"Politeknik Keuangan Negara STAN disingkat PKN STAN adalah perguruan tinggi yang menyelenggarakan program pendidikan vokasi di bidang keuangan negara. PKN STAN adalah salah satu unit eselon II di bawah Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Keuangan (BPPK) Kementerian Keuangan Republik Indonesia. Secara kelembagaan, PKN STAN merupakan transformasi dari perguruan tinggi yang telah cukup dikenal yaitu Sekolah Tinggi Akuntansi Negara (STAN), yang diharapkan dapat memiliki kapasitas untuk menjalankan fungsi sebagai perguruan tinggi seutuhnya yaitu menyelenggarakan Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi yang meliputi kegiatan pendidikan, penelitian, dan pengabdian masyarakat.
Dalam Rencana Strategis (Renstra) Tahun 2015-2019, PKN STAN menetapkan visinya menjadi Politeknik terkemuka di Indonesia yang menghasilkan kader pengelola keuangan negara bereputasi internasional. Kondisi ideal yang diharapkan adalah PKN STAN dapat melaksanakan Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi dengan sepenuhnya. Sebagai upaya untuk memenuhi harapan tersebut, PKN STAN telah menggunakan Sistem Informasi dan Teknologi Informasi (SI/TI) dalam penyelenggaraan operasional akademis dan perkantoran.
Dari hasil observasi terkait SI/TI ditemukan bahwa SI/TI di PKN STAN belum sepenuhnya mendukung pelaksanaan Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi. Sebanyak 27 aplikasi tidak terintegrasi dan 6 di antaranya tidak digunakan. Penyebabnya adalah pengembangan SI yang dilakukan secara parsial dan tidak terencana. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan perencanaan strategi digital dalam rangka menyelaraskan SI/TI yang ada dengan fungsi PKN STAN sebagai perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan merumuskan rencana strategi digital (SI/TI) beserta roadmap implementasinya dengan menggunakan metodologi kerangka kerja Ward & Peppard.
Untuk mempertajam analisis, penelitian ini menggunakan Business Model Canvas (BMC), Value Chain (VC), Critical Success Factor (CSF), dan Politik-Ekonomi-Sosial-Teknologi (PEST). Data yang diolah bersifat kualitatif berupa hasil wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen menggunakan metode analisis tematik. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah rumusan rencana strategi digital yang terdiri dari strategi SI, strategi TI, dan strategi manajemen SI/TI; pemetaan 27 sistem informasi masa mendatang ke dalam McFarlans application portfolio; dan roadmap implementasi rencana strategi digital tersebut untuk tiga tahun ke depan.

State Finance Polytechnic STAN abbreviated as PKN STAN is a college that organizes vocational education programs in the field of state finance. PKN STAN is one of the echelon II units under the Finance Education and Training Agency (BPPK) of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. Institutionally, PKN STAN is a transformation from a previous well-known institution namely the State Accounting College (STAN), which is expected to have the capacity to function as a whole university: to hold a Tridharma of Higher Education including education, research and community service activities.
In the Strategic Plan (Renstra) of 2015-2019, PKN STAN set its vision to become the leading Polytechnic in Indonesia which produced cadres of internationally reputed state financial managers. The ideal condition expected is that PKN STAN can fully implement the Tridharma of Higher Education. In an effort to fulfill these expectation, PKN STAN has used Information and Information Technology (IS/IT) systems in the implementation of academic and office operations.
From the results of observations related to IS/IT, it was found that IS/IT in PKN STAN had not fully supported the implementation of the Tridharma of Higher Education. A total of 27 applications are not integrated and 6 of them are not used. The reason is that the development of IS is carried out partially and unplanned. Therefore, IS/IT strategic planning is needed in order to align the existing IS/IT with the function of PKN STAN as a university. This study aims to formulate a digital strategy (IS/IT) plan and its implementation roadmap using the Ward & Peppard framework methodology.
To sharpen the analysis, this study uses Business Model Canvas (BMC), Value Chain (VC), Critical Success Factors (CSF), and Political-Economic-Social-Technology (PEST). Data processed is qualitative in the form of interviews, observations, and study documents using thematic analysis methods. The results of this study are a digital strategy plan consisting of IS strategies, IT strategies, and IS/IT management strategies; mapping of 27 future information systems into McFarlans application portfolio; and the roadmap for implementing the digital strategy plan for the next three years.

"Politeknik Keuangan Negara STAN (PKN STAN) sebagai perguruan tinggi diwajibkan untuk memenuhi Standar Nasional Pendidikan Tinggi dalam rangka menjaga mutu pendidikan tinggi. Hasil penjaminan mutu digunakan oleh BAN-PT dalam menetapkan akreditasi Perguruan Tinggi. Penilaian akrediatasi, salah satunya, dilaksanakan dengan mengambil data dari Pangkalan Data Perguruan Tinggi (PDPT). 
Perguruan Tinggi wajib menyampaikan data dan informasi penyelenggaraan pendidikan ke PDPT. Data pendidikan tinggi meliputi data pokok, data referensi, dan data transaksional pendidikan tinggi. Data yang disampaikan ke PDPT harus memenuhi syarat kelengkapan, kebenaran, ketepatan, dan kemutakhiran.
Hasil pengukuran data mahasiswa sebagai salah satu data pokok pendidikan tinggi di PKN STAN padadimensi kualitas data yang disyaratkan, yaitu Kelengkapan50.38%, Kebenaran/Ketepatan14.16%, dan Kemutakhiran100% diukur dari waktu pembuatan/pemutakhiran. Hasil tersebut belum memenuhi kriteria yang disyaratkan organisasi sebesar 90% untuk setiap dimensi data yang disyaratkan.
Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini menyusun rekomendasi peningkatan kualitas data pokok pendidikan di PKNSTAN. Rekomendasi disusun dengan melakukan penilaian manajemen kualitas data saat ini yang meliputi penilaian dimensi kualitas data padadata pokok pendidikan (dosen, mahasiswa, kurikulum, dan mata kuliah) dan penilaian tingkat kematangan manajemen kualitas data. 
Rekomendasi yang diberikan meliputi delapan komponen dalam Data Quality Frameworkdari David Loshin dengan menerapkan praktik terbaik manajemen kualitas data dariData Management Book of Knowledge dari DAMA Institute. Terdapat 66 rekomendasi peningkatan kualitas data pokok pendidikan di PKN STAN untuk dapat mencapai tingkat kematangan manajemen kualitas data yang diinginkan. Dari 66 rekomendasi tersebut, terdapat delapan rekomendasi yang dinilai berdampak signifikan dalam awal pelaksanaan program manajemen kualitas data di PKN STAN. Rekomendasi tersebut diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai acuan dalam melaksanakan program peningkatan kualitas data pokok pendidikan di PKN STAN.

State Finance Polytechnic STAN, as a higher education institution (HEI), is required to meet the National Standards of Higher Education in order to maintain the quality of higher education. The quality assurance results are used by BAN-PT in establishing university accreditation. Accreditation assessment, one of which, is carried out by taking data from the Pangkalan Data Perguruan Tinggi (PDPT).
HEIs must submit data and information on the implementation of education to PDPT. Higher education data includes basic data, reference data, and higher education transactional data. Data submitted to PDPT must meet the requirements for completeness, truth, accuracy, and currency.
The measurement results of student data as one of the primary data of higher education in PKN STAN on the required data quality dimensions, namely Completeness 50.38%, Truth/Accuracy 14.16%, and Update 100% measured from the time of creation/updating. These results do not meet the criteria required by the organization by 90% for each dimension of data required.
Based on this, the research composes recommendations for improving the quality of the basic data of education in PKN STAN. The recommendations are prepared by evaluating the current data quality management, which includes evaluating the dimensions of data quality in the basic education data (lecturers, students, curriculum, and courses) and assessing the maturity level of data quality management.
The recommendations include eight components in the David Quality Quality Framework by implementing data quality management best practices from the Data Management Book of Knowledge from DAMA Institute. PKN STAN needs to make the 66 recommendations to be able to reach the desired level of data quality management maturity. There were eight recommendations which considered to have a significant impact at the beginning of the implementation of the data quality management program in PKN STAN. This recommendation is expected to be used as a reference in implementing the basic data quality improvement program in PKN STAN.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kesesuaian metode penilaian tingkat maturitas Badan Layanan Umum (BLU) sebagai metode untuk menilai kinerja BLU, khususnya perguruan tinggi BLU yang memiliki karakteristik seperti PKN STAN. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif secara kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penilaian tingkat maturitas BLU, secara garis besar, telah sesuai dengan metode penilaian kinerja lain, seperti penilaian tingkat kesehatan BUMN dan kriteria akreditasi BAN-PT. Meskipun demikian, terdapat penyesuaian yang harus dilakukan yaitu dengan membedakan aspek penilaian berdasarkan jenis layanan dan ukuran sebuah BLU. Selain itu, penilaian tingkat maturitas BLU juga harus disesuaikan untuk mengakomodasi penilaian bagi BLU yang tidak memperoleh pendapatan sehingga tetap dapat memenuhi tingkat kemandirian.

This study aims to evaluate the suitability of the BLU maturity level assessment method as a method for assessing Public Service Agencies’ (BLU) performance, especially BLU university which have characteristics such as PKN STAN. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method with a case study approach. The results of the study show that the assessment of the maturity level of BLU, in general, is in accordance with other performance assessment methods, such as the assessment of the soundness level of BUMN and BAN-PT accreditation criteria. Even so, there are adjustments that must be made, namely by differentiating aspects of the assessment based on the type of service and the size of a BLU. In addition, BLU's maturity level assessment must also be adjusted to accommodate assessments for BLUs that do not receive income so that they can still meet the level of independence."
