"ABSTRAKSkripsi ini membahas tentang akibat hukum atas perubahan ketentuan kepemilikan modal asing dalam sektor jasa pergudangan di Indonesia dan sanksi yang diterapkan oleh pemerintah terhadap penanam modal asing yang tidak menyesuaikan kepemilikan modal nya hingga sebesar 33% pada sektor jasa pergudangan. Hasil dari penelitian dengan metode hukum yuridis-normatif menunjukkan bahwa penanam modal asing wajib untuk menyesuaikan kepemilikan saham nya hingga sebesar 33% sebagaimana telah ditetapkan dalam Peraturan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 39 Tahun 2014. Penanam modal asing yang tidak memenuhi kewajiban untuk menyesuaikan kepemilikan modal nya dapat dikenakan sanksi administratif

ABSTRACTThis thesis discusses the legal consequences of the change in ownership provisions of foreign capital in the warehousing services sector in Indonesia and the sanctions imposed by the government to foreign investors who do not adjust their capital holdings by as much as 33% in the warehousing services sector. The results of the study with the juridical-normative legal method shows that foreign investors are required to adjust its shareholding up to 33% as stipulated in the Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 39 Year 2014. Foreign investors who do not fulfill the obligation to adjust its capital holdings can be subject to administrative sanctions."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian mekanisme dan operasional reksa dana syariah berdasarkan Fatwa DSN-MUI No.20 Tahun 2001 dengan menganalisis kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh manajer investasi.Penelitian ini juga membahas bagaimana pencatatan akuntansi dan pengakuan pendapatan reksa dana dan manajer investasi (management fee) atas kegiatan investasi yang dilakukan. Analisis yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menganalisis hasil wawancara yang dilakukan dengan pihak yang berwenang pada masing-masing manajer investasi dan review atas laporan keuangan manajer investasi dan produk reksa dana.Hasil yang didapat atas penelitian ini adalah masih terdapat ketidaksesuaian dengan Fatwa DSN-MUI No.20 Tahun 2001 yaitu pada penempatan investasi karena tidak semua efek yang dibeli oleh manajer investasi diinformasikan kepada investor, dan pada pemisahan pendapatan atas pendapatan non-halal yang pelaporannya belum transparan. Pencatatan akuntansi yang dilakukan mengacu pada PSAK konvensional karena belum ada acuan yang mengatur tentang pencatatan akuntansi untuk reksa dana syariah.The objective of this study is to know the compliance mechanism and operationalof sharia mutual funds based on Fatwa DSN-MUI No.20 of 2001 by analyzing of investment management activities.

This study also discusses how accounting records and recognition of mutual funds revenues as well as the Investment Manager (management fee) for the investment activities. The analysis of this study was through analyzing results of interviews conducted with the authorities in each investment manager and reviewing the Financial Statements of the Investment Manager and mutual fund products.

As the results, there are still some uncompliance points to the Fatwa DSN-MUI No.20 of 2001 that is placement of funds and for separation of permited revenue . The accounting records refer to the conventional GAAP as there is no reference yet of the accounting records for sharia mutual funds."

"[Penelitian ini menganalisis kepemilikan saham investor asing serta investor domestic dalam sektor properti di Bursa Efek Indonesia, tahun 2008-2014. Dalam periode penelitian ini, jumlah kepemilikan saham investor asing di sektor properti bergerak menurun dan cenderung stagnan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode uji regresi linear berganda untuk melihat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepemilikan saham asing di sektor properti. Variabel yang digunakan adalah persentase kepemilikan saham asing dan domestic di sektor properti sebagai variabel terikat, dan persentasi kepemilikan asing dan kepemilikan domestik pada periode sebelumnya, size (market capitalization), return saham, IHS sektoral serta IHSG sebagai variabel bebas. Analisis yang sama juga dilakukan kepada kepemilikan domestik dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan perbandingan dengan kepemilikan asing. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa kepemilikan saham pada periode sebelumnya dan ukuran perusahaan (size) mempengaruhi porsi kepemilikan saham asing dan domestik di sektor properti. Tetapi, variabel ukuran perusahaan (size) mempengaruhi kepemilikan saham domestik secara negatif di sektor properti.

This research analyzed foreign equity ownership and domestic equity ownership in the property sector, listed at the Indonesia Stock Exchange, year 2008-2014. During the research period, it was found that the foreign equity ownership in the property sector decreased and stagnated. This research used double linear regression method to analyse the which factors influence the foreign equity ownership in the property sector. This research uses variables as follows: foreign equity ownership percentage in the property sector as dependent variable, and foreign ownership at previous period, size (market capitalization), stock return, property sector stock return and market return as independent variable. The same analysis was conducted for the purpose of comparing the result with foreign equity ownership. Result of research stated that the stock ownership at previous period and size of the company influenced foreign stock in the property sector.
