"Praktek Kerja Profesi di Apotek Kimia Farma No.50 Bogor bertujuan mengetahui dan memahami peran dan tanggung jawab seorang apoteker di Apotek Kimia Farma. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 50 Jl. Merdeka No. 24 Bogor. Dalam hal ini, diharapkan apoteker dapat mengetahui dan memahami cara pengelolaan apotek dalam kegiatan administrasi, manajemen keuangan, pengadaan, penyimpanan, dan penjualan perbekalan farmasi serta mempraktekkan pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan dan etika yang berlaku dalam sistem pelayanan kefarmasian di Indonesia. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul “Analisis Terapi Rematik Berdasarkan Resep Dokter yang Masuk ke Apotek Kimia Farma No. 50 Bogor Periode Juli – Agustus 2014”. Penulisan tugas khusus ini bertujuan melihat kesesuaian antara obat yang diterima dengan penyakit rematik yang diderita oleh pasien melalui analisis resep di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 50 Bogor.

A special assignment entitled “Analysis Based Prescription Arthritis Therapy Entering Kimia Farma No. 50 Bogor period July - August 2014”. The aim of this special assignment is observe suitability between the drug received with rheumatic diseases suffered by the patient through the analysis of the recipes at Apotek Kimia Farma No. 50 Bogor."

Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Kajian Peresepan Obat Rivaroxaban pada Bulan Maret 2014 di Apotek Rini Jakarta. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mengetahui jumlah resep yang mengandung rivaroxaban pada bulan Maret 2014 di Apotek Rini, mengetahui asal resep tersebut, memgetahui tepat guna peresepan rivaroxaban, mengetahui tipe penyakit pasien berdasarkan resep yang mengandung rivaroxaban, dan mengetahui perbandingan jumlah obat rivaroxaban dengan obat pengencer darah lainnya pada resep di bulan Maret 2014 di Apotek Rini Jakarta.

Laporan praktek kerja ini antara lain berisi teori mengenai tugas dan fungsi apotek, persyaratan apotek, tata cara pemberian izin apotek, tenaga kerja apotek, manajemen sediaan farmasi di apotek, dan pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek. Dalam laporan ini juga dibahas mengenai Apotek Atrika, antara lain sejarah, lokasi, tata ruang, struktur organisasi, tugas dan fungsi jabatan, dan kegiatan kefarmasian di Apotek Atrika.

This report contains theories about the duties and functions of the pharmacy, the pharmacy requirements, licensing procedures for the pharmacy, the pharmacy workforce, management of pharmaceutical preparations in pharmacies, and pharmacy services at pharmacies. The report also discussed the Apotek Atrika in terms of history, location, layout, organizational structure, duties and functions, and pharmacy activities in Apotek Atrika."

"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Safa bertujuan untuk memahami peran apoteker dalam kegiatan pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek, memahami kegiatan pengelolaan apotek yang baik melalui pengamatan langsung kegiatan administrasi, pelayanan dan manajemen di Apotek Safa serta mengetahui lokasi, desain eksterior-interior, produk farmasi yang ditawarkan, pelayanan kefarmasian serta harga perbekalan farmasi di apotek pesaing. Sedangkan tugas khusus yang dilakukan adalah mengevaluasi pengadaan persediaan obat dengan metode analisis pareto (ABC) di Apotek Safa periode Agustus - Oktober 2014. Hasilnya diketahui bahwa 199 item merupakan pareto A, 233 item merupakan pareto B, dan 302 item merupakan pareto C.

Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) dilakukan pada tanggal 6 Oktober-1 November 2014 di Apotek SamMarie Basra bertujuan agar mahasiswa apoteker memiliki gambaran nyata dan pengalaman melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di apotek serta mampu memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker dalam pelayanan kefarmasian dan pengelolaan Apotek.
