"ABSTRAKSeiring dengan perkembangan zaman, bisnis apotek semakin marak tersebar diseluruh Indonesia. Hal ini ditandai dengan semakin banyaknya apotek yang berdiridi Indonesia dari mulai apotek milik pribadi, apotek milik negara maupun apotekmilik swasta. Selain sebagai tempat dilakukannya tugas profesional, apotek jugamerupakan suatu tempat bisnis. Dalam menjalankan perannya di apotek, apotekerdituntut untuk bekerja secara profesional. Dalam hal ini, apoteker harusmemahami pengelolaan perbekalan farmasi apotek, manajemen apotek sertapelayanan kefarmasian dengan patient-oriented. Oleh sebab itu, Fakultas FarmasiUniversitas Indonesia bekerja sama dengan Apotek Mitrasana untukmenyelenggarakan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) pada tanggal 13 – 26Januari 2014. Tugas Khusus dengan judul Analisis Kebutuhan Konsumen GeraiApotek Mitrasana Sakura Regency (SRY) Periode 1 Januari 2013 – 31 Januari2014 bertujuan untuk mengetahui, mengamati dan menganalisis kebutuhankonsumen pada Apotek Mitrasana Sakura Regency (MSA SRY).

Therefore, Faculty of Pharmacy, Universityof Indonesia coorporating with Apotek Mitrasana organized Pharmacist InternshipProgram on January, 13th to 26th 2014. Specific Assignment titled Consumer NeedAnalysis Apotek Mitrasana Sakura Regency (SRY) Period Januari, 1st 2013 –Januari, 31 th 2014 aims to find out, observe and analyze the needs of consumers atApotek Mitrasana Sakura Regency (MSA SRY)."

"Apotek adalah sarana pelayanan kefarmasian tempat dilakukan praktek kefarmasian oleh Apoteker. Dalam mempersiapakan para calon apoteker yang profesional; siap menjalankan pelayanan kesehatan; dan dapat mengenal, mengerti, dan menghayati peran dan tanggung jawab seorang apoteker di apotek; serta menambah pengetahuan dan meningkatkan keterampilan dalam pekerjaan kefarmasiannya, maka perlu dilakukan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Apotek. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) ini dilakukan agar dapat mempelajari segala kegiatan dan permasalahan yang ada di suatu apotek serta sebagai pelatihan untuk menerapkan ilmu yang telah didapatkan selama perkuliahan. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) kali ini diselenggarakan di Apotek Mitrasana Sakura Regency Jl. Wibawa Mukti 2 Komplek Sakura Regency Blok KM 8 No. 12 Jati Asih Bekasi. Apotek Mitrasana Sakura Regency merupakan contoh apotek yang cukup baik sebagai tempat Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA), karena telah menerapkan sistem manajemen dan administrasi dengan baik, serta sistem pengelolaan teknis kefarmasian dan non teknis kefarmasian telah dilaksanakan dengan baik sesuai dengan peraturan dan perundang-undangan yang berlaku Apoteker Pengelola Apotek (APA) di Apotek Mitrasana Sakura Regency telah melaksanakan tugas pokok, fungsi, dan perannya sesuai dengan peraturan dan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Dalam kesempatan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Apotek Mitrasana Sakura Regency, penulis melakukan tugas khusus tentang analisis kebutuhan konsumen Gerai Apotek Mitrasana Sakura Regency selama periode 1 Januari 2013 - 31 Januari 2014. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut diketahui jenis produk/ barang atau jasa yang perlu disediakan oleh apotek dengan menyesuaikan keinginan dan kebutuhan konsumen serta guna meningkatkan profit penjualan apotek demi memajukan apotek sebagai bisnis.

Apoteker sebagai penanggung jawab apotek memiliki peranan yang besar dalam menjalankan fungsi apotek baik secara profesional, manajerial, dan pengecer. Kopral Bosan RT 02/22 No. 152 Pekayon Jaya Bekasi Selatan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman calon apoteker mengenai peran, kegiatan manajerial dan sistem pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek. Laporan PKPA ini berisi kegiatan calon apoteker selama di apotek dan perbandingan teori yang diperoleh di kampus dengan fakta yang terlihat di dunia kerja. Dari kegiatan PKPA yang dilakukan diharapkan dapat menghasilkan apoteker masa depan yang profesional, berwawasan, dan berkompeten dalam profesinya.

Apothecary Profession Internship in pharmacy is a mandatory activity to be able to obtain a degree of pharmacist. Pharmacy is one of devotion of a pharmacist's work. Pharmacist in charge of a pharmacy has a major role in running the pharmacy functions both as the professional fuction, managerial function, and retailer function. Therefore, PKPA activity in Mitrasana Pharmacy which placed in Jl. Kopral Bosan RT 02/22 No. 152 Pekayon Jaya Bekasi Selatan will improve knowledges of the future pharmacist by understanding the role of prospective pharmacist, managerial activities and pharmacy services in pharmacy system. This PKPA report contains the activity of a prospective pharmacists in pharmacies and comparing of the undertaken theories on campus with the fact that seen in the world of work. The activities of PKPA, ultimately expected to produce the future professional pharmacist, insightful, and competent in their profession."

Apotek menjadi salah satu sarana yang memiliki fungsi pelayanan kesehatan untuk mewujudkan tercapainya derajat kesehatan optimal untuk masyarakat dan juga memiliki fungsi dalam hal bisnis demi kemajuan apotek itu sendiri. Kegiatan PKPA dapat memberikan pengetahuan langsung mengenai peran dan fungsi Apoteker dalam fungsi pelayanan dan pegelolaan dalam suatu Apotek.

Peran apoteker dalam mengelola suatu apotek sangat besar sehingga diperlukan pembekalan kepada calon apoteker, baik secara teori maupun praktik mengenai cara mengelola suatu apotek, baik dari sudut pandang farmasi maupun dari sudut pandang bisnis. Oleh karena itu, Fakultas Farmasi Universitas Indonesia bekerja sama dengan PT. Millenia Dharma Insani (Mitrasana) mengadakan kegiatan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) yang berlangsung dari tanggal 8 Januari hingga 14 Februari 2014 di Mitrasana Babelan, Bekasi Utara. Saat ini, pasien banyak menuntut informasi mengenai obat yang digunakannya. Komunikasi, informasi, dan edukasi (KIE) di bidang kefarmasian dapat dipahami sebagai rangkaian kegiatan interaksi positif antara farmasis dengan pasien/keluarga atau dengan tenaga kesehatan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman bagi pasien/keluarga dan tenaga kesehatan mengenai penggunaan obat yang benar dan rasional. KIE merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang potensial untuk dilakukan karena selama ini jarang dijamah. Dari hasil Survei Pelayanan KIE dapat diketahui bahwa baru sebagian kecil customer yang diberi pelayanan KIE dan pegawai yang sering memberikan KIE adalah asisten apoteker.

In order to improve the health of human beings for the welfare of the people, it is necessary to build health facilities which are equitable and affordable by the government and society as a whole, so that people can enjoy good health and optimal services. Pharmacy is one of the facilities that are required to support the health care effort. The role of pharmacists in managing pharmacy is substantial that required debriefing to prospective pharmacists, both in theory and practice on how to manage a pharmacy, both from the point of view of the pharmaceutical as well as from a business standpoint. Hence, Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Indonesia in cooperation with PT. Millenia Dharma Insani (Mitrasana) held a Work Practice Pharmacist (PKPA), which runs from January 8 to February 14, 2014 in Mitrasana Babelan, North Bekasi. Currently, many patients require information about drug use. Information, education and communication (IEC) in the field of pharmacy can be understood as a series of positive interaction between the pharmacist with the patient / family or by health workers that aims to increase the understanding for the patient / family and health professionals regarding the correct use of drugs and rational. IEC is one of the potential activities to be done as it is rarely touched, currenly. From the survey results it can be seen that the IEC services are given to a small part of customer and employees who often provide IEC is an assistant pharmacist."
