"A three-lever logistics service supply chain (LSSC) consisting of a logistics service integrator (LSI), a logistics service provider (LSP), and a functional logistics service subcontractor (LSS) is discussed in this paper. Since the improvement of logistics service levels caused by the effort of LSS can significantly effect the market demand for LSSC, a dynamic game theory model is developed to solve the coordinating contract design problem in this condition. A joint contract is between LSI and LSP, which are regarded as a whole to share revenue and cost with LSS in the two transactions of LSSC. The reasonable choice of parameters can attain the maximum of the expected profit of LSSC and the win-win good among all members, finally, a corresponding numerical example is presented to illustrate the conclusions."

"Pada skripsi ini dibahas mengenai pemilihan strategi green supply chain management (GSCM) untuk PT. XYZ dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Network Process (ANP). GSCM dilakukan sebagai upaya mengurangi dampak lingkungan dari aktivitas-aktivitas yang dilakukan perusahaan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kriteria dan subkriteria pemilihan strategi GSCM dan menganalisis pemilihan strategi GSCM yang sesuai untuk PT.XYZ. Melalui penelitian ini akan terbentuk jaringan ANP yang terdiri dari 6 kriteria dan 29 subkriteria yang terkumpul berbagai studi literatur dan pendapat para pakar. Dari 6 kriteria terdapat 1 kriteria yang berisi strategi GSCM, yaitu terdiri dari risk-based strategy, efficiency-based strategy, innovation-based strategy, dan closed loop strategy. Metode ANP memudahkan pemilihan strategi GSCM yang kompleks melalui proses yang terstuktur dengan mempertimbangkan perspektif konsep ramah lingkungan dari para pakar dan perusahaan. Melalui penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa innovation-based strategy sebagai strategi green supply chain management yang paling tepat dan sesuai untuk PT.XYZ.

This study elaborates business strategy selection for green supply chain management for PT.XYZ via Analytical Network Process. GSCM is initiated as a response to reduce environmental impacts from industrial activities. The purposes of this study are identifying criteria and sub criteria in selecting GSCM Strategy and analyzing a suitable GSCM strategy for PT.XYZ. This study proposes ANP network of 6 criteria and 29 sub criteria, which collected from literature review and experts judgement. One from six criteria contains GSCM strategy choices which are risk-based strategy, efficiency-based strategy, innovation-based strategy, dan closed loop strategy. ANP solves complex GSCM strategy-selection by using more structured process and considering green perspectives from experts and PT.XYZ. The result from this research is innovation-based strategy as the most suitable and proper green supply chain management strategy for PT.XYZ.

"Proses produksi sebuah produk saat ini sudah mulai merambah ke aspek lingkungan. Hal ini disebabkan banyaknya isu lingkungan yang ramai dibicarakan di masyarakat sehingga aspek lingkungan ini akan menjadi parameter yang cukup penting dari sisi perspektif pelanggan. Untuk menjaga nilai aspek lingkungan tersebut dapat digunakan sistem produksi rantai tertutup (closed loop supply chain) yang dapat meminimalisasi penggunaan sumber daya alam. Selain itu, secara teori, penerapan rantai suplai loop tertutup merupakan salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dari penggunaan bahan baku dari sebuah lini produksi yang akan dapat mengurangi jumlah bahan baku yang digunakan untuk keperluan produksi. Akan tetapi dalam penerapannya closed loop supply chain masih memiliki banyak kendala. Salah satunya adalah dalam hal perencanaan inventory.Karena pengembalian produk dari returnable product berfluktuasi, maka kapasitas inventory yang optimal dari returnable product tersebut sulit untuk ditentukan. Untuk memecahkan masalah ini dapat digunakan metode fixed time period model dan discrete event modelling. Dengan menggunakan discrete event modelling pola pergerakan returnable products akan dapat di telusuri dengan melihat faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi produksi dan dengan metode fixed time period model akan dapat ditentukan jumlah quantity order yang optimal pada suatu rentang waktu.

Production process of products today not only focused on quality and quantity, but also start to concern the environmental issues. "Environmental issues" become an important aspect from the costumer?s perspective. In order to perserve this environmental aspects, closed-loop supply chain become a popular concept in this recent decades. Through closed-loop supply chain, the usage of natural resources could be reduced. Further to production line, the implementation of closed-loop supply chain is one way to improve the efficiency level of raw materials usage of a production line. Because, in closed-loop supply chain, the used product that collected from the costumer will be used again for next production process. However, the implementation of closed loop supply chain still has many obstacle, inventory planning is one of considered obstacles. This problem happened due to uncertainity of returning rate of returnable product that resulting inaccuracy of inventory planning. In order to solve this problem, the combination of discrete event modelling and fixed time period model approach can be used. Through discrete event modelling, the movement pattern and factors of retunable product can be traced and through fixed time period model can be determined the optimum order quantity in certain time limit."
