"Klien gangguan jiwa cenderung tidak produktif dan berpenghasilan mempengaruhi stigma sehingga menyebabkan Harga Diri Rendah (HDR) dan isolasi sosial. Klien memerlukan pemulihan jangka panjang, yang dipersulit insight buruk.
Tujuan: menjelaskan penerapan Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavior Social Skills Training (CBSST) menggunakan pendekatan Model Adaptasi Roy (MAR) dan Model Tidal. MAR sebagai kerangka utama dan Teori Model Tidal pada proses kontrol koping. Analisis dilakukan pada 32 klien ACT+CBSST, dan 22 klien CBSST.
Hasil: ACT+CBSST memperbaiki insight dan meningkatkan keterampilan sosial, perilaku adaptif meningkatkan penurunan tanda gejala HDR kronis dan isolasi sosial.
Saran: kombinasi ACT+CBSST pilihan pada awal program pemulihan.
Clients of mental disorders tend to be non- productive and non-income that affect stigma the impact Low Self-Esteem (LSE) and social isolation. The client required a long-term recovery, which compounded a poor insight. Objective: explained the application of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavior Social Skills Training (CBSST) by using the approaches of Roy Adaptation Model (RAM) and the Tidal Model. RAM as the main framework and the Tidal Model Theory as coping control process. Analysis was performed on 32 ACT + CBSST clients, and 22 CBSST client. Results: ACT improved insight and increased social skills, improved adaptive behavior and decreased in signs and symptoms of chronic LSE and social isolation. Recomendation: the combination of ACT + CBSST choice at the beginning of the recovery program."

Wawancara dan observasi juga dilakukan kepada partisipan untuk memperoleh gambaran masalah terkait self-esteem yang dialami.Dua orang partisipan mengikuti program intervensi yang terdiri dari lima sesi pertemuan hingga selesai. Hasilnya, terdapat peningkatan skor RSES dan CSEI pada kedua partisipan. Secara kualitatif, kedua partisipan juga sudah melaporkan sikap yang lebih positif terhadap dirinya sendiri meskipun masih mengalami perasaan-perasaan negatif terkait diri. "Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui efektivitas program cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) untuk meningkatkan self-esteem pada remaja dari keluarga dengan status sosial ekonomi rendah. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah remaja perempuan usia 11 tahun yang memiliki self-esteem rendah. Self-esteem diukur dengan menggunakan skala Self-Perception Profile for Children (SPPC) dari Harter (2012). Penelitian ini merupakan single subject design tipe AB yang terdiri atas 12 sesi terhadap subjek dan 2 sesi terhadap orangtua.
Berdasarkan pengukuran yang dilakukan melalui SPPC dan kemajuan subjek yang memenuhi indikator pada setiap pertemuan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa CBT efektif untuk meningkatkan self-esteem pada remaja dari keluarga dengan status sosial ekonomi rendah pada seluruh domain, baik global self-esteem maupun specific self-esteem.
This study conducted to understand the effectiveness of cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) in increasing self-esteem on adolescent with low socioeconomic status. The participant of the study is a 11 year old adolescent who has low selfesteem. Self-esteem was assessed by the Self-Perception Profile for Children (SPPC) from Harter (2012), one of the most used measures of global and specific self-esteem. This study was a single subject design type AB that consist of 12 child sessions and 2 parents sessions. Based on the measurement that has been done using SPPC and progress indicators that meet the subject at each meeting, it can be concluded that the CBT effectively increase global and specific self-esteem on adolescent with low socioeconomic status."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektifitas Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) dalam meningkatkan Self Esteem dewasa muda. Subjek penelitian berjumlah tiga orang, dewasa muda (19-30 tahun), dan memiliki self esteem yang rendah berdasarkan skor Rosenberg Self Esteem Scale (RSES) dan Coopersmith Self Esteem Inventory (CSEI). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan intervensi Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan self esteem pada dewasa muda. Ketiga partisipan menunjukkan peningkatan pada skor RSES dan CSEI pada post-test. Hasil wawancara juga menunjukkan bahwa partisipan merasakan manfaat yang positif dengan mengikuti program intervensi.
The objective of this research is to test the effectiveness of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) in raising self esteem on young adults. The subjects are three persons, young adult (19-30 years old), and have low self esteem based on Rosenberg Self Esteem Scale (RSES) and Coopersmith Self Esteem Inventory (CSEI). Result of this research shows that Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) intervention program proved to be effective in raising self esteem on young adults. The post-test indicates that the three subjects had improvement in score for RSES and CSEI. Interview result also shows that the subjects benefited from this intervention program."

"[Latar Belakang : Konflik relasi berpacaran rentan dialami oleh dewasa muda. Konflik yang tidak terselesaikan memunculkan kekerasan dalam pacaran. Kekerasan dalam pacaran mungkin terjadi dalam bentuk fisik, psikologis, seksual dan ekonomi. Riwayat pengalaman traumatis yang dialami sebelumnya oleh individu, membentuk self-esteem rendah pada individu dan membuka peluang pada individu untuk kembali terjebak pada relasi berkekerasan yang serupa, salah satunya kekerasan dalam pacaran. Self-esteem yang rendah mengakibatkan korban sulit untuk keluar dari siklus relasi berkekerasan tersebut. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan intervensi untuk meningkatkan self-esteem pada dewasa muda yang mengalami kekerasan dalam pacaran. Intervensi yang telah terbukti efektif dalam menangani self-esteem yang rendah adalah cognitive behavior therapy. Metode : Penelitian ini berupa intervensi CBT pada 4 orang partisipan. Desain penelitian ini termasuk dalam one group pretest-posttest design (before and after). Analisis : Analisis dilakukan dengan cara membandingkan data kuantitatif dari hasil pre-test dan post-test pada alat ukur RSES. Analisa kualitatif dilakukan melalui wawancara dan observasi terhadap perkembangan dan perubahan yang dialami partisipan. Hasil : CBT cukup berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan self-esteem pada partisipan, namun demikian intervensi selama 6 sesi pertemuan ini dirasa belum cukup untuk mengatasi permasalahan kekerasan dalam pacaran secara menyeluruh. Partisipan mengalami perubahan aspek kognitif dan perilaku. Partisipan merasa percaya diri dan nyaman terhadap penampilan fisik maupun kemampuan yang dimiliki. Partisipan memperoleh pemikiran yang lebih realistis untuk keluar dari relasi pacaran yang tidak sehat.

Dating violence may occur in physical, psychological, sexual, and economic matter. Previous traumatic events, experienced by individual, conceive low self-esteem and provide more possible chance for individual to get back to the same violence based relationship, including dating violence. Low self-esteem causes the victims to withdraw themselves from the violence-based relationship. Hence, interventions are required to enhance self-esteem on young adults who experience dating violence. Cognitive behavior therapy is considered effective in enhancing self-esteem. Method: This research investigated CBT intervention on 4 participants with the research design of one group pretest-posttestdesign(before and after). Analysis: Analysis was carried out by comparing quantitative data of pre-test and post-test result acquired from RSES instrument. Qualitative analysis was carried out through interview and observation on the development and changes experienced by participants. Results: CBT is influential enough in enhancing self-esteem on participants, nevertheless 6 meetings session of intervention are considered less effective in solving dating violence entirely. Qualitative result indicated that participants experienced changes in cognitive and behavior aspects. Participants felt confident and secure either about their physical performance or their competence. "Skizofrenia adalah salah satu gangguan jiwa dengan prevalensi yang tinggi. Salah satu gejalanya adalah gejala negatif di mana orang dengan skizofrenia merasa kehilangan minat dan motivasi dalam hidupnya serta mengalami harga diri rendah. Masalah harga diri rendah harus segera ditangani karena dapat berakibat pada buruknya interaksi orang dengan skizofrenia tersebut dengan lingkungan, munculnya risiko isolasi sosial, hingga berakibat pada timbulnya halusinasi. Karya Ilmiah Akhir Ners ini disusun untuk penjabaran analisis asuhan keperawatan generalis dengan fokus penerapan latihan aspek positif diri melalui kegiatan membaca Al-Qur’an dan Terapi Aktivitas Kelompok Stimulasi Persepsi pada klien dengan harga diri rendah kronis. Penerapan tersebut bertujuan untuk menurunkan tanda dan gejala harga diri rendah kronis dan meningkatkan harga diri pada klien. Asuhan keperawatan dilakukan dengan metode studi kasus. Klien berinisial Ny. I, merupakan pasien yang dirawat di Ruang Utari, RSJ dr. H. Marzoeki Mahdi, Bogor. Klien berjenis kelamin perempuan, berusia 42 tahun, dan dengan diagnosis skizofrenia. Implementasi dilakukan melalui pembacaan Al-Qur’an oleh klien bersama dengan penulis, sebanyak enam pertemuan dalam tiga hari (dua pertemuan setiap hari), dan dengan durasi membaca Al- Qur’an selama lima menit dalam tiap pertemuan. Terapi Aktivitas Kelompok Stimulasi Persepsi dilaksanakan dalam satu pertemuan yang berisi sesi 1-3. Hasil asuhan keperawatan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan latihan aspek positif diri melalui kegiatan membaca Al-Qur’an dan Terapi Aktivitas Kelompok Stimulasi Persepsi dapat menurunkan tanda dan gejala harga diri rendah kronis dan meningkatkan harga diri pada klien dengan harga diri rendah kronis.
Schizophrenia is one of mental disorders with high prevalence. One of the symptoms is negative symptoms which people with schizophrenia experienced loss of interest and enjoyment and experienced low self-esteem. This low self-esteem problem must be overcome immediately because it can lead to a bad interaction between people with schizophrenia and their environment, emergence of social isolation risk, until emergence of hallucinations. This nurse final scientific paper purposed to explain the analysis of generalist nursing care focused on practice of positive self-aspect by reciting Al-Qur’an and Perception Stimulation Group Activity Therapy for client with chronic low self-esteem. That implementation aimed to reduce signs and symptoms of chronic low self-esteem and increase self- esteem in client. Nursing care applied with case study method. Client named Mrs. I, is an inpatient in Utari Room, dr. H. Marzoeki Mahdi Mental Hospital, Bogor. This client is a person with schizophrenia, female, and 42 years old. Implementation applied through Al-Qur’an recitation by client and writer, with six meetings within three days (two meetings per day) and five minutes spending in every meeting. Perception Stimulation Group Activity Therapy applied within one meeting contained session 1-3. Result of the nursing care showed that practice of positive self-aspect by reciting Al-Qur’an and Perception Stimulation Group Activity Therapy implementation can reduce signs and symptoms of chronic low self-esteem and increase self-esteem in client with chronic low self-esteem."

"Harga diri rendah situasional adalah penilaian diri yang negatif yang muncul pada kondisi tertentu akibat adanya stressor. stressor pekerjaan dapat memberikan dampak psikologis bagi klien dewasa muda. Tidak bekerja merupakan stimulus fokal yang menimbulkan perilaku tidak efektif yaitu perilaku harga diri rendah situasional. Harga diri rendah situasional perlu ditangani dengan memberikan latihan asertif diantaranya dengan Assertivenes training (AT) yang dikombinasikan dengan pemberian Terapi Kelompok Terapeutik (TKT). Kerangka yang digunakan adalah Model Stres Adaptasi Stuart dan Model Adaptasi Roy. Aplikasi TKT dan AT dapat menstabilitasi mekanisme koping yang adaptif dan memodifikasi perilaku maladaptif menjadi perilaku adaptif. Analisa dilakukan pada 12 klien.
Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa penurunan tanda dan gejala harga diri rendah situasional yang dimediasi atau difasilitasi oleh peningkatan kemampuan melakukan stimulasi tahap perkembangan dewasa muda dan peningkatan kemampuan asertif. Saran dari Karya Ilmiah Akhir ini adalah untuk meningkatkan dukungan sosial diperlukan klien dewasa muda yang tidak bekerja, baik dari teman, keluarga maupun perawat CMHN untuk menstabilisasi perilaku adaptif yang sudah dipelajari.
Situational low self esteem is a negative self-assessment that appear in certain circumstances caused by the stressor. job stressors can provide psychological impact for all the adult client. Job less is the focal stimulus that causes ineffective behaviors like situational behaviors of low self esteem. Situational low self esteem need to maintain with Assertivenes Training (AT) such as AT combined with Therapeutic Group Therapy (TKT). Stress Adaptation Model Stuart and Roy used as a framework in this study. Applications of AT and TKT can stabilize adaptive coping mechanisms and modify maladaptive behaviors become adaptive behavior. 12 client joined in this study. The analysis showed that the reduction in signs and symptoms of situational low self esteem situational mediated or facilitated by an increase in the ability to stimulated the young adult development of and assertive capacity. This study suggest to improve sosial support to young adult klien who are job less. They need support from friend, family and CMHN caregiver. Nursing to Stabilize the adaptive behavior which learned by clients."

"Perilaku bunuh diri merupakan penyebab kematian utama pada klien skizofrenia yang mengakibatkan kesedihan dan kerugian yang tidak terukur terhadap individu, keluarga dan masyarakat. Tindakan keperawatan ners, Cognitive Therapy dan Sosial Skiil Training diberikan pada klien bertujuan untuk menurunkan tanda gejala risiko percobaan bunuh diri, meningkatkan harga diri klien, mampu mnegontrol emosi dan perilaku, memanfaatkan system pendukung yang ada, mampu mengendalikan keinginan untuk mencederai diri sendiri serta meningkatkan kemampuan klien dalam bersosialisasi dengan orang lain. Tindakan keperawatan diberikan kepada 10 klien risiko bunuh diri 5 klien mendapatkan tindakan keperawatan Ners generalis dan Ners Spesialis Cognitive therapy dan 5 klien mendapatkan tindakan keperawatan ners generalis, ners spesialis cognitive therapy dan social skill training dengan menggunakan pendekatan model stres adaptasi stuart. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah terjadi penurunan tanda gejala risiko bunuh diri pada aspek kognitif, afektif, fisiologis, perilaku dan sosial, terjadi peningkatan harga diri klien dan kemampuan klien dalam bersosialisasi dengan orang lain, dan tindakan keperawatan ners generalis, ners spesialis cognitive therapy dan sosial skill training mempunyai pengaruh yang lebih baik dari pada klien yang hanya mendapatkan pemberian tindakan keperawatan Ners generalis dan Ners Spesialis Cognitive therapy. Hasil penanganan kasus ini merekomendasikan pentingnya tindakan keperawatan ners generalis, ners spesialis cognitive therapy dan sosial skill training dan melakukan pengawasan evaluasi stressor yang muncul serta perlunya kolaborasi dengan tim medis dalam pemberian antidepresan.
Suicidal behavior is the leading cause of death in schizophrenic clients resulting in grief of suffering, and unmeasured harm to individuals, families and communities. Nursing intervention and Cognitive Therapy and Social Skiil Training SST are given to clients aimed at reducing the risk symptom signs of attempted suicide, increasing client self esteem, being able to control emotions and behavior, utilizing existing support systems, self injury and improve the ability of clients in socializing with others. Nursing Intervention, CT and SST were given to 5 clients of risk suicide 5 clients received Ners generalist action and Ners Specialist Cognitive therapy and 5 clients received ners generalist treatment, cognitive therapy ners specialist and social skill training by using the stuart tress adaptation model approach. The finding indicated decrease in signs of suicide risk symptoms on the aspects of cognitive, affective, physiological, behavioral and social aspects, increasing client 39 s self esteem and the ability of clients in socializing with others and ners generalist actions, specialist cognitive therapy and social skills training has a better effect than the clients who only get nursing treatment Generalist Ners and Ners Specialist Cognitive therapy. The results of this case recommend the importance of generalist nursing actions, specialist cognitive therapy and social skills training and monitoring evaluating the emerging stressors as well as the need for collaboration with the medical team in the administration of antidepressants"

"Isolasi sosial sebagai salah satu gejala negatif skizofrenia merupakan kegagalan individu untuk menjalin interaksi dengan orang lain akibat dari pikiran-pikiran negatif serta pengalaman yang tidak menyenangkan sebagai ancaman terhadap individu. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui pengaruh terapi CBSST terhadap kemampuan bersosialisasi klien isolasi sosial di BLU RS Dr. H. Marzoeki Mahdi Bogor. Desain penelitian quasi experimental pre-post test with control group. Sampel berjumlah 60 orang yang meliputi 29 orang kelompok intervensi dan 31 orang kelompok kontrol.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kemampuan kognitif dalam menilai diri sendiri, orang lain, dan lingkungan serta kemampuan psikomotor dalam bersosialisasi meningkat secara bermakna setelah dilakukan terapi CBSST (p value<0.05). Peningkatan kemampuan bersosialisasi lebih tinggi secara bermakna pada kelompok yang mendapat CBSST dibandingkan kelompok yang tidak mendapatkan CBSST (p value<0.05). CBSST direkomendasikan diterapkan sebagai terapi keperawatan dalam merawat klien dengan isolasi sosial.
Social isolation as one of the negative symptoms of schizophrenia is the failure of individuals to establish interaction with others resulting from negative thoughts and unpleasant experiences as a threat to the individual. The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of CBSST therapy on socialization ability the client with social isolation in the Marzoeki Mahdi hospital, Bogor. The research design was quasi-experimental pre-post test with control group. The sample of this research are clients of social isolation with amount of 60 respondents including 29 respondents in the intervention group and 31 respondents in the control group. The results showed that the cognitive ability to judge ourselves, others and the environment and psychomotor ability in socialization increased significantly after CBSST therapy (p value < 0.05). This research showed significant comparation of socialization ability in socialization between group with CBSST therapy and neither (p value < 0,05). CBSST therapy recommended as nursing therapy used to treat client with social isolation."
