"[ABSTRAK
CV. Apel Mas merupakan Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) yang bergerak di
bidang produksi air minum dalam kemasan (AMDK). Dalam menjalankan
kegiatan proses bisnis sehari-hari, pemilik CV. Apel Mas mengalami berbagai
tantangan, baik yang sifatnya eksternal maupun internal. Tantangan internal yang
saat ini menjadi fokus utama dari pemilik CV. Apel Mas adalah mengenai
pengelolaan dan kontrol atas data dan informasi produksi pada perusahaan. Untuk
mengatasi hal tersebut, dibutuhkan perancangan sistem informasi yang memenuhi
kebutuhan manajemen dalam mengelola data dan informasi industri AMDK ini.
Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan perancangan Requirements untuk sistem informasi
produksi AMDK. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rational Unified Process
yang memiliki artefact yang lengkap serta framework yang terstruktur dalam
melakukan proses pengembangan sistem informasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa dokumen Requirement Artefact Set yang merepresentasikan kebutuhan sistem informasi.

ABSTRACT
CV Apel Mas is a small medium enterprise having business on the production of
the Packaged Drinking Water. In conducting its daily business, the owner of CV.
Apel Mas encounters various challenge, both from external and internal. The
current internal challenge considered as the main focus of the CV. Apel Mas?s
owner is regarding on the management and control for the company?s data and
information production. In order to overcome such matter, it is necessary to obtain
the information system design which satisfies the management?s requirement in
managing the data and information of the Packaged Drinking Water Production.
This research provide Requirements design for the information system for the
Packaged Drinking Water Production. The method being used in this research is
the Rational Unified Process which has the comprehensive artefacts and
structurized framework for the information system development process. The

"Menurut tingkat permintaan ekspor terhadap industri manufaktur sepatu dunia diperkirakan akan memengaruhi stabilitas perusahaan-perusahaan pada industri ini di Indonesia. Untuk dapat terus bersaing, diperlukan adanya inovasi dan strategi yang mumpuni di masa sekarang ini, dengan tujuan mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kepercayaan buyer. Inovasi dan strategi dapat dicapai dengan penerapan digital transformasi pada proses produksi dan logistik internal perusahaan, dimana salah satu penerapannya adalah dengan implementasi sistem informasi yang mendukung proses produksi dan logistik internal. Penelitian ini meneliti proses produksi dan logistik internal perusahaan manufaktur sepatu dan merancang proses bisnis yang menginkorporasikan sistem informasi terintegrasi dalam prosesnya selama operasional perusahaan berlangsung. Didapatkan hasil rancangan sistem informasi melalui metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) yang terdiri atas tiga sistem. Hasil perancangan berupa use case scenario and diagram, DFD, ERD, activity diagram, dan rancangan interface dari sistem informasi. Sistem informasi yang dirancang dapat mencapai 4 tahap pengembangan teknologi pada tranformasi digital proses penjualan, yaitu digitalisasi, integrasi data, otomatisasi proses, dan integrasi sistem.

The global decline in export demand for the shoe manufacturing industry is expected to affect the stability of companies in this industry in Indonesia. To be able to continue to compete, innovation and qualified strategies are needed today, with the aim of maintaining and increasing consumer confidence. These innovations and strategies can be achieved by implementing digital transformation in the company's internal production and logistics processes, where one of the applications is the implementation of information systems that support the production and internal logistics processes. This research examines the production and internal logistics processes of shoe manufacturing companies and designs business processes that incorporate integrated information systems in the process during company operations. The results of designing information systems through the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method consisting of three systems were obtained. The design results are in the form of use case Scenarios, DFD, ERD, Activity Diagrams, and information system interface designs. The designed information system can achieve 3 stages of technology development in the digital transformation of the sales process, namely digitization, data integration, process automation, and integration system."

"Mengantisipasi krisis yang panjang, PT.Krama Yudha Ratu Motor membutuhkan strategi bisnis yang ditunjang oleh strategi SI/TI. Kondisi saat ini, penggunaan SI/TI masih sangat kurang dalam menunjang strategi bisnis. Kesulitan pengontrolan komponen lokal, kesulitan perhitungan kebutuhan material dan tenaga kerja, perhitungan gaji masih semi manual, pengelolaan TI masih belum terstruktur, dan kurangnya integrasi antar bagian dalam penggunaan TI menjadi akibat kurangnya perencanaan strategis SI/TI. Permasalahan utama yang muncul adalah bagaimana perencanaan strategis SI/TI yang mendukung strategi bisnis perusahaan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas untuk menghadapi persaingan global?.Penelitian untuk menjawab permasalahan ini menggunakan metodologi Ward and Pepard. Langkah pertama adalah analisa bisnis internal dengan menggunakan Value Chain untuk mendapatkan kekuatan dan kelemahan, kemudian analisa bisnis eksternal dengan menggunakan Five Force dan PEST untuk mendapatkan peluang dan ancaman.Dari hasil analisa bisnis selanjutnya disusun strategi SWOT, kemudian masing-masing strategi SWOT ditentukan critical success factor untuk menentukan pola solusi dan kebutuhan sistem informasinya. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisa teknologi internal untuk mendapatkan portofolio aplikasi saat ini, faktor kekuatan dan kelemahan teknologi informasi saat ini. Analisa teknologi informasi eskternal dilakukan dengan menganalisa tren teknologi untuk mendapatkan peluang dan ancaman dari teknologi informasi. Selanjutnya dari hasil analisa bisnis dan teknologi informasi akan menjadi masukan dalam perencanaan strategis sistem informasi. Hasil dari perencanaan strategis sistem informasi adalah strategi manajemen SI/TI, kebutuhan sistem informasi mendatang yang dikelompokkan dalam 4 kuadran, yaitu support, key operational, strategic, dan high potential, dan strategi teknologi informasi
Anticipate the long term of crisis, PT.Krama Yudha Ratu Motor needs a business strategy supported by the IS/IT strategy. Currently, IS/IT is still very poor in supporting business strategy. The difficulty in controlling local components, difficulty in calculating the needs of material and labor, the calculation of salary still semi manual, IT management is still not structured, and the lack of integration in using of IT due to the lack of IS/IT strategic planning. Main problems that arise is how the IS/IT strategic planning that supports companies in improving business efficiency and effectiveness to face global competition?. Research was made to get the answer is based on methodology that was formulated by Ward and Pepard. The first step is internal business analysis which use Value Chain to get the strengths and weaknesses, and external business analysis which use Five Force and PEST to get the opportunities and threats. The result of business analysis are arranged to determine SWOT strategies. Each of SWOT strategies is determined critical success factor to determine the pattern of solutions and information systems needs. Further internal information technology analysis is done to get current application portfolio, the strengths and weaknesses of information technology. External analysis of information technology done by analyzing trends in information technology to get the opportunities and the threats.The result of business and IT analysis will be the input in strategic planning information systems. The output of the strategic planning of information system are management strategies of IS/IT, the needs of future information systems, which are grouped in 4 quadrants and information technology strategies."

The purposeof this research is developing feature reports SliMS at President University Libraryto meet business process. SLiMS has been chosenasone of the development library information system to creat the enrichment of the report feature. They are Annual Circulation, Circulation per Capita, Membership Report, Registration as a Percentage of Population, Visitor perYear, Library Visit perCapita, Growing of Collection, with using the method of prototyping model.The Testing sistem results the enrichment of report feature can help to create library report with user friendly dan based on decision making for future library planning at President University Library."

"Activity Based Cost System (ABC System) adalah suatu sistem informasi biaya yang berbasiskan aktivitas dan berfokus untuk mengoptimalkan biaya. ABC System juga berfungsi untuk mengukur kinerja unit organisasi, menghitung harga produk atau jasa secara lebih akurat, dan sebagai sistem penunjang keputusan.Activity Based Cost memiliki falsafah bahwa penyebab utama timbulnya biaya adalah aktivitas. ABC System memungkinkan pengendalian biaya melalui pengelolaan aktivitas. Hubungan antara aktivitas dan biaya inilah yang menjadi dasar dari penerapan ABC System. Laporan proyek mahasiswa ini berisi penjelasan mengenai pengembangan ABC System di CV Litasari. ABC System yang dibangun disesuaikan dengan keadaan CV Litasari sebagai perusahaan manufaktur yang memproduksi pakaian. Implementasi sistem dilakukan dengan bahasa pemrograman ASP.NET dan Microsoft SQL Server 2000 sebagai DBMS."
