"Strategic Entrepreneurship adalah kemampuan perusahaan untuk memanfaatkan keunggulan kompetitif saat ini dan mengeksplorasi peluang baru untuk keunggulan kompetitif di masa depan secara simultan. Riset ini meneliti pengaruh perilaku dan kognitif entreprenuerial para manajer pengembang real estat dalam mengelola sumber daya strategisnya dan memanfaatkannya melalui inovasi eksplorasi dan eksploitatif untuk menciptakan kinerja perusahaan yang superior. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi ganda dengan sampel penelitian adalah perusahaan real estat di kota-kota besar di Indonesia. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa perilaku dan kognitif entreprenuerial mempengaruhi pengelolaan sumber daya, serta interaksi inovasi eksplorasi dan eksploitatif menghasilkan nilai bagi pelanggan, pemilik dan menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif bagi perusahaan.

Strategic Entrepreneurship is firm rsquo s capability to exploit current competitive advantage and explore new opportunity for future competitive advantage simultaneously. This study examines the effects of entreprenuerial cognitive and behavior of the managers of real estate developer in managing its strategic resources and leverage it through the exploratory and exploitative innovation to create a superior firm rsquo s performance. These study use multiple regression method with sample study are real estate firms in major cities in Indonesia. The results show that entrepreneurial cognitive and behavior affect resource management, and interaction of exploratory and exploitative innovation generate value to customers, owners and create competitive advantage to the firm."

"Kawasan Kota Tua Jakarta merupakan satuan ruang geografis yang telah ditetapkanmenjadi heritage kota Jakarta. Penelitian ini membahas penerapan manajemen heritagekota pada kawasan Kota Tua Jakarta. Hal ini mengingat kawasan Kota Tua Jakartadimanfaatkan untuk banyak kegiatan, termasuk kegiatan pelestarian sebagai kawasanheritage sehingga pengelolaannya menjadi suatu hal yang penting. Penelitian inimenggunakan pendekatan post-positivist di mana teori manajemen heritage kotamenjadi dasar analisis temuan penelitian. Data diperoleh dari wawancara, observasidan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen heritage dikawasan Kota Tua Jakarta belum optimal karena sistem regulasi, keterlibatanmasyarakat, teknis pengelolaan dan finansial pengelolaan belum sejalan dan memilikipersoalan di masing-masing dimensi.

The Jakarta Old City Area is a geographical space unit that has been appointed asurban heritage of Jakarta. This study discusses the application of urban heritagemanagement in the Jakarta Old City Area. This matter related to the fact that theJakarta Old City Area is used for many activities, including conservation activities asa heritage area, so its management becomes an important thing to be noticed. Thisstudy uses a post positivist approach in which the theory of urban heritagemanagement becomes the basis of analysis of research findings. Data obtained frominterviews, observation and literature study. The result of the study shows that heritagemanagement in Jakarta Old City Area has not been optimal yet because the regulationsystem, community engagement, technical and financial of the management are notaligned and have problems in each dimensions."

"This study offers a new approach to the history of sites, archaeology, and heritage formation in Asia, at both the local and the trans-regional levels. Starting at Hindu-Buddhist, Chinese, Islamic, colonial, and prehistoric heritage sites in Indonesia, the focus is on people's encounters and the knowledge exchange taking place across colonial and post-colonial regimes. Objects are followed as they move from their site of origin to other locations, such as the Buddhist statues from Borobudur temple, that were gifted to King Chulalongkorn of Siam. The ways in which the meaning of these objects transformed as they moved away to other sites reveal their role in parallel processes of heritage formation outside Indonesia. Calling attention to the power of the material remains of the past, Marieke Bloembergen and Martijn Eickhoff explore questions of knowledge production, the relationship between heritage and violence, and the role of sites and objects in the creation of national histories."
