ABSTRAKObat – obatan terlarang semakin marak digunakan di dalam bidang olahraga di 4 dekade terakhir ini. Hadiah dalam bentuk uang yang akan diberikan apabila memenangkan suatu pertandingan menyebabkan keinginan yang besar untuk
menggunakan obat – obatan dimana bisa meningkatkat performa atlet. Tetapi,penggunaan obat-obatan ini akan menghasilkan efek yang buruk dimana dapat menodai citra olahraga itu sendiri dan merusak hubungan baik dengan para pemberi sponsor. Dari pembahasan masalah bisa dilihat, Menggunakan doping memungkinkan terjadinya permasalahan etika. Lebih spesifiknya lagi, obat –
obatan ini bisa terkirim ke atlet karena corporate governance yang lemah di dalam entiti. Di lain sisi, tidak adanya perbedaan yang signifikan di laporan keuangan dan prinsip corporate governance antara organisasi olahraga dan perusahaan Australia yang terdaftar.

Financial stakes involved in professional sport create powerfulincentives for the use of performance enhancing substances. However, at the sametime, detection of drug use in sport can undermine the good standing of sport,bringing it into disrepute, and fracturing the relationship it has with sponsors.Results indicate that using drug enhancing performance will likely to raise issue inethics Furthermore, the drug itself can be administered to players because theentities have applied weak corporate governance. ABSTRAK Pada awal 2013, dua klub olahraga utama profesional Cronulla Sharks dari NFL dan AFL Essendon terungkap terlibat dalam penyelidikan ASADA berkaitan dengan dugaan penggunaan obat-obatan terlarang oleh pemain kedua klub tersebut. Hasil penyelidikan menemukan bahwa kedua tim menyewa ilmuwan olahraga yang sama, Stephen Danks, yang kemudian memprakarsai program untuk memasok pemain dengan zat yang dilarang termasuk CJC-1295, GHRP-6, dan AOD-9604. Kedua tim kemudian dihukum atas tindakan mereka dan mengakibatkan kerugian yang signifikan bagi kedua baik secara material maupun non-material. The investigations revealed that both teams had hired the same sports scientist, Stephen Danks, who then initiated the program to supply players with banned substances including CJC-1295, GHRP-6, and AOD-9604. The teams were subsequently penalized for their actions resulting in significant losses for both teams materially and non-materially. Makalah ini akan rnencakup apa saja yang terjadi saat peristiwa tersebut berlangsung dan bagairnana peristiwa tersebut dapat terjadi.

Such company is expected to maintain ethical behavior in their working and personal lives so that it is accepted by the community. This assignment stresses on Cronulla Sharks Rugby Leagues Club Drugs Scandal and Essendon Football Club Drug Scandal, which happened in 2013. It covers on what happened during the scandal, what and how could the scandal happened."

"Laporan magang ini membahas mengenai Penilaian Penerapan Good Corporate Governance PT ABC Tbk Tahun 2013. Sebagai perusahaan dual listing di Indonesia dan Australia, penilaian penerapan praktik good corporate governance PT ABC Tbk yang digunakan ialah menggunakan Pedoman Umum GCG Indonesia yang dikeluarkan oleh KNKG dan ASX Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations. Dalam laporan ini dijelaskan mengenai penerapan good corporate governance dengan menggunakan dua pedoman tersebut, prosedur penilaian yang dilakukan oleh KAP RSM AAJ, dan temuan atas penilaian beserta analisisnya. Berdasarkan penilaian atas penerapan good corporate governance ditemukan adanya beberapa kriteria yang belum dipenuhi oleh perusahaan. Namun, analisis pada laporan magang ini menyimpulkan bahwa PT ABC Tbk telah menjalankan good corporate governance dengan baik.
This internship report discuss about Assessment of Good Corporate Governance Implementation PT ABC Tbk in 2013. As a dual listing company in Indonesia and Australia, PT ABC Tbk uses the good corporate governance assessment of practice application from the Indonesian Corporate Governance Code of KNKG and ASX Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations. This report describes about the implementation of good corporate governance using the Indonesian Corporate Governance Code and ASX Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations, good corporate governance assessment procedures conducted by RSM AAJ, findings and its analysis as well. According to good corporate governance assessment, it has been found that a few criteria are not met by PT ABC Tbk. Nevertheless, this report conclude that the PT ABC Tbk has performed a good corporate governance."

"Laporan magang ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi prosedur penilaian tata kelola perusahaan PT ADC oleh KAP SSS. KAP SSS menggunakan standar yang terdapat di dalam Surat Keputusan Sekretaris Kementerian BUMN Nomor SK-16/S.MBU/2012 untuk melakukan penilaian. PT ADC merupakan sebuah perusahaan BUMN. Hasil dari laporan magang ini adalah bahwa prosedur penilaian tata kelola perusahaan yang dilakukan KAP SSS pada PT ADC sudah sesuai dengan standar yang berlaku. Laporan magang ini juga bertujuan untuk melakukan refleksi diri. Hasil dari refleksi diri adalah dengan mengikuti program magang di KAP SSS meningkatkan kemampuan teknis maupun non teknis seperti pengetahuan mengenai tata kelola perusahaan dan kemampuan
berkomunikasi dengan rekan kerja.
This internship report`s purpose is to evaluate the PT ADC`s corporate governance assessment procedure by KAP SSS. PT ADC is one of the SOEs. KAP SSS uses the standards contained in the Decree of the Secretary of the Ministry of SOE Number SK-16 / S.MBU / 2012 to do the assessment. The result of this internship report is that the corporate governance assessment procedures that performed by KAP SSS at PT ADC are in accordance with the applicable standards. This internship report also aims to do selfreflection. The result of self-reflection is that taking part in an internship program at KAP SSS improve technical and non-technical abilities such as knowledge of corporate governance and the ability to communicate with colleagues."
