"Kajian ini membahas mengenai perubahan fungsi dan bentuk sebuah bangunan. Kajian ini menggunakan sumber data bangunan Museum Satriamandala. Dahulu bangunan tersebut merupakan rumah tinggal Soekarno dan Dewi Soekarno dengan nama Wisma Yaso. Adanya perubahan fungsi utama bangunan menjadi alasan kajian perubahan fungsi dan bentuk pada bangunan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah kerangka penelitian Sharer dan Ashmore yang terdiri atas enam tahap yaitu tahap formulasi, implementasi, pengumpulan data, pengolahan data, analisis, dan interpretasi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa bangunan tersebut mendapat perubahan fungsi secara keseluruhan pada tiap-tiap ruang di dalamnya. Selaras dengan perubahan fungsi, terdapat kebutuhan dari aspek fungsional yang perlu diterapkan untuk menunjangnya karena telah diubah menjadi museum.

This study discusses the changes in the function and forms of a building. This study uses data from the Satriamandala Museum building. Previously, the building was the residence of Soekarno and Dewi Soekarno under the name Wisma Yaso. The change in the main function of the building motivated the study to be conducted.

The method used is the research framework of Sharer and Ashmore which consists of six stages, namely the formulation, implementation, data collection, data processing, analysis, and interpretation stages.

The results of the study show that the building has undergone a change in the overall function of each room inside it. In line with the change in its function, some functional aspects need to be investigated to support it because it has been converted into a museum."
