"Dalam sepuluh tahun terakhir, industri telekomunikasi baik secara global maupun lokal telah menghadapi berbagai perubahan pada konvergensi jaringan dan layanan. Pada era disrupsi digital ini, adanya perubahan tren komunikasi dari komunikasi suara dan SMS ke komunikasi data berbasis aplikasi (Over-the-Top communications) menyebabkan pendapatan perusahaan perlahan tergerus. Di sisi lain, telekomunikasi seharusnya dapat tetap berperan besar, oleh karena itu operator harus menyesuaikan strategi inovasi dalam menangkap peluang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan prioritas strategi inovasi di industri telekomunikasi yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja bisnis dan pertumbuhan berkelanjutan dalam menghadapi disrupsi digital. Metode yang digunakan dalam menentukan prioritas bobot adalah Fuzzy ANP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi inovasi produk merupakan priotitas utama yang harus dilakukan oleh operator telekomunikasi Indonesia.

In the last ten years, the telecommunications industry both globally and locally has faced various changes to network and service convergence. In this era of digital disruption, the changing trend in communication from voice and SMS communication to data communication (Over-the-Top communications) caused the companys revenue to slowly erode. On the other hand, telecommunications should still be able to play a major role, therefore operators must adapt innovation strategies in capturing opportunities. This study aims to get the priority of innovation strategies in the telecommunications industry that can improve business performance and sustainable growth in the face of digital disruption. The method used in determining the priority of weights is Fuzzy ANP. The results of the study indicate that the product innovation strategy is the main priority that must be carried out by Indonesian telecommunications operators."
