Hipertensi diRSUD Kudus menempati peringkat tiga besar berdasarkan kunjungan pasien.Tujuan penelitian ini mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berhubungan denganself care management pada pasien hipertensi di RSUD Kudus. Desainmenggunakan survey analitik pendekatan cross sectional, teknik sampling yangdigunakan adalah pruporsive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 157. Analisisstatistik menggunakan chi square. Penelitian mendapatkan hasil bahwa efikasidiri, dukungan sosial, pendidikan dan komplikasi memiliki hubungan bermaknadengan self care management. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan untukmeningkatkan efikasi diri dengan memperhatikan pendidikan san usia sehinggaself care management menjadi lebih baik.
