"Peran industri manufaktur terhadap perekonomian Indonesia yang semakin meningkat tentunya harus didukung dengan melakukan continuous improvement pada industri manufaktur. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai perancangan serious simulation game (SSG) sebagai media pembelajaran aktif mengenai manajemen sistem produksi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu meningkatkan kemampuan manajemen sistem produksi baik oleh akademisi dan juga praktisi dengan metode pembelajaran experiential learning. Perancangan serious simulation game ini berbasis pada konsep Triadic Game Design. Penelitian ini berfokus pada perancangan serious simulation game dengan papan permainan. Berdasarkan hasil Focus Group Discussion untuk mengevaluasi SSG yang dirancang, pemain mendapatkan pemahaman mengenai variabel dalam sistem produksi dan kemampuan mengaturnya.
