"The Arctic, the Antarctic, and the Hindu Kush-Himalayas form a trio of terrains sometimes called “the three poles”. Mainly composed of rock, snow, and ice, these precious regions, which are home to many unique species such as the polar bear, the emperor penguin, and the snow leopard, contain the primary water resource of this planet and directly shape our climate. This book presents a first-ever global assessment and progressive review of the three poles and demonstrates the urgent need for their protection. Sins of the past have irrevocably harmed and threatened many of the unique qualities of these regions, and the future looks bleak with the global population forecast to reach 9 billion by 2060, and with climate change on the rise. Presented here is a wide-reaching and coherent overview of the three poles’ biodiversity, habitats, and ongoing destruction. Failed protection and social targets set by the United Nations and other bodies are exposed while economic growth, unconstrained or inappropriate development, and urban sprawl are promoted unabated. Polar regions play a major role in the global agenda as they are rich in oil and other resources, marking them for contamination, overfishing, and further degradation. Tourism in the Antarctic has benefited from enlightened self-regulation, but there are signs that this is changing, too. The chapters of this book are written by experts in their fields, and their evidence leaves no doubt that we already live beyond our carrying capacity on a finite but decaying space. A global protection role model and several outlook scenarios are proposed to help set in motion polar protection priorities that are actually valid. Humanity has demonstrated through international treaties such as the Antarctic Treaty and the Madrid Protocol that we can put the interests of the planet as a whole first. This must become the norm, not the exception."

Abstract
This mini-thesis discusses about the three-dimensional concept of brand protection in terms of the definition, protection and application of the law. Indonesia itself in Act No. 15 of 2001 on Marks are not familiar with the signs of three-dimensional shapes configuration as a trademark, but in fact there are already several brands which petition is granted as a three-dimensional marks, and also discussed the potential for overlap with other intellectual property protection and the urgency of the application of the law of the three dimensional marks. The writer uses a normative legal writing method to produce analytical data that are descriptive. This research concluded that there are indicators that can determine the form of intellectual property protection that is right for a sign with three- dimensional shapes configuration and with the fact that existing laws that already should have a clear legal devices to protect a three-dimensional sign as a brand in Indonesia."

"As sisters they share an everlasting bond. As queens they can break each other's hearts. "There is only one bond that I trust: between a woman and her sisters. We never take our eyes off each other. In love and in rivalry, we always think of each other." When Katherine of Aragon is brought to the Tudor court as a young bride, the oldest princess, Margaret, takes her measure. With one look, each knows the other for a rival, an ally, a pawn, destined, with Margaret's younger sister Mary, to a sisterhood unique in all the world. The three sisters will become the queens of England, Scotland, and France. United by family loyalties and affections, the three queens find themselves set against each other. Katherine commands an army against Margaret and kills her husband James IV of Scotland. But Margaret's boy becomes heir to the Tudor throne when Katherine loses her son. Mary steals the widowed Margaret's proposed husband, but when Mary is widowed it is her secret marriage for love that is the envy of the others. As they experience betrayals, dangers, loss, and passion, the three sisters find that the only constant in their perilous lives is their special bond, more powerful than any man, even a king."

Kerangka penelitian berasal dari elemen pemasaran media sosial: Content, Context, Connectivity, Conversation, and POST (People, Objectives, Strategy, and Technology).

The high rate of violence on women and children has caused the Ministry of Women Empowerment and Child Protection (MoWECP) to create Three Ends Campaign, consisting three programs: stop violence toward women and children, stop trafficking, and stop economic disparity for women. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of social media utilization in this social marketing campaign. The research framework derives from the element of social media marketing: Content, Context, Connectivity, Conversation; and POST (People, Objectives, Strategy, and Technology). Analysis were conducted on content of social media posting and responses, for four social media used in the campaign (Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and Facebook).
This research found that more people response on Facebook compare to other social media, but in the recent months Instagram attracts more attention. The interest of social media users is increasing when KPPPA post infographic information about statistic of violence against women in Indonesia. The direction of communication is only one way that the ministry posting something, then the public giving likes or comments; there is no interaction between the ministry and the public in the social media used in this campaign.
