"Kajian ini tentang penyempurnaan proses implementasi Evaluasi Diri Sekolah (EDS) dalam rangka penjaminan dan peningkatan mutu pendidikan di Kabupaten Belitung dengan menggunakan kerangka teori kebijakan sebagai sebuah hirarki yang dikemukakan oleh Bromley (1989) melalui pendekatan Soft Systems Methodology (SSM). Penyempurnaan ini meliputi tiga tataran, yaitu tataran kebijakan, tataran organisasi, dan tataran operasional.
Pada tataran kebijakan dihasilkan peraturan daerah (Perda) sebagai dasar hukum penyelenggaraan pendidikan di daerah. Pada tataran organisasi dihasilkan sistem Monitoring terhadap Sekolah oleh Pemerintah Daerah (MSPD) dengan tujuan melaksanakan monitoring terhadap jalannya proses implementasi EDS di satuan pendidikan sehingga dapat berjalan sesuai dengan prosedur yang telah ditetapkan, dan untuk selanjutnya MSPD membuat pemetaan mutu pendidikan di daerah.
Pada tataran operasional dihasilkan dua sistem, yaitu 1). Membentuk Tim Pengembang Sekolah (TPS) tujuannya adalah melakukan pengisian instrumen EDS secara obyektif, jujur dan transparan, 2). Menyusun Pakta Integritas Sekolah (PIS) dengan maksud agar dapat terbangun kesepahaman dan kesepakatan warga sekolah, sehingga dapat memberikan kontribusi positif bagi pelaksanaan EDS di satuan pendidikan. Dengan demikian diharapkan penjaminan dan peningkatan mutu pendidikan di kabupaten Belitung dapat terwujud.

The review is about the implementation of the School Self Evaluation (SSE) in order to the Education Quality Assurance and Improvement System (EQAIS) in the district of Belitung by using the theoretical framework of the policy process as a hierarchy by Bromley (1989) approach through Soft Systems Methodology (SSM). This enhancement includes three levels, namely the policy level, the organizational level and operational level.
At the policy level conducted studies on how local governments provide support or strengthening the implementation of the SSE in the educational unit that SSE program which is the only gateway to education quality assurance system to run smoothly and be a requirement for education units to carry it out. At the organizational level studies conducted on the role of school monitoring by district (SMD) in monitoring process through the implementation process of SSE can be run in accordance with established procedures, and than mapping the quality of education in the area.
At the operational level produced two systems, namely 1). Forming a school development team (SDT) to make the SSE process charging instrument more objective, honest and transparent, 2). Formulating a integrity pact school (IPS) in order to how to develop a common understanding and agreement of the school community so as to contribute to the implementation of SSE in the education unit. It is expected the underwriting process of education quality assurance and improvement system in the district Belitung can be realized.

"Penelitian dilakukan selama enam bulan terhitung sejak bulan Januari 2021 hingga bulan Juni 2021. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas program pelatihan “Ngompos Kuy!” menggunakan model evaluasi program pelatihan Kirkpatrick dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dan eksploratif. Penelitian dilakukan pada peserta “Ngompos Kuy!” angkatan 11 dengan mengukur kepuasan peserta untuk mengetahui ketercapaian komponen input, pengetahuan tentang materi dan keterampilan pasca pelatihan untuk mengukur komponen output, serta perilaku pasca pelatihan untuk mengukur komponen outcome. Hasil pengukuran terhadap variabel-variabel tersebut menunjukan bahwa seluruh komponen dan tujuan program telah tercapai sehingga program dapat dinyatakan efektif. Dilakukan pula pengujian hubungan antara variabel bebas Pengetahuan Tentang Materi dan Keterampilan Pasca Pelatihan dengan variabel terikat Perilaku Pasca Pelatihan. Hasil uji bivariat menunjukan bahwa Pengetahuan Tentang Materi tidak berhubungan dengan Perilaku Pasca Pelatihan sedangkan Keterampilan Pasca Pelatihan berhubungan lemah dengan Perilaku Pasca Pelatihan.

This research was conducted for six months, started from January 2021 to June 2021. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of training program “Ngompos Kuy!” using Kirkpatrick’s training program evaluation model with descriptive and exploratory quantitative approach. The effectiveness is measured based on the achievement of input, output, and outcome components which are trainee’s satisfaction, conceptual knowledge, post-training skills, and post-training behavior of “Ngompos Kuy!” batch 11 participants. Result shows that this program is effective because each component and program objectives are achieved. Moreover, this research tries to find the relationship between Conceptual Knowledge and Post-Training Skills as independent variables with Post-Training Behavior as a dependent variabel. The results show that there is no relationship between Conceptual Knowledge and Post-Training Behavior, hence the findings also show that there is a weak relationship between Post-Training Skills and Post-Training Behavior.

"Kabupaten Kebumen memiliki Geopark Nasional Karangsambung-Karangbolong (GNKK) yang didalamnya terkandung warisan geologi (geoheritage) bernilai tinggi. Pemerintah Kabupaten Kebumen berusaha mengembangkan GNKK melalui pariwisata secara berkelanjutan agar dapat memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat. Implementasi pengembangan GNKK telah dilaksanakan sejak tahun 2018 sesuai pilar konservasi, edukasi, dan pengembangan ekonomi lokal. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu melakukan analisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi implementasi program pengembangan GNKK dengan menggunakan teori Quality Implementation Framework oleh Durlak & DuPre (2008). Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah post-positivist dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara mendalam sebagai data primer dan studi pustaka sebagai data sekunder, serta teknik analisis data illustrative method. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu implementasi program pengembangan GNKK secara umum dipengaruhi oleh lima faktor yaitu faktor tingkat masyarakat, karakteristik pelaksana program, karakteristik program yang dilaksanakan, kapasitas organisasi, dan proses implementasi. Akan tetapi dari faktor-faktor tersebut jika dirinci lagi terdapat indikator yang belum berhasil mempenagruhi jalannya implementasi. Dari total 25 indikator penelitian, delapan diantara masih belum dapat terlaksana dengan baik yaitu terdapat pada pada subdimensi pendanaan, kebutuhan yang ditetapkan pelaksana, manfaat yang ditetapkan pelaksana, visi bersama, dan kepemimpinan. Rekomendasi yang dapat diberikan yaitu mengembangkan pendanaan melalui kemitraan, meningkatkan kapasitas sumber daya manusia pelaksana, meningkatkan keberadaan sarana prasarana, membuat target intensitas implementasi, dan meningkatkan pemahaman pentingnya pengembangan GNKK.

Kebumen Regency has the Karangsambung-Karangbolong National Geopark (GNKK) which contains a high value geological heritage. The Government of Kebumen Regency is trying to develop GNKK through sustainable tourism in order to provide benefits to the community. The implementation of GNKK development has been carried out since 2018 according to the pillars of conservation, education, and local economic development. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the implementation of the GNKK development program using the Quality Implementation Framework theory by Durlak & DuPre (2008). This research approach is post-positivist with in-depth interview data collection techniques as primary data and literature study as secondary data, as well as illustrative method data analysis techniques. The results of this study are that the implementation of the GNKK development program is generally influenced by five factors, namely community level factors, characteristics of program implementers, characteristics of implemented programs, organizational capacity, and implementation process. However, if these factors are detailed again, there are indicators that have not succeeded in influencing the course of implementation. From a total of 25 research indicators, eight of them still cannot be implemented properly, namely in the sub-dimension of funding, needs determined by the implementer, benefits determined by the implementer, shared vision, and leadership. Recommendations that can be given are developing funding through partnerships, increasing the capacity of implementing human resources, increasing the availability of infrastructure, setting targets for implementation intensity, and increasing understanding of the importance of developing GNKK."

"Peningkatan pelayanan publik merupakan isu yang menjadi perhatian pemerintah Indonesia. Namun, Indonesia dalam indeks Ease Of Doing Business 2020 masih tertinggal dengan negara-negara regionalnya. Dalam hal ini DPMPTSP DKI Jakarta sebagai DPMPTSP di Provinsi Ibukota hanya memperoleh nilai standar. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya permasalahan dalam aspek ketepatan dan sinkronisasi data perizinan. PTSP tingkat Kota Administrasi menjadi PTSP yang memiliki banyak pengaduan. Karena itu penulis melakukan penelitian bagaimana evaluasi program PTSP di UP PTSP Jakarta Selatan. Dalam melakukan penelitian penulis menggunakan dua teori yaitu Pelayanan Publik, One Stop Services, dan Evaluasi Program. Evaluasi program tersebut menggunakan Model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah post-positivist. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa keseluruhan indikator cukup terpenuhi/tercapai. Pelaksanaan PTSP di Jakarta Selatan telah jelas secara latar belakang, regulasi, dan tujuan serta sasaran yang ingin dicapainya. Anggaran, sumber daya manusia, dan sarana prasarana penunjang telah mampu dalam menyelenggarakan pelayanan perizinan/non-perizinan secara baik. Proses pelayanannya telah sesuai peraturan dan regulasi yang ada. Namun, penulis menemukan adanya hambatan dan kendala dalam pelaksanaan PTSP di Jakarta Selatan. Walaupun demikian, PTSP Jakarta Selatan telah mampu dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pemohon dan menepati tujuan dan sasarannya tiap tahun. Dari temuan ini, beberapa rekomendasi adalah diperlukan upaya peningkatan jumlah pegawai PTSP, pembaharuan sosialisasi menggunakan media sosial, dan perbaikan layanan hotline agar pelaksanaan PTSP lebih optimal.

The improvement of public services is an issue of concern to the government of Indonesi. However, Indonesia in the index of Ease Of Doing Business 2020 are still lagging behind within regional countries. Further, based on the complaint of services PTSP level of the City Administration have a lot of complaints. The subject of research based on the amount of the issuance of permits at most at the level of the city administration and achievements as a public service provider that is recognized by the MenpanRB. Because of that, authors conduct research into how the evaluation of the implementation of PTSP in UP PTSP Jakarta Selatan. In doing the research the writer uses two theories, namely the Public Service and Program Evaluation. Further, the evaluation of the program using the Model CIPP. Two concept of this are elaborated depthly to the operationalization concept of the research. The results of the evaluation showed that the overall indicators in the dimensions of the CIPP quite fulfilled/achieved by the implementation of PTSP in South Jakarta. The implementation in South Jakarta has been clear in the background, regulation, and goals and targets to achieve. Budget, human resources, and supporting infrastructure have been able to produce licensing service/non-licensing as well. Process of services has appropriate to rules and regulation. However, the authors found the presence of barriers and obstacles in the implementation of PTSP in South Jakarta. From these findings the author finds it necessary to increase the number of employees, the renewal of the socialization of using social media, and repair hotline service for the optimal implementation of PTSP in South Jakarta."

"ABSTRAK
Skripsi ini membahas mengenai kampanye Stop the Trafficking of Children and Young People yang dilakukan oleh The Body Shop Indonesia dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, hingga dampaknya terhadap sikap khalayak. Tujuannya untuk mengevaluasi input, output, dan outcome dalam kampanye. Konsep yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Public Relations, kampanye Public Relations, evaluasi dalam Public Relations, serta macro model of PR evaluation. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan paradigma post-positivisme. Hasil temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kampanye Stop the Trafficking of Children and Young People yang diselenggarakan oleh The Body Shop belum bisa membentuk sikap khalayak sasaran untuk lebih peduli terhadap permasalahan child trafficking. Dari hasil tersebut, peneliti menyarankan The Body Shop untuk melakukan kampanye Public Relations berdasarkan pada langkah-langkah kampanye yang baik, yaitu terdiri dari tahap riset serta perencanaan strategis.

ABSTRACT
This study discuss about Stop the Trafficking of Children and Young People campaign conducted by The Body Shop Indonesia from the planning, implementation, thorugh its impact on public attitudes. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the input, output, and outcome in this campaign. Concepts used in this study are Public Relations, Public Relations campaign, evaluation in Public Relations, and macro model of PR evaluation. This research is qualitative descriptive study using post-positivist paradigm. The findings of this study indicate that Stop the Trafficking of Children and Young People campaign, held by The Body Shop has not been able to shape the attitudes of target audiences to be more concerrned with problems of child trafficking. From that result, the researcher recommends that The Body Shop to conduct Public Relations campaigns based on the good campaign steps, which consists of research and strategic planning."

"Dalam memenuhi tanggung jawab peran ganda sebagai siswa atlet, dibutuhkan strategi pembelajaran yang dapat memaksimalkan aspek akademik. Strategi Self-Regulated Learning terbukti memiliki dampak positif di berbagai aspek. Kualitas proaktif siswa dalam Self-Regulated Learning salah satunya berasal dari keyakinan motivasional. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peran motivasi intrinsik dalam memprediksi Self-Regulated Learning siswa atlet di SKO Ragunan DKI Jakarta. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah 86 siswa atlet SKO Ragunan DKI Jakarta dengan usia maksimal 19 tahun. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Skala Motivasi Intrinsik dan Academic Self-Regulated Learning Scale (A-SRL-S). Hasil analisis regresi linear menunjukkan bahwa motivasi intrinsik (F = 46.5, p < .05) dapat memprediksi Self-Regulated Learning dengan R² = .356, yang artinya 35% varians skor Self-Regulated Learning dapat dijelaskan oleh motivasi intrinsik. Hasil penelitian ini memperjelas arah hubungan kedua variabel tersebut, yang mana motivasi intrinsik berperan secara signifikan dalam memprediksi kemunculan Self-Regulated Learning pada siswa atlet.

In order to fulfilling dual responsibilities as student-athletes, learning strategies are needed that can maximize academic aspects. Self-Regulated Learning strategy is proven to have a positive impact in various aspects. One of the proactive qualities of students in Self-Regulated Learning comes from motivational beliefs. Therefore, this study aims to examine the role of intrinsic motivation in predicting Self-Regulated Learning of student athletes at SKO Ragunan DKI Jakarta. The participants of this study were 86 students of SKO Ragunan DKI Jakarta athletes with a maximum age of 19 years. The research instrument used is the Skala Motivasi Intrinsik and Academic Self-Regulated Learning Scale (A-SRL-S). The results of linear regression analysis show that intrinsic motivation (F = 46.5, p < .05) can predict Self-Regulated Learning with R² = .356, which means that 35% of the variance of Self-Regulated Learning scores can be explained by intrinsic motivation. The results of this study clarify the direction of the relationship between the two variables, in which intrinsic motivation significantly predicted the emergence of Self-Regulated Learning in student athletes."

"Sumberdaya manusia dalam organisasi rumah sakit adalah penentu pemberian pelayanan kesehatan yang bermutu. Manajemen kinerja yang efektif adalah alat untuk mengevaluasi dan meningkatkan kinerja individu dalam rangka mencapai tujuan organisasi. Bagian terpenting dari manajemen kinerja di rumah sakit adalah penilaian kinerja Dokter. Pelaksanaan penilaian kinerja individu Dokter merupakan bagian tersulit dari pekerjaan manajer rumah sakit di Indonesia.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model Instrumen Penilaian Kinerja Dokter Spesialis Obsgyn melalui Analisis Kinerja yang sesuai untuk RSIA Budi Kemuliaan. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan metode dan analisis kualitatif. Penelitian ini melibatkan Dokter Spesialis Obsgyn dan stakeholder yang terlibat dalam manajemen kinerja Dokter Spesialis Obsgyn di RSIA Budi Kemuliaan.
Penelitian ini berhasil mengembangkan metode penyusunan instrumen penilaian kinerja yang valid yaitu dengan menggunakan Metode Nominal Group Technique. Sehingga didapatkan Form Penilaian Kinerja Dokter Spesialis Obsgyn, yang berisi 8 indikator kinerja kunci individu berbasis kompetensi dan diklasifikasikan sesuai dengan kerangka kerja kompetensi dari JCAHO, lengkap dengan standar, bobot, kriteria penilaian dan skoring untuk setiap indikator tersebut, yang sesuai untuk RSIA Budi Kemuliaan.

The human resources in healthcare is determinant to high quality of health care services. Effective performance management is a tool for evaluating and improving individual performance to achieve organization?s goals. The most important activity of performance management is how to measure Medical Doctors performance. Appraising individuals Medical Doctors is the most difficult aspects of a manager?s hospitals job in Indonesia.
The purpose of this studyis to develop an instrument that appropriate to measured Obstetrician and Gynecologist performance in Budi Kemuliaan Hospital through Performance Analysis. Descriptive study with qualitative method aims to constructed a Performance Appraisal?s Instrument. A convenience Informan of Obstetrician and Gynecologists and stakeholders in Budi Kemuliaan Hospital participated in this study.
This study successfully developed a valid method to constructed a Performance Appraisal?s Instrument in Budi Kemuliaan Hospital by using Nominal Group Technique Method. A performance appraisal?s instrument contains 8 (eight) specific measurable criteria for Obstetrician and Gynecologists using the JCAHO's six competencies to evaluated Medical Doctors performance that suitable for Budi Kemuliaan Hospital, with standards each specific measurable criteria and scoring categories.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor- faktor yang berhubungan dengan kinerja dokter di poliklinik rawat jalan Rumah Sakit Angkatan Laut Dr. Mintohardjo, yang dilakukan terhadap seluruh dokter sebagai responden, menggunakan kuesioner penelitian dengan analisa univariat dan bivariat dengan disain cross sectional. Penilaian kinerja dokter dilakukan oleh pasien yang meliputi perilaku, kehadiran dan komunikasi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor - faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja dokter di poliklinik rawat jalan Rumkital Dr. Mintohardjo Jakarta adalah faktor psikologis (kepuasan kerja), faktor organisasi (kepemimpinan) dan faktor organisasi (budaya organisasi).

The research aims to find out the factors that relate to the performance of doctors in outpatient polyclinics Naval Hospital Dr. Mintohardjo, with the respondents of all doctors, using the questionnaire, analysis of univariate and bivariate by cross sectional design. Performance appraisal of doctor was performed by patients, which covers the behavior, presence and communication.
The result showed that factors that influence the performance of doctors in outpatient polyclinic Naval Hospital Dr. Mintohardjo Jakarta are psychological factor (satisfaction work), the organization factor (leadership) and the organization factor (organization culture).
