"Reformasi struktur pasar telekomunikasi telah dilakukan sejak beberapa dekade lalu, dari struktur pasar monopoli menuju struktur pasar yang pro persaingan. Para pembuat kebijakan percaya struktur pasar persaingan akan mampu mengatasi keterbatasan investasi yang diperlukan untuk mengembangkan industri dan pemerataan akses. Namun demikian, era digital telah mengubah peta persaingan industri secara umum, tidak terkecuali pada industri telekomunikasi. Jika sebelumnya perusahaan telekomunikasi hanya bersaing dengan perusahaan telekomunikasi lainnya yang berada pada lingkup teritorial yang sama, di era digital batasan-batasan geografis tersebut telah terkikis. Di saat yang sama, perusahaan telekomunikasi juga dituntut untuk terus berinovasi dan berinvestasi agar terus mampu menghadirkan fitur-fitur layanan telekomunikasi yang lebih canggih dan kompleks. Oleh sebab itu, studi ini dilakukan untuk melihat pengaruh persaingan terhadap investasi yang sesuai dengan konteks saat ini, yaitu era digital. Hasil estimasi empiris menunjukkan intensitas persaingan memiliki pengaruh jangka pendek yang signifikan terhadap perilaku investasi perusahaan telekomunikasi seluler. Pengaruh tersebut tidak linier, tetapi membentuk kurva U terbalik yang mengindikasikan adanya intensitas persaingan yang dapat mendorong perusahaan telekomunikasi seluler untuk memaksimalkan investasinya. Hal ini juga menunjukkan adanya perbedaan perilaku investasi antara perusahaan yang beroperasi pada intensitas persaingan yang relatif rendah dan perusahaan yang beroperasi pada tingkat persaingan yang lebih tinggi di dalam merespon perubahan intensitas persaingan. Perusahaan telekomunikasi seluler pada kelompok pertama akan merespon peningkatan persaingan dengan menaikkan investasi. Sebalinya, perusahaan telekomunikasi seluler pada kelompok kedua merespon peningkatan persaingan dengan menurunkan investasinya. Hasil studi juga mengkonfirmasi adanya hubungan yang dinamis antara persaingan dan investasi pada perusahaan telekomunikasi seluler.

Policymakers have reformed telecommunications market structure since several decades ago, from a monopoly to a more competitive one. They believed that the competitive market structure would be able to overcome the limitations of investment required to develop the industry and to provide equitable access. However, the development of digital technology has changed the competition landscape considerably. At the same time, telecommunications companies are also required to keep innovating and investing to be able to meet the needs of increasingly sophisticated and complex telecommunications networks. Therefore, t his study aims to investigate the effect of competition on investment under the current context, that is the digital age. The empirical estimation shows the intensity of competition has a significant short-run impact on the investment behavior of mobile network operator (MNO) . The effect is not linear but in the form of an inverted U curve, which points out the existence of competition intensity that maximizes MNO`s investment. This finding also indicates a different behavior of MNOs operate in a lower and higher competition intensity in response to the change in the intensity. MNOs in the first group will react to the increase of competition intensity by rising their investment. Meanwhile, others will respond to the rise in competition intensity by decreasing their investment. he empirical results also show the dynamic relationship between competition and MNO`s investment."

"ABSTRAK Agile adalah sebuah metode pengembangan software yang fleksibel dalam menangani perubahan kebutuhan software. Begitupula scrum sebagai salah satu framework yang populer dari agile juga fleksibel terhadap perubahan kebutuhan software. Namun kelebihan ini ternyata harus diiringi dengan beberapa kekurangan terutama pada bagian dokumentasi software dikarenakan agile lebih mengandalkan komunikasi langsung. Knowledge management pada scrum juga turut dipengaruhi dengan meningkatnya tantangan dalam pengembangan software seperti letak tim pengembang yang berjauhan tempat, atau adanya pergantian pengembang software, penggunaan metode untuk proyek bersakala besar, adanya kebutuhan software dengan kualitas tinggi. Permasalahan ini perlu diselesaikan untuk menghidari banyaknya knowledge loss. Knowledge merupakan salah satu unsur vital dalam meningkatkan kinerja dari suatu organisasi. Sehingga jika knowledge antara anggota tim tidak tertangani dengan baik akan menghambat kecepatan pengembangan dan kinerja tim. Beberapa pendekatan telah dilakukan untuk menangani permasalahan knowledge tersebut salah satunya dengan menggunakan knowledge management system. Oleh karena itu peneliti ingin mengetahui lebih jauh bagaimana pengaruh knowledge management system pada pengembangan software berbasis scrum dan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja pengembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan quasi-experimental dengan penerapan di dunia nyata pada perusahaan startup. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian dengan metode pra-uji dan pasca-uji dengan membandingkan kondisi sebelum dan sesudah penerapan knowledge management system. Percobaan ini dilakukan dengan dua minggu menggunakan sistem pendukung scrum standar dan dua minggu dengan knowledge management system. Hasil temuan yang diperoleh dari percobaan tersebut yaitu terjadi peningkatan performa kontesktual sebesar 12%, performa tugas sebesar 5%, performa adaptasi sebesar 8%, serta perbaikan sirkulasi knowledge dari tim pengembang. Knowledge Management System terbukti mampu meningkatkan dan menangani sirkulasi knowledge pada scrum dan memberikan dampak pada pengembang dan proses pengembangan software.

ABSTRACT
Agile is a software development method that easily adapts to changing software requirements. Scrum as one of the popular frameworks of agile is also flexible to changing software requirements. But this advantage turns out to be accompanied by several shortcomings, especially in the software documentation section because agile relies more on direct communication. Knowledge management in Scrum was also influenced by the increasing challenges in software development such as the location of the development team that was far apart, or the change of software developers, the use of methods for large-scale projects, the need for high quality software. This problem needs to be resolved to avoid the amount of knowledge loss. Knowledge is one of the vital elements in improving the performance of an organization. So if knowledge between team members is not handled properly it will slow down the development and team performance. Several approaches have been made to deal with the knowledge problems, one of them is by using the knowledge management system. Therefore this research want to find out more about how the knowledge management system influences the development of scrum-based software and its effect on developer performance. This study uses a quasi-experimental approach with the application in the real world with startup companies. The research conducted is research with pre-test and post-test methods by comparing the conditions before and after the implementation of the knowledge management system. This experiment was conducted in two weeks using a standard scrum support system and two weeks with a knowledge management system. The findings obtained from the experiment were 12% increase in contest performance, task performance of 5%, adaptation performance of 8%, and improvement of knowledge circulation from the development team. The Knowledge Management System is proven to be able to improve and handle the knowledge circulation in Scrum and have an impact on developers and the software development process.

"Perkembangan teknologi dan penggunaan keceerdasan buatan yang pesat menekankan pentingnya mempertahankan pelanggan dalam menghadapi persaingan yang ketat, khususnya di sektor telekomunikasi. Salah satu penerapan utama kecerdasan buatan yang sudah banyak diterapkan adalah chatbot untuk layanan pelanggan. Namun, dalam implementasinya masih terdapat kesenjangan antara kualitas layanan chatbot yang dikembangkan dan harapan pelanggan, yang dapat menyebabkan keraguan dalam melanjutkan penggunaan teknologi tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) untuk memprediksi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi niat keberlanjutan penggunaan chatbot sebagai saluran pelayanan pelanggan pada perusahaan operator seluler. Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan PLS-SEM terhadap 303 responden pelanggan operator seluler di Indonesia menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga prediktor utama keberlanjutan penggunaan chatbot, yaitu persepsi kebergunaan, kepercayaan, dan norma subjektif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis hipotesis, disusun 10 rangkaian strategi menggunakan model integrasi IPA-Kano. Strategi-strategi yang diprioritaskan kemudian direkomendasikan untuk diterapkan oleh perusahaan operator seluler di Indonesia dalam mendukung keberlanjutan penggunaan teknologi chatbot dari sisi pelanggan.

The rapid development of technology and the use of artificial intelligence underscore the importance of retaining customers in the face of fierce competition, particularly in the telecommunications sector. One of the main applications of artificial intelligence that has been widely implemented is chatbots for customer service. However, in its implementation, there remains a gap between the quality of chatbot services developed and customer expectations, which can lead to doubts about continuing to use the technology. This study uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to predict the factors influencing the continuous intention to use chatbots as a customer service channel in cellular operator companies. The results of the analysis using PLS-SEM on 303 respondents of cellular operator customers in Indonesia show that there are three main predictors of continuous use of chatbots, which are perceived usefulness, trust, and subjective norms. Based on the hypothesis analysis results, 10 series of strategies using the IPA-Kano integration model is developed. The prioritized strategies are then recommended to be implemented by cellular operator companies in Indonesia to support the continuous use of chatbot technology from the customer's perspective."

"Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi dan informasi, keterbatasan frekuensi yang tersedia serta kebutuhan akan kualitas informasi semakin meningkat. Permasalahan tersebut dapat diatasi salah satunya dengan sistem transmisi digital. Dengan sistem transmisi digital, sinyal yang telah dilakukan pengolahan sinyal seperti pengkodean yang terdapat pada sistem digital, masih dapat menghasilkan kualitas sinyal yang baik serta dapat menghemat kanal frekuensi yang jumlahnya terbatas. Salah satu contoh digitalisasi adalah Terrestrial Digital Audio Broadcast (T-DAB) dimana sistem ini sudah diterapkan di banyak negara karena keunggulannya dibanding sistem analog.
Salah satu permasalahan tentang kualitas siaran radio di daerah perbatasan seperti di pulau Batam dapat diselesaikan dengan sistem T-DAB. Namun demikian, harus diperhatikan sistem DAB di daerah lain (dalam hal ini negara tetangga seperti Singapura dan Malaysia). Perancangan sistem T-DAB di Batam harus memperhatikan banyak hal, antara lain frekuensi kerja, bandwidth, rasio proteksi (PR), co-channel, dan adjacent-channel. Selain itu juga harus diperhatikan kuat medan minimum yang harus terpenuhi agar informasi dapat tersampaikan dengan jelas. Sehingga sistem yang akan dibuat harus memperhitungkan ketinggian antenna dan daya yang dipancarkan.
Pada skripsi ini dirancang dan dioptimasi sistem T-DAB untuk daerah pulau Batam dengan kemampuan minimum dapat melayani lebih dari 90% populasi serta memenuhi PR yang disyaratkan dengan sistem T-DAB di negara tetangga Malaysia dan Singapura. Hasil simulasi menggunakan 1 pemancar dengan daya sebesar 20 kW dapat melayani hingga 94% populasi di daerah pulau Batam. Namun untuk dapat melayani lebih optimal melayani hingga 99% populasi di pulau Batam, maka digunakan 2 pemancar dengan daya masing-masing 1kW dan tetap memenuhi PR yang dipersyaratkan.

Along with the development of technology and information, the need of quality information is increasing and the reserved frequency spectrum are limited. These problems can be solved by using digital transmission system. With digital transmission system, the signal that has been processed such as coding still can provide high quality signal and save limited frequency channel. One of the digital transmission system is Terrestrial Digital Audio Broadcast (T-DAB) system which has been implemented in many countries because of this advantages over the analog system.
The problem of radio transmission quality in border area, like Batam, can be solved by T-DAB system. However, we should pay attention to T-DAB system in other area (in this case the neighboring countries such as Singapore and Malaysia). The design of T-DAB system in Batam must consider many things, such as working frequency, bandwidth, protection ratio, co-channel, and adjacent-channel. Moreover we also have to pay attention to the minimum field strength to fullfill the standard so the information can be sent clearly. In order to achieve the standard, the system which is going to be implemented must calculate the antenna position and radiated power.
In this final project, the system is designed and optimized for T-DAB system in Batam island with minimum capability to serve more than 90% of the population and required to meet PR standard for T-DAB system in Malaysia and Singapore. The simulation result shows that to cover up to 94% of population in Batam we can use 1 transmitter with 20 kW radiated power. In order to serve the optimal number up to 99% population, 2 transmitter are used with 1 kW radiated power each that still meet the PR standard.

"Perkembangan era digital yang semakin pesat dapat mengubah hampir semua aspek dalam kehidupan modern. Dengan adanya kemajuan teknologi, Semua dapat dilakukan lebih mudah. Hal ini menciptakan sebuah konsep bernama Smart City yang dimana semua hal yang dilakukan sehari-hari oleh masyarakat kota menjadi terintegrasi dan berkelanjutan. Saat ini di Indonesia semua sektor bisnis sudah memasuki era dimana digital berperan penting didalamnya, PT Railink salah satunya, PT Railink selaku penyedia baru layanan kereta api bandara mengeluarkan layanan pemesanan tiket secara Online berbasis smartphone, yang dimana tentu bertujuan untuk memudahkan para konsumen untuk dapat lebih nyaman memesan tiket kereta api bandara, namun baru dikeluarkannya aplikasi Railink belum tentu dapat diterima secara luas oleh para pengguna layanan ini. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengukuran tingkat penerimaaan teknologi pada aplikasi Railink dengan menggunakan modifikasi TAM dan TRA berdasarkan metodologi SEM. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kota Jakarta dengan dua bahan kajian, yaitu masyarakat generasi X dan masyarakat generasi Y.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingginya kesan positif yang dirasakan perihal kebermanfaatan dan kemudahan yang dirasakan baik untuk kedua generasi. Analisis technology adoption lifecycle dan technology roadmaping menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi Railink telah diadopsi oleh early majority dan late majority. Hal ini mengindikasikan aplikasi Railink berada pada tahap ascent dan juga mature, sehingga penting bagi pihak pengembang aplikasi untuk terus melakukan promosi agar dapat menarik lebih banyak masyarakat generasi X untuk menggunakan aplikasi Railink, dan bagi generasi Y, pihak pengembang aplikasi harus terus melakukan pembaharuan fitur, dan loyalty point agar masyarakat generasi Y dapat terus menggunakan aplikasi Railink untuk 5-10 tahun mendatang.

The rapid development of the digital age can change almost every aspect of modern life. With the advancement of technology, All can be done more easily. This creates a concept called Smart City where all the things that people do everyday in the city become integrated and sustainable. Currently in Indonesia all business sectors have entered an era where digital plays an important role in it, PT Railink one of them, PT Railink as a new provider of airport rail services issued online ticketing service based on smartphones, which of course aims to facilitate consumers to be more convenient to book the airport train tickets, but the newly issued Railink application may not be widely accepted by the users of this service. This study focuses on measuring the acceptability of technology in Railink applications by using TAM and TRA modifications based on the SEM methodology. This research was conducted in Jakarta city with two study materials, that is community of generation X and Y generation society.
The result of research shows high positive impression felt about the usefulness and easiness for both generation. Analysis of technology adoption lifecycle and technology roadmaping shows that Railink application has been adopted by early majority and late majority. This indicates that the Railink app is in the ascent and mature stages, so it 39 s important for application developers to continue promoting in order to attract more X generation people to use Railink apps, and for Y generation, application developers should keep updating features, and make loyalty points for the Y generation community to continue using the Railink app for the next 5 10 years.
