"[ABSTRAK
Latar belakang: Gangguan tidur adalah kumpulan kondisi yang ditandai dengan gangguan jumlah, kualitas, atau waktu tidur. Dampaknya adalah gangguan belajar, memori, perubahan mood, perilaku, dan kesulitan mempertahankan perhatian. Data intervensi Sleep Hygiene di Indonesia belum tersedia.
Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui: (1) prevalens dan gambaran gangguan tidur, (2) pengaruh intervensi Sleep Hygiene pada keluhan mengantuk, mood, kesulitan bangun, dan durasi tidur, (3) pengaruh intervensi terhadap nilai SDSC dan PDSS.
Metode: Penelitian quasi eksperimental di 3 SDN di Jakarta Pusat pada bulan Mei-Juni 2015. Skrining gangguan tidur menggunakan Sleep Disturbance Scale for Children (SDSC) dan Pediatric Daytime Sleepiness Scale (PDSS). Murid dengan gangguan tidur dimintakan persetujuan intervensi selama 8 minggu. Evaluasi dengan kuesioner SDSC dan PDSS.
Hasil: Prevalens gangguan tidur 25,1%. Gambaran gangguan tidur yaitu Disorder of initiating and maintaining sleep (DIMS) 61,5%, Sleep wake transition disorder (SWTD) 61,5%, Disorder of excessive somnolence (DOES) 55,4%, dan Disorder of arousal (DA) 51,5%. Terdapat perbaikan keluhan mengantuk, perubahan mood, dan kesulitan bangun pagi. Terdapat penurunan nilai SDSC pre dan post intervensi (p < 0,001).
Kesimpulan: Prevalens gangguan tidur anak usia sekolah 25,1%. Dampak intervensi sleep hygiene yaitu perbaikan keluhan mengantuk, perubahan mood, dan kesulitan bangun pagi. Terdapat perbedaan bermakan nilai SDSC pre dan post intervensi.

"Pendahuluan Fatigue dan gangguan tidur masalah yang sering terjadi pada anak dengan kanker selama menjalani pengobatan. Salah satu intervensi non farmakologis yang dapat menurunkan fatigue dan gangguan tidur adalah slow deep breathing dan sleep hygiene education. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi efektivitas slow deep breathing dan sleep hygiene education terhadap fatigue dan gangguan tidur pada anak usia sekolah dengan kanker. Metode Penelitian eksperimental desain quasi experiment pendekatan nonrandomized pretest and posttest control group. Responden anak usia sekolah dengan kanker berjumlah 36 anak, terdiri dari kelompok kontrol (n=18) dan kelompok intervensi (n=18). Kelompok intervensi diberikan slow deep breathing dan sleep hygiene education sedangkan kelompok kontrol dengan perawatan rutin. Penilaian skala fatigue menggunakan instrumen skala FOA-A dan gangguan tidur dengan skala GATIA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan skor fatigue antara kelompok intervensi dan kontrol (p value=0,001); adanya hubungan karakteristik dengan skor fatigue, yaitu jenis kanker (p value=0,024), stadium kanker (p value=0,001), jenis pengobatan (p value=0,001), dan gangguan tidur (p value=0,002); sedangkan tidak ada hubungan usia, jenis kelamin, dan lama pengobatan dengan skor fatigue. Rekomendasi penelitian yaitu penerapan slow deep breathing dan sleep hygiene education karena mudah dilakukan, nyaman, murah dan tidak berisiko membahayakan dalam menurunkan fatigue dan gangguan tidur pada anak.

Introduction Fatigue and sleep disorders often occurs in children with cancer. One of the non-pharmacological interventions that can reduce fatigue and sleep disorders is slow deep breathing and sleep hygiene education. The purpose of the study was to identify the effectiveness of slow deep breathing and sleep hygiene education. Purpose of the study was identify effectiveness of slow deep breathing and sleep hygiene education to fatigue and sleep disorders in school age children with cancer. Methods Experimental research design quasi experiment approach nonrandomized pre-post test control group. School age children respondents with cancer totaled 36 children consisting of control groups (n=18) and intervention groups (n=18). Intervention group was given slow deep breathing and sleep hygiene education while control groups with routine care. Fatigue scale assessment using FOA-A scale instruments and sleep disorders with GATIA scale. Results research shows that there is differences in fatigue scores between intervention and control groups (p value=0.001); there is a characteristic relationship with fatigue score cancer type (p value=0.024), stage of cancer (p value=0.001), type of treatment (p value=0.001) and sleep disorders (p value=0.002); whereas there is no relationship age, sex, and long treatment with fatigue score. Recommendations research application of slow deep breathing and sleep hygiene education are easy to do, convenient, cheap and not risk harmful in reducing fatigue and sleep disorders in children."

"Pendahuluan: Obesitas terjadi karena adanya ketidakseimbangan energi. Akhir-akhir ini, prevalensi obesitas semakin meningkat karena adanya perubahan gaya hidup, termasuk pada anak. Prevalensi obesitas pada anak usia sekolah dasar di Jakarta mencapai 14% pada tahun 2013. Obesitas dapat menyebabkan berbagai macam gangguan, salah satunya adalah gangguan tidur. Akan tetapi, gangguan tidur yang terjadi pada anak sering kali diabaikan oleh orang tua, padahal dapat menyebabkan gangguan pertumbuhan, gangguan kardiovaskular, gangguan fungsi kognitif dan gangguan perilaku sehari-hari. Oleh karena itu, perlu diketahui hubungan antara obesitas dengan gangguan tidur pada anak.
Metode: Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan desain penelitian cross-sectional pada 107 anak di Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) 01 Menteng Jakarta pada bulan September 2015. Data yang diperoleh akan dianalisis menggunakan uji chi-square.
Hasil: Dari pengukuran antopometri didapatkan 20,56% subjek mengalami obesitas serta 62,63% subjek mengalami gangguan tidur. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara obesitas dengan gangguan tidur (p=0,037).
Diskusi: Prevalensi obesitas anak sekolah dasar di SDN 01 Menteng jauh lebih tinggi bila dibandingkan di DKI Jakarta. Prevalensi gangguan tidurnya juga lebih tinggi bila dibandingkan dengan penelitian lain. Gangguan tidur paling banyak disebabkan oleh kurangnya durasi tidur malam yang dipengaruhi oleh kebiasaan tidur anak dan pendapat orangtua mengenai pola tidur anak. Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara obesitas dengan gangguan tidur sehingga anak yang obesitas cenderung mengalami gangguan tidur.

Introductions: Obesity occurs because of an imbalance of energy. Lately, the prevalence of obesity has increased due to changes in lifestyle, including in children. The prevalence of obesity in primary school aged children in Jakarta reached 14% in 2013. Obesity can cause a variety of disorders, one of which is sleep disorders. However, sleep disorders in children is often overlooked by parents, even though sleep disorders can cause growth disorders, cardiovascular disorders, impaired cognitive function and behavioral disorders. Therefore, it is necessary to know the relationship between obesity and sleep disorders in children.
Methods: This research was conducted with a cross-sectional study design on 107 children in Sekolah Dasar Negeri 01 Menteng Jakarta in September 2015. The data were analyzed using chi-square.
Results: Antopometri of measurements obtained 20.56% of the subjects were obese and 62.63% of the subjects experienced sleep disorders. Statistical analysis showed there is a significant association between obesity and sleep disorders (p = 0.037).
Disscussions: The prevalence of child obesity in SDN 01 Menteng much higher than in Jakarta. The prevalence of sleep disorders is also higher when compared to other studies. Sleep disorder most often caused by lack of sleep duration at night and influenced by the child's sleep habits and parents? opinions regarding the child's sleep patterns. There is a significant association between obesity and sleep disorders so that children who are obese tend to experience sleep disorders.

"Latar belakang: Hemodialisis merupakan terapi pengganti ginjal yang menjadi penanganan paling umum pada pasien gagal ginjal. Gejala yang dapat terjadi pada pasien hemodialisis salah satunya gangguan tidur. Dalam perannya, perawat merupakan care provider dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan kepada pasien, termasuk yang memiliki kualitas tidur yang buruk. Foot massage merupakan terapi komplementer yang aman, mudah diberikan, merelaksasi otot serta memberikan rasa nyaman.
Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari terapi foot massage terhadap kualitas tidur pasien hemodialisis.
Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi eksperimen dengan sampel sebanyak 24 responden pada kelompok intervensi dan 24 responden pada kelompok kontrol. Teknik snowball sampling digunakan dengan kriteria inklusi pasien berusia 18-60 tahun, mengalami gangguan tidur, kesadaran composmentis, tidak mengalami cedera pada kaki dan tidak mengkonsumsi obat tidur.
Hasil: Diperoleh skor pre-test 11,96 dan skor post test 9,17 pada kelompok intervensi sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol diperoleh skor pre-test 10,08 dan skor post test 9,83. Hasil analisis uji statistik menunjukkan ada perbedaan rerata kualitas tidur pada pre-test dan post-test pada kelompok intervensi dan kontrol dengan nilai p = 0,001.
Kesimpulan: Terapi foot massage berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan kualitas tidur pasien hemodialisis.
Rekomendasi: Perawat dengan pendidikan minimal Diploma Keperawatan dapat menerapkan terapi foot massage kepada pasien hemodialisis yang mengalami gangguan tidur.

Background: Hemodialysis has become a renal replacement therapy which is the most common treatment for patients with kidney failure. Symptoms that can occur in hemodialysis patients include sleep disturbances. In their role, nurses have become care providers in providing nursing care to patients, including those with poor sleep quality. Foot massage has become a complementary therapy that is safe, easy to administer, relaxes muscles and provides a sense of comfort.
Objective: To determine the effect of foot massage therapy on sleep quality in hemodialysis patients.
Method: This study used a quasi-experimental design with a sample of 24 respondents in the intervention group and 24 respondents in the control group. The snowball sampling technique was used with the inclusion criteria of patients aged 18-60 years, experiencing sleep disturbances, composmentis awareness, not experiencing leg injuries and not taking sleeping pills.
Results: Obtained a pre-test score of 11.96 and a post test score of 9.17 in the intervention group, while the control group obtained a pre-test score of 10.08 and a post test score of 9.83. The results of statistical test analysis showed that there was a difference in the mean sleep quality in the pre-test and post-test in the intervention and control groups with a value of p = 0.001.
Conclusion: Foot massage therapy has an effect on the sleep quality of hemodialysis patients. Recommendation: Nurses with a minimum education of a Diploma in Nursing can apply foot massage therapy to hemodialysis patients who experience sleep disorders.

"Janin dan bayi prematur menghabiskan sebagian besar waktunya untuk tidur di dalam dan di luar rahim. Tidur dianggap sebagai aktivitas penting pada periode neonatal, serupa dengan pernapasan dan nutrisi. Kebisingan merupakan salah satu penyebab gangguan pola tidur pada bayi prematur di ruang perawatan intensif neonatal dan berdampak pada gangguan tumbuh kembang. Studi ini memberikan gambaran penerapan Model Adaptasi Callista Roy dalam asuhan keperawatan pada lima kasus bayi prematur dengan risiko gangguan pola tidur. Desain yang digunakan adalah studi kasus yang didapatkan dari lima kasus terpilih. Teori Adaptasi Callista Roy mampu memfasilitasi perawat untuk menggali masalah keperawatan pada bayi prematur secara komprehensif. Pemberian edukasi Bundles Alert to Alarm kepada seluruh perawat neonatal menggunakan media pitstop dapat menurunkan angka kebisingan diruang perawatan neonatal. Penerapan teori Adaptasi Callista Roy dan penerapan Bundles allert to alarm dapat direkomendasikan untuk diterapkan dalam asuhan keperawatan yaitu dapat memfasilitasi istirahat tidur bayi prematur yang dirawat di ruang perawatan neonatal.

Fetuses and premature babies spend most of their time sleeping inside and outside the womb. Sleep is considered an important activity in the neonatal period, similar to breathing and nutrition. Noise is one of the causes of disturbed sleep patterns in premature babies in the neonatal intensive care room and has an impact on growth and development disorders. This study provides an overview of the application of the Callista Roy Adaptation Model in nursing care in five cases of premature babies at risk of sleep pattern disorders. The design used is a case study obtained from five selected cases. Callista Roy's Adaptation Theory is able to facilitate nurses to comprehensively explore nursing problems in premature babies. Providing Bundles Alert to Alarm education to all neonatal nurses using pitstop media can reduce noise levels in the neonatal care room. The application of Callista Roy's Adaptation theory and the application of Bundles alert to alarm can be recommended for application in nursing care, namely it can facilitate sleep for premature babies who are cared for in the neonatal care room."

"Tingkat aktivitas fisik merupakan salah satu indikator kesehatan yang penting. Berdasarkan Riskesdas 2018, Provinsi DKI Jakarta menempati posisi pertama pada proporsi tingkat aktivitas fisik kurang pada anak usia lebih dari 10 tahun. Gangguan tidur memiliki korelasi dengan penurunan performa akademik siswa pada sekolah dasar, peningkatan risiko depresi, dan juga ketidakseimbangan emosional. Berdasarakan penelitian oleh Hermoniati et al., Prevalensi gangguan tidur pada anak usia sekolah di Kota Jakarta Pusat sebesar 25,1%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan tingkat aktivitas fisik dan gangguan tidur pada anak usia sekolah di Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi potong lintang dengan menggunakan sub data sekunder dari penelitian SEANUTS 2.0 dengan jumlah sub-sampel sebesar 104 anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat aktivitas fisik paling dominan secara berurutan adalah tingkat aktivitas fisik rendah (50%), tingkat aktivitas fisik sedang (42,30%), dan tingkat aktivitas fisik tinggi (7,6%). Gangguan tidur terjadi pada 55,77% dari total sampel. Secara bivariat terdapat korelasi lemah antara tingkat aktivitas fisik dan gangguan tidur pada anak usia sekolah di Provinsi DKI Jakarta dengan nilai r = -0,05 dan tidak signifikan dengan nilai p = 0,617. Selain itu, dilakukan juga uji korelasi terhadap aktivitas fisik dan sub-gangguan tidur dengan hasil gangguan memulai dan mempertahankan tidur (r = -0,068), gangguan pernapasan saat tidur (r = 0,017), gangguan kesadaran (r = -0,023), gangguan transisi tidur-bangun (r = 0,061), gangguan somnolen berlebihan (r = -0,83), dan gangguan saat tidur (r = -0,176). Oleh karena itu, intervensi terhadap aktivitas fisik demi mencegah kejadian gangguan tidur perlu dilakukan. Tenaga kesehatan dan tenaga pendidik pada sekolah dasar diharapkan mengetahui dan memahami pentingkat tingkat aktivitas fisik terhadap pencegahan gangguan tidur pada anak usia sekolah.

The level of physical activity is an important indicator of health. Based on Riskesdas 2018, DKI Jakarta Province occupies the first position in the proportion of the level of physical activity that is lacking in children aged more than 10 years. Sleep disturbances have been correlated with decreased academic performance in elementary school students, increased risk of depression, as well as emotional imbalance. Based on research by Hermoniati et al., the prevalence of sleep disorders in school-age children in Central Jakarta is 25.1%. This study aims to see the relationship between the level of physical activity and sleep disturbances in school-age children in DKI Jakarta Province. The research design used was a cross-sectional study using secondary data from the SEANUTS 2.0 study with a sub-sample of 104 children. The results showed that the most dominant levels of physical activity, respectively, were low levels of physical activity (50%), moderate levels of physical activity (42.30%), and high levels of physical activity (7.6%). Sleep disturbances occurred in 55.77% of the total sample. Bivariately there is a weak correlation between the level of physical activity and sleep disturbances in schoolage children in DKI Jakarta Province with a value of r = -0.05 and not significant with a value of p = 0.617. In addition, correlation tests were also conducted on physical activity and sleep sub-disorders with the results of disturbances in initiating and maintaining sleep (r = -0.068), sleep disturbances (r = 0.017), impaired consciousness (r = -0.023), transitional disorders sleep-wake (r = 0.061), excessive somnolence (r = -0.83), and sleep disturbances (r = -0.176). Therefore, intervention on physical activity to prevent sleep disturbances needs to be done. Health workers and educators in elementary schools are expected to know and understand the level of physical activity on the prevention of sleep disorders at school-age."

"Latar belakang: Pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan terbentuknya beberapa kebijakan oleh pemerintah guna mencegah penyebaran penyakit. Kebijakan yang dibuat berupa PSBB (pembatasan sosial berskala besar). PSBB ini menyebabkan semua aktivitas yang tidak mendesak dilakukan dari rumah termasuk sekolah. Hal ini menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan kebiasaan terhadap anak-anak usia sekolah dasar. Perubahan kebiasaan tersebut berupa peningkatan penggunaan internet dan juga perubahan pola tidur. Orang tua yang memiliki anak usia sekolah dasar mengeluhkan bahwa sang anak menngalami penurunan kualitas tidur. Penurunan kualitas tidur dapat menjadi indikasi mengalami gangguan tidur yang kadang tidak disadari oleh sang anak dan orang tuanya. Gangguan tidur dapat berdampak kepada emosi, proses tumbuh kembang dan kognitifnya. Oleh karena itu, perlu diketahuinya hubungan aspek sosiodemografi terhadap gangguan tidur pada anak di sebelum dan selama pandemi Covid-19
Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari projek SEANUTS II yang diambil dari anak usia 6-12 tahun di 22 Kabupaten/Kota di Indonesia. Jenis studi yang digunakan adalah before and after studies dengan uji yang digunakan adalah uji Chi-square, Uji normalitas, uji Kruskall-Wallis dan uji Mc-Nemar)
Hasil: Prevalensi gangguan tidur pada periode sebelum pandemi sebesar 41.82%, sedangkan prevalensi gangguan tidur saat pandemi mengalami penurunan dibanding sebelum pandemi menjadi 40.19%. Akan tetapi, hubungan antara gangguan tidur dengan pandemi Covid-19 tidak memiliki hubungan yang bermakna (p>0.05) Terjadinya peningkatan prevalensi gangguan tidur pada domain sleep-wake transisiton disorders dan diorders of excessive sonolence pada periode saat pandemi dibanding sebelum pandemi. Tidak adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara jenis kelamin dan usia dengan gangguan tidur baik sebelum pandemi dan saat pandemi (p > 0.05). Akan tetapi, pada variabel area tempat tinggal periode sebelum pandemi memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan gangguan tidur (p < 0.05), sedangkan area tempat tinggal pada periode pandemi tidak memiliki hubungan yang siginifikan dengan gangguan tidur.
Kesimpulan: Terjadinya penurunan prevalensi gangguan tidur pada pandemi dibanding sebelum pandemi. Tidak ditemukannya hubungan yang signifikan antara usia dan jenis kelamin dengan gangguan tidur baik periode sebelum dan selama pandemi, sedangkan aspek area tempat tinggal memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan gangguan tidur hanya pada periode sebelum pandemi.

Introduction: The Covid-19 pandemic has led to the formation of several policies by the government to prevent the spread of the disease. The policy made is in the form of PSBB (large-scale social restrictions). This PSBB causes all non-urgent activities to be carried out from home, including school. This causes a change in the habits of elementary school-age children. Changes in these habits are in the form of increased use of the internet and also changes in sleep patterns. Parents who have elementary school-aged children complain that their children experience a decrease in sleep quality. Decreased sleep quality can be an indication of having a sleep disorder that is sometimes not realized by the child and his parents. Sleep disturbances can have an impact on emotions, growth, and cognitive processes. Therefore, it is necessary to know the relationship between sociodemographic aspects to sleep disorders in children before and during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Method: This study used secondary data from the SEANUTS II project taken from children aged 6-12 years in 22 districts/cities in Indonesia. The type of study used is before and after studies with the tests used are the Chi-square test, normality test, Kruskal-Wallis test, and Mc-Nemar test)
Result: The prevalence of sleep disorders before the pandemic period was 41.82%, while the prevalence of sleep disorders during the pandemic was 41.82%. the pandemic has decreased compared to before the pandemic to 40.19%. However, the relationship between sleep disturbances and the Covid-19 pandemic was not significant (p>0.05). There was an increase in the prevalence of sleep disorders in the domain of sleep-wake transition disorders and orders of excessive somnolence during the pandemic period compared to before the pandemic. There was no significant relationship between sex and age with sleep disturbances before and during the pandemic (p > 0.05). However, the area of ​​residence in the pre-pandemic period had a significant relationship with sleep disturbances (p < 0.05), while the area of ​​residence during the pandemic period did not have a significant relationship with sleep disturbances.
Conclusion: There was a decrease in the prevalence of sleep disorders during the pandemic compared to before the pandemic. No significant relationship was found between age and sex with sleep disturbances both before and during the pandemic, while the area of ​​residence had a significant relationship with sleep disturbances only in the pre-pandemic period

"Pendahuluan:
Fungsi tidur adalah masalah yang kurang diperhatikan pada lanjut usia (lansia). Diperkirakan 50-70% lansia di dunia mengalami gangguan tidur kronis. Kualitas tidur yang baik sangat berkorelasi dengan status mental, kesehatan kognitif, fungsi kardiometabolik, faktor risiko
jatuh, kemandirian aktivitas sehari-hari, dan kualitas hidup lansia. Sleep hygiene dikenal sebagai pendekatan lini pertama untuk mempromosikan sikap tidur yang sehat bagi lansia, meliputi aspek aktivitas fisik, diet dan modifikasi lingkungan.
Metode: Tujuan dari studi one group pre-post ini adalah untuk menilai pengaruh teleedukasi
video sleep hygiene yang dirancang khusus untuk populasi lansia guna meningkatkan kualitas tidur. Skor The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) akan dinilai pada awal dan akhir minggu ke lima. Penelitian ini juga bertujun untuk mengetahui kepatuhan lansia terhadap intervensi
edukasi jarak jauh.
Hasil: Sebanyak 39 subjek direkrut dalam penelitian ini, dengan mayoritas subjek perempuan
(61,5%). Terdapat penurunan skor global PSQI yang signifikan sebesar 5,7 poin (95%CI 4,2-
7,3 p<0,001) setelah lima minggu intervensi. Empat dari total enam domain mengalami perbaikan, yaitu latensi tidur, durasi tidur, gangguan tidur, dan disfungsi siang hari. Presentasi kepatuhan lansia diperoleh sebesar 89%.
Kesimpulan: Terdapat peningkatan kualitas tidur yang signifikan pada lansia pasca lima minggu tele-edukasi sleep hygiene.

Sleep is an underdiagnosed problem in elderly. It is estimated that 50-70% of global elderly experience chronic sleep disturbance. Good sleep quality is strongly correlated with cognitive health, fall risk factors, independence of activity of daily living, and quality of life. Sleep hygiene is known as a first line approach for promoting healthy sleep for elderly. The aim of this one group pre-post design study is to assess the effect of innovative sleep hygiene educational videos particularly designed for older population to improve sleep quality. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score will be assessed in baseline and after five weeks. The secondary outcome is to investigate the adherence of elderly to tele-education intervention.A total thirty-nine subjects was recruited, with majority of women (61.5%). There is significant decreasing of global PSQI score for 5,7 points (95%CI 4,2-7,3 p <0.001) after five weeks of intervention. Four of total six domains are improved, that is sleep latency, sleep duration, sleep disturbance, and daytime functioning. The adherence of elderly is 89% in total. There is significant improvement of sleep quality in elderly after five weeks of tele-educational sleep hygiene intervention.

"Remaja cenderung memiliki kualitas tidur yang buruk yang dapat berdampak buruk pada kondisi fisik, psikologis, kognitif dan sosial. Praktik ritual tidur telah diteliti dapat meningkatkan kualitas tidur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara praktik ritual tidur dengan kualitas tidur pada siswa SMP. Praktik ritual tidur diukur menggunakan kuesioner Sleep Hygiene Index SHI dan kualitas tidur menggunakan Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index PSQI.
Desain penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan potong lintang terhadap 124 siswa SMP di wilayah Depok yang dipilih menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling.
Hasil analisis uji Spearman didapatkanada hubungan bermakna antara praktik ritual tidur dan kualitas tidur pada siswa SMP p=0,0005. Semakin buruk praktik ritual tidur, semakin buruk kualitas tidur r=0,362. Perawat dapat memberikan konseling mengenai praktik ritual tidur yang baik kepada siswa, orang tua, ataupun sekolah dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas tidur.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between sleep hygiene practices and sleep quality in junior high school rsquo s students. The design of this study was descriptive correlation with cross sectional approachthat has involved 124 students that were selected by cluster random sampling.

"Anak dengan Diabetes Melitus Tipe 1 DMT1 sangat rentan mengalami gangguan tidur. Edukasi sleep hygiene merupakan intervensi yang dianjurkan untuk mengatasi gangguan tidur. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh edukasi sleep hygiene terhadap kualitas tidur dan status glukosa darah pada anak DMT1 di Ikatan Keluarga Penyandang Diabetes Anak dan Remaja IKADAR. Jenis penelitian quasi experimen pre-post test with control group. Sampel penelitian adalah penderita DMT1 usia 6-18 tahun yang tergabung di IKADAR berjumlah 46 terbagi atas 23 anak kelompok intervensi dan 23 anak kelompok kontrol. Kelompok intervensi mendapat edukasi selama 10 menit melalui video yang berisi tips sleep hygiene yang kemudian diterapkan selama 3 hari dan kelompok kontrol mendapat intervensi standar. Children with Diabetes Mellitus Type 1 DMT1 are susceptible to sleep disorders. Sleep hygiene education is the recommended intervention for sleep disorders. The purpose of this study was to identified the effect of sleep hygiene education on sleep quality and blood glucose status in children DMT1 in Ikatan Keluarga Penyandang Diabetes Anak dan Remaja IKADAR .
