"Pada dasamya informed consent adalah suatu proses komunikasi bukan hanya sekedar pengisian formulir informed consent. Informed consent mcrupakan hak pasicn maka dokter berkewajiban mcnjelaskan segala sesuatu mengenai penyakit pasien kcpadanya dan untuk memperoleh izin persetujuan dilakukannya tindakan medis. Penelitian ini bcrtujuan mengetahui proses komunikasi pelaksanaan informed consent pasien bedah elektif di RSKM I tahun 2008 yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret sarnpai dengan bulan Mei tahnm 2008 terhadap pejabat RS, doktcr, perawat dan pasien atau keluarganya. Menggunakan desain studi kualitatif yang bcrsifat deskripsi, dengan pendekatan hubungan unsur-unsur komunikasi. Unit analisisnya mencakup variabel kebijakan informed consent, variabel sumber pesan, vaxiabel pesan, variabel media, variabel penerima pesan, variabel efek, variabel umpan balik, variabel lingkungan, dan variabel hambatan komunikasi, variabel peranan pemwat dan keluarga pasien. Telmik untuk memperoleh data dengan wawancara mendalam, fokus grup diskusi, observasi partisipatif; dan kajian dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di RSKM I sudah ada kebijakan informed consent, proses komunikasi injbrrned consent tergantung kepada unsur- unsur komunikasi yaitu doktcr sebagai sumber pesan, pcsan yang disampaikan oleh dokter adalah infomasi medis yang bersifat informatif dan persuasi£ digunakan media pancaindra secara tatap muka berhadapan langsung dan dilengkapi tulisan, penerima pesan adalah pasien scndiri, keluarga pasien terdekat, dan ada pihak perusahaan. Efek adalah menyetujui tindakan operasi yang akan dilakukan oleh dolcter, yang dibuktikan dengan mengisi formulir informed consent yang berlaku di RSKM I, umpan balik yang terjadi yaitu positif, ada masalah lingkungan yaitu di UGD dan ruang pemulihan Kamar Operasi. Hambatan komunikasi yang didapatkan adalah gangguan psikologis, rintangan fisik, rintangan kerangka berfikir. Peranan pcrawat selain sebagai saksi adalah memastikan kelengkapan pengisian fonnulir informed consent, dan peranan kcluarga pasien selain sebagai saksi adalah menyctujui keputusan tindakan yang akan dilalcukan kepada pasien. Saran yang diajukan adalah sosialisasi kepada dolcter pentingnya melakukan komunikasi kepada pasien atau keluarganya, sosialisasi hak dan kewajiban pasicn dan dolcter bagi pasien atau keluarganya, diberikan fasilitas ruangan yang tersendiri, tenang, dan nyaman, dilakukan survei secara berkala proses komunikasi oleh dokter, dan monitoring ketidaklengkapan pengisian formulir informed consem.

The idea informed consent is communication process not only registration form. Injmned consent is a patient right to self determination so doctor duty to explanation fully informed about patient?s diseases and permission to medical action. The goal of this study to find out communication process at implementation informed consent for elective surgery patient at Karya Medika I Hospital on March until May 2008 to ward hospital oiiicial, doctors, nurses and patients or their family.The methodology of this study is qualitative description using approach relationship communication elements. Analyze unit include application law basic informed consent variable, message resources variable, message variable, media variable, message receiver variable, effect variable, feed back variable, environment variable, commtmication constrain variable, nurses and family patients actor variable. Data collected using in depth interviews, focus group discussion, observation, questioner and assessing the documents.

This study found Karya Medika I hospital have application law basic informed consent, informed consent communication process depend on communication elements like doctors who is message resources, messages fi-om doctors is medical infomiation, informative and persuasive, using ofthe Eve senses media with face to face and writing, messages receiver is patient, their family, and company. Effect is agreement doctor permission to operation procedure, and fact with informed consent registration form at RSKM l, feed back is positive, and environment problems in emergency room and recovery room. Constrains communication are psychological disable, physical constrain, and constrain field of thinking. The nurse?s actor is witness and checking informed consent registration form and family patient's actor is witness and make decision to agreement operation procedure.

Suggestion are socialization to doctor about urgency for communication to patient and their family, socialization patient and doctor light and duty, facilities privacy, quite, and comfortable room, continues survey for communication process by doctor, and monitoring incomplete informed consent registration fonn."

"ABSTRAKSkripsi ini membahas mengenai bagaimana penyampaian informed consent dan tanggung jawab hukum rumah sakit jiwa terhadap pasiennya dengan studi di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Sanatorium Dharmawangsa. Skripsi ini menggunakan penelitian yuridis normatif, dengan tipe penelitian deskriptif dan preskriptif serta metode analisis data kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah setiap pasien dengan gangguan jiwa haruslah didampingi oleh orang yang bertanggung jawab atas dirinya untuk penyampaian informed consent dan ikatan hukum antara pasien dengan rumah sakit jiwa timbul setelah adanya persetujuan untuk melakukan pengobatan yang diberikan oleh orang yang bertanggung jawab terhadap pasien.

The purpose of this paper is to understand how to give an informed consent to mental disorder patient and the legal responsibility of asylum. "ABSTRAKSkripsi ini membahas mengenai persetujuan tindakan medis informed consent pada pasien gangguan jiwa berat yaitu skziofrenia berdasarkan Hukum Kesehatan. Hal-hal yang dibahas ialah bagaimana informed consent terhadap pasien skizofrenia, tanggung jawab rumah sakit dan dokter terhadap pasien skizofrenia, dan analisis yuridis penerapan informed consent terhadap pasien skizofrenia di Rumah Sakit Dr. Soeharto Heerdjan Grogol. ABSTRACTThis thesis discusses the approval of medical action informed consent in patients with severe mental disorder that is schizophrenia based on Health Law. The issues that will be discussed are how informed consent to schizophrenic patients, hospital and doctor responsibilities to schizophrenic patients, and juridical analysis of the implementation of informed consent to schizophrenic patients at Dr. Soeharto Heerdjan Grogol Mental Hospital. The research methodology used by the writer is juridical normative, with data source obtained through literature study and interviews. The results of this study are that schizophrenic patients who still have capacity are entitled to informed consent for both risky and non risk action, honest and complete information about mental health data, and accompanied by the party that is responsible for it. "
