"Tesis ini membahas mengenai manajemen pengetahuan dalam penciptaan akses arsip di unit kearsipan Ditjen Dikdasmen Kemendikbud R.I. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk menganalisis dinamika pengetahuan penata arsip dalam proses penciptaan sistem klasifikasi keamanan dan akses arsip di unit kearsipan Ditjen Dikdasmen Kemendikbud Republik Indonesia. Analisis dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara mengaitkan konsep manajemen pengetahuan, manajemen kearsipan, dan pemahaman arsiparis tentang akses arsip dinamis inaktif. Penulis melakukan penelitian studi kasus secara kualitatif pada unit kearsipan Ditjen Dikdasmen Kemendikbud R.I. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara dengan informan yang merupakan penata arsip serta orang-orang yang terlibat langsung di unit kearsipan tersebut, observasi langsung ke lapangan, dan analisis dokumen yang mendukung data penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah manajemen pengetahuan dalam proses penciptaan akses arsip di unit kearsipan Ditjen Dikdasmen menunjukkan konstruksi pengetahuan dari individu dengan pengetahuan yang beragam. Dinamika sosial muncul pada saatt dilakukan pembatasan akses pada pengguna arsip. Pengetahuan individu membentuk dominasi dalam kelompok penata arsip dalam proses penciptaan pedoman akses arsip yang berjalan sesuai dengan model manajemen pengetahuan SECI untuk menghasilkan produk sistem klasifikasi keamanan dan akses arsip.

This thesis discusses knowledge management in creating archival access in records center of the Directorate General of Primary and Secondary Education, Ministry of Education and Culture R.I. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the dynamics of the knowledge of the archivist in the process of creating a security classification system and archive access in the records center of the Directorate General of Education and Culture of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia. The analysis in this study was conducted by linking the concepts of knowledge management, archival management, and archivist understanding of inactive dynamic archive access. The author conducted a case study qualitatively on the records center of the Directorate General of Primary and Secondary Education, Ministry of Education and Culture R.I. The technique of data collection is done by interviewing informants who are archivists and people who are directly involved in the records center, direct observation in the field, and analysis of documents that support research data. The results of this study are knowledge management in the process of creating archival access in records center of the Directorate General of Primary and Secondary Education showing knowledge construction from individuals with diverse knowledge. Social dynamics arise when restrictions on access to archival users. Individual knowledge forms dominance in the archive management group in the process of creating archive access guidelines that run in accordance with SECI's knowledge management model to produce product security classification systems and archive access."

"Moda transportasi kereta merupakan transportasi umum yang cukup diminati penduduk Indonesia. Namun, Moda transportasi ini masih sedikit menggunakan energi yang bersih. Kereta Api jarak jauh Indonesia masih menggunakan diesel. Bahan bakar diesel tentunya merupakan energi konvensional yang penggunaannya ingin dikurangi oleh dunia. Salah satu solusinya adalah dengan mengurangi pengurangan diesel pada kereta api jarak jauh. Untuk mengurangi penggunaan bahan bakar dan mengurangi emisi dari mesin, maka kereta api bisa dibuat secara hibrid dengan menggabungkan mesin diesel dengan sumber energi listrik, seperti baterai. Kereta hibrid memerlukan EMS (Energy Management System) untuk mengatur energi apa yang dipakai dengan cara yang optimal. Salah satu basis dari EMS ini adalah MPC (Model Predictive Control). Salah satu hal yang menjadi pertimbangan dari Model Predictive Control adalah prediktor nya. Dengan perkembangan Deep Learning, Long Short Term Memory Neural Network (LSTM) dikenal baik untuk memodelkan data sequence. LSTM bisa membuat model prediksi kecepatan dengan data yang telah dikumpulkan. Dengan prediksi daya yang akurat, Model Predictive Control bisa menghasilkan kontrol EMS yang lebih ekonomis dengan biaya komputasi yang bisa diimplementasikan.

The train mode of transportation is public transportation that is quite attractive to the Indonesian population. However, this mode of transportation still uses little clean energy. Indonesian long-distance trains still use diesel. Diesel fuel is of course a conventional energy whose use the world wants to reduce. One solution is to reduce diesel reduction on long-distance trains. To reduce fuel use and reduce emissions from the engine, a hybrid train can be made by combining a diesel engine with a source of electrical energy, such as a battery. Hybrid trains require an EMS (Energy Management System) to regulate what energy is used in an optimal way. One of the bases of this EMS is MPC (Model Predictive Control). One of the things to consider in the Predictive Control Model is its predictors. With the development of Deep Learning, Long Short Term Memory Network (LSTM) is well known for modeling data sequences. LSTM can create a speed prediction model with the data that has been collected. With accurate power predictions, the Predictive Control Model can produce EMS control that is more economical with computational costs that can be implemented."

"Sebagai salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang teknologi, bisnis dari PT XYZ sangat bergantung pada teknologi dan keamanan informasi. Dalam mengamankan informasi, data, dan aset penting perusahaan, PT XYZ menerapkan pengamanan fisik yaitu Physical Access Control System (PACS). Sistem ini diimplementasi untuk melindungi bisnis dan aset perusahaan dari vandalisme, pencurian, dan pelanggaran, khususnya membatasi akses ke fasilitas organisasi yang memerlukan tingkat keamanan dan perlindungan yang lebih tinggi. Namun tingginya kasus insiden yang terjadi pada PACS menjadi kekhawatiran pihak manajemen perusahaan. Padahal tingkat ketergantungan organisasi terhadap keamanan fisik terutama pada PACS sangat tinggi. Insiden-insiden terkait PACS dengan sumber ancaman yang sama kerap terjadi berulang kali tanpa ada pemantauan yang memadai. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi manajemen risiko terhadap Physical Access Control System PT XYZ. Pada penelitian ini digunakan beberapa seri standar ISO/IEC 27000 yang dapat membantu penelitian dalam menganalisis risiko dan melengkapi proses dalam mengevaluasi manajemen risiko di organisasi. Standar yang digunakan antara lain ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27002, dan ISO/IEC 27005. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data secara studi literatur, dokumen, wawancara, observasi dan Focus Group Discussion. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah profil risiko dari PACS dengan total 54 skenario risiko keamanan informasi yang terdiri dari 44 skenario yang tidak diterima, dan 10 skenario risiko diterima. Adapun manfaat dari penelitian ini adalah dihasilkannya rekomendasi penanganan risiko keamanan informasi berdasarkan hasil evaluasi risiko keamanan informasi yang mengacu pada rekomendasi kontrol berdasarkan ISO/IEC 27002 dan diimplementasikan dalam bentuk dokumen Statement of Applicability (SoA).

As a technology company, the business of PT XYZ is highly dependent on technology and information security. In securing information, data, and important company assets, PT XYZ applies a physical security system, namely the Physical Access Control System (PACS). This system is implemented to protect the company’s business and assets from vandalism, theft, and breaches, specifically by restricting access to organizational facilities that require a higher level of security and protection. However, the high occurrence of incidences in PACS is a concern for company management, due to the organization's high level of dependence on physical security, especially PACS. Incidents related to PACS with the same source of threat often occur repeatedly without adequate monitoring. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the risk management of PT XYZ's Physical Access Control System. In this research, several series of ISO/IEC 27000 standards are used to assist the study in analyzing risk and completing the process of risk management evaluation in organizations. The standards used include ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27002, and ISO/IEC 27005. This research is qualitative research with data collection methods of literature studies, documents, interviews, observations, and Focus Group Discussions. The result of this study is the risk profile of PACS with a total of 54 information security risk scenarios consisting of 44 unacceptable scenarios and 10 acceptable risk scenarios. The benefit of this research is the production of recommendations for handling information security risks based on the results of the evaluation of information security risks that refer to control recommendations based on ISO/IEC 27002 and implemented in the form of a Statement of Applicability (SoA) document."

"Corporate governance is a concept where management supervision takes place in the decision-making process, both in public and business organizations. This research reviews the effect of board characteristics (measured based on the independent board of directors, dual leadership/CEO duality, board size, managerial ownership, board composition /multiple directorships, board tenure, audit committee, and board interlock) on earning management in companies listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange during the 2004-2008 period. To identify earning management, the researcher uses the Jones model (1991) as modified by Dechow and Sloan (1996) to separate non-discretionary accrual (NDAC) components from discretionary accrual components (DAC) in the total accrual.The research shows that earning management takes place in companies listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange during the 2004-2008 period, be they companies in general, manufacturers, non-manufacturers, and companies that use audit committee services. It is discovered that the independent board of directors, board size, managerial ownership, board composition/multiple directorships, board tenure, and audit committee do not affect earning management practices in the above companies; only dual leadership/CEO duality affects the earning management practices."
