"The purpose of the research to predict some factor influencing divident policy of companies. Factors that are predicted influencing divident policy in this research are focused on 4 factors: cash position, leverage, growth, and current ratio. The research examines financial statement of 254 public companies that are listed on Jakarta Stock Exchange from December 31, 2003 until December 31, 2005. The results of this research are in the year of 2003 independent variable current ratio gives significant in influence on divident payout ratio, and in the year of 2004-2005 independent variable gives significant to divident payout ratio is cash position. For year 2003-2005 only cash position that gives significant influence on divided payout ratio."

"[ABSTRAK
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji kebijakan cash holding pada
perusahaan yang dikelompokan dalam financial constraints dan not financial
constraint pada sektor industri manufaktur tahun 2001-2010. Metode yang
digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan analisis diskriminan. Hasil analisis
diskriminan menunjukan bahwa kelompok financial constraints dan not financial
constraint dijelaskan oleh variabel diskriminan yaitu leverage, capital
expenditure, operating cash flow, market to book ratio, size dan number block
holder.

"Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor determinan yang berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan cash-holding perusahaan-perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama lima tahun mulai dari periode 2011 sampai dengan 2015. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan model regresi fixed effect model. Dari hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa faktor-faktor seperti leverage, dividend payments, profitability, liquidity, dan firm size memiliki pengaruh terhadap tingkat cash-holding.

This research is aimed to analyse the financial determinants of corporate cash holding in listed company in Indonesia Stock Exchange for five years period starting from 2011 to 2015. The test was conducted with fixed effect regression model. The result found that leverage, dividend payments, profitability, liquidity, and firm size have influence in corporate cash holding."

"Pengaruh kepemilikan keluarga terhadap kebijakan corporate cash holdings perusahaan terkait dengan munculnya kemungkinan permasalahan konflik keagenan antara manajemen dengan pemegang saham, misalnya dalam perbedaan pandangan mengenai masalah waktu. Manajemen cenderung memprioritaskan tujuan jangka pendek, sedangkan pemegang saham lebih memprioritaskan tujuan jangka panjang. Selain itu dijelaskan pula perlunya mengawasi dan mengelola kas mengingat kas merupakan aset yang paling likuid sehingga rentan untuk disalahgunakan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa kepemilikan keluarga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan corporate cash holdings perusahaan.

The aim of this research is to observe how family ownership effect corporate cash holding policy related agency conflict between management and shareholders, for time horizon problem. Management tends to prioritize short run goal, beside it shareholders tends to reach long term value creation. Besides it, monitoring and managing cash flow is important to prevent cash missappropriate because it is most liquid assets. The conclution of this research that family ownership have significant effect to corporate cash holding. "

"ABSTRAK
Tesis ini membahas tentang pemahaman manajer terhadap implementasi pay for position di RSU Puri Raharja. Pay for position ini sudah dilaksanakan pada 01 mei 2013. Selama pelaksanaan ini periode Oktober-Januari 2013 diketahui masih ada keluhan baik formal maupun informal tentang pay for position ini. Tesis ini membahas hubungan antara variabel organisasi dan individu terhadap persepsi pemahaman manajer terhadap pay for position. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemahaman para manajer tentang pay for position masih kurang, masih memahami secara umum saja dan tidak mendetail. Pay for position juga belum didasarkan atas resiko dan beban kerja sehingga keadilan belum dirasakan. Pejabat dan unit terkait belum paham betul tentang sistem pay for position. Pimpinan sendiri mempunyai komitmen agar sistem pay for position ini bisa mencapai tujuannya dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan karyawan. Tahapan-tahapan, sosialisasi serta penyebaran pedoman belum maksimal, karena dari konsultan lebih sering berhubungan dengan manajer SDM. Manajer yang lain dilibatkan sebatas informasi terhadap system pay for position ini. Kondisi ini menyebabkan ketidakpahaman para manajer tentang pay for position , ditambah lagi dengan mundurnya manajer SDM yang mengikuti proses sosialisasi dari awal.

ABSTRAK
This thesis discusses the understanding of manager”s for position on the Puri Raharja Hospital, which was implemented on 01 May 2013. During this implementation period October 2013 to January 2014 are still known to exist, both formal and informal complains about the pay for this position. This thesis
explore the relationship between organization and individual variables on the perception of managers understanding of the pay for this position. The method used is aqualitative method. The results showed an understanding of the managers pay for this position is still lacking, understand in general terms and not detailed. Pay for this position is also not based on the risk and workload so that justice is not perceived. Officials and related units do not understand well about the system of pay for this position. Leaders committed themselves that the system pay for this position can achieve its goal of improving the welfare of employees. Stages, socialization and dissemination of guidelines is not maximized, because of the consultant is more often associated with the HR manager. Other managers involved limited information to the manager pay for position, coupled with the withdrawl of the HR manager who follows the socialization process from the beginning"

"Tujuan Penelitian tesis ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah jabatan sebagai Notaris dapat dirangkap sebagai Konsultan Hak Kekayaan Intelektual, serta untuk mengetahui alasan hukum (Ratio Legis) mengenai pendapat bahwa Notaris sebagai Pejabat Umum tidak dapat dirangkap sebagai Konsultan Hak Kekayaan Intelektual sejalan dengan dikeluarkannya Surat Direktur Perdata Direktorat Jenderal Administrasi Hukum Umum Kementerian Hukum Dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia Nomor AHU2.UM.01.01-369 Tertanggal 22 Desember 2010 Perihal Notaris Sebagai Konsultan Hak Kekayaan Intelektual dan disertai dengan Surat Direktur Kerja Sama dan Pengembangan Direktorat Jenderal Hak Kekayaan Intelektual Nomor HKI.5-HM.02.03-110.455 tertanggal 27 Desember 2010 perihal Konsultan HKI.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian yuridis normatif, yang sumbernya dapat diperoleh dari bahan pustaka dan studi dokumen, serta penulis mengadakan wawancara kepada narasumber atau informan untuk menambah informasi untuk penelitian ini. Tesis ini membahas mengenai apakah jabatan Notaris dapat dirangkap sebagai Konsultan Hak Kekayaan Intelektual sejalan dengan dikeluarkannya produk hukum Tata Usaha Negara petunjuk (Regelingen) dan keputusan Tata Usaha Negara (Beschiking). Namun, produk hukum Tata Usaha Negara tersebut cacat hukum karena dibuat tidak berdasarkan ketentuan hukum yang berlaku dan merupakan bentuk kesewenang-wenangan Pejabat Tata Usaha Negara.
Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa sebaiknya professional lebih fokus terhadap kewenangan dan/atau kewajiban masing-masing, dan karena berhubungan dengan suatu produk hukum Tata Usaha Negara maka sebaiknya Pejabat Tata Usaha Negara lebih cermat dalam menerapkan hukum demi tegaknya tujuan hukum yaitu keadilan, kepastian dan kemanfaatan.

Objective of this thesis was to determine whether the position as a Notary may be concurrently as Intellectual Property Rights Consultant, as well as to find out the reasons of law (ratio legis) of the opinion that the Notary as Acting General can`t concurrently as Intellectual Property Rights in line with the issuance of the Director of Civil Directorate General of General Law Administration of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Number AHU2.UM.01.01-369 22nd of December, 2010 regarding Notary As Intellectual Property Rights and accompanied by a letter of the Director of Cooperation and Development of the Directorate General of Intellectual Property Rights No. HKI.5- HM.02.03-110.455 27th of December, 2010 regarding IPR Consultant.
The method used in this research is a normative juridical research, which can be obtained from the source material library and study documents, as well as the authors conducted an interview to the informant or informants to add information for this study. This thesis discusses about whether the office of Notary may be concurrently as Intellectual Property Rights laws in line with the release of the State Administrative instructions (Regelingen) and the decision of the State Administration (Beschiking). However, the laws of the State Administration legally flawed because it was not made under the provisions of applicable law and is a form of arbitrariness Administrative Officer.
Results of the study suggest that there should be professional focus towards authority and / or obligations of each, and because it deals with a legal product Administrative then you should Officers Administrative more careful in applying the law in order to uphold the purpose of the law is fairness, certainty and expediency."

"Skripsi ini membahas tentang Kedudukan Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha Dalam Sistem Pemerintahan Indonesia. Melalui penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa KPPU merupakan lembaga negara independen yang mempunyai kewenangan eksekutif, yudikatif, dan legislatif. KPPU saat ini bekerja dengan baik dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Terhadap putusan yang dikeluarkan oleh KPPU hanya bersifat sanksi administratif. Sistem Kepegawaian yang dimiliki oleh KPPU terbagi menjadi dua (2) kategori, yaitu, PNS dan non- PNS. Para pegawai yang bekerja dalam KPPU yaitu para pekerja honorer. Dalam Penelitian skripsi ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif. Skripsi ini menyimpulkan bahwa pada dasarnya kewenangan yang dimiliki oleh KPPU sudah disebutkan sangat jelas pada Pasal 36 dalam Undang-udang.

This thesis discuss about the KPPU's position in the Indonesian governance system. Through this thesis, it is found that the commission is an independent state institution that has the authority to assist the executive, legislative and judiciary bodies. The Commission is currently working well in executing their duties. The decision issued by KPPU merely administrative sanctions. The employment system in KPPU is divided into two (2), that is, ivil servants (PNS) and non- civil servants (non- PNS). The employees who work in the KPPU are honorary workers. This research used the normative legal research method. This research concluded that the authorities owned by the commission have been very clearly stated in article 36 of Law Number 5 of 1999 about Antimonopoly Law, but in carrying out the powers, there are limitations that cannot be exceeded by the commission."

Pokok permasalahan dalam skripsi ini adalah 1.Bagaimana kedudukan Badan Perwakilan Anggota secara hukum dalam mengatasi masalah gagal bayar Perusahaan Asuransi Jiwa Bumiputera 1912 ? 2.Bagaimana pengaruh keberlakuan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 87 Tahun 2019 tentang Perusahaan Asuransi Berbentuk Usaha Bersama terhadap Kedudukan dari Badan Perwakilan Anggota dalam Perusahaan Asuransi Jiwa Bumiputera 1912 ? 3.Bagaimanakah peran Otoritas jasa Keuangan sebagai lembaga pengawas kegiatan di sektor perasuransian dalam mengatasi masalah gagal bayar di Perusahaan Asuransi Jiwa Bumiputera 1912 ?. Adapun metode peneliltian yang digunakan dalam penulisan penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif. Hasil penelitian dari skripsi ini adalah secara hukum perusahaan dengan bentuk usaha bersama dan kedudukan Badan Perwakilan Anggota belum secara khusus dan tegas diatur dalam undang-undang. Akan tetapi terdapat Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 87 Tahun 2019 tentang Perusahaan Asuransi Berbentuk Usaha Bersama yang membahas terkait dengan hal tersebut dan memberikan pengaruh terhadap kedudukan Badan Perwakilan Anggota. Dalam permasalahan ini peran Otoritas Jasa Keuangan dinilai sangat penting. Saran yang dapat disampaikan dari penelitian ini adalah segera dibentuk Undang-Undang yang mengatur secara khusus perusahaan dengan bentuk usaha bersama, khususnya perusahaan asuransi dan diaturnya kedudukan Badan Perwakilan Anggotaatau yang saat ini disebut sebagai Rapat Umum Anggota dalam peraturan perundang-undangan secara tegas. Selain itu, Otoritas Jasa Keuangan diharapkan mampu untuk bersikap lebih tegas kepada pihak-pihak terkait.

This thesis discusses the legal position of Badan Perwakilan Anggota (BPA) as the highest institution in the AJB Bumiputera 1912 company in overcoming the problem of default in the company. The main problem in this thesis is 1.What is the position of Badan Perwakilan Anggota legally in overcoming the problem of default of the AJB Bumiputera 1912 Company? 2.What is the effect of the enforcement of Government Regulation Number 87 of 2019 concerning Insurance Companies in the Form of mutual on the Position of Badan Perwakilan Anggota in the AJB Bumiputera 1912Company? 3.What is the role of the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan as a supervisory agency for activities in the insurance sector in overcoming the problem of default in the AJB Bumiputera 1912 Company? The research method used in writing this research is normative juridical. The result of this research is that legally a company with a mutual business form and the position of Badan Perwakilan Anggota has not been specifically and explicitly regulated by law. However, there is a Government Regulation Number 87 of 2019 concerning Mutual Insurance Companies which discusses related to this matter and has an influence on the position of Badan Perwakilan Anggota. In this matter, the role of the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan is considered very important. Suggestions that can be conveyed from this research is to immediately form a law that specifically regulates companies with mutual, especially insurance companies and regulates the position of Badan Perwakilan Anggota or what is currently referred to as Rapat Umum Anggota in the laws and regulations strictly. In addition, Otoritas Jasa Keuangan is expected to be able to be more assertive with related parties."
