"ABSTRAKTulisan yang berjudul "Pengaruh Perkembangan Kota Administratif Depok Terhadap Kehidupan Sosial Budaya Masyarakat Depok Lama Tahun 1981-1999" ini merupakan jawaban atas keingintahuan penulis mengenai kondisi Depok sebelum menjadi Kotif pada tahun 1981. Selain itu dapat menjelaskan bagaimana perkembangan Depok setelah dibagunnya Perumnas tahun 1974. Yang terakhir yaitu membahas mengenai bagaimana pengaruh perkembangan kotif Depok terhadap masyarakat Depok Lama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sejarah yang meliputi 4 tahap yaitu, heuristik, kritik, interpretasi, dan historiografi. Penulisan ini bertujuan mengetahui jawaban dari permasalah yang diajukan pada proposal penelitian. Selain itu penulis juga ingin memberikan sumbangan penulisan tentang sejarah kota. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa perkembangan kota administratif Depok yang begitu pesat banyak memberikan pengaruh terhadap kehidupan masyarakat Depok Lama. Masyarakat Depok Lama yang sebelumnya merupakan masyarakat pemilik tanah-tanah di Depok, mulai menjadi kehilangan tanah-tanah yang dimilikinya. Mereka banyak menjual tanah-tanahnya kepada para orang-orang diluar dari golongan mereka atau pendatang. Dengan semakin banyaknya pendatang (khususnya semenjak Perumnas dihuni) di Depok, menjadikan Depok semakin beragam. Begitu juga dengan pergaulan masyarakat Depok Lama menjadi semakin luas dan tidak terbatas hanya pada lingkungan mereka saja.

ABSTRACT

This undergraduated thesis title is "The Influence of Development in Depok Administrative City Against Social Life Culture of Depok Lama Society in The Year 1981-1999" are the answers for the author about Depok condition becoming administrative city in earlier 1981. Except that, this undergraduated thesis also explain how Depok growth after Perumnas build up by government in 1974. And for the last the author discuss about the influenced this growth in Depok for Depok Lama citizen. This research has wroted to know what about the problems for the old citizen and for the city history. The result of this research show that old citizen, who in the past are landlord in this city has lost their land because they sell it for the newcomer. With increasingly for the newcomer in Perumnas, give the city especially the old citizen in Depok Lama more diverse in living society."

"Tanggung jawab dalam melestarikan dan menjaga warisan budaya menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi pemerintah dan masyarakat Kota Depok karena perkembangannya sangat cepat menuju kota modern. Kolaborasi bersama komunitas Kaoem Depok sebagai living heritage bersama seluruh stakeholder merupakan keniscayaan untuk menjadikan wilayah Depok Lama sebagai destinasi wisata sejarah Depok Lama dan menjadi ikon serta ruang publik baru bagi masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus pada lokus cagar budaya Depok Lama fokus secara yuridis empiris. Penelitian ini menghadirkan kebaruan terhadap urgensi kebijakan yang sinkron serta komprehensif serta adaptif dengan laju pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat pada obyek bangunan cagar budaya yang melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat. Memaknai identitas perlu formulasi hibrid yang multikultur, bukan milik suatu entitas/etnis tertentu. Secara geobudaya, Depok Lama menunjukkan kekhasan pola berdasarkan alam budaya terkait residu budaya kolonialisme Belanda. Bahkan, menjaga warisan budaya itu akan meningkatan kohesi sosial mengingat kota tanpa bangunan tua seumpama dengan manusia tanpa ingatan.

The responsibility to maintain and protect cultural heritage is a challenge for the government and the people of Depok City because of its very fast development towards a modern city. Collaboration with the Kaoem Depok community as Living Heritage with all stakeholders is a necessity to make the Old Depok area a historical tourist destination for the Old Depok and become an icon and a new public space for the community. This study uses a qualitative case study approach at the Depok Lama cultural heritage locus, with a juridical and empirical focus. This research brings novelty to the urgency of policies that are synchronous as well as comprehensive and adaptive to the pace of community economic growth on cultural heritage objects that involve community participation. Making sense of identity requires a hybrid formulation that is multicultural, not belonging to a particular entity/ethnicity. According to geoculture, Old Depok shows a distinctive pattern based on cultural nature related to the cultural residues of Dutch colonialism. In addition, preserving this cultural heritage will increase social cohesion considering that a city without old buildings is like a human without memory."

"Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap kualitas hidup Pasien Tuberkulosis (TBC) di Kota Depok, Provinsi Jawa Barat, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif menggunakan desain studi longitudinal (pengukuran berulang) dan Rapid Assessment Procedure (RAP). Pengumpulan data kuantitatif dengan wawancara kepada responden menggunakan kuesioner WHOQOL-BREF untuk data kualitas hidup dan Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS) untuk data dukungan sosial. Pengumpulan data kualitatif dengan kelompok diskusi terarah (DKT) dan wawancara mendalam. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi logistik untuk pengukuran data berulang yaitu General Estimation of Equotion (GEE). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial mempunyai pengaruh kuat terhadap kualitas hidup Pasien TB; pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap kualitas hidup Pasien TBC terus meningkat mulai bulan ke-2 sampai akhir bulan ke-6; sumber dukungan sosial yang berpengaruh untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup Pasien TBC adalah keluarga, teman dan orang terdekat lainnya; bentuk dukungan sosial yang berpengaruh untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup Pasien TBC adalah dukungan emosional, informasi dan persahabatan. Kesimpulan: dukungan sosial kepada Pasien TBC yang diberikan selama masa pengobatan sampai pasien sembuh memberikan dampak terhadap kualitas hidupnya. Studi ini merekomendasikan untuk peningkatan dukungan sosial dari keluarga, teman dan orang terdekat lainnya dalam bentuk dukungan emosional, informasi dan persahabatan agar kualitas hidup Pasien Tuberkulosis lebih baik.

This study discusses the influence of social support on the quality of life of tuberculosis (TBC) patients in Depok, West Java, with quantitative and qualitative approaches using the design of longitudinal studies (repeated measurements) and Rapid Assessment Procedure (RAP). Quantitative data collection with interviews to respondents using the WHOQOL-BREF questionnaire for quality of life data and Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS) for social support data. Qualitative data collection with focus groups discussion (FGD) and in-depth interviews. Data analysis using logistical regression analysis for repeated data measurement is General Estimation of Equotion (GEE). The results showed that social support has a strong influence on the quality of life of TBC patients; The influence of social support on TBC patients quality of life continues to increase from the 2nd month to the end of the 6th month; An influential source of social support to improve the quality of life of TBC patients are family, friends and other nearby people; An influential form of social support to improve the quality of life of TBC patients is emotional support, information and friendship. Conclusion: Social support to TBC patients given during the period of treatment until the patient is healed to have an impact on the quality of his life. This study recommends improving the social support of families, friends and significants other in the emotional support, information support and companionship support in order to make a better quality of life of tuberculosis patient."

"Cornelis Chastelein membeli tanah di daerah Depok dan mempekerjakan budak yang ia merdekakan untuk membentuk kehidupan komunitas sosial yang berpemerintahan mandiri. Sepeninggal Cornelis Chastelein, harta kekayaannya diwarisi sepenuhnya oleh para pengikutnya. Melalui pewarisan ini kemudian budaya Depok mulai berkembang. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengungkap proses terbentuknya Kaum Depok, budaya yang mereka anut, serta identitas yang melekat pada mereka dalam periode 1913-1945. Metodologi yang dipakai pada studi berikut ialah metodologi historis, terbagi dalam empat tahap, ialah Heuristik, Kritik Sumber, Interpretasi, serta Historiografi. Data yang dipakai pada studi berikut ialah sumber primer, seperti arsip, dokumen foto, dan surat-surat pribadi Cornelis Chastelein, serta sumber sekunder, seperti buku-buku sejarah, artikel jurnal, dan penelitian sebelumnya. Penelitian isi menunjukkan bahwa pembentukan kota Depok tidak terlepas dari peran Cornelis Chastelein yang tidak hanya memperkenalkan agama Kristen Protestan tetapi juga mewariskan kekayaannya, gaya hidup Belanda, dan tradisi khas yang hingga sekarang ini masihlah kerap dilaksanakan oleh pengikutnya. Kelompok ini terus berkembang, mempertahankan gaya hidup ala Cornelis Chastelein, sehingga dikenal dengan julukan Belanda Depok.

Cornelis Chastelein bought land in the Depok area and employed slaves whom he emancipated to form a self-governing social community. After Cornelis Chastelein's passing, his wealth was fully inherited by his followers. Through this inheritance, Depok culture began to develop. This research aims to uncover the process of the formation of the Depok community, the culture they adhere to, and the identity inherent in them during the period 1913-1945. The method used in this research is the historical method, divided into four steps: Heuristics, Source Criticism, Interpretation, and Historiography. A literature review approach is used to gather data. The data used in this research includes primary sources, such as archives, photographic documents, and personal letters of Cornelis Chastelein, as well as secondary sources, such as history books, journal articles, and previous research. The research findings show that the formation of the city of Depok was significantly influenced by Cornelis Chastelein, who not only introduced the Protestant Christian religion but also bequeathed his wealth, Dutch lifestyle, and distinctive traditions that are still often practiced by his followers today. This group continues to evolve, maintaining the lifestyle of Cornelis Chastelein, and has become known as the Belanda Depok."

"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengaruh identitas sosial terhadap dorongan untuk memilih masyarakat Kecamatan Cinere, Kota Depok. Hal ini berangkat dari rendahnya partisipasi pemilih masyarakat Kecamatan Cinere, Kota Depok, dalam tiga pelaksanaan pilkada terakhir seperti Pilgub Jabar tahun 2013, Pilwalkot tahun 2015, dan Pilgub Jabar tahun 2018. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui signifikansi pengaruh identitas sosial terhadap dorongan untuk memilih masyarakat Kecamatan Cinere, Kota Depok, sehingga memiliki partisipasi pemilih yang rendah dalam tiga pilkada terakhir. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori identitas sosial oleh Tracey Raney dan Loleen Berdahl, dan kemudian dipadukan dengan konsep identitas sosial perkotaan oleh Marco Lalli dan dorongan untuk memilih oleh Blais dan Galais. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan analisis uji kekuatan hubungan antar variabel Somers’D. Hasil dari temuan ini memperlihatkan bahwa dalam uji kekuatan hubungan terdapat pengaruh antara identitas sosial terhadap dorongan untuk memilih masyarakat Kecamatan Cinere, Kota Depok, meskipun dengan nilai Somers’D 0.327 atau bernilai lemah. Namun, temuan tersebut sudah mampu digeneralisasi ke tingkat populasi karena nilai signifikansi 0.000 < α (0,05). Temuan lain dalam penelitian ini menemukan bahwa dalam masyarakat yang tidak menggunakan hak suara dalam pilkada terakhir terakhir yakni Pilgub Jabar tahun 2018, terdapat pengaruh antara identitas sosial terhadap dorongan untuk memilih dengan nilai Somers’D 0.600 atau bernilai sedang. Temuan dalam penelitian ini pada akhirnya sesuai dengan argumen peneliti, yakni terdapat pengaruh antara identitas sosial terhadap dorongan untuk memilih masyarakat Kecamatan Cinere, Kota Depok.

This research discusses the impact of social identity toward the sense of duty to vote of the people in Cinere Subdistrict during the 2013 gubernatorial elections, the 2015 mayoral elections, and the 2018 gubernatorial elections. The purpose of this research is to measure the impact of social identity toward the sense of duty to vote of the people in Cinere Subdistrict. This research adopts the social identity theory developed by Tracey Raney and Loleen Berdahl, that is combined with the urban related identity concept developed by Blais and Galais. This research used a quantitative method and its variables are tested using the Somers’D method. Based on the findings of this research, social identity has, in fact, impacted the sense of duty to vote of the people in Cinere Subdistrict, even though it shows a 0.327 Somers’D value, which is considered relatively weak. Nonetheless, the findings of this research can still be generalized to the population level, as the significance is valued at 0.000 < α (0,05). In addition to that, this research also finds that based on the voters that didn’t use their voting rights during the 2018 gubernatorial elections, social identity has impacted the sense of duty to vote of the people in Cinere Subdistrict, that shows a 0.600 Somers’D value. The findings of this research clearly indicates that social identity does have an impact on the sense of duty to vote of the people in Cinere Subdistrict."

Salah satu cara mengatasi masalah pengelolaan sampah adalahmelalui pendirian Bank Sampah yang merupakan kegiatan bersifat socialengineering, menumbuhkan kesadaran masyarakat dalam pengolahan sampahsecara bijak serta membangun kewirausahaan masyarakat. Membangun danmengembangkan bank sampah tidaklah mudah, banyak hambatan dan kendaladalam membangun dan mengembangkan bank sampah. Penelitian ini bertujuanuntuk mengkaji pengaruh dari karakter kewirausahaan pengurus atau pengelolabank sampah terhadap perkembangan dan keberlanjutan bank sampah yang dilihatdari banyaknya masyarakat yang bergabung menjadi nasabah bank sampah.Penelitian dilakukan di Kota Depok, dimana data penelitian didapat melaluipenyebaran angket/kuesioner dengan jumlah responden dan sampel bank sampahsebanyak sembilan puluh. Analisis data menggunakan metode analisis regresilinear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa enam karakterkewirausahaan pengurus bank sampah yang diteliti yakni kepemimpinan, percayadiri, mampu melihat peluang, berani mengambil resiko, fleksibel dan mampuberadaptasi, dan mandiri berpengaruh positif terhadap perkembangan dankeberlanjutan bank sampah. Karakter percaya diri, kepemimpinan dan mampumemanfaatkan peluang dari pengurus bank sampah memiliki pengaruh yangsignifikan terhadap peningkatan jumlah nasabah bank sampah.;

A lot of obstacles and constraints in building anddeveloping the waste bank. This study aimed to assess the influence of theenterpreneurship character of the board or management of the waste bank towardsdevelopment and sustainability waste bank. The study was conducted in Depok.The research data obtained through a questionnaire with renponden and sample ofwaste banks surveyed as much as 90. Data analysis using multiple regressionmethod. The results showed that six entrepreneurship characters of waste bankofficials who investigated such as leadership, confident, able to see theopportunities, willing to take risks, flexible and able to adapt, and independenthave positive effect on waste bank development and sustainability. "Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik dari Cultural Landscape Masyarakat belanda Depok di kawasan Depok lama, dan pengaruh dari Cultural Landscape tersebut terhadap penghidupan masyarakat Belanda Depok. Metode yang digunakan adalah menganalisis temuan secara kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara dengan macam tokoh masyarakat dan pejabat publik di kawasan Depok Lama. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ruang pergerakan dari masyarakat belanda depok dipengaruhi oleh Cultural Landscape dan nilai sejarah dari Masyarakat Belanda Depok. Pembangunan di kawasan Depok Lama juga terpusat pada daerah sekitaran Jalan Pemuda dan Jalan Siliwangi, yang merupakan pusat pergerakkan masyarakat Belanda Depok. Meski demikian, Cultural Landscape di kawasan Depok Lama mengalami banyak perubahan dalam aspek - aspek seperti mata pencaharian, kesenian, bahasa, religi dan adat.

The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of the Cultural Landscape of the Dutch Depok Community in the Depok Lama area, and the influence of this Cultural Landscape on the livelihoods of the Dutch Depok community. The method used is to analyse the findings qualitatively by conducting interviews with various community leaders and public officials in the Depok Lama area. The results of this study indicate that the movement space of the Dutch Depok community is influenced by the cultural landscape and historical values ​​of the Dutch Depok community. Development in the Depok Lama area was also centered on the area around Pemuda and Siliwangi street, which were the centers of the Dutch Depok community movement. However, the Cultural Landscape in the Old Depok area has experienced many changes in aspects such as livelihoods, art, language, religion, and customs."

"Penelitian ini melihat bagaimana peran civil society organization dalam mempengaruhi masyarakat dan Pemerintah Kota Depok dalam mengembangkan smart city. Penelitian ini berfokus pada 3 aspek smart city, yaitu smart governance, smart environment, dan smart living. Penelitian ini menggunakan konsep civil society yang dikemukakan oleh Larry Diamond dan peran civil society oleh Setiyono dan McLeads. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam. Penelitian ini mengambil 3 narasumber utama, yaitu tim pengembangan smart governance, Trash Hero Depok, dan Forum Komunitas Hijau Depok. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa civil society organization di Kota Depok memiliki peran dalam mempengaruhi masyarakat dan Pemerintah Kota Depok dalam pengembangan smart city. Masing-masing komunitas ini dapat mengisi peran strategis maupun peran praktis yang dimiliki oleh civil societyorganization dalam pengembangan smart governance, smart living, dan smart environment di Kota Depok. Dengan mengisi perannya, civil society organization di Kota Depok dapat mempengaruhi masyarakat dan Pemerintah Kota Depok menuju Depok smart city.

This study looks at the role of civil society organizations in influencing the community and the City Government of Depok in developing smart city. This research focuses on 3 aspects of smart city: smart governance, smart environment, and smart living. This study uses the concept of civil society proposed by Larry Diamond and the role of civil society by Setiyono. This study uses qualitative methods with in-depth interviews. This study took 3 main sources, namely Universitas Gunadarma Center for Smart and Sustainable City, Depok`s Trash Hero, and the Depok Green Community Forum. In this study it was found that civil society organizations in Depok City had a role in influencing the community and the City Government of Depok in developing smart cities. Each of these communities can fill the strategic and practical roles that civil society organizations have in developing smart governance, smart living, and smart environment in Depok City. By fulfilling its role, civil society organizations in the City of Depok can influence the community and the Government of the City of Depok towards Depok smart city."

"Penelitian ini tentang pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Depok. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai; Penelitan ini menggunakan pendekatan  dengan teknik kuantitatif survei dengan kuesioner dan teknik kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 49 orang pegawai. Metode analisis menggunakan regresi linier. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa budaya organisasi secara signifikan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai di Diskominfo  Kota Depok. Indikator dari variabel budaya yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di Diskominfo  Kota Depok adalah pimpinan mendorong pegawai untuk melakukan inovasi, kerjasama antar tim, komunikasi dengan atasan, dukungan pimpinan dalam menyelesaikan masalah dan penghargaan atas prestasi kerja sehingga dari indikator yang berpengaruh tersebut, dapat dilakukan langkah - langkah strategis peningkatan kinerja pegawai yang tepat sasaran.

This research is about the influence of organizational culture on the performance of the communication and informatics office of the city of Depok. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of organizational culture on employee performance; This research uses a mixed method approach with quantitative survey techniques with questionnaires and qualitative techniques with in-depth interviews. The sample used was 49 employees. The analysis method uses linear regression. From the research results obtained that Organizational Culture significantly has a positive influence on improving employee performance in the Diskominfo of depok city. Indicators of cultural variables that affect employee performance at Diskominfo Depok City are leaders encouraging employees to innovate, teamwork, communication with superiors, leadership support in solving problems and appreciation for work achievements. So, from these influential indicators, strategic steps can be taken to improve employee performance that are right on target."
