"The EQ-5D instrument, as a standardized, cross-culturally validated measure of self-assessed health has a hugely important role in understanding population health within and across countries. Over the past two decades a wealth of international population health survey data have been accumulated by the EuroQol Group from research conducted in many countries across four continents. One of the success factors of the EQ-5D instruments has been the easy availability of national or international sets of EQ-5D data, as well as clear explanations and guidance for users. There is an unmet need to produce a comprehensive book that captures up-to-date and expanded information of EQ-5D self-reported health and index values. EQ-5D population norms and cross-country analyses are provided from representative national surveys of 20 countries and additional regional surveys. This book will be a must for those who believe that how people report and value health is very important."

ABSTRACT
English reading comprehension is a very important skill to be acquired by Indonesian students. Indonesian students of all levels would experience English exams including English reading comprehension tests either in national school exams or in university admission exams. However, English reading comprehension has long been a problem for many Indonesian students, especially for high school students. Implementing a Free Voluntary Reading FVR program is one way to enhance English reading comprehension for Indonesian students. This study aims to investigate two types of FVR, in school free reading ISFR and self reported free reading SRFR , which involves using the Extensive Reading Central website. The results show that ISFR is more effective in improving students rsquo English reading comprehension. Questionnaires were distributed to both classes to investigate the students rsquo perception towards the two types of FVR programs. The results show that students from both classes have positive perception towards the program they participated in. Thus, FVR can be a worthy teaching method to promote students rsquo reading comprehension.

"stakeholders in Bali have highlighted the need to investigate and better understand road user behavior as a means of reducing the high proportion of crashes in goods and freight distribution sector. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between self-reported driver behaviors and traffic crashes reported by drivers transporting goods and freight in Denpasar, Bali. A driving safety survey was distributed to 350 goods and freight transport drivers to obtaine a range of demographic information, self-reported crash and offence data, along with psychosocial factors data associated with driving safety. Factor analysis identified a four factor solution with distinctions between di?erent driving practices within the sample consisting of aggresive driving behaviors, driving errors, traffic code violations and normlessness. The results of this study demonstrated that normlessness consisting of behaviors such as taking a slight risk when overtaking and ignoring speed limits were the most common form of unsafe behaviors reported by the goods vehicle transport drivers. The study indicated that speeding behaviors influenced more self-reported driving errors, aggresive behaviors and traffic rule violations and traffic crashes. In addition, drink driving was found to be positively related to traffic crashes. The implications of these results are discussed."
