"In this study, the authors assessed 48 female survivors of child sexual abuse (CSA) and 71 female control participants using measures of adult sexual function, psychological function (i.e., depression and anxiety), and sexual self-schemas. The primary purpose of this study was to examine whether differences existed between women with and without a history of CSA in the way that they viewed themselves as a sexual person and, if so, whether such differences mediated the link between early unwanted sexual experiences and later adult sexuality. CSA survivors were found to view themselves as less romantic and passionate than women who were not abused. In particular, CSA survivors showed an inverse relationship between romantic/passionate sexual self-schemas and negative sexual affect during sexual arousal. The relationship between CSA and negative sexual affect was independent from symptoms of depression and anxiety, suggesting that the impact of CSA on sexual self-schemas may be independent from the impact that the abuse may have in other areas of the survivor's life."

"ABSTRAK
Black Swan 2010 adalah sebuah film yang mengisahkan perjuangan seorang balerina, Nina Sayers, dalam memainkan peran utama balet Swan Lake, yang mengharuskan sang penari untuk memerankan dua karakter yang berlawanan: White Swan dan Black Swan. Film ini berfokus pada bagaimana Nina menghadapi kesulitan dalam memerankan karakter Black Swan, terutama mengenai konflik batin di dalam dirinya sendiri. Ada berbagai perspektif yang dapat digunakan untuk menganalisis film ini, seperti studi gender dan teori film, namun artikel ini akan menganalisis protagonis dari Black Swan dengan studi psikoanalisis. Walaupun film ini telah dibahas dengan perspektif psikoanalisis oleh beberapa akademisi, belum ada penelitian yang mengkaji masalah represi seksual yang dialami tokoh utama melalui psikoanalisis Freud. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk menunjukkan bagaimana pikiran Nina Sayers diasosiasikan dengan komplikasi represi seksualnya, dan bagaimana hal tersebut mempengaruhi peralihannya dari awal hingga akhir film. Artikel ini akan mencoba menelusuri masalah represi seksual Nina dengan konsep struktur kepribadian manusia, mekanisme pertahanan, dan pembagian ego.

ABSTRACT
Black Swan 2010 is a movie that depicts the struggle of a ballerina, Nina Sayers, who strives to play the lead role of Swan Lake ballet, which requires the dancer to perform two contrasting characters: the White and the Black Swan. The movie focuses on how Nina encounters hardships in portraying the Black Swan, mainly on the inner conflicts within herself. Several perspectives can be used to analyze this movie, such as gender studies and film theories, but this article will analyze the protagonist with a psychoanalytical study. Even though this movie has been discussed from the perspective of psychoanalysis by a number of scholars, there is no existing research which has studied the main character rsquo;s issue of sexual repression through Freud rsquo;s psychoanalysis. The purpose of this article is to demonstrate how Nina Sayers rsquo; mind is associated with the complication of her sexual repression and how it contributes to her transition from the beginning until the end of the movie. This article will try to trace Nina rsquo;s sexual repression back to the concept of human rsquo;s structure of mind, defense mechanisms, and the splitting of ego. "

"This study examined the relationship between father involvement and moral reasoning in middle adolescent. Father involvement is defined as the extent to which father participate or involved in various aspects of the child’s life, and father’s warmth and acceptance that felt by the child. Moral reasoning is defined as a judgment process about specific action, whether that action is considered as right or wrong. In this study, father involvement is measured by Nurturant Fathering and Father Involvement Scale from Finley and Schwartz (2004), and moral reasoning is measured by The Defining Issues Test which has been developed by Rest (1979). This study is conducted to high school students, age from 15 to 18 years old, in Jabodetabek (N=308). The result of this study showed that there is a significant relationship between father involvement and moral reasoning in middle adolescent (r=+0,154, p<0,01, two-tailed; r=+0,13, p<0,05, two-tailed.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melihat hubungan antara keterlibatan ayah dan penalaran moral pada remaja madya. Keterlibatan ayah didefinisikan sebagai seberapa jauh ayah turut berpartisipasi atau terlibat dalam berbagai aspek-aspek kehidupan anak, serta kehangatan dan penerimaan yang diperoleh oleh anak dari ayahnya. Sedangkan penalaran moral didefinisikan sebagai sebuah proses pembuatan penilaian mengenai tindakan spesifik, apakah tindakan tersebut benar atau salah. Keterlibatan ayah diukur menggunakan alat ukur Nurturant Fathering and Father Involvement Scales dari Finley dan Schwartz (2004), sedangkan penalaran moral diukur menggunakan alat ukur The Defining Issues Test yang dikembangkan oleh Rest (1979). Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap siswa SMA yang berusia 15 hingga 18 tahun di Jabodetabek (N=308). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan ayah memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan penalaran moral pada remaja madya (r=+0,154, p<0.01, two-tailed; r = +0,13, p < 0.05, two-tailed)."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara prestasi akademik dan keterlibatan ayah pada remaja Sekolah Menengah Pertama. Prestasi akademik diukur melalui nilai rapor semester I yang diperoleh responden dari sekolah, sedangkan pengukuran keterlibatan ayah dilakukan melalui the Father Involvement Scale (Reported) yang disusun oleh Finley dan Schwartz (2004). Responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 263 remaja kelas VIII Sekolah Menengah Pertama yang berusia 13 hingga 15 tahun dan memiliki sosok ayah.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara prestasi akademik dan keterlibatan ayah pada remaja Sekolah Menengah Pertama (r = -.026; n = 263; p > 0,05, two-tailed). Walau hasil penelitian tidak menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan antara prestasi akademik dan keterlibatan ayah, namun tidak berarti ayah tidak memiliki peran pada prestasi akademik anak remaja. Di masa tersebut remaja masih memerlukan keterlibatan ayah guna mendukung pencapaian prestasi akademik yang optimal di sekolah.

This study examined the relationship between academic achievement and father involvement among junior high school students. Academic achievement was measured by students’ official school records, whereas the father involvement was measured by the Father Involvement Scale (Reported) (Finley & Schwartz, 2004). The participants of this study were 263 8th grade junior high school students who have a father and encompassing the age between 13 and 15 years old.
The result of this study indicates that there is no significant relationship between academic achievement and father involvement among junior high school students (r = -.026; n = 263; p > 0,05, two-tailed). Furthermore, although the result of the study indicates no significant relationship between father involvement and academic achievement among junior high school students, but it does not mean that father does not have any role at all in student’s academic achievement, because during that period, adolescents still need father involvement in order to support the optimum academic achievement in their school.
