"This volume explores the interpretation of indefinites and the constraints on their distribution by paying particular attention to key issues in the interface between syntax and semantics, the relation between the semantic properties of indefinite determiners and the denotation of indefinite DPs, their scope, and their behaviour in generic and conditional sentences. Examples come from French, other Romance languages and English. Central to the proposed analyses is a distinction between two types of entities, individualized entities and amounts. Weak indefinites are analyzed as existential generalized quantifiers over amounts and strong indefinites as either Skolem terms or generalized quantifiers over individualized entities. "

"Karya sastra dapat dimanifestasikan dalam berbagai bentuk salah satunya adalah film. Kita dapat menemukan aneka film dari berbagai negara tak terkecuali di Rusia yang memiliki beberapa film peraih penghargaan bergengsi, salah satunya film berjudul Нелюбовь/Benci yang disutradarai oleh Andrey Zvyagintsev yang dirilis pada tahun 2017. Penulis menggunakan teori psikologi John Gottman tentang pernikahan dan kebahagiaan Sonja Lyubomirsky serta metode close reading dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rumah tangga yang dijalani Boris dan Zhenya selama ini berujung dengan perceraian karena mereka tidak memiliki cara pandang yang sama sejak awal. Hal tersebut dapat terjadi juga karena buruknya komunikasi di antara mereka berdua yang mengutamakan egonya masing-masing. Selain itu, cerminan dalam film Нелюбовь/Benci (2017) adalah individu yang cenderung materialistis di masa Federasi Rusia.

Literary works can be manifested in various forms, one of which is film. We can find various films from various countries, including Russia, which has won several prestigious awards, one of which is a film entitled Нелюбовь/Loveless, directed by Andrey Zvyagintsev which was released in 2017. The author uses John Gottman's psychological theory about marriage and Sonja Lyubomirsky's happiness. as well as the close reading method in this study. The results of this study indicate that the household in which Boris and Zhenya have lived all this time ended in divorce because they did not have the same perspective from the start. This can also happen because of poor communication between the two of them who prioritize their respective egos. In addition, the reflection in the film Нелюбовь/Loveless (2017) is an individual who tends to be materialistic during the Russian Federation."

Sebagai program televisi yangterkenal, Glee cenderung menciptakan atau memperkuat stereotip mengenai cara berbicara kaum homoseksualmelalui fitur bahasa yang digunakan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada bagaimana Glee menggunakan bahasa untukmenunjukan seksualitas para tokoh homoseksualnya, dan bagaimana serial televisi ini berurusan denganstereotip cara berbicara kaum gay. Teori fitur bahasa wanita Lakoff adalah landasan dasar dari penelitian ini.Sistem heteronormatif dalam percakapan di antara pasangan dan dominasi fitur bahasa yang digunakan olehpara tokoh homoseksual adalah dua hal yang didiskusikan dalam makalah ini.
