"Penerapan keselamatan pasien di Rumah Sakit Setia Mitra belum berjalan dengan optimal maka perlu pengukuran budaya keselamatan pasien tertutama di kalangan perawat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran persepsi perawat tentang budaya keselamatan pasien dan bagaimana penerapan sasaran keselamatan pasien di Rumah Sakit Setia Mitra. Penelitian deskriptif ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Populasi adalah seluruh perawat yang ada di Rumah Sakit Setia Mitra yaitu 77 perawat dengan sampel 68 perawat.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persepsi perawat tentang budaya keselamatan pasien di Rumah Sakit Setia Mitra yaitu 72.1% baik. Dimensi paling banyak dipersepsikan baik yaitu dimensi operan sebesar 75% dan paling sedikit dipersepsikan baik adalah dimensi dukungan manajemen sebesar 1.5%. Secara statistik usia (p value = 0.048), masa kerja (p value = 0.016) dan jabatan perawat (p value = 0.049) memiliki hubungan dengan persepsi perawat terhadap budaya keselamatan pasien (p<0.05).
Pada penerapan sasaran keselamatan pasien yaitu 55.15% memahami dengan baik bagaimana penerapan sasaran keselamatan pasien di Rumah Sakit Setia Mitra. Disarankan agar tim keselamatan pasien yang ada lebih dioptimalkan tugas dan fungsinya sehingga budaya keselamatan pasien di rumah sakit dapat terus ditingkatkan.

It is necessary to measure patient safety culture especially among nurses. This study aims to describe the nurses perception about patient safety culture and how the implementation of patient safety goals at Setia Mitra Hospital. This descriptive research conducted with quantitative and qualitative approaches. Population in this study is all nurses in Setia Mitra hospital that consist of 77 nurses with sample 68 nurses.
The result of study shows the nurse's perception about patient safety in Setia Mitra hospitals is 72.1% good. Dimension with the most good nurse perception is hospital handoffs and transitions dimension by 75% and at least perceived good is management support dimension of 1.5%. Statistically, age (p value = 0.048), work period (p value = 0.016) and the level of nurses (p value = 0.049) have a relationship with the nurses perception on patient safety culture (p <0.05).
In the implementation of patient safety goals in Setia Mitra Hospital, namely 55.15% with a good understanding. It is recommended that patient safety team in the Setia Mitra Hospital further optimized its duties and functions so that the patient safety culture in hospitals can be improved.

"Timbang terima pasien membantu perawat mengidentifikasi area pelayanan untuk meningkatkan keselamatan pasien. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan timbang terima pasien terhadap pelaksanaan timbang terima dan penerapan keselamatan pasien oleh perawat pelaksana di rumah sakit Husada Jakarta. Penelitian menggunakan desain preeksperimental dengan one group pretest-posttest design. Sampel 43 orang perawat pelaksana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan yang bermakna pada pelaksanaan timbang terima dan penerapan keselamatan pasien setelah mendapatkan pelatihan timbang terima pasien (pvalue : 0.000). Kesimpulannya, ada pengaruh pelatihan timbang terima pasien terhadap pelaksanaan timbang terima dan penerapan keselamatan pasien. Rekomendasi penelitian ini adalah komitmen untuk melaksanakan timbang terima dalam bentuk kebijakan, pengarahan serta evaluasi pelaksanaan timbang terima, untuk kesinambungan asuhan keperawatan yang berdampak pada peningkatan penerapan keselamatan pasien.

The patient handover help nurses to identify the service area that require improvement to improve patient safety. The purpose of this research was to identify the effect of training on patient handover with an effective communication approach integrated to the implementation of patient safety to the implementation of handover and patient safety by nurse practitioner at Husada Hospital Jakarta. This research used preexperimental design, with one group pretest posttest design. The sample is 43 nurse practitioner. From the data analysis, it has been recognized that there is a significant improvement in the implementation of patient handover and patient safety after getting a training and guidance on patient handover (p value : 0.000). The conclusion, there is an effect of training on patient handover to the implementation of handover and patient safety. Hospital should implements patient handover effectively in the form of policies, direction and evaluation to continuity of nursing care that have an impact on improving the implementation of patient safety."

"Persepsi tentang keterlibatan, karakteristik individu dapat mempengaruhi kinerja perbaikan ketidaksesuaian dalam ISO 9001:2000. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif korelasi dengan desain cross sectional. Penelitian ini menggunakan total populasi yang telah memenuhi kriteria inklusi berjumlah 110 orang. Hasil uji validitas dan reabilitas didiapatkan adalah valid (0,9621-0,9651) dan reliabel (0,9645). Hasil penelitian adalah, ada hubungan yang bermakna antara oersepso keterlibatan dengan kinerja perbaikan ketidaksesuaian. Variabel yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan kinerja perbaikan keridaksesuasian adalah komunikasi (p value=0,000; OR=23,917, 95% CI) dan pelatihan (p value=0,000; OR=23,917, 95% CI).

The research to identified the correlation of nurse characteristic, nurse supervisor involvement perception with performance of non conformity correction ISO 9001 : 2000 . The research population were 110 supervisor nurse. The result of the validity and reliability test was validity (0,9621-0,9651) and reability (0,9645). The conclusion of this study showed that there was a significant relationship between with the involvement of supervisor nurse perception. The most dominant variables that correlated of work performance of non conformity correction was communication (p value=0,000;OR=23,917, 95% CI) and training (p value=0,000;OR=22,400, 95% CI) from this result can be suggested for direction hospital, it was increased nurse supervisor involvement in non conformity correction ISO 9001 : 2000."

"Penelitian ini membahas tentang persepsi tenaga keperawatan terhadap budaya keselamatan pasien di RSIA SamMarie Basra Tahun 2017. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan deskripsi mengenai persepsi tenaga keperawatan terhadap budaya keselamatan pasien yang dapat mencerminkan tingkatan kualitas implementasi keselamatan pasien di RSIA SamMarie Basra. Penelitian ini merupakkan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan pendekatan cross sectional.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 53,1 tenaga keperawatan di RSIA SamMarie Basra memiliki persepsi yang baik terhadap budaya keselamatan pasien. Tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara karakteristik individu terhadap persepsi tenaga keperawatan terhadap budaya keselamatan pasien.
Peneliti menyarankan agar semua tenaga kerja di RSIA SamMarie Basra berkomitmen terhadap pelaksanaan respon non-punitive sehingga budaya keselamatan pasien di rumah sakit dapat terus ditingkatkan.

This study discusses the perceptions of nursing staff on the patient safety culture at RSIA SamMarie Basra in 2017. The purpose of this study is to get a description of the perceptions of nursing staff on patient safety culture that can reflect the quality level of patient safety implementation at RSIA SamMarie Basra. This research is a quantitative research with survey method and cross sectional approach.
The results showed that 53,1 of nursing staff at RSIA SamMarie Basra had a good perception of the patient safety culture. There is no significant relationship between individual characteristics on the nursing staff perceptions on patient safety culture.
The researcher recommends that all workers in the hospital commit to the implementation of non punitive response so that the patient safety culture in hospitals can be improved.

"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai hubungan persepsi perawat terhadap kejadian insiden keselamatan pasien berdasarkan laporan adanya kejadian insiden keselamatan pasien yang terjadi di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang dilakukan terhadap 81 perawat pelaksana dengan desain studi cross sectional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan variabel komunikasi dengan nilai-p 0,019. Dengan kata lain kurangnya komunikasi antara perawat dengan tenaga medis lainnya berpengaruh terhadap kejadian insiden keselamatan pasien. Peneliti menyarankan membuat kebijakan pengisian bukti pemberian KIE, setiap pergantian shift melakukan briefing, monitoring dan evaluasi serta membuat jalur komunikasi dengan tenaga medis lainnya agar tercipta umpan balik terkait keselamatan pasien.

This research is a quantitative research conducted on 81 implementing nurses with cross sectional study design. The results showed that there is a correlation of communication variables with p value 0,019. In other words, the lack of communication between nurses and other medical personnel influences the incidence of patient safety incidents. The researchers suggested that make policy of charging proof of giving of KIE, each shift change to do briefing, monitoring and evaluation as well as make communication line with other medical personnel to create patient safety related feedback. "

"Budaya keselamatan pasien menjadi hal yang sangat penting dalam memberikan perawatan yang aman. Belum optimalnya kompetensi kepemimpinan kepala ruangan dalam menjalankan peran dan fungsinya untuk menjamin kualitas pelayanan terlebih lagi budaya keselamatan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan kompetensi kepemimpinan kepala ruangan dengan budaya keselamatan pasien. Penelitian Cross Sectional menggunakan proportional sampling ini dilakukan dengan pengisian kuesioner yang melibatkan 260 perawat pelaksana di 4 Rumah Sakit X Kota tangerang. Hasil didapatkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara kompetensi kepemimpinan kepala ruangan dengan budaya keselamatan pasien (p<0,05). Hasil regresi linear menunjukkan variabel yang paling mempengaruhi budaya keselamatan pasien yaitu tingkat Pendidikan, jenjang karir dan kompetensi kepemimpinan (R2=0,272). Kesimpulan budaya keselamatan pasien yang kuat dipengaruhi jenjang karir perawat klinik, tingkat Pendidikan perawat pelaksana serta kompetensi kepemimpinan kepala ruangan. Saran penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil adanya korelasi antara hubungan budaya keselamatan pasien dengan karakteristik perawat pelaksana (Tingkat Pendidikan, Jenjang karir perawat klinik) sehingga Hal ini dapat menjadi pertimbangan rumah sakit untuk pengembangan program pendidikan berkelanjutan bagi perawat pelaksana dan peningkatan kompetensi jenjang karir perawat klinik. meningkatkan budaya positif dirumah sakit dengan melakukan pengkajian Kembali pengaturan staf atau ketenagaan perawat terkait dengan kecukupan jumlah tenaga berdasarkan rasio perawat pasien, memperhatikan jumlah total jam kerja perawat serta adanya kesesuaian penempatan tenaga berdasarkan level kompetensi. optimalisasi kompetensi kepemimpinan kepala ruangan dengan pengembangan panduan kompetensi kepemimpinan

Patient safety culture is very important in providing safe care. The leadership competence of the head of nurse is not yet optimal in carrying out its roles and functions to ensure better service quality for patient safety. This study aims to determine the relationship between the leadership competence of the head of nurse and safety culture. This cross-sectional study using proportional sampling was conducted by filling out a questionnaire involving 260 nurses at 4 Hospital X Tangerang City. The results obtained were a significant relationship between the leadership competence of the head of nurse and patient safety culture (p <0.05). The results of linear regression showed that the variables that most influenced patient safety culture were education level, career path and leadership (R2=0,272). The conclusion of patient safety culture that needs to be considered is the importance of clinical nurse careers, the level of education of implementing nurses and the leadership competence of the head of nurse. The suggestion of this research is to get the results of a correlation between patient safety culture and the characteristics of implementing nurses (Education Level, Career Paths for Clinical Nurses) so that this can be a consideration for hospitals for continuing education development programs for implementing nurses and increasing clinical nurse career competencies. improve a positive culture in hospitals by reviewing staff or manpower arrangements related to the adequacy of the number of personnel based on the nurse-patient ratio, paying attention to the number of working hours of nurses and the availability of staffing based on competency levels. optimizing the leadership competence of the head of nurse with the development of leadership competency guidelines."

"Keselamatan dan kepuasan pasien merupakan indikator kualitas pelayanan belum terpenuhi secara optimal. Model budaya belajar perawat membentuk perawat kompeten dalam penerapan sasaran keselamatan pasien. Penelitian bertujuan mengidentifikasi budaya belajar tentang keselamatan pasien, mengembangkan model budaya belajar perawat dan mengidentifikasi pengaruhnya terhadap kompetensi perawat, keselamatan dan kepuasan pasien. Desain operasional riset, tahap pertama kualitatif fenomenologi dengan sembilan partisipan, tahap kedua pengembangan model, dan tahap ketiga desain quasi eksperiment pre-post test design with control group dengan 139 responden perawat dan 240 responden pasien.
Hasil penelitian tahap pertama didapat sembilan tema yaitu arti keselamatan, persiapan penerapan, fokus keselamatan, implemetasi, masalah, tahapan budaya belajar, aktivitas pembelajaran dan dukungan pengembangan budaya belajar. Tahap kedua diperoleh model budaya belajar "SAYA perawat" tentang sasaran keselamatan pasien dengan komponen, perawat; Sistem dukungan, aktivitas pembelajaran dan tahapan budaya belajar. Tahap ketiga model budaya belajar "SAYA Perawat" tentang sasaran keselamatan pasien berpengaruh secara bermakna terhadap kompetensi perawat dalam penerapan sasaran keselamatan pasien (p 0,0001), keselamatan (p 0,0001) dan kepuasan pasien (p 0,0001). Terdapat hubungan bermakna kompetensi perawat dalam penerapan keselamatan pasien dengan keselamatan (p 0,0001) dan kepuasan pasien (p 0,0001). Model budaya belajar ini agar dapat diimplementasikan di ruang perawatan untuk memenuhi keselamatan dan kepuasan pasien.

Safety and patient satisfaction which are indicators of quality cannot be optimaly fulfilled. Learning culture models about patient safety form nurses competent in the application of patient safety. This study aims to identify nurses learning culture about patient safety, develop a model of nurse learning culture and identify its affect on nurses competency, patient safety and satisfaction. The research design used operational research, the first phase used qualitative phenomenology with nine participants, the second stage is the development of the model, and the third stage is the quasi experimental design pre-post test design with control group with 139 nurses and 240 patient respondents.
The results of the first phase of research obtained nine themes, namely the meaning of safety, preparation for application, focus on safety, implementation, problems, stages of learning culture, learning activities and support for the development of a learning culture. The second stage was obtained learning culture models "SAYA Nurses" about patient safety goals is fit and valid there have components, nurses as the subject of development; support systems, learning activities and the learning culture stage . The third stage of the learning culture model "SAYA Nurses about patient safety goals has a significant effect on nurses' competence (p 0,0001), patient safety (p 0,0001) and satisfaction (p 0,0001). There is a significant relationship between nurses' competence with patient safety (p 0,0001) and satisfaction (p 0,0001). The learning culture models to be implemented in the ward to safety and satisfaction.

"Insiden keselamatan masih terus terjadi, praktik kolaborasi yang dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi IPCP dapat mengoptimalkan pelaksanaan keselamatan pasien di ruang rawat inap. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan kompetensi IPCP perawat dengan pelaksanaan keselamatan pasien di ruang rawat inap. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode cross sectional di Rumah Sakit tipe A Jakarta Pusat. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 158 yang terdiri dari clinical care manager, ketua tim, dan perawat pelaksana yang bertugas di ruang rawat inap. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa usia, jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan, lama kerja dan level kompetensi tidak menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan (p>0,05) dengan pelaksanaan keselamatan pasien di ruang rawat inap. Sementara kompetensi IPCP perawat mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan melalui hasil analisis bivariat (p=0,000). Hasil persamaan regresi didapatkan setiap kerja sama perawat dalam tim bertambah 1 poin, maka pelaksanaan keselamatan pasien di ruang rawat inap akan meningkat sebesar 0.655 setelah dikontrol variabel umur, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, lama kerja, komunikasi dalam tim, peran dan tanggung jawab. Rekomendasi penelitian selanjutnya dapat di lakukan dengan melihat sampel yang sesuai dengan standar yaitu dengan tingkat pendidikan minimal profesi ners dengan menggunakan variabel pelaksanaan keselamatan pasien dengan melihat 6 sasaran keselamatan pasien di ruang rawat inap.

Safety incidents are still happening, collaborative practices that are influenced by IPCP competencies can optimize the implementation of patient safety in inpatient rooms. This study aims to identify the relationship between the IPCP competence of nurses and the implementation of patient safety in the inpatient room. This study used a cross sectional method at type A Hospital, Central Jakarta. The sample in this study amounted to 158 consisting of clinical care managers, team leaders, and implementing nurses who served in the inpatient room. The results of this study found that age, gender, education level, length of work and level of competence did not show a significant relationship (p>0.05) with the implementation of patient safety in the inpatient room. While the IPCP competence of nurses has a significant relationship through the results of bivariate analysis (p = 0.000). The results of the regression equation showed that each time the nurse's cooperation in the team increased by 1 point, the implementation of patient safety in the inpatient room would increase by 0.655 after controlling for variables of age, gender, education, length of work, communication in the team, roles and responsibilities. Recommendations for further research can be done by looking at samples that are in accordance with the standard, namely with a minimum level of education for the nursing profession and using patient safety implementation variables by looking at 6 patient safety goals in the inpatient room."

"Asuhan keperawatan spiritual pada pasien di Rumah sakit dikaitkan dengan pengetahuan dan sikap yang dimiliki mahasiswa profesi keperawatan. Pengetahuan dan sikap mempengaruhi mahasiswa saat memberikan asuhan keperawatan spiritual di Rumah Sakit. Penelitian dengan desain Cross Sectional bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan dan sikap mahasiswa profesi dengan pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan spiritual pada pasien. Penelitian dilakukan secara online dengan teknik pengambilan sampel consecutive sampling pada 133 mahasiswa profesi di Institusi A sebagai perwakilan institusi umum dan Institusi B sebagai institusi berbasis agama pada tahun 2021. Pengetahuan diukur menggunakan kuesioner yang dimodifikasi oleh peneliti. Sikap diukur menggunakan Spirituality and Spiritual Care Rating Scale (SSCRS) dan Pelaksanaan Asuhan Keperawatan Spiritual diukur menggunakan kuesioner modifikasi. Analisis bivariat dihitung dengan uji Chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan dengan pelaksanaan (p = 0,495; α = 0,05). Namun, ada hubungan yang signifikan antara sikap dengan pelaksanaan (p = 0,000; α = 0,05). Penelitian ini merekomendasikan institusi pendidikan untuk meningkatkan sikap mahasiswa terkait pemberian asuhan keperawatan spiritual dengan pengoptimalan kompetensi pada mata kuliah terkait.

Spiritual nursing care for patients in hospitals is associated with the knowledge and attitudes possessed by students of the nursing clinical student. Knowledge and attitudes influence students when providing spiritual nursing care in hospitals. This study was a cross sectional design, aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of nursing clinical students with the implementation of spiritual nursing care for patients. This study using a consecutive sampling technique, involving 133 clinical nursing students at the Institution A as a representative of public institutions and Institution B as a religion-based institution. Knowledge was measured using a questionnaire modified by the researcher. Attitudes were measured using the Spirituality and Spiritual Care Rating Scale (SSCRS) and the Implementation of Spiritual Nursing Care was measured using a modified questionnaire. Bivariate analysis was calculated using Chi-square test. The results showed that there was no significant relationship between knowledge and implementation (p = 0.495; = 0.05). However, there is a significant relationship between attitude and implementation (p = 0.000; = 0.05). This study recommends educational institutions to improve student attitudes regarding the provision of spiritual nursing care by optimizing competencies in related subjects.

Penelitian dilaksanakan di RSUD Tarakan karena pengembangan karir tenaga keperawatan yang dilaksanakan di RSUD Tamkan belum sesuai dengan fungsi dan peran perawat. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam terhadap jajaran direksi, Jajaran kepala bidang, kcpala scksi, dan kepala subbag serta Foccus Group Discussion (FGD) untuk kepala ruang dan perawat ldinik Juga dilakukan telaah dokumen yang berhubungan dengan pengernbangan pola karir perawat klinik untuk memperlcuat metode tersebut.
RSUD Tarakan memiliki tenaga kepemawatan sebanyak 245 orang dengan karakteristik (1) mayoritas tenaga kepcrawatan bemda pada kelornpok umur 25-44 tahun (77,96%), (2) memiliki mass kelja terbesar pada kelompok >3 tahun (61,22 %), (3) dcngan latar belakang pendidikan D III Keperawatan sebanyak 72,24 %, Mekanisme pengembangan tenaga kcpezawatan yang saat ini diterapkan di RSUD Tarakan dimulai dengan kegiaian rekruitmen pegawai bam, dilanjulkan dengan seleksi, kemudian dilaksanakan orientasi selama 30-70 hari. Selain itu juga meliputi kegiatan mutasi, promosi dan pendidikan dan pelatihan.
Berdasarkan hasil wawancara mendalam dan FGD diperoleh gambaran pola jalur karir tenaga kepcrawatan di RSUD Tarakan yang sesuai dengan pemn dan iimgsinya yang dapat diterapkan di RSUD Tarakan yaitu sebagai perawai klinik (enam level) dan perawat menejer (empat level).
Pada akhir penelitian ini direkomendasikan bagi RSUD Tarakan untuk dilaksanakan advokasi kepada pihak direksi rumah sakit untuk menetapkan peraturan nunah sakit tcntang sistem remunerasi terhadap jenjang karir keperawatan dan mengopllmalisasi iimgsi dad komite keperawatan untuk menyusun insuumen uji kompetensi yang bqrhubungan dengan pengembangan karir tenaga keperawatan.

The nurse as a majority health worker in the health care place including hospital has a significant position in health care. The value of nursing care that is continuous, constant, coordinative, and advocative so the preparation, usage, distribution, and retention of nurse, has an important implication to the continuity and to obtain the objectives of health care.
The study was conducted in the Tarakan General Hospital (RSUD Tarakan) because its nursing career development was not appropriate yet with the function and role of the nurse. This study was conducted using qualitative research method by doing the in depth interview toward the directors, head of divisions, head of units, and head of sub units, and doing focus group discussion (FGD) toward the head of rooms and clinical nurses. Document review related to career pattem development of clinical nurse was also conducted in the study to enhance the method.
RSUD Tarakan had 245 nurses with characteristics as follow: 77.96% of nurses has the age range of 25 - 44 years old, 61.22% of nurses had working period > 3 years, 72.24% of nurses had nursing diploma educational background, and 4ll2% of nurses was governmental officer. At present, the mechanism of career development of nurse that implemented in RSUD Tarakan is started from recruitment of new nurses followed by selection, orientation for 30-70 days. Beside that, mutation, promotion, and training and education were also conducted.
According to the in depth interview and FGD was resulted the description of nursing career path pattem in RSUD Tarakan that suitable to the function and role and could be implemented in the hospital, were the clinical nurse (six levels) and manager nurse (four levels) career path.
The study recommended RSUD Tarakan to conduct advocacy toward the hospital director board to determine the regulation of remuneration system of nursing career path in the hospital and to make the function of nursing committee optimally in formulating the instrument of competency test related to the nursing career development.
