"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan maksimum pembiayaan, lama waktu pemrosesan pembiayaan, dan syarat agunan pada lembaga keuangan mikro islam di Indonesia apabila credit officer didalamnya memiliki hubungan kekerabatan dengan nasabah. Dengan menggunakan uji Wilcoxon signed-rank test Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan positif dalam maksimum pembiayaan dan perbedaan negatif pada lama waktu pemrosesan pembiayaan apabila credit officer memiliki hubungan kekerabatan dengan nasabah. Namun tidak ditemukan adanya perbedaan syarat agunan apabila credit officer memiliki hubungan kekerabatan dengan nasabah.

This undergraduate thesis examines whether there is any difference in maximum financing allowance, duration of processing financing application, and the terms of collateral in Islamic microfinance institutions in Indonesia if the credit officer has a relationship with the customer. Using Wilcoxon signed rank test The result shows that there is a positive difference in the maximum financing allowance and the negative difference in the length of processing time if the credit officer has relationship with the customer. However, there is no difference in collateral requirement if the credit officer has a relationship with the customer."

"The Stability of Islamic Finance main focus is on the question of the sources of financial instability which seems inherent in the conventional system. As a core component of this focus, the book will consider episodes of turbulence and instability in a historical context recalling the occurrence of such events from mid-19th century to the present. It will present various theoretical explanations along with solutions and alternative financial systems that avoid instability provided by various scholars dating back to mid-19th century to present. It will then argue that these crises could be mitigated under an Islamic system or any other system with similar architecture."

Penelitian ini menggunakan metodekualitatif dan dilakukan dengan studi kasus pada salah satu Lembaga Wakaf diIndonesia dan Nazhir Badan Wakaf Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa Lembaga Wakaf memenuhi keempat tingkat akuntabilitas namun kurangakuntabel pada tingkat akuntabilitas proses dan ditemukan beberapa isu terkaitakuntabilitas, transparansi dan penyampaian wakaf uang oleh Lembaga PengelolaWakaf Uang.

ABSTRACTThis research aims to explain accountability of Waqf Institution in Indonesia inthe reception and disbursement of its cash waqf. It was analyzed using Stewart‟s(1984) ladder of accountability. In addition, it also aims to explain theaccountability report of Waqf Institution on receipt and disbursement of its cashwaqf. This research uses qualitative methods and performed with a case study onone of the Waqf Institution in Indonesia and Nazhir Indonesian Waqf Board. Theresult shows that Waqf Institution meets most of all four ladder of accountabilitybut less accountable at the level of accountability of process and this researchfound some issues related to accountability, transparency, and communication ofcash waqf by Waqf Institution."
