Sedangkan tujuan dari tugas khusus adalah untuk Mengetahui dan memahami tahapan pembuatan protokol validasi metode analisa penetapan kadar methylene chloride serta pentingnya validasi metode analisa dalam menjamin mutu obat.

While the purpose of spesific assigment is to know and understand the stages of manufacture of analytical method validation protocol assay methylene chloride as well as the importance of validation of analytical methods to ensure the quality of medicines."

Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di industri farmasi bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan ketentuan CPOB di industri Farmasi, khususnya pada PT Aventis Pharma, serta untuk mengetahui tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri Farmasi terutama sebagai penanggung jawab produksi, pemastian mutu, dan pengawasan mutu. Pelaksanaan APR ditujukan untuk memastikan kestabilan proses, memperkirakan kecenderungan produksi, menentukan perlunya perubahan dalam spesifikasi, produksi, dan prosedur pengawasan (control), serta untuk mengevaluasi perlunya revalidasi. Sehingga sangat berguna dalam penetapan langkah-langkah selanjutnya yang berkaitan dengan perbaikan formula maupun parameter proses termasuk langkah-langkah strategis lain yang menyangkut perbaikan dan peningkatan mutu produk.

Pharmacist Professional Internship Program in the Pharmaceutical Industry aims to determine the application of GMP in the Pharmaceutical Industry, especially in the PT Aventis Pharma, and to know the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the Pharmaceutical Industry mainly in charge of Production, Quality Assurance and Quality Control. The implementation of the APR aimed to ensure the stability of the process, estimate the tendency of production, determine the need for a change in the specifications, production, and procedures supervision (control), as well as to evaluate the need for revalidation. So they are very useful in the next steps that is concerned with improvements formula or the parameters of the process including strategic measures related to repairing and improving the quality of products."

"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Atrika Jalan Kartini Raya no.34A Jakarta Pusat bertujuan agar para calon Apoteker dapat mengetahui dan memahami peran/tanggung jawab seorang Apoteker dalam melakukan pengelolaan barang berdasarkan sistem pelayanan kesehatan terhadap masyarakat di apotek serta mengetahui dan memahami pengelolaan apotek serta mempraktekkan pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan dan etika yang berlaku dalam sistem pelayanan kesehatan di Indonesia. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Analisis Penggunaan Pseudoefedrin di Apotek Atrika pada Periode Oktober 2012 – Maret 2013. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mengkaji peresepan obat prekursor Pseudoefedrin yang diterima Apotek Atrika selama periode Oktober 2012 hingga Maret 2013 dari sisi kerasionalan resep, interaksi obat dan pemberian informasi.

Given a special assignment titled Analysis of Pseudoephedrine Use in Atrika Apothecary period October 2012 - March 2013. The purpose of this special assignment is to examine the prescription of Pseudoephedrine precursor drug in Atrika Apothecary that received during the period October 2012 to March 2013 in terms of rational prescribing, drug interactions and providing information."
