"This research studied the relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intention of University Students. Following original research by Zhang, Duysters, Cloodt (2014), Ajzen's theory of planned behavior and Shapero's entrepreneurial event model would be incorporated to identify the effect of exogenous variables such as entrepreneurship education, prior entrepreneurial exposure, perceived desirability and feasibility towards entrepreneurial intention in university students. Furthermore, this study aimed to investigate the selection hypothesis of entrepreneurship education for entrepreneurial intentions. Lastly, this study was also proposing to investigate the moderating effect of the teachers and instructors' enthusiasm (Frenzel et al., 2009), pre-educational entrepreneurship intention (Bae et al., 2014), gender (Verheul et al., 2012), as well as the moderating effect of peers in the classroom (Falck et al., 2012). The data would be collected from one of the private and reputable universities in Indonesia in multiple departments with a form of entrepreneurship education. In this study we found that entrepreneurship education does shape entrepreneurial intention. Students with pre-educational entrepreneurial intention would be more likely to have higher entrepreneurial intention. We also learned that there’s a strong relationship between social influence of classmates and entrepreneurial intention. In addition, we found that male and female students have a different perspective about entrepreneurship education that affected their entrepreneurial intention.

"ABSTRAK
Masalah pengangguran merupakan masalah pelik yang dihadapi oleh Indonesia saat ini. Masalah ini bertambah pelik dikarenakan kenyataan bahwa, separuh dari jumlab pengangguran adalab mereka yang berasal dari kalangan dengan latar pendidikan yang cukup atau pengangguran terdidik. Oleh karena itulab, diperlukan strategi yang tepat untuk mengatasi masalab tersebut. Salah satu solusi yang ditawarkan adalab dengan mengembangkan jiwa kewirausahaan pada lemhaga pendidikan. Oleh karena itulah, penulis melakukan pene!itian mengenai peranan lembaga pendidikan dalam rangka mengembangkan kewirausahaan peserta didiknya. Dalam hal ini, penulis melakukan penelitian mengenai peranan perguruan tinggi dalam pengembangan kewimusahaan mahasiswa Disamping itu, penulis juga melakukan penelitian terbadap dampak kebijakan yang diambil oleh pemerintah berkaitan dengan pengembangan kewirausahaan pada lembaga pendidikan Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan dan informasi yang diperoleb melalui penelitian kualitalif dan kuantitatif, diperoleh hasil bahwa dalam rangka pengembangan kewirausahaan mahasiswa, perguruan tinggi menitikberatkan kepada pembangunan jiwa kewirausabaan ( entrepreneurship ) dan bukan pada pembentulkan usaha bam ( enterprise ), dengan didnkeng oleh tiga samna, yaitu perkuliaban, Bussiness Development Service Provider ( BDSP ) dan juga Unit Kegiatan Kemabaslswaan Kewirausahaan (Koperusi Mahasiswa ). Danjika dilibet dari kebijakan yang di keluarkan oleh pemerintah yang berkaitan dengao sarana pengembangan kewirausahaan pada pergnruan tinggi, belum sepenuhnya berdampak terhndap sarana pengembangan tersebut. Kebijukan mengenai mala kuJiab kewiransahaan, berdampak terhadap perobahan status mata kuliah menjadi mata kuliah wajib, akan tetapi pada kebijukan mengenai lroperasi mahasiswa, tidak berdampak terhadap pendirian koperasi mahasiswa baru. Sedangkan kebijakan mengonai BDSP, walaupun kebijakan tidak berdampak terbadap pendirian BDSP bam pada Perguruan Tinggi, akan tetapi kebijakan pemerintab berdampak terhadap semakin banyak kegiatan yang dilakakan oleb BDSP alas bantuan pemerintah, salah satunya adalah Program Mahasisvm Wirausaha (PMW). Dan dengan melalui penelitian kuantitatif, diketahui bahwa sikap kewimusahaan mahasiswa yang mengikuti program PMW dengan yang belum mengikuti program PMW, tidak didapalkan perbedaan signifikan diantara keduanya, sehingga penulis menyimpulkan bahwa program PMW belum mampu meningkatkan jiwa kewirausahaan mahasiswa yang mengikutinya.

ABSTRACT
The problem of unemployment is still a complicated trouble. It is gelling worse because in fact, half of them come from the high education background or well educated unemployment. Therefore, it is needed a proper strategy to overcome the problem. One of the solutions offered is developing entrepreneurship in the higher education institutions. For that reason, the writer conducts a research about the role of higher education institution in developing entrepreneurship to its students. In this case, the writer did a research in several universities in Jakarta. Besides, the writer also analyze the impact of the policy made by the government in correlation with the entrepreneurship development in education institutions. Based on the result of data and information analysis gathered by qualitative and quantitative research method, it is concluded that In order to develop entrepreneurship among students, the universities only stress on the development of the entrepreneurship and not on the enterprise, with support of three media, which are learning, Business Development Service Provider (BDSP} and student organization of which focus is entrepreneurship such as Koperasi Mahasiwa (Student Cooperative ). From the policies perspective which is made by the government that related to the development of entrepreneurship for universally students, there is almost no significance impact to this effort. The policy about the subject of entrepreneurship makes a change to the status of the subject into a compulsory subject. Nevertheless, related to the policy of the establishment of student cooperative, there is no direct impact to the establishment of new student cooperative. About the policy of BDSP, although it does not affect directly such as the establishment of new BDSP in university, it forces many activities held by BDSP with support from government, one of them is the Student Entrepreneur Program - Program Mahasiswa Wirausaba (PMW). From the quantitative research about the entrepreneurship among the students who had joined the program compared to those who had not, it is fond that there is no significant difference between the two groups; therefore, the writer concludes that the Student Entrepreneur Program - Program Mahasiswa Wirausaha (PMW) has not yet increase the student's entrepreneurship. "

"Siswa SMK di Indonesia cenderung memiliki minat berwirausaha rendah yang berakibat Tingkat Pengangguran Tertinggi (TPT) didominasi oleh lulusan SMK. Walaupun Indonesia telah mencapai standar nasional di jumlah rasio wirausaha, namun hanya tiga persen pemuda Indonesia yang menggeluti wirausaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan tingkat dukungan sosial keluarga, tingkat pendidikan kewirausahaan, dan tingkat literasi digital dengan tingkat minat berwirausaha online. Penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya menunjukan bahwa minat berwirausaha lebih banyak dijelaskan melalui peran lingkungan keluarga, efikasi diri, dan pendidikan kewirausahaan. Untuk memperkaya studi sebelumnya, peneliti memfokuskan permasalahan terkait minat berwirausaha online pada siswa SMK yang dipengaruhi faktor dukungan sosial keluarga, pendidikan kewirausahaan, dan literasi digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data survei pada siswa jurusan Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 41 Jakarta. Teknik penarikan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 102 siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tingkat dukungan sosial keluarga, pendidikan kewirausahaan, dan literasi digital memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan tingkat minat berwirausaha online siswa. Dukungan sosial keluarga merefleksikan tingkat dukungan keluarga pada siswa saat berminat berwirausaha. Sebelum menumbuhkan minat berwirausaha pada siswa dibutuhkan keinginan, kompetensi, dan kesadaran berwirausaha, sehingga pendidikan kewirausahaan berperan penting. Selain itu, memiliki kompetensi digital juga berperan dalam menunjang kegiatan wirausaha online.

Vocational high school students in Indonesia have a low interest in entrepreneurship which results in the Highest Unemployment Rate (TPT) being dominated by SMK graduates. Although Indonesia has achieved the national standard in the entrepreneurial ratio, only three percent of youth in Indonesia are entrepreneurs. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the level of family social support, the level of entrepreneurship education, and the level of digital literacy with the level of interest in online entrepreneurship. Previous studies have shown that interest in entrepreneurship is mostly explained through the role of the family environment, self-efficacy, and entrepreneurship education. To enrich the previous study, this research focuses on the issue of interest in online entrepreneurship in vocational students which is influenced by factors of family social support, entrepreneurship education, and digital literacy. This study uses quantitative methods with survey data collection techniques on students majoring in Online Business and Marketing at 41 State Vocational High School Jakarta. The sampling technique in this study used proportionate stratified random sampling with a total of 102 students as respondents. The results of this study indicate that the level of family social support, entrepreneurship education, and digital literacy have a significant relationship with the level of student interest in online entrepreneurship. Family social support reflects the level of family support for students when they are interested in entrepreneurship. Before growing interest in entrepreneurship in students, it takes desire, competence, and awareness of entrepreneurship, so entrepreneurship education plays an important role. Furthermore, having digital competence also plays a role in supporting online entrepreneurial activities."

"Despite the extensive developments in entrepreneurship theory over recent decades, there is a lack of empirical studies examining the influence of owner situationally specific motivation on firm performance focusing on small and medium sized enterprises (SME) in New Zealand. The present study attempts to bridge this gap. At the same time, it responds to calls to extend performance measures to include non-financial outcomes by using organisational citizenship behaviours – OCB – as a performance measure. This is based on the observation that OCBs are consistently presented in the literature as a cornerstone of good performance and competitive advantage. The study uses mixed methods, combining surveys and semi-structured interviews. Multiple regression is used to analyse data on entrepreneurial situationally specific motivation (i.e. communicated vision, self-efficacy, and goals) provided by a sample of 107 firms. In addition, 107 pairs, each comprising an owner-manager plus a random employee from the same firm, also supplied data on organisational citizenship behaviours. Finally, nine qualitative interviews were conducted with owners to further enhance understanding. The study highlights the statistical significance of the positive relationship of entrepreneurial situationally specific motivation and OCB. This finding suggests that owners who have confidence in their abilities [self-efficacy] and who have communicated their vision [communicated vision] are more likely to encourage in their employees the behaviours that are required in order to function well in their organisations. The implications of this finding for potential future research are discussed.

"Usaha Kecil Menengah merupakan salah satu sektor usaha yang paling berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan perekonomian nasional. Beberapa Usaha Kecil Menengah berhasil berkembang tetapi tidak sedikit pula yang gagal, misalkan akibat krisis ekonomi. Kebertahanan dan perkembangan Usaha Kecil Menengah dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor. Faktor yang ingin dilihat dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh dari Strategic Agility, Entrepreneurial Leadership, dan Kapabilitas Inovasi dalam mengembangkan kinerja Usaha Kecil Menengah. Objek penelitian ini adalah UKM dengan pendapatan lebih besar dari 2 miliar rupiah yang berlokasi disekitar Jakarta-Bogor-Depok-Tangerang-Bekasi (Jabodetabek) dengan target responden adalah Pemilik dan Manajemen dari UKM. Jumlah UKM yang berhasil dikumpulkan dan dianalisis sebanyak 97 responden, dan menggunakan SEM-PLS untuk menganalisis ketiga konsep tersebut terhadap kinerja Usaha Kecil Menengah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh dari Strategic Agility dan Entrepreneurial Leadership terhadap Kinerja UKM.

Small and Medium Enterprises are one of the sectors which have the most impact on the growth of the national economy. Some SMEs have succeded ini growth but a few have failed or gone out of business, for example due to the economic crisis. The survival and development of SMEs can be influenced by several factors. The objective of this research is to analyzed the role of Strategic Agility, Entrepreneurial Leadership, and Innovation Capability in improving the performance of Small and Medium Enterprises. The object of this research is SMEs with revenue greater than 2 billion rupiah and located around Jakarta-Bogor-Depok-Tangerang-Bekasi (Jabodetabek), and the target respondents are Owners and the Managemen teams. The survey data were collected from 97 respondents, and SEM-PLS was used to analyze data. The result of this study indicate that Strategic Agility and Entrepreneurial Leadership have influences on SME’s Performance. The research can be used by SMEs to improve their performance"

"Sebagai negara dengan populasi Muslim terbesar di dunia disertai prosentase belanja produk halal yang tinggi, Indonesia sudah selayaknya bertransformasi menjadi sentra industri halal dunia. Langkah yang dapat dilakukan adalah memastikan kelayakan sumber daya manusia sebagai pemberdayanya serta didukung peran pemerintah dalam manajemen berkala dan produktif. Kesadaran masyarakat Indonesia dalam memahami nilai-nilai Islami salah satunya tidak terlepas dari Pondok Pesantren dan sampai sekarang masih menduduki posisi vital dalam menciptakan SDM yang Islami. Selain itu, isu pembangunan berkelanjutan yang sedang berlangsung memiliki kesesuaian dengan prinsip ekonomi pesantren terkait pemberdayaan. Tentunya penciptaan kondisi kewirausahaan muda Islami berkelanjutan harus memperhatikan semua pihak yang terlibat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode wawancara mendalam terhadap informan ahli pondok pesantren, akademisi, lembaga negara, dan wirausahawan atau santri senior. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara mendalam yang selanjutnya diproses menjadi transkrip wawancara. Proses wawancara dilakukan dengan dua tipe, yaitu (i) tatap muka di tempat narasumber dan (ii) melalui media online. Jangka waktu penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Juli-Oktober 2021. Data yang dihasilkan dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi QSR NVIVO 12. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekonomi pesantren dapat menjadi sentra pengembangan industri halal dengan menciptakan sumber daya manusia Islami berkualitas terutama pada Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah dan Khalafiyah. Keunggulan ekonomi pesantren adalah adanya konsep tolong menolong (pemberdayaan sosial), ekonomi mandiri (pemberdayaan ekonomi), dan adaptif (pemberdayaan lingkungan) yang sesuai dengan prinsip pembangunan berkelanjutan. Selanjutnya, terciptanya kondisi tersebut tidak terlepas dari adanya dukungan pemerintah dan lembaga, akademisi, pelaku usaha, serta lembaga keuangan yang merupakan stakeholder dalam ekosistem kewirausahaan muda Islami berkelanjutan

As a country with the largest Muslim population in the world accompanied by a high percentage of spending on halal products, Indonesia should transform into a center for the world's halal industry. Steps that can be taken are to ensure the feasibility of human resources as the enablers, supported by the government's role in periodic and productive management. The awareness of the Indonesian people in understanding Islamic values ​​is inseparable from Pesantren and until now they still occupy a vital position in creating Islamic human resources. This is supported by the existence of economic learning in religious theory and competence from its involvement in Pesantren economies activities. In addition, the ongoing issue of sustainable development is compatible with the Pesantren economies principles regarding empowerment. Of course, the creation of conditions for sustainable youth Islamic entrepreneurship must pay attention to all parties involved. This research is a qualitative research using in-depth interviews with expert informants from Pesantren, academics, state institutions, and entrepreneurs or senior students. The resulting data were analyzed using the NVIVO 12 QSR application. The results of the study show that the pesantren economy can become a center for the development of the halal industry by creating quality Islamic human resources, especially in salafiyah and khalafiyah pesantren. The economic advantages of Islamic boarding schools are the concepts of mutual help (social empowerment), independent economy (economic empowerment), and adaptive (environmental empowerment) which are in accordance with the principles of sustainable development. Furthermore, the creation of these conditions is inseparable from the presence of government and institutional entrepreneurship, academics, business actors, and financial institutions which are stakeholders in a sustainable young Islamic ecosystem."

"Kewirausahaan dipercaya sebagai kekuatan penting dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi global yang menciptakan usaha baru dan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan sebagai salah satu solusi untuk masalah pengangguran. Sedangkan pendidikan kewirausahaan merupakan komponen penting dari bisnis pendidikan sekolah yang telah terbukti memberikan stimulus bagi individu dalam membuat dan atau mempertimbangkan wirausaha sebagai pilihan karir sehingga meningkatkan penciptaan usaha baru dan pertumbuhan ekonomi.
Penelitian ini didesain untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan sebelumnya berkontribusi pada niat kewirausahaan mahasiswa dengan pendekatan dari integrasi dua teori yaitu Theory of Entrepreneurial Event (Shapero and Sokol, 1982) dan Theory of Planned Behaviour ( Ajzen, 1991) yang memiliki tiga konstruksi pusat ? Perceived Desirability of Self Employment, Perceived Feasibility of Entrepreneurship , dan Entrepreneurship Intention.
Penelitian dilakukan dengan sampel 71 responden mahasiswa PE FE UI. Survey dilakukan secara online selama bulan Mei - Juni 2012. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis multivariate dengan metode Partial Least Square. Dan hasil analisis diperoleh hasil bahwa Entrepreneurial Education memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Entrepreneurial Intention.

Entrepreneurship is believed to be an important force in global economic growth that creates new businesses and economic growth, and as one solution to the problem of unemployment. While entrepreneurship education is an important component of business school education has been shown to provide stimulus for the individual in making or considering entrepreneurship as a career choice that enhances the creation of new businesses and economic growth.
This study was designed to see how the influence of the earlier entrepreneurial education contributed to the entrepreneurial intentions of students with the approach of integration of the two theories : Theory of Entrepreneurial Event (Shapero and Sokol, 1982) and Theory of Planned Behaviour (Ajzen, 1991) which has three central constructs - Perceived Desirability of Self Employment, Perceived Feasibility of Entrepreneurship, and Entrepreneurship Intention.
The study was conducted with a sample of 71 respondents of PE FE UI students. The survey was conducted online during the month of May-June 2012. Data analysis methods used are the multivariate analysis by Partial Least Square method. And analytical results obtained results that Entrepreneurial Education has a significant positive effect on Entrepreneurial Intention.

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan antara Pendidikan kewirausahaan dan komunitas kewirausahaan terhadap niat kewirausahaan mahasiswa di Universitas Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu Universitas untuk mengembangkan niat wirausaha siswa mereka. Dengan demikian, universitas dapat berkontribusi menciptakan wirausaha baru bagi pemerintah. Data dikumpulkan dengan mensurvei 58 siswa yang telah mengikuti pendidikian kewirausahaan dan memutuskan untuk berpartisipasi dalam komunitas kewirausahaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pendidikan kewirausahaan dan komunitas memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap niat wirausaha. Adanya komunitas kewirausahaan sangat bermanfaat dalam membangun komunikasi antar sesama anggota yang dapat mengakibatkan peningkatan kepercayaan diri mahasiswa. Selain itu, membantu mahasiswa memahami niat menjadi wiraswasta. Sehingga Pendidikan kewirausahaan dan program yang diselenggarakan oleh komunitas wirausaha diyakini bisa menunjang niat kewirausahaan para mahasiswa.

ABSTRACT
Abstract In this research, we have analyzed the relation between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial community with the student entrepreneurship intentions in Indonesia University. This research is aimed to assist the University Stakeholders to develop entrepreneurial intentions of their students. Thus, university can contribute to create new entrepreneurs to the government. Data were collected by surveying 58 students who have decided to participate in entrepreneurship community and studied entrepreneurshipe education. The result of this result has showed that entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial community has a significant influence on entrepreneurial intention. The existence of entrepreneurship community is beneficial in building communication among fellow member that can result an improvement in student rsquo s confidence. Also, it helps the students to understand the intention of being an entrepreneur. Consequently, entrepreneurship education and program that is organized by entrepreneurial community believed to be able to support entrepreneurship intentions of the students."

"Kegiatan entrepreneurship merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam perkembangan ekonomi dan sosial suatu negara. Salah satu upaya pemerintah untuk menghasilkan entrepreneur yang berkompeten dan berdaya saing adalah dengan menerapkan entrepreneurial education di perguruan tinggi, yaitu salah satunya di Universitas Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, sangat penting bagi universitas untuk mengetahui intensi berwirausaha agar dapat mengembangkan potensi dan ide-ide kreatif dari mahasiswa. Dengan demikian penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana tingkat entrepreneurial intentions mahasiswa yang dilihat dari faktor pendidikan (education), sikap (attitude) dan budaya (culture). Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan melibatkan partisipan responden mahasiswa sarjana di Universitas Indonesia. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dalam bentuk g-form yang disebarkan secara online dan offline, dengan kriteria responden mahasiswa sarjana Universitas Indonesia yang pernah atau sedang mengikuti mata kuliah entrepreneurship. Data kuesioner terkumpul sebanyak 315 tanggapan, namun hanya 262 tanggapan yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian. Analisis data deskriptif digunakan dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 19, dan analisis data PLS-SEM dilakukan dengan bantuan software SmartPLS versi 4 untuk menguji hipotesis. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa entrepreneurial education dan entrepreneurial attitude mempengaruhi entrepreneurial intentions secara signifikan positif, entrepreneurial education mempengaruhi entrepreneurial attitude secara signifikan positif dan entrepreneurial attitude memiliki efek moderasi terhadap entrepreneurial education dengan entrepreneurial intentions secara signifikan positif. Selanjutnya, hasil dari variabel culture gagal menjelaskan efek sebagai variabel moderasi dari hubungan entrepreneurial education dengan entrepreneurial attitude, sehingga hasil tersebut negatif dan tidak signifikan.

Entrepreneurship activities are very important in the economic and social development of a country. One of the government's efforts to produce competent and competitive entrepreneurs is by implementing entrepreneurial education in universities, one of which is at the University of Indonesia. Therefore, it is very important for universities to know their entrepreneurial intentions so they can develop students' potential and creative ideas. Thus this research is carried out with the aim of analyzing how the level of entrepreneurial intentions of students is seen from the factors of education (education), attitude (attitude) and culture (culture). A quantitative approach was used in this study by involving undergraduate student respondents at the University of Indonesia. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires in the form of g-forms which were distributed online and offline, with the criteria of respondents being undergraduate students at the University of Indonesia who had or were currently taking entrepreneurship courses. Questionnaire data collected as many as 300 responses, but only 262 responses met the research criteria. Descriptive data analysis was used with the help of SPSS version 19 software, and PLS-SEM data analysis was carried out with the help of SmartPLS version 4 software to test the hypothesis. The findings of this study indicate that entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial attitude influence entrepreneurial intentions significantly positively, entrepreneurial education influences entrepreneurial attitudes significantly positively and entrepreneurial attitude has a moderating effect on entrepreneurial education with entrepreneurial intentions significantly positively. Furthermore, the results of the culture variable failed to explain the effect as a moderating variable on the relationship between entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial attitude, so the results were negative and not significant."

"ABSTRACT
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh entrepreneurship education terhadap entrepreneurial intention mahasiswa dengan self-efficacy sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh dari data primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan responden sebanyak 195 mahasiswa program studi bisnis atau manajemen di Universitas Indonesia, Universitas Prasetya Mulya, dan Universitas Bina Nusantara dengan menggunakan teknik quota sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis causal-step dan sobel test untuk mengguji pengaruh langsung dan pengaruh mediasi di antara variabel-variabel kunci. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa entrepreneurship education mempengaruhi entrepreneurial intention mahasiswa secara signifikan, dimana self-efficacy memediasi secara parsial hubungan entrepreneurship education terhadap entrepreneurial intention mahasiswa. Temuan ini dapat membantu Pemerintah Indonesia merumuskan kebijakan dan program guna mendorong mahasiswa untuk mengejar karir kewirausahaan, yang mana dapat mengurangi ketergantungan besar mereka pada pekerjaan konvensional dan dengan demikian mengurangi pengangguran. Temuan ini juga bermanfaat bagi universitas dan lembaga pendidikan tinggi lainnya, dimana universitas dan institusi pendidikan tinggi dapat mempertimbangkan untuk merancang kurikulum, program, dan mata kuliah kewirausahaan.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurship education on student entrepreneurial intention with self-efficacy as a mediation variable. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research data are obtained from primary data through questionnaires with respondents as many as 195 students majoring in business or management of University of Indonesia, Prasetya Mulya University, and Bina Nusantara University by using the quota sampling technique. This study uses causal-step and sobel tests to examine the direct and mediation influence among key variables. The results of the study show that entrepreneurship education influences student entrepreneurial intention significantly, where self-efficacy partially mediates the relationship between entrepreneurship education and student entrepreneurial intention. This finding can help the Government of Indonesia to formulate policies and programs that encourage students to pursue entrepreneurial careers, which can reduce their large dependence on conventional jobs and thereby reduce unemployment. This finding is also beneficial for universities and other higher education institutions, where universities and higher education institutions can consider designing curriculum, program, and entrepreneurship courses."
