"ABSTRAK
Prevalensi preeklampsia di Indonesia terus meningkat sehingga menyebabkan tingginya angka kematian ibu dan janin. Penyebab dari preeklampsia masih belum dapat diketahui, defisiensi vitamin A kemungkinan dapat meningkatkan risiko terjadinya preeklampsia ibu hamil. Data mengenai status dari vitamin A pada kehamilan masih sangat terbatas. Penelitian ini untuk membandingkan retinol serum antara perempuan hamil normal dengan preeklampsia pada usia ≥18 tahun, usia kehamilan diatas 20 minggu. Penelitian ini merupakan studi potong lintang, yang dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Tarakan, Jakarta Pusat pada bulan Mei – Oktober 2014. Subyek penelitian didapatkan melalui consecutive sampling, sebanyak 96 orang yang sesuai kriteria penelitian ditetapkan sebagai subyek penelitian. Diagnosis ditegakan oleh dokter spesialis kebidanan. Interview data asupan retinol dilakukan menggunakan metode FFQ semiquantitative.
Pada penelitian ini didapatkan subjek diatas usia 35 tahun dan hamil diatas 28 minggu, cenderung lebih banyak pada dengan kelompok preeklampsia. Terdapat perbedaan bermakna asupan retinol antara subjek hamil normal dengan preeklampsia. Kadar retinol serum antara subjek hamil normal dengan kehamilan preeklampsia tidak didapatkan perbedaan yang bermakna.
Kesimpulan : Tidak ada perbedaan yang bermakna kadar retinol serum antara hamil normal dan preeklampsia.

ABSTRACT
The prevalence of preeclampsia in Indonesia still high, caused high mortality rates in women and fetus. Vitamin A deficiency or retinol during pregnancy may increase the risk of preeclampsia. Data on retinol serum of pregnant women and pregnant women with preeclampsia in Indonesia is still limited. The aim of this study was to compare retinol serum betwen normal pregnancy and pregnancy with preeclampsia.
The method used in this study was cross sectional, held in Tarakan Hospital, Central Jakarta during Mei to October 2014. The subject was obtained by concecutive sampling and 96 subjects who meet study criteria were enrolled in this study. Diagnosis of preeclampsia was determined by an attending gynecologist and interview on demographic chatacteristics and obstetric history was performed. Nutritional status and dietary intake of retinol were assessed using FFQ semiquantitative and MUAC measurement, respectively. Non-fasting serum retinol concentration was determined by HPLC method.
Result : More older subject and gestational age above 28 weeks were observed among pregnancy with preeclampsia. There was a significant difference of retinol intake, but no significant difference in serum retinol concentration between subjects with preeclampsia as compared to normal pregnancy.
Conclusion :. There is no significant difference of retinol serum levels betwen subject with preeclampsia and normal pregnancy."

"Tujuan penelitian cross sectional comparative ini adalah diketahuinya perbandingan antara kadar magnesium serum pada preeklampsia dan kehamilan normal. Pengumpulan data dilakukan di Poliklinik Obstetri dan Ginekologi dan Ruang Bersalin Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Tarakan pada bulan Oktober sampai November 2013. Sebanyak 46 orang ibu hamil yang terdiri dari 23 orang dengan preeklampsia dan 23 orang dengan kehamilan normal yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi menyatakan kesediaannya mengikuti penelitian ini. Data diperoleh dari wawancara, pengukuran tekanan darah dan lingkar lengan atas, evaluasi asupan magnesium dengan metode FFQ semikuantitatif dan pemeriksaan kadar magnesium serum. Analisa statistik menggunakan uji t-test dan Mann Whitney. Uji karakteristik usia, usia kehamilan, paritas, pendidikan dan status gizi kedua kelompok homogen. Tidak ditemukan perbedaan rerata kadar magnesium serum pada preeklampsia (1,98 0,26 mg/dL) dengan kehamilan normal (1,89 0,21 mg/dL). Rerata asupan magnesium pada preeklampsia lebih rendah 233,6 (190,1;319,3) mg dibandingkan dengan kehamilan normal 380,1 (229,8;444,2) mg dengan p=0,024.
Kesimpulan: tidak didapatkan perbedaan yang bermakna antara kadar magnesium serum pada preeklampsia dengan kehamilan normal sementara asupan magnesium pada preeklampsia lebih rendah bermakna dibandingkan dengan kehamilan normal.

The aim of this cross sectional comparative study was to analyze serum level of magnesium in preeclamptic pregnancies and to compare them with those in normal pregnancies. The data was collected at RSUD Tarakan on October 2013. Out of 23 women with preeclampsia and 23 women with normal pregnancies that meet our inclusion criteria given their consents to join the study. Data collated including interviews, blood pressure and mid upper arm circumference (MUAC) measurement and intake of magnesium by semiquantitative FFQ method. Statistical analysis performed by t-test and Mann Whitney. The result of the characteristic test in two groups of study shows that both groups are homogenic. There was no different between magnesium serum level in women with preeclampsia (1.98±0.26 mg/dL) and normal pregnancy (1.89±0.21 mg/dL) While the mean daily intake of magnesium is significantly lower in preeclampsia 233.6 (190.1;319.3) mg than in normal pregnancy 380.1 (229.8;444.2) mg.
Conclusion: there was no significant different between serum magnesium level in women with preeclampsia dan normal pregnancy.

"ABSTRACT
Pertambahan berat badan selama hamil (PBBH) adalah salah satu faktor yang dapat menjadi penentu kesehatan ibu dan bayi postpartum. Untuk mencapai PBBH yang ideal, Institute of Medicine (IOM) merekomendasikan angka pertambahan berat badan selama hamil yang dilihat berdasarkan IMT prahamil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh PBBH terhadap status gizi ibu selama menyusui dan status gizi bayi usia 1-4 bulan pada studi kasus di wilayah Jakarta Selatan tahun 2014. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kohort prospektif (longitudinal), dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 22 pasang ibu-bayi yang menerapkan pemberian ASI predominan. Analisis statistik pada penelitian ini menggunakan independent t-test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tidak terdapat pengaruh yang bermakna antara PBBH terhadap Z-score bayi berdasarkan BB/U dan IMT/U. Terdapat pengaruh yang bermakna antara PBBH terhadap Z-score bayi berdasarkan PB/U pada bulan keempat. Terdapat pengaruh yang bermakna antara PBBH terhadap IMT ibu selama menyusui. Pada bulan kedua menyusui, didapatkan pengaruh yang bermakna antara penyakit infeksi bayi terhadap Z-score bayi berdasarkan BB/U dan IMT/U.

ABSTRACT
Gestational weight gain (GWG) is one of the factors that affect lactating women and infant health status. To reach ideal GWG, Institute of Medicine recommends the number of GWG based on prepregnancy BMI. The objectives of this study were to analyze the effect of GWG to lactating women and infant nutritional status on case study in South Jakarta area on 2014. This study was conducted by prospective cohort (longitudinal) design. As many as 22 pair mother-infant applying predominant or exclusive breasfeeding had been followed since 1 mo until 4 mo. Using independent t-test, the results are there was no significant association between GWG on Z-score of infant based on weight on age and BMI on age. There was a significant association between GWG on Z-score of infant based on height on age when the infant was 4 mo. Besides, there was a significant association between GWG and BMI of lactating women nutrition status. There was a significant association between infectious disease and Z-score of infant based on weight on age and BMI on age."

"Tesis ini untuk mengetahui hubungan penarnbahan berat badan harnii (PBBH) dengan kejadian BBLR di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kembangan Jakarta Barat pada tahun 2008. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik dengan menggunakan desain kohort retrospektif. Hash l penelitian menyarankan ibu hamil perlu dianjurkan untuk meningkatkan asupan makanan seiarna limit agar PBBH memenuhi rekomendasi. Perlu juga pemberian makanan tarnbahan untuk ibu hamil kurang energi kronis (PMT-Bumil ICEK). Ibu hamil perlu seeara intensif dianjurkan untuk melakukan pemeriksaan kehamilan sesuai ketentuan petayanan antenatal yang direkomendasikan Depkes RI. Follow-up PBBH ibu terutama pada pertengahan dan akhir kehamilan yang rnerupakan waktu yang kritika! untuk mengidenfifikasi resiko terjadinya BBLR.

The focus of this study is to know relation of pregnancy weight gain and low birthweight in Kembangan District Community Health Center Jakarta Barat on 2008. This research is an analytic study that use cohort retrospective design.The data were collected by secondary data. The researcher suggest that pregnant women should have adequate dietary intake and a standard prenatal care. For pregnant women with chronic energy deficiency (CE])) need supplement dietary intake. Pregnancy weight gain at secondary and third trimester was a critical period to identification of low birthweight."

"Tesis ini bertujuan mengetahui kadar vitamin D dan zinc serum pasien preeklamsia berat dan hamil normal, mengetahui hubungan antara kadar vitamin D dan zinc dengan kejadian preklamsia berat, dan prevalensi preeklamsia berat di RSCM. Penelitian ini merupakan observasional potong lintang. Subyek penelitian adalah perempuan hamil yang menjalani persalinan di Kamar Bersalin RSCM pada Januari sampai dengan April 2014. Terdapat 22 subyek kelompok preeklamsia berat dan 22 subyek kelompok hamil dengan tekanan darah normal. Hasil penelitian didapatkan rerata kadar vitamin D dan median kadar zinc lebih rendah pada kelompok preeklamsia berat dibandingkan hamil normal, namun tidak berbeda bermakna. Kadar vitamin D dan zinc tidak berhubungan bermakna dengan kejadian preklamsia berat, dengan p=0,689 dan 0=0,517. Prevalensi hipertensi dalam kehamilan di RSCM adalah 31,07%, dengan rincian sebagai berikut: hipertensi kronik, hipertensi gestasional, preeklamsia ringan, preeklamsia berat, preeklamsia berat superimposed, sindrom HELLP, dan eklamsia gravidarum adalah 0,54%, 2,14%, 1,96%, 17,14%, 3,21%, 4,64%, dan 1,44%.

The purpose of this investigation was to examine the maternal plasma level of vitamin D and zinc in cases of severe preeclampsia compare to normal pregnancy, to know association between level of vitamin D and zinc and severe preeclampsia, and to know prevalence of severe preeclampsia in Cipto Mangunkusumo. This is a cross sectional observational study. Subjects were pregnant women who gave birth in delivery room Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital in between January and April 2014. There are 22 subjects in severe preeclampsia group and 22 subjects in normotensive pregnancy. Subject with severe preeclampsia were noted to have lower maternal vitamin D and zinc level to normotensive pregnancy with not significant statistically (p 0,689 and p 0,517). Prevalence of hypertension in Cipto Mangunkusumo hospital is 31,07% which is contain of: chronic hypertension 0,54%, gestational hypertension 2,14%, mild preeclampsia 1,96%, severe preeclampsia 17,14%, superimposed severe preeclampsia 3,21%, HELLP syndrome 4,64%, and eclampsia 1,44%."

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan asupan vitamin A dan kadar retinol dengan status anemia pada dua kelompok ibu hamil trimester tiga, yaitu kelompok anemia dan non anemia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian potong lintang yang dilaksanakan di sepuluh puskesmas kecamatan Jakarta Timur dan merupakan bagian dari penelitian besar Departemen Gizi Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Indonesia yang berjudul “Peran Gizi, Faktor Maternal dan Pelayanan Kesehatan pada Ibu Hamil Trimester Ketiga terhadap Komposisi Mikrobiota Ibu dan Berat Lahir Bayi: Studi Kohort di Jakarta”. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan April hingga Mei 2015. Sebanyak 113 subjek ibu hamil trimester tiga dengan usia kehamilan diatas 32 minggu ikut dalam penelitansetelah memenuhi kriteria penelitian dan dibagi dalam dua kelompok berdasarkan kadar hemoglobin yaitu anemia (Hb<11g/dL) dan non anemia (Hb≥11g/dL). Setelah itu dilakukan pengukuran antropometri, wawancara asupan, pemeriksaan hemoglobin, dan serum retinol. Data yang dikumpulkan meliputi karakteristik demografi, antropometri, asupan makanan (makronutrien dan mikronutrien), kadar hemoglobin, dankadar serum retinol. Rentang usia subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 19-44 tahun. Sebagian besar subjek (59,6%) memiliki tingkat pendidikan menengah (lulus SMP atau SMA). Rerata usia kehamilan pada subjek penelitian ini adalah 34,32 ± 1,86 minggu pada kelompok anemia dan 35,18±1,73 minggu pada kelompok non anemia.Rerata asupan protein pada kedua kelompok ibu masih berada di bawah AKG yaitu <77g/hari. Rerata asupan lemak pada kelompok anemia lebih tinggi daripada kelompok non anemia (p=0,04). Asupan Fe kedua kelompok sudah sesuai dengan AKG yaitu 40mg/hari (p=0,82). Asupan folat pada kelompok anemia lebih rendahdan kurang dari AKG dibandingkan kelompok non anemia (p=0,16).Asupan vitamin B12, hampir tidak ada perbedaan rerata antara dua kelompok dan sudah sesuai dengan AKG. Median asupan vitamin A pada kelompok non anemia lebih tinggi dari kelompok anemia (p=0,52). Rerata kadar retinol pada kelompok anemia adalah 1,40±0,50 dan pada kelompok non anemia adalah 1,45±0,44. (p=0,55).Tidak didapatkan hasil yang bermakna setelah dilakukan analisis multivariat sebagai kontrol perancu.

This was a cross-sectional study conducted in ten sub-district Government Health Centre in East Jakarta and which part of a large research department of Nutrition Faculty of Medicine, University of Indonesia, entitled "The Role of Nutrition, Maternal Factors and Maternal Health Services with the Composition of the Microbiota in Third Trimester Maternal and Infant Birth Weight : The study cohort in Jakarta". Data was collected from April untill May 2015. A total of 113 third trimester pregnant women with gestational age above 32 weeks (35.0 ± 1.8) were participated in research after met the study criterions. They were divided into two groups based on the levels of hemoglobin which were anemic (Hb<11g /dL) and non anemic(Hb≥ 11g / dL), and continue with anthropometric examination, interview and Hb measurement. The data collected included demographic characteristics, anthropometry, food intake (macronutrients and micronutrients), hemoglobin, and serum retinol. The age range of the subjects in this study was 19-44 years old. Most subjects (59.6%) had secondary education (graduated from high school or high school). The mean gestational age of the subjects was 34.32 ± 1.86 weeks in anemic group and 35.18 ± 1.73 weeks in non anemic. Mean of protein intake in both groups are still under RDA which < 77g/day. The mean of fat intake in anemic group was higher than non-anemic group (p=0.04). Iron intake in both groups are in accordance with the RDA which 40mg/day (p=0.82). "Latar Belakang: Kejadian preeklamsia dilaporkan berkisar 5-15% dari seluruh
kehamilan dan terkait erat dengan morbiditas dan mortalitas maternal dan perinatal.
Preeklamsia merupakan penyakit dengan berbagai teori (disease of theory) yang
menggambarkan ketidakpastian patofisiologi dan penyebabnya. Salah satu teori
patogenesis preeklamsia adalah peningkatan stres oksidatif. Stres oksidatif
merupakan ketidakseimbangan jumlah oksidan dan antioksidan dalam tubuh.
Peningkatan radikal bebas pada preeklamsia diduga menyebabkan penurunan
antioksidan endogen seperti superoksida dismutase (SOD) karena banyak antioksidan
tersebut yang terpakai untuk menanggulangi radikal bebas. Mengingat pentingnya
peranan SOD pada patogenesis preeklamsia, maka pemberian suplementasi SOD
diduga dapat memberi manfaat pada preeklamsia maupun kehamilan normal.
Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kadar SOD
pada kehamilan normal dan preeklamsia. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan
untuk mengetahui kenaikan kadar SOD pasca pemberian suplementasi SOD pada
kehamilan normal dan preeklamsia.
Metode Penelitian: Penelitian uji klinis ini dilakukan di RSCM, RSAB Harapan
Kita, RSIA Bunda, dan RSIA Brawijaya pada bulan September hingga Desember
2019. Subjek penelitian berasal dari Ibu hamil normotensi dan Ibu hamil preeklamsia
yang akan dilakukan tindakan operasi sesar berencana dalam waktu 2 minggu. Pada
subjek di kelompok uji, akan diberikan suplementasi Glisodin 2 x 250 U selama 14
hari. Dilakukan pengukuran kadar SOD serum pra- dan pasca- suplementasi Glisodin,
SOD plasenta, dan kadar Cu, Mn dan Zn serum. Data selanjutnya diolah dengan
menggunakan uji statistik dengan paket SPSS versi 15. Analisis data berupa analisis
univariat, bivariat dan multivariat.
Hasil Penelitian: Didapatkan 91 subjek penelitian yang terdiri dari 42 Ibu hamil
normotensi dan 49 Ibu hamil dengan preeklamsia. Dari 25 subjek penelitian yang
diberikan suplementasi Glisodin, 15 orang berasal dari kelompok Ibu hamil
normotensi dan 10 orang berasal dari kelompok Ibu hamil preeklamsia. Kadar Zn pada kelompok preeklamsia didapatkan lebih rendah bermakna dibandingkan pada
kelompok normotensi (45 (25,00-110,00) ug/dL vs 52,00 (36,00-88,00) ug/dL, p
0,025). Tidak didapatkan perbedaan bermakna kadar SOD pra- dan pasca
suplementasi pada kelompok normotensi dan preeklamsia. Tidak terdapat
peningkatan bermakna kadar SOD pasca suplementasi , baik pada kelompok
normotensi maupun preeklamsia (+1,08 ± 2,45, p 0,069 dan +0,12 ± 2,04, p 0,721).
Satu-satunya perbedaan bermakna yang ditemukan adalah kadar SOD plasenta
dimana didapatkan kadar SOD plasenta lebih rendah pada kelompok preklamsia
dibandingkan normotensi (26,04 (10,49-91,16) U/mL vs 37,62 (13,58-105,40) U/mL,
p<0,001).
Kesimpulan: Kadar SOD plasenta pada kehamilan hipertensi atau preeklamsia lebih
rendah dibandingkan dengan normotensi. Tidak ada peningkatan bermakna kadar
SOD pasca-suplementasi dengan Glisodin pada kehamilan normotensi dan hipertensi
atau preeklamsia.

Background: Preeclampsia incidence varies between 5-15% from all pregnancy and
related to maternal and perinatal morbidity and mortality. Preeclampsia is a disease of
theory which describe uncertainty in its pathogenesis and pathophysiology. One of
the preeclampsia pathogenesis theory is the increasing oxidative stress level.
Oxidative stress is a condition caused by imbalance between oxidant and anti-oxidant
inside the body. Increased free radicals level in preeclampsia causing further
decreased in endogenous antioxidant level such as superoxide dismutase (SOD)
because antioxidant were used to neutralize free radicals. Given the important role of
SOD in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia, supplementation of SOD is thought to be
beneficial, both in the normal pregnancy and preeclampsia.
Objective: The aim of this study is to determine differences in SOD levels in normal
pregnancy and preeclampsia. This study is also aims to determine the increase in
SOD levels after SOD supplementation in normal pregnancy and preeclampsia.
Methods: This clinical trial study was conducted at RSCM, RSAB Harapan Kita,
RSIA Bunda, and RSIA Brawijaya in September to December 2019. The research
subjects came from normotensive pregnant women and preeclampsia pregnant
women who will undergo planned cesarean operations within 2 weeks. Subjects in
the test group will be given Glisodin 2 x 250 U supplementation for 14 days. Serum
SOD pre-and post-supplementation with Glisodin, placental SOD, and serum Cu, Mn
and Zn levels were measured. Data were then processed using statistical tests with
SPSS package version 15. Data analysis was in the form of univariate, bivariate and
multivariate analyzes.
Results: There were 91 research subjects consisting of 42 normotensive pregnant
women and 49 pregnant women with preeclampsia. Of the 25 study subjects who
were given Glisodin supplementation, 15 were from the group of normotensive
pregnant women and 10 were from the group of preeclampsia. The level of Zn in the
preeclampsia group was significantly lower than in the normotensive group (45
(25.00-110.00) ug/dL vs 52.00 (36.00-88.00) ug/dL, p 0.025). There were no
significant differences in pre- and post-supplementation SOD levels in the normotensive and preeclampsia groups. There was no significant increase in SOD
levels after supplementation, both in the normotensive and preeclampsia groups
(+1.08 ± 2.45, p 0.069 and + 0.12 ± 2.04, p 0.721). The only significant difference
found was placental SOD levels in which placenta SOD levels were lower in the

"LATAR BELAKANG : Gangguan implantasi pada awal kehamilan menyebabkanIskemia plasenta dan dapat berakibat preeklamsia pada kemudian hari. Pada tahapselanjutnya iskemia plasenta menghasilkan radikal bebas dan berakibat stres oksidatif.Preeklamsia merupakan hasil dari ketidakseimbangan antara produksi radikal bebasdengan antioksidan sehingga terjadi reaksi inflamasi berlebihan pada kehamilan yangberakibat disfungsi endotel. Antioksidan dan inflamasi dalam tubuh ditentukan oleh statusgizi seseorang yang dinilai dari kadar serum ibu seperti seng, selenium, besi dan tembaga.Oleh karena itu perlu penelitian untuk menilai status gizi mikro dengan preeklamsia.
TUJUAN : Diketahuinya perbedaan kadar seng, selenium, besi tembaga, danrasio tembaga seng serum maternal pada preeklamsia dibandingkan kehamilan normal.
METODE : Penelitian ini merupakan studi potong lintang dengan jumlah sampel30 preeklampia dan 30 normal yang melakukan persalinan di RS Cipto Mangunkusumodan RSUD Tangerang. Pasien diambil darah untuk kemudian diproses menjadi serum danlalu diukur kadarnya. Setelah itu data disajikan dalam tabel dan dianalisis dengan uji ttidakberpasangan. Penelitian ini sudah lolos kaji etik dan mendapat persetujuanpelaksanaan dari Komite Etik Penelitian Kesehatan FKUI-RSCM.
HASIL : Kadar serum seng pada preeklamsia dan normal adalah 45,03?10,84dan 41,37?10,59 ?g/dl dengan p=0,868, IK 95 3,66 -1,87-9,21 . Kadar seleniumadalah 84,93?13,67 dan 65,03?15,28 ?g/l dengan p=0,445, IK 95 19,9 12,4-27,39 .Kadar besi 115,77?49,14 dan 75,63?43,79 ?g/dl dengan p=0,409, IK 95 40,13 16,0964,17 .Kadar tembaga 219,85?45,92 dan 207,98?47,66 ?g/dl dengan p=0,73 IK 95 118,63 -123,25-360,52 dan rasio tembaga seng 5,15?1,54 dan 4,96?1,62 dengan p=0,803 1,9 IK 95 -6,25-10,06.
KESIMPULAN : Terdapat perbedaan rerata kadar selenium dan besi pada preeklamsiadengan kehamilan normal namun tidak berbeda bermakna secara statistik. Tidak terdapatperbedaan rerata kadar seng, tembaga dan rasio tembaga seng pada preeklamsia dengankehamilan normal.

BACKGROUND: Poor implantation in early pregnancy lead to placental ischemia wasthe pathogenesis of preeclampsia. On further stage, placenta ischemia generated oxidativestress. Preeclampsia was a manifestation of the free radical and antioxidant imbalanceresulting inflammation and endothelial dysfunction. Antioxidant dan inflammation wasdetermined by nutrition status that measured in maternal serum such zinc, selenium, ironand copper. Therefore, measuring micronutritional status in preeclampsia was needed.
OBJECTIVE: Investigate the mean difference of zinc, selenium, iron, copper, andcopper zinc ratio of maternal serum in preeclampsia comparing healthy pregnancy.
METHOD: This was a cross sectional study enrolled 30 preeclampsia patientsand 30 healthy pregnancy visiting Cipto Mangunkusumo and Tangerang Hospital. Bloodwas withdrawed from vein for further processed. Data was presented in table and wasanalyzed by unpaired t test. This study had been granted ethical clearence and approvedby Ethical Committee for Health Research Faculty of Medicine University of IndonesiaCipto Mangunkusumo Hospital.
RESULTS: The zinc maternal serum level in preeclampsia and healthypregnancy were 45.03 10.84 and 41.37 10.59 g dl, p 0.868, 95 CI 3.66 1.87 9.21 respectively. Selenium level were 84.93 13.67 and 65.03 15.28 g l, p 0.445, 95 CI19.9 12.4 27.39 . Iron level were 115.77 49.14 and 75.63 43.79 g dl, p 0.409, 95 CI40.13 16.09 64.17 . Copper level were 219.85 45.92 dan 207.98 47.66 g dl, p 0.7395 CI 118.63 123.25 360.52 and copper to zinc ratio were 5.15 1.54 and 4.96 1.62dengan p 0.803, 1.9 95 CI 6.25 10.06.
CONCLUSION: Selenium and iron level in preeclampsia and healthy pregnancy weresignificantly difference. However, it was not significance statistically. Zinc, copper andcopper to zinc ratio were not significantly different.

"Latar Belakang: Preeklamsia, yang menyerang sekitar 5%-7% wanita hamil dengan tekanan darah tinggi, proteinuria, dan risiko kerusakan organ, merupakan bidang medis kompleks yang masih perlu banyak dipelajari. Pada preeklamsia dimana terjadi inflamasi secara sistemik, kemungkinan terjadi perubahan kadar Delta Hemoglobin.
Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami perubahan kadar Delta Hemoglobin sebagai indikator inflamasi pada preeklampsia dan korelasinya dengan Omega-3 serta rasio sFLT-1/PlGF dalam serum pasien.
Metode: Dengan menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel konsekutif, penelitian cross-sectional ini mencakup analisis korelatif dan komparatif pada dua kelompok tidak berpasangan: pasien hamil dengan preeklampsia dan kehamilan normal.
Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kadar Delta Hemoglobin pada preeklampsia lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelompok normal, sedangkan kadar total omega-3, EPA, DHA, dan ALA lebih rendah pada preeklamsia tanpa adanya korelasi yang signifikan antara Delta Hemoglobin dan Omega-3. Preeklampsia dikaitkan dengan tingkat sFLT-1, PlGF, dan rasio sFLT-1/PlGF yang lebih tinggi bila dibandingkan dengan kelompok normal. Terdapat juga korelasi positif lemah yang ditemukan antara rasio sFLT-1/PlGF dan delta hemoglobin. Selain itu, terdapat korelasi positif sedang dan korelasi negatif sedang antara EPA dan rasio sFLT-1/PlGF.
Kesimpulan: Terdapat variasi nilai kadar Delta Hemoglobin dan parameter lainnya antara kelompok preeklampsia dan kelompok normal.

Background: Preeclampsia, which affects approximately 5%-7% of pregnant women with high blood pressure, proteinuria, and risk of organ damage, is a complex understudied medical field. In preeclampsia where there is systemic inflammation, there may be changes in Delta Hemoglobin levels.
Objectives: This study aims to understand changes in Delta Hemoglobin levels as an indicator of inflammation in preeclampsia and its correlation with Omega-3 and the sFLT-1/PlGF ratio in patient serum.
Methods: Using the consecutive sampling method, this cross-sectional study includes correlative and comparative analysis in two unpaired groups: pregnant patients with preeclampsia and normal pregnancies.
Results: The results showed that Delta Hemoglobin levels in preeclampsia were higher compared to the normal group, while total omega-3, EPA, DHA, and ALA levels were lower in preeclampsia without a significant correlation between Delta Hemoglobin and Omega-3. Preeclampsia was associated with higher levels of sFLT-1, PlGF, and sFLT-1/PlGF ratio compared to the normal group. There was also a weak positive correlation found between the sFLT-1/PlGF ratio and delta hemoglobin. Furthermore, there was a moderate positive correlation and a moderate negative correlation between EPA and the sFLT-1/PlGF ratio, respectively.
Conclusion: there are variations in the Delta Hemoglobin level values and other parameters between the preeclampsia and normal groups.

"Latar belakang: Pasien preeklampsia mengalami disfungsi endotel sistemik. Manifestasi disfungsi endotel pada ginjal terlihat dengan adanya proteinuria yang dapat diukur menggunakan rasio protein-kreatinin urin. Manifestasi pada jantung terlihat dengan adanya disfungsi sistolik subklinik pada keadaan disfungsi diastolik. Hubungan antara proteinuria dengan fungsi intrinsik ventrikel kiri pada pasien preeklampsia belum diketahui.
Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan fungsi intrinsik ventrikel kiri dengan rasio protein-kreatinin urin pada pasien preeklampsia.
Metode: Penelitian ini adalah studi korelasi dengan desain prospektif. Subjek penelitian adalah pasien preeklampsia yang akan dilakukan terminasi kehamilan. Dilakukan pemeriksaan ekokardiografi dan rasio protein-kreatinin urin sebelum melahirkan. Dilakukan evaluasi ekokardiografi 48-72 jam pasca melahirkan. Pemeriksaan ekokardiografi dan rasio protein-kreatinin urin dilakukan kembali pasca nifas. Dilakukan pemeriksaan global longitudinal strain (GLS) secara offline dengan software tertentu.
Hasil Penelitian: Tiga puluh subjek ikut dalam penelitian ini dengan rerata usia adalah 28,5±6,4 tahun. Fungsi intrinsik ventrikel kiri pasien preeklampsia pada penelitian ini mengalami perbaikan, jika dibandingkan dari sebelum melahirkan dengan pasca nifas dengan nilai GLS masing-masing -17,65±2,9% dan 18,75±2,44% (p=0,024). Pada analisis bivariat didapatkan hubungan antara rasioprotein kreatinin urin sebelum melahirkan dengan fungsi intrinsik ventrikel kiri sebelum melahirkan (r= 0,445 p=0,014). Analisis multivariat tetap menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara rasio-protein kreatinin urin sebelum melahirkan dengan fungsi intrinsik ventrikel kiri sebelum melahirkan (r=0,426 p=0,011). Tidak terdapat hubungan antara rasio protein-kreatinin urin sebelum melahirkan dengan perubahan GLS (r=0,157 p= 0,408).
Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara rasio protein-kreatinin urin sebelum melahirkan dengan fungsi intrinsik ventrikel kiri sebelum melahirkan yang dinilai dengan global longitudinal strain speckle tracking pada pasien preeklampsia.

Background: Preeclampsia (PE) is a complication of pregnancy caused by endothelial dysfunction. One of the manifestation of endothelial dysfunction in PE is glomerular endotheliosis that shown by proteinuria. In this study the parameter for proteinuria is an urine protein-creatinine ratio. The cardiac manifestation of endothelial dysfunction in PE is a subclinic sistolic dysfunction in diastolic dysfunction.
Objectives: To study the correlation of left ventricle intrinsic function with urine protein-creatinine ratio in preeclampsia.
Methods: This is a correlation study with prospective design. The subjects were preeclampsia patients of which the gestation would be terminated. The echocardiography was performed 3 times; prior to delivery, 48-72 hours after delivery and 40-60 day after delivery. Urine protein-creatinine ratio was measured twice; prior to delivery and 40-60 days after delivery. The global longitudinal strain (GLS) was analyzed offline.
Results: Thirty patients were enrolled in this study. The mean ages was 28±6,4 years old. Left ventricle intrinsic function after parturition had improved. GLS before delivery was -17,65±2,9% and after parturition was -18,75±2,44%. Bivariate analysis showed there was a positive correlation between GLS prior to delivery with urine protein-creatinine ratio prior to delivery (r=0,445 p=0,014). Multivariate analysis showed a positive correlation between GLS prior to delivery with urine protein-creatinine ratio prior to delivery. (r=0,426 p=0,011). There was no correlation between urine protein-creatinine ratio prior to delivery with GLS changes (r=0,157 p=0,408).
Conclusion: This prospective study demonstrated there was a moderate correlation between left ventricle intrinsic function (GLS) prior to delivery with urine protein-creatinine ratio prior to delivery.
