"Skripsi ini berjudul Transformasi Cakapan dari Novel ke Skenario Film, Sebuah Studi Kasus atas Novel Cas Cus dan Pabrik. Penelitian ini berusaha mendeskripsikan gejala-gejala perubahan cakapan dalam transformasi dari novel ke skenario film, yaitu novel Cas Cus dan Pabrik ke dalam skenario film Cas Cis Cus dan skenario film Pabrik karya Putu Wijaya. cakapan dalam proses transformasi tersebut menunjukkan beberapa alternatif perubahan; antara lain cakapan menjadi cakapan tanpa perubahan, cakapan dengan perubahan yang dapat dijelaskan melalui teori Riffaterre dan Partini Sardjono-Pradotokusumo, yakni teori ekspansi, konversi, modifikasi, dan ekserp. Perubahan cakapan dalam proses transformasi novel ke skenario film juga mempengaruhi penokohan dan kualitas watak tokoh. Hal ini disebabkan cakapan sangat erat hubungannya dengan tokoh dalam metode penokohan dramatik. Di dalam Proses transformasi dari novel ke skenario film --sekalipun dilakukan oleh pengarang novel sebagai penulis skenario filmnya, bahkan menyutradarai film itu sendiri-- perubahan atas hipogramnya tidak dapat dihindarkan. Kenyataan tersebut disebabkan oleh (1) karena perbedaan media novel dan film, (2) proses transformasi itu sendiri. "Seiring dengan meningkatnya jumlah penduduk dan pendapatan per kapita penduduk Indonesia, kebutuhan akan hasil-hasil peternakan juga meningkat. Sektor agribisnis peternakan mengalami perkembangan yang pesat. Pola Inti-Plasma merupakan salah satu bentuk kemitraan yang diterapkan di sektor peternakan, termasuk dalam budidaya peternakan ayam. Penggunaan Pola Inti-Plasma semakin menguat setelah krisis yang melanda Indonesia pada kurun waktu 1997-1998 yang juga telah memukul sektor peternakan. Hal ini merupakan manifestasi dari adanya kehendak dari para peternak untuk mencari rasa aman dari fluktuasi harga meskipun keuntungan yang diperoleh relatif lebih sedikit. Perjanjian kerjasama kemitraan yang dibuat antara perusahaan inti dengan peternak plasma harus mengacu pada aspek-aspek hukum perjanjian, baik asas-asas hukum perjanjian, syarat sahnya perjanjian, bagian-bagian atau unsur-unsur perjanjian, serta bentuk perjanjian. Dari studi kasus ini diketahui bahwa perjanjian kerjasama kemitraan pada budidaya peternakan ayam yang diterapkan di PT. CAS telah memenuhi asas konsensualisme, asas kekuatan mengikat, asas kebebasan berkontrak, serta syarat sahnya terbentuknya perjanjian. Demikian juga dengan bentuk atau anatomi perjanjian telah memadai. Namun demikian, perjanjian kerjasama kemitraan tersebut belum sepenuhnya memenuhi asas keseimbangan dan asas itikad baik. Guna memenuhi kedua asas tersebut, diperlukan keterlibatan pemerintah dalam memberikan bimbingan dan bantuan teknis kepada peternak dan menetapkan mekanisme arbitrase untuk menyelesaikan konflik antara perusahaan inti dengan peternak plasma. Selain itu, diperlukan juga keyakinan perusahaan inti untuk menerapkan jaminan kepada peternak plasma.

Along with the increasing of numbers and income per capita of Indonesia's population, the need for the livestock’s product is also increases. Livestock agribusiness sector experienced rapid development. The Pattern of Nucleus-Plasma is one of form of partnership that is also applied in the livestock sector, including in chicken farming. The Pattern of Nucleus-Plasma increasingly used after the crisis that hit Indonesia in the period of 1997-1998, that had also strike the livestock sector. This is a manifestation of the willingness of chicken farmers to seek security from price fluctuations despite the benefits are relatively few. Partnership Agreement made between the nucleus-company and plasma-farmers should refer to the legal aspects of the agreement, namely the principles of contract law, the validity requirements of the agreement, the parts or elements of the agreement, and the form of agreement. From the case study, it is found that the partnership agreement on chicken farming applied in PT. CAS has fulfilled the principle of consensus, the principle of the binding force, the principle of freedom of contract, as well as the validity requirements of the agreement. Likewise, the form or anatomy of agreement is adequate. However, the partnership agreement does not fully comply with the principle of balance and the principle of good faith. To meet the last both principles of contract law, it is necessary for government to involve in providing guidance and technical assistance to farmers, and establish an arbitration mechanism to resolve the conflict between the nucleuscompany and plasma-farmers. In addition, the nucleus-company should confidence to require a warranty to plasma-farmers."

"Konstipasi merupakan salah satu keluhan yang sering muncul pada anak dengan kanker. Konstipasi dapat menjadi sumber distress fisik maupun psikis yang mempengaruhi kualitas hidup anak kanker. Karya Ilmiah Akhir ini bertujuan memberikan gambaran asuhan keperawatan pada anak yang mengalami gangguan eliminasi fekal akibat konstipasi melalui pendekatan model teori Levine serta mengetahui gambaran skrining masalah konstipasi menggunakan Constipation Assessment Scale CAS . Model teori Levine diaplikasikan pada lima kasus kelolaan. Hasil evaluasi akhir perawatan 5 kasus dengan trophicognosis konstipasi menunjukkan masalah dapat diatasi skala CAS sebelum intervensi antara 5-7, setelah intervensi keperawatan skala CAS menjadi antara 0-1 . Metode Evidence Based Nursing Practice menggunakan pendekatan PICO dan PDCA untuk menyelesaikan masalah mulai dari penterjemahan instrumen CAS dalam versi bahasa Indonesia dan back-translate oleh ahli bahasa, pengumpulan data pada 68 anak kanker yang dilakukan dengan satu kali pengukuran, serta melakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil skrining CAS didapatkan data, mayoritas anak kanker mengalami konstipasi ringan 60,3 yaitu dengan keluhan mengalami perubahan pola buang air besar, keluhan feses lebih keras dan sukar buang air besar. Kesimpulan penerapan teori Levine dapat membantu mengoptimalkan asuhan keperawatan pada anak kanker dengan masalah konstipasi dan disarankan penggunaan CAS dalam melakukan pengkajian masalah konstipasi.

Constipation is one of the most common complaints in children with cancer. Constipation can be a source of physical and psychological distress that affects the quality of life of children with cancer. This final paper aims to provide an illustration of nursing care who have a fecal elimination disorder due constipation screening using Constipation Assessment Scale CAS . The final evaluation result of treatment of 5 cases with constipation trophicognosis, indicates the problem can be overcome CAS scale before intervention between 5 7, after nursing intervention CAS scale to be between 0 1 . The Evidence Based Nursing Practice method uses PICO and PDCA approaches to solve problems ranging from translations of CAS instruments in Indonesian version and back translated by linguists. Furthermore data collection on 68 cancer children performed with a single measurement. Continue to test the validity and reliability of CAS. CAS screening results obtained data, the majority of cancer patients have mild constipation 60.3 , with complaints of changes in bowel patterns, more severe stool complaints and difficult bowel movements. Conclusion the application of Levine theory can help optimize nursing care in children with cancer constipation problem and recommended the use of CAS in conducting constipation problem assessments"
