, khususnya dalam hal manajemen.

Fire is an accident that can cause many losses. The objective of this study is to analyze fire prevention, protection, dan emergency response in University of Indonesia?s Central Library Building, Year 2012. The results of this study are then compared to Kepmen PU No. 11/KPTS/2000, Kepmen PU No. 10/KPTS/2000, Permen PU No. 26/PRT/M/2008, Perda DKI Jakarta No. 8 Tahun 2008, and NFPA 10, 13, 14, 72, 101. Building hazard classification for this library are classified as moderate I dan class A and C.
The results show that emergency response management doesn?t exist and this is not comply to the regulation. Fire protection systems are quite appropriate with the regulation. Building structure has been complied to the regulation. Meanwhile, there are no sign for emergency doors and meeting point. This building didn?t have fire fighter access and fire facility maintenance program. In conclusion, fire safety systems in this building need to be improved, especially for the emergency response management.

"Penyimpangan dari operasi normal pengilangan minyak dapat menyebabkan kebakaran atau peledakan dan berkembang menjadi suatu keadaan darurat yang berakibat hilangnya harta, nyawa dan bisnis perusahaan. Dalam mencegah terjadinya suatu keadaan darurat Unit Pengolahan IV Cilacap melalui kebijakan perusahaan mengenai LK3 telah melakukan upaya pencegahan melalui sistem instalasi maupun upaya penanggulangan keadaan darurat agar hal yang tidak diinginkan tersebut tidak terjadi.
Upaya penanggulangan darurat ini perlu disusun secara terencana dan sistematis sehingga terjadi upaya sinergis seluruh jajaran di Unit Pengolahan IV Cilacap, dan keadaan darurat tersebut dapat tertanggulangi dengan cepat, tepat serta dapat mengurangi dampak kerugian. Untuk upaya tersebut seluruh jajaran harus mempunyai persepsi yang sama terhadap sistem penanggulangan darurat.
Di dalam tesis ini diteliti dan dibahas persepsi para pekerja operasi, non operasi dan pekerja yang di tunjuk sebagai anggota tim penanggulangan darurat terhadap sistem, organisasi dan prosedur penanggulangan darurat sehingga dari hasil penelitian persepsi pekerja tersebut dapat dijadikan masukan bagi manajemen UP IV dalam rangka menyempurnakan sistem penanggulangan kedaan darurat melalui peninjauan kembali elemen-elemen dalam penyusunan sistem penanggulangan keadaan darurat. Sehingga upaya penanggulangan keadaan darurat dapat maksimal."

"Persepsi karyawan terhadap penerapan program K3 adalah pandangan karyawan terhadap apa yang diberikan perusahaan yang bertujuan agar karyawan terjamin keselamatan dan kesehatan kerjanya. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menggali persepsi karyawan terhadap program Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja di Peternakan Ayam Broiler PT XYZ Wilayah Tangerang. PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan poultry atau peternakan ayam yang memiliki tingkat bahaya dan resiko yang cukup tinggi bagi karyawan yang bekerja di lapangan. Jumlah responden yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 56 orang.
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan dua metode yaitu menggunakan kuesioner persepsi (kuantitatif) dan wawancara yang ditujukan kepada karyawan dan manajemen perusahaan (kualitatif). Program K3 yang diterapkan di PT XYZ antara lain pelatihan K3, Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP), Alat Pelindung Diri (APD), Sarana dan prasarana, Jaminan K3, Beban kerja dan Jam kerja.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi secara umum responden terhadap program K3 di PT XYZ masih kurang baik. Dari hasil kuosioner didapatkan gambaran mengenai persepsi karyawan terhadap program K3 antara lain : Persepsi karyawan berdasarkan Pengetahuan K3 yg berkategori baik sebanyak 29 atau 51,8 % dan yang berkategori kurang baik sebanyak 27 atau 48,2 % responden, sedangkan persepsi karyawan berdasarkan sikap yang berkategori baik sebanyak 23 responden atau 41,1 % dan yang berkategori kurang baik sebanyak 33 responden atau 58,9 %.

Employee perceptions of program implementation Ocupational safety and health is a view of what is given to the employee that the company aims to secure the safety and health of employees work. The primary objective of this study is to investigate and explore employee perceptions of safety and health programs in Poultry Broiler XYZ Tangerang region. XYZ is a company of poultry or poultry that has the level of hazard and high risk for employees who work in the field. The number of respondents involved in this study were 56 people.
This research was conducted by two methods: using perception questionnaire (quantitative) and interviews addressed to employees and company management (qualitative). Ocupational safety and health program implemented in PT XYZ including training Ocupational safety and health, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Personal Protective Equipment, facilities and infrastructure, Security Ocupational Safety and Health , workload and working hours.
The results showed that the general perception of respondents to the Ocupational Safety and Health program in PT XYZ is still not good. From the results obtained questionnaire overview of employee perceptions of Ocupational Safety and Health program are: perception of employees based knowledge Ocupational Safety and Health which categorized either by 29 or 51.8% were categorized as poor and as much as 27 or 48.2% of respondents, while the perception of employees categorized by attitude well as much as 23 respondents or 41.1% were categorized as poor and a total of 33 respondents, or 58.9%.

PT. EMS Indoappliances to confront the free market with tight competition attempt to create opportunity with rise new business in Indonesia. To deal with new business PT. EMS need human resources with good skill dan personality. Human play an important role in build, manage and develop organization. The leader have a big challenge to motivate the employee to work harder and make the employee more productive to achieve aim organization/company, for that situation the leader need to know the knowledge abaout motivation. This research has objective to know about work motivation of the employee in PT. EMS Indoappliances and also to know employee PT.EMS Indoappliaces perception about motivation.
The research in PT.EMS Indoappliances take around 45 sample (fourty five) of responden from 62 (sixty two) of EMS employee. The research rapproachement to quantitative methode, to process questionnaire data become frequency table and interview data to support the research. This research based on Frederich Herzberg theory which devide work motivation into 2 (two) dimension that is intrinsic dimension and extrinsic dimension. Intrinsic dimension is motivation factor from work it self such as acknowledgement, achievement, work it self, responsibility, promotion and development career. And the extrinsic dimension it is came from outer work such as company administration policy, company supervision, work condition, work relation, salary and work peacefulness.
Result from this research are that Intrinsic motivation factor more dominated than extrinsic factor, this result has positive value because be in accordance with FrederichHerzberg theory that intrinsic factor ( factor from work it self ) will be main trigger for employee and will give employee gratification by doing they job, extrinsic factor only impact as a trigger to the employee for a while because the trait for maintenance.Further the employee perception about work motivation in PT.EMS indoappliances for intrinsic factor very good and for extrinsic factor is well. The suggestion from this research that PT.EMS indoappliances company management should be more enrich of the jobdesk from each employee and give the employee more responsible to make each employee more productive,creative and also improve their skill not only doing administration, marketing and support only. The management PT.EMS indoappliances need to concern for the employee carrer, rotation for allay employee bored with their job desk and routine activity and training from the company should be more manage. And the PT. EMS management need more concern about amount of salary and allowance for the employee because there is still negative perception, also the annuity for the employee to make they feel safe, comfortable and loyal.
