The main case was the application of Virginia Henderson's model theory to post THR (Total Hip Replacement) - ankylosing hip surgery patients. As a researcher, the nurse applied Evidence- Based Nursing Practice in implementing nursing interventions. The application of strength and mobilization training was safe for the patient and improved ROM (Range of Motion) and gait. In addition, as an agent of change, the nurse implemented audio-visual (web)-based education (EduHart), and the readiness to go back home increased significantly. This education method was not limited by time and place to be accessed as needed and help improve the personal status, knowledge, coping abilities, and support for hip arthroplasty patients. A series of activities carried out in residency practice aims to improve the quality of holistic nursing care services."
