"[Penempatan konten digital yang kaya informasi didalam lingkungan komunikasi tanpa batas atau internet, memungkinkan informasi menjadi lebih mudah diakses. Namun terdapat prosedur, aturan dan etika dalam memanfaatkan konten digital. Karena pemanfaatan konten digital oleh pihak yang tidak bertanggungjawab dapat mengarah kepada pelanggaran hak cipta. Oleh karena itu diperlukannya kebijakan perlindungan konten digital. All rights reserved dan some rights reserved merupakan bentuk dari perlindungan hak cipta. Sebuah situs yang memuat konten ilegal seperti pelanggaran hak cipta akan diblokir oleh pihak yang berwenang, namun dalam hal pemblokiran sebuah situs karena dianggap memuat konten yang ilegal memerlukan prosedur dan aturan tepat. Indonesia belum memiliki pengaturan mengenai tanggung jawab penyelenggara jasa hosting terkait dengan pelanggaran hak cipta terhadap konten digital milik pengguna. Penelitian ini mencoba menjelaskan perlindungan hukum terhadap konten digital yang di-hosting pada perusahaan penyedia jasa layanan web hosting dan bagaimana tanggung jawab hukum penyedia jasa hosting terhadap konten digital milik konsumen;Placing digital content into the internet enables information become more
accessible. However, there are procedures, rules and ethics when using digital
content. The use of digital content by parties who are not responsible can lead to
copyright infringement. Hence the need for digital content protection policies. All
rights reserved and some rights reserved is a form of copyright protection.
A site containing illegal content such as copyright infringement will be
blocked by the authorities, but blocking a website requires proper procedures and
rules.
Indonesia does not have regulation regarding the responsibility of hosting
service providers related to copyright infringement. This research tries to explain
the legal protection of digital content placed on web hosting service providers and
how the legal responsibility of hosting service providers against consumer's digital
content, Placing digital content into the internet enables information become more

"Citra digital merupakan salah satu data atau informasi yang sering disalahgunakan, oleh karena itu pengamanan data citra digital menjadi hal yang penting dan mendesak. Salah satu pengamanan bisa dilakukan dengan menerapkan algoritma enkripsi Rijndael. Empat proses utama algoritma ini terdiri dari satu proses permutasi (ShiftRows) dan tiga proses subtitusi (SubBytes, MixColumns, dan AddRoundKey) dan juga proses penjadwalan kunci. Dalam tugas akhir ini akan dibahas tentang pengamanan data citra digital oleh algoritma Rijndael dan juga implementasi algoritma ini dalam mengamankan citra digital. Algoritma Rijndael merupakan algoritma enkripsi yang dapat diaplikasikan untuk pengamanan data berbentuk citra digital.

Digital image is a form of data or information which is often manipulated, therefore securing digital image becomes urgently important. Rijndael encryption algorithm can be used to secure it. This algorithm consists of a permutation process (ShiftRows), three substitution processes (SubBytes, MixColumns, and AddRoundKey), and also the key scheduling process. In this minithesis, the problem that will be discussed is about securing digital image with Rijndael algorithm and also the implementation of this algorithm on securing digital image. Rijndael algorithm is an encryption algorithm that can be applied for securing digital image."

"Beberapa bentuk penyimpanan data dan informasi secara digital diantaranya yaitu teks, gambar/citra, audio, dan video. Bentuk penyimpanan digital tersebut sangat lemah aspek keamanannya, khususnya penyimpanan data dan informasi dalam bentuk citra digital. Hal itu dapat terlihat dari banyaknya kasus penyalahgunaan citra digital. Oleh sebab itu, pengamanan terhadap citra digital perlu dilakukan. Salah satu cara pengamanan citra digital di dalam ilmu kriptografi yaitu dengan enkripsi. Algoritma Serpent merupakan algoritma simetris yang bisa digunakan untuk melakukan enkripsi tersebut. Pada Algoritma Serpent terdapat beberapa operasi matematika yang digunakan yaitu permutasi, eksklusif or, modulo, transformasi linier, dan shift. Algoritma Serpent ini merupakan algoritma enkripsi yang dapat diaplikasikan untuk pengamanan data dan informasi berbentuk citra digital.

Some from of data and information digital storage are text, image, audio, and video. Form of digital storage has a very weak aspect of safety, especially digital image. It can be seen from many cases of abuse of digital image. Therefore, the security of digital image needs to be done. One of securing digital image on cryptography is encryption. Serpent Algorithm is a symmetric algorithm that can be used to encryption. In the Serpent algorithm, there are some operations of mathematics: permutation, exclusive or, modulo, linear transformation, and shift. Serpent algorithm is an encryption algorithm that can be applied for securing digital image."

"ABSTRAK
Usaha perlindungan terhadap citra digital merupakan hal yang penting dan
mendesak abad ini, karena dapat memperkecil usaha manipulasi citra digital
tesebut untuk hal yang negatif. Usaha tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan
penyandian(enkripsi) menggunakan algoritma Rivest Code 6 (RC6), yakni suatu
algoritma block cipher yang menggunakan kunci simetri. Algoritma RC6 ini
dikenal dengan kesederhanaannya juga variasi panjang kunci yang dapat
digunakan untuk melakukan enkripsi maupun dekripsi. Oleh karena itu
diharapkan sandi(ciphertext) dari implementasi program algoritma RC6 ini sulit
dipecahkan sehingga citra digital dapat terlindungi dengan baik.

ABSTRACT
Efforts in securing digital image is something that important and urgent today
because it can reduce risk of digital image manipulation. These efforts can be
done with an encryption using Rivest Code 6 algorithm, a block cipher algorithm
which use symmetric key. This Algorithm recognized by its simplicity.With RC6,
user can choose the length of key that will be used for encryption and decryption.
Hope that ciphertext from implementation of this algorithm can be well protected
from any manipulation.
