"[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh komunikasi
interpersonal terhadap efektivitas tim pada karyawan di unit Corporate Human Resources (CHR) PT KLM. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi masalah, diketahui bahwa komunikasi interpersonal antar anggota tim pada unit CHR masih belum efektif, dimana hal ini menjadi salah satu faktor yang membuat efektivitas tim belum dapat tercapai. Asumsi tersebut selanjutnya dibuktikan dengan mengukur pengaruh dari komunikasi interpersonal terhadap efektivitas tim, dengan menggunakan Parker’s Team Development Survey (Parker, 2008) dan Interpersonal Communication Questionnaire (DeVito, 1989) yang telah diadaptasi ke dalam Bahasa Indonesia. Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 51
orang karyawan unit CHR yang memiliki jabatan sebagai Staff/Officer dan Supervisor/Superintendent. Hasil uji regresi menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal terbukti secara signifikan memiliki pengaruh terhadap efektivitas tim (r = 0.74; R2 = 0.55; p < 0.05). Hal tersebut berarti bahwa adanya peningkatan pada komunikasi interpersonal antar anggota tim akan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas tim. Intervensi untuk meningkatkan komunikasi interpersonal antar anggota tim dapat dilakukan melalui team training mengenai komunikasi interpersonal yang efektif di dalam tim (team communication training). Pada
penelitian ini, adanya dampak dari team communication training terhadap komunikasi interpersonal dan efektivitas tim masih belum dapat dibuktikan, karena intervensi team communication training yang tidak dapat diimplementasikan.;The aim of this study was to determine the effect of interpersonal communication on team effectiveness of employees in Corporate Human Resources (CHR) unit of PT KLM. "Tesis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efektivitas komunikasi interpersonal pegawai dalam tim terhadap teamwork di Pusdiklat X. Alat ukur efektivitas komunikasi interpersonal diadaptasi dari alat ukur yang digunakan oleh Loina (2012) berdasarkan aspek efektivitas komunikasi interpersonal yang dikemukakan oleh DeVito (1989, 2009, 2010). Alat ukur teamwork menggunakan alat ukur five functional team dari Lencioni yang telah diadaptasi oleh Delta (2012). Hasil uji regresi sederhana menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan efektivitas komunikasi interpersonal pada pegawai dalam tim terhadap teamwork di Pusdiklat X dengan koefisien determinasi 0,239 (p<0,01).
Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa skor efektivitas komunikasi interpersonal dalam tim mampu memprediksi skor teamwork sebesar 23,9%. Intervensi Team Communication Training dirancang untuk meningkatkan efektivitas komunikasi interpersonal dan teamwork. Uji Wilcoxon’s signed rank test dilakukan untuk melihat efek intervensi. Nilai z untuk efektivitas komunikasi interpersonal dalam tim sebesar - 2,941 (p<0,05) dan teamwork sebesar - 2,352 (p<0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan peningkatan skor secara signifikan pada skor efektivitas komunikasi interpersonal dalam tim dan teamwork.

This thesis was performed to find out the influence of the effectiveness of employees interpersonal communication in the team for the teamwork effectiveness at Pusdiklat X. The interpersonal communication effectiveness measurement tool was adapted from the measurement tool used by Loina (2012), based on aspects of interpersonal communication effectiveness expressed by DeVito (1989, 2009, 2010). The instrument tool for measuring teamwork effectiveness used the five functional team questionnaire from Lencioni, had been adapted by Delta (2012). A simple regression test results showed the existence of significant influence of the effectiveness of interpersonal communication on the employees in the team of teamwork effectiveness at the Pusdiklat X with coefficients of determination of 0,239 (p<0,01).
Thus it can be concluded that the effectiveness of interpersonal communication in the team was able to predict the teamwork effectiveness score of 23.9%. The Intervention using Team Communication Training was designed to improve the effectiveness of interpersonal communication and the effectiveness of teamwork. The test of Wilcoxon signed rank was used to see the effects of the intervention. The score of z for the effectiveness of interpersonal communication in team = -2,941 (p<0,05) and the teamwork effectiveness = -2,352 (p<0,05). The final score strongly indicated the increasing of interpersonal communication effectiveness score in teamwork effectiveness significantly.

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap efektivitas tim pada karyawan Unit CHR di PT XYZ. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi masalah organisasi, para karyawan menampilkan teamwork yang rendah dan diduga dipengaruhi oleh kurang berjalannya peran pemimpin yang efektif di dalam tim kerja. Hal itu kemudian dibuktikan dengan mengukur pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap efektivitas tim. Kepemimpinan transformasional ditetapkan sebagai variabel bebas karena diduga oleh peneliti dapat memengaruhi efektivitas tim sebagai variabel terikat. Alat ukur yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah alat ukur efektivitas tim dari Glenn M. Parker (2007) dan Multifactor Leadership Quesionaire (MLQ) dari penelitian Bass & Avolio (2004). Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 43 orang karyawan dari Unit CHR. Hasil uji regresi menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional terbukti secara signifikan memengaruhi efektivitas tim (R2 = 0.459, Adj R2 = 0.446, p < 0,001). Hasil tersebut berarti peningkatan kepemimpinan transformasional dapat memunculkan terjadinya peningkatan pada efektivitas tim. Intervensi untuk meningkatkan kepemimpinan transformasional atasan level supervisor/superintendent sesuai dengan masalah yang dihadapi Unit CHR dilakukan melalui rancangan program pelatihan kepemimpinan transformasional.

This study was conducted to investigate the effect of transformational leadership to team effectiveness of employees Unit CHR PT XYZ. Based on identification of organizational problems, employees indicated low teamwork and affected by ineffective leadership role in the team. That problem need to be proven by measuring the effect of transformational leadership on team effectiveness. Transformational leadership is defined as an independent variable because is suspected can influence team effectiveness as the dependent variable. Measuring instruments used in this study is a measure the effectiveness of a team by Glenn M. Parker (2007) and Multifactor Leadership Quesionaire (MLQ) by Bass and Avolio research (2004). A total 43 employees in Unit CHR participated in this study. Regression analysis results indicate that transformational leadership is proven to significantly affect team effectiveness (R2 = 0459, Adj R2 = 0.446, p <0.001). This result means that an increase in transformational leadership cause an increase in team effectiveness. Interventions to improve transformational leadership for supervisor/superintendent in Unit CHR was through transformational leadership training program."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan terhadap rekan kerja terhadap kualitas teamwork di PT. S. Tipe penelitian action research dengan responden sebanyak 66 karyawan. Alat ukur adalah adaptasi Teamwork Quality (Hoegl & Geumenden, 2001) dan Kuesioner Kepercayaan Terhadap Rekan Kerja (McAllister, 1995). Hasil perhitungan uji regresi berganda memperoleh hasil R2 =0,508 (p<0,05) yang berarti kepercayaan terhadap rekan kerja mempengaruhi kualitas teamwork sebesar 50,8%. Intervensi team building training dirancang untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan terhadap rekan kerja dan kualitas teamwork.
Hasil perhitungan efek intervensi menunjukan signifikansi perbedaan pre-test dan post-test kepercayaan terhadap rekan kerja dan kualitas teamwork dengan uji t-test; diperoleh nilai t untuk kepercayaan terhadap rekan kerja sebesar -1,683 (p>0,05) dan untuk kulitas teamwork sebesar -4,460 (p<0,05). Hal ini berarti tidak terdapat peningkatan skor kepercayaan terhadap rekan kerja secara signifikan namun terjadi peningkatan skor kualitas teamwork secara signifikan setelah diberikan intervensi team building training. Dengan demikian team building training mampu meningkatkan kualitas teamwork, namun belum mampu meningkatkan kepercayaan terhadap rekan kerja di PT.S.

This study aims to determine the effect of interpersonal trust in co-workers to the teamwork quality at S Company. The type of this study is action research study by the number of study participants as many as 66 employees. Measuring instrument used is a measure of adaptation Teamwork Quality (Hoegl & Geumenden, 2001) and the Trust in Co-workers Questionnaire (McAllister, 1995). The results of calculations using multiple regression showed R2 = 0.508 (p <0.05), which means interpersonal trust in co-workers affects the teamwork quality at 50.8%. Therefore, the interventions made in the study was designed to increase interpersonal trust in co-workers and teamwork quality. The intervention is a team building training. Intervention effects were measured by comparing the pre-test and post-test measurements of interpersonal trust in co-workers and teamwork quality.
The results of tests of significance differences in the calculation of pretest and post-test interpersonal trust in co-workers and teamwork quality using a t-test. The t-test values obtained for interpersonal trust in co-workers is -1.683 (p> 0.05) and the value of t for teamwork quality is - 4.460 (p <0.05). This means there is no significantly scores increased in interpersonal trust in co-workers after a given intervention but teamwork quality scores increased significantly. The results of this analysis indicate that a given intervention can improve teamwork quality, but have not been able to increase the interpersonal trust in co-workers.

"Tesis ini membahas tentang efektivitas program pelatihan komunikasi efektif untuk meningkatkan perceived organizational support dan motivasi kerja karyawan di PT. XYZ yang bergerak dibidang jasa keamanan. Saat ini kinerja perusahaan dirasa tidak optimal akibat rendahnya motivasi kerja dan perceived organizational support yang kurang efektif terkait masalah komunikasi. Tipe penelitian yang dipakai adalah action research pada 23 partisipan Alat ukur perceived organizational support merupakan adaptasi dari Survey of Perceived Organizational Support (Eisenberger,1986) dengan nilai koefisien alpha (α) sebesar 0,833. Sedangkan pengukuran motivasi kerja, menggunakan adaptasi dari Motivation Survey (Moore, 2007) dengan nilai koefisien alpha (α) sebesar 0,843.
Hasil uji korelasi Pearson Correlation menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara perceived organizataional support dan motivasi kerja (r = 0,584) signifikansi 0,000 (p>0,05). Sementara hasil uji Paired Sample T-test menunjukkan peningkatan mean perceived organizational support mupun motivasi kerja sebelum dan sesudah intervensi dengan nilai signifikansi 0,517 (p>0,05) dan 0,625 (p>0,05). Dengan demikian tampak bahwa perbedaaan tersebut tidak signifikan. Untuk itu perusahaan perlu melakukan program pengembangan lanjutan yang dapat mendukung intervensi pelatihan komunikasi efektif yang sudah dilakukan.

This thesis is discuss about effectiveness of communication effective training for increasing perceived organizational support and employee motivation in the PT. XYZ, the security service company. Thus, is action research with the participation of as many as 23 participants. Perceived organizational support measurement was adapted of Survey of Perceived Organizational Support (Eisenberger, 1986) with coefficient alpha (α) of 0.833.To measure employee motivation, Motivation Survey (Moore, 2007) with the value of coefficient alpha (α) of 0.843 was adapted.
Pearson Correlation test results showed a significant relationship between perceived organizational support and emlpoyee motivation (r=0.584) with 0.000 significance (p> 0.05). Results of Paired Sample T-test showed differences in scores before and after the intervention on perceived organizational support to the significance of .517 (p> 0.05) and the motivation to work with a significance value of 0.625 significance (p> 0.05). The result show that the mean difference was not sognifikan. Therefore, this company need to do other development program to support interventions that have been done.

"Metode komunikasi kolaboratif untuk meningkatkan keselamatan pasien adalah komunikasi SBAR (Situation, Background, Assessment, Recomendation). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelatihan SBAR terhadap pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan perawat di Rumah Sakit Pelabuhan Palembang tahun 2016. Jenis penelitian quasi eksperimental dengan desain one group pretest-posttest dilanjutkan pendekatan kualitatif (Mixed Research). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbedaan bermakna pengetahuan dan keterampilan perawat sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan komunikasi SBAR dan perawat memiliki reaksi baik sesudah pelatihan. Pelatihan komunikasi SBAR efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan perawat. Saran untuk rumah sakit untuk membentuk unit diklat, membuat post training action plan secara konsisten dan program inhouse training lanjutan.

Collaborative communication methods to improve patient safety is communication SBAR (Situation, Background, Assessment, Recommendation). This study aims to determine the effectiveness of training SBAR to knowledge, attitudes, and skills of nurses at Pelabuhan Hospital Palembang in 2016. Type quasi experimental design with one group pretest-posttest followed a qualitative approach (Mixed Research). The results showed significant differences in the knowledge and skills of nurses before and after training SBAR communication and nurses have a good reaction after training. SBAR communication training effectively improve knowledge and skills of nurses. Suggestions for the hospital to restructurisation a unit training, evaluate a post training action plan consistently and advanced in-house training
program.

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat efektivitas program pelatihan kepemimpinan LMX untuk meningkatkan keefektifan tim pada pelaut di PT. X. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian applied research dengan jumlah partisipan penelitian sebanyak 56 pelaut di PT. X. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah adaptasi alat ukur five functional team 5FT Lencioni, 2005 dengan nilai koefisien alpha ? sebesar 0.838 dan alat ukur leader-member exchange multidimentionality measurement LMX-MDM Liden Maslyn, 1998 dengan nilai koefisien alpha ? sebesar 0.794. Peneliti menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kedua variabel tersebut dan uji paired sample t-test untuk melihat perbedaan signifikansi dari skor pre test dan post test materi intervensi yang diberikan.
Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara leader-member exchange dengan keefektifan tim r = 0.57, p < 0.05, signifikan . Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa dengan semakin meningkatnya leader-member exchange para pelaut maka keefektifan tim mereka akan semakin tinggi. Selain itu juga terdapat perbedaan skor pre test dan post test materi intervensi yang signifikan t = -3.87, p < 0.05, signifikan sebelum dan sesudah intervensi pelatihan kepemimpinan LMX. Hasil analisis tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kepemimpinan LMX dapat meningkatkan pemahaman para pelaut terhadap materi intervensi.

The study was conducted to see the effectiveness of LMX leadership training programs to enhance team effectiveness of seafarer in PT. X. This study used applied research studies with 56 seafarers as the participants. The research that was used five functional team measurement 5FT Lencioni, 2005 with coefficient alpha score 0.838 and leader member exchange multidimentional measurement LMX MDM Liden Maslyn, 1998 with coefficient alpha score 0.794. The Pearson correlation technique was used to determine the relationship between two variables and the paired sample t test was used to see the significance differences from pre and post test scores of the given intervention materials.
The results showed a significant and positive relationship between leader member exchange and team effectiveness r 0.57, p 0.05, significant. It showed that with increasing leader member exchange so seafarers team effectiveness will be increase. In addition, there were significant differences from pre and post test scores t 3.87, p 0.05, significant of interventions material before and after the intervention of LMX leadership training. The analysis results showed that LMX leadership training can enhance the understanding of the seafarers of the intervention materials.

"Tesis ini berfokus pada penelitian terapan yang dilaksanakan di Kantor Pelayanan Perbendaharaan Negara (KPPN) ABC. Permasalahan yang dihadapi KPPN ABC adalah penurunan prestasi kerja dalam hal kualitas Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah Pusat (LKPP). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penurunan kualitas LKPP bersumber pada tidak maksimalnya kompetensi pegawai KPPN ABC. Untuk mengetahui area kompetensi yang tidak maksimal dilakukan melalui kuesioner dengan menggunakan indikator standar kompetensi pegawai KPPN.
Hasil survey menunjukkan dua area kompetensi yang tidak maksimal adalah kompetensi stakeholder service dan interpersonal communication. Untuk memperbaiki kompetensi ini, peneliti mengajukan dua intervensi yaitu training dan coaching. Pemilihan intervensi dilakukan dengan melakukan penelitian terhadap empat indikator yaitu dukungan manajer, ketersediaan anggaran, ketersediaan waktu, serta ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana penunjang. Berdasar hasil peneltian, training dipilih sebagai intervensi utama bagi organisasi.

This thesis focused on applied research held on Treasury Services Office ABC (KPPN ABC). This organizations problem is due to decline in job performance especially in the quality of Central Government Financial Reporting. Based on the research, it is concluded that the decline in quality is due to under utilization of employee competency. Questionnaire is used to spot the underutilized area of competency by comparing it with KPPN competency standard indicator.
Questionnaire has shown two underutilized areas of competency, that is Stakeholder Service and Interpersonal Communication. In order to improve these competencies, researcher has come with two intervention planning such as training and coaching. These planning was based on research of four indicators, such as managers support, fund availability, time availability, and infrastructure availability. Based on the research, training is chosen as ultimate intervention for the organization.

"SBAR merupakan sebuah teknik komunikasi untuk meningkatkan komunikasi dan kolaborasi tim dalam upaya keselamatan pasien Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif cross sectional comparative Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan terdapat perbedaan yang signfikan pada aspek pengetahuan mengenai unsur komunikasi efektif, pentingnya pengetahuan dasar tentang lawan bicara, pertanyaan yang bersifat terbuka, pentingnya menjadi pendengar yang baik, pentingnya kolaborasi antar tenaga kesehatan untuk menciptakan kerjasama tim yang baik dalam upaya keselamatan pasien dan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam hal tindakan menggunakan metode Komunikasi SBAR pada perawat yang telah mengikuti pelatihan. Perlu evaluasi lebih lanjut mengenai cara penyelenggaran pelatihan dan pemantauan pelaksanaannya di Rumah Sakit, agar dapat berguna untuk pelayanan kepada pasien yang berkualitas dalam upaya Keselamatan Pasien.

SBAR is a communication technique to improve team communication and collaboration in patient safety. This study was conducted using quantitative crosssectional comparative .The results showed there were significant differences in the aspects of knowledge about the elements of effective communication, the importance of basic knowledge about the other person, the open question, the importance of being a good listener, the importance of collaboration among health professionals to create good teamwork in patient safety and improvement significant in terms of the action using the SBAR communication method to the nurse who had been trained. Needs further evaluation on delivering the training and monitoring its implementation in hospitals in order to be useful for a quality service to patients in an effort to Patient Safety."
