Academic stress is stress caused by various academic demands where these demands exceed the capacity of the individual's abilities. To overcome this, students need to do stress management and know the source of coping. One example of a source of coping is a pet. However, few studies that discuss differences in the level of academic stress between pet owners and non-pet owners in college students. This study aimed to compare the level of academic stress between pet owners and non-pet owners in health students. The sample of this study was 138 students of the Health Sciences Cluster, using the Accidental Sampling technique and using a cross-sectional research design. This study used the SLSI instrument (r = 0.904) which was analyzed using bivariate analysis with an independent t-test. This study indicates a negative and significant relationship between animal ownership and academic stress levels, which means that there is a difference in academic stress between students who raise animals and students who do not. This research shows that pets have a variety of benefits for mental health conditions. Pets can be used as a source of coping to reduce or overcome perceived academic stress."

Parenting self-efficacy is known to be an important factor in determining parenting success. Previous studies have shown a negative correlation between parenting self- efficacy and parental stress. This research aims to see the role of parental stress in predicting parenting self-efficacy in parents. 189 parents of 5 - 12 year old kids participated in the study. Results show that parental stress has a role in predicting parenting self-efficacy of 11,4% with F(1, 187) = 24,084, p< 0,01, R2 = 0.114, which indicates that parental stress causes a reduction in parenting self-efficacy. Besides that, a significant difference (p < 0,05) in parental stress was detected between mothers (M = 98,9, SD = 37,8) and fathers (M = 82,8, SD = 34, 1). This research gives a new finding of the role of parental stress towards parenting self-efficacy and can be implemented by creating psychoeducation or interventions focused on parental stress in endeavors to increase parenting self-efficacy."

"Most questionnaires are happy to be a bit of fun; this one sets out to be both entertaining and, more importantly, useful – offering us nothing less than a guide to the comforting and supportive relationships we long for.
With online apps taking over the dating game, it has never been more crucial to know the rules.
Through a series of pertinent questions, it reveals our distinctive style of loving, what our strengths and weaknesses are with partners and how we might secure genuine fulfillment going forward.
As we work through the questionnaire and its accompanying essays, writing the answers in a notebook, we discover the many reasons why relationships go wrong – and how they might do so far less often in the future. The book considers the role of self-hatred, the influence of childhood, the importance of vulnerability, the appeal of unavailable people and the best way to overcome patterns of self-doubt and unhealthy attachment.
Our minds are such confusing places, even the most thoughtful among us can fail to know central things about how we behave in relationships. This questionnaire will help us to understand ourselves more clearly – and so set us free to discover the love we deserve."

Zebian, Najwa
"From the celebrated poet, speaker, and educator Najwa Zebian comes a powerful approach to healing focused on building a home within yourself. In her debut book in the self-development space, poet Najwa Zebian shares her revolutionary concept of home to guide readers to embrace their vulnerability, discover their self-worth, and build their own strong foundations from the ground up. In Welcome Home, Najwa shares her own personal story for the first time, powerfully weaving memoir, poetry, and deeply resonant teachings, from leaving war-torn Lebanon for Canada at sixteen, to coming of age as a young Muslim woman in Canada, to sexual harassment that left her alienated from her community, to building a new identity for herself as she learned to speak her truth"
