"In recent years, national medical expenditures have continued to increase in Japan, and have now reached 39 trillion yen. In contrast, dental clinic expenditures have been slow to grow over the past few years, totaling 2.7 trillion yen. At the same time, the number of dentists continues to increase, with a total of 102,551 dentists in 2012, surpassing the 100,544 physicians at medical clinics. Objective: Given this, we compared management conditions at dental clinics and medical clinics over time to determine whether management conditions of dental clinics are really as harsh as often claimed. Methods: We used the relevant data provided in the Central Social Insurance Medical Council’s Survey on Economic Conditions in Health Care for statistics, which depicts management conditions at clinics, and analyzed the causes. Results: Annual fluctuations in the revenue/expense gap (revenue less expense) show that the gap for dentists far undercut that for physicians at medical clinics. The main reason for this decline in revenue is that the number of dental patients declined more than the unit price rose compared to the medical clinic. Conclusion: We determined that management conditions are harsh for dental clinics."

"Latar Belakang: Transmisi SARS-CoV-2 melalui droplet dan aerosol menyebabkan praktik kedokteran gigi memiliki risiko penularan infeksi yang tinggi sehingga menimbulkan perasaan takut bagi masyarakat untuk melakukan kunjungan untuk perawatan ke klinik gigi. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan perceived susceptibility, sikap dan kepercayaan, hal-hal yang perlu diinformasikan agar pasien merasa nyaman untuk kembali ke klinik gigi, serta karakteristik sosiodemografi terhadap perilaku kunjungan ke klinik gigi di masa pandemi COVID-19. Metode: Studi cross-sectional menggunakan kuesioner online pada 420 masyarakat dewasa di DKI Jakarta yang pernah berkunjung ke klinik gigi. Hasil: Hasil uji korelasi Spearman menunjukkan bahwa perceived susceptibility, sikap dan kepercayaan, hal-hal yang perlu diinformasikan agar pasien merasa nyaman untuk kembali ke klinik gigi, dan status sosioekonomi masyarakat dewasa di DKI Jakarta memiliki korelasi yang bermakna secara statistik (p<0,05) terhadap perilaku kunjungan ke klinik gigi di masa pandemi COVID-19. Dari hasil analisis regresi logistik ditemukan prediktor tidak berkunjung ke klinik gigi di masa pandemi COVID-19 adalah perceived susceptibility, sikap dan kepercayaan, dan hal-hal yang perlu diinformasikan agar pasien merasa nyaman untuk kembali ke klinik gigi. Kesimpulan: Adanya pandemi COVID-19 menyebabkan mayoritas masyarakat dewasa di DKI Jakarta tidak berkunjung ke klinik gigi. Perceived susceptibility, sikap dan kepercayaan, hal-hal yang perlu diinformasikan agar pasien merasa nyaman untuk kembali ke klinik gigi, dan status sosioekonomi masyarakat dewasa di DKI Jakarta memiliki asosiasi dengan perilaku kunjungan ke klinik gigi di masa pandemi COVID-19.
Background: The transmission of SARS-CoV-2 through droplets and aerosols causes dental practices to have a high risk of transmitting infection, causing fear for the public to visit and get treatment at dental clinics. Results: Spearman correlation test shown that perceived susceptibility, attitudes and beliefs, events that need to occur for patients to feel comfortable returning to the dental clinic, and socioeconomic status of adults in DKI Jakarta have statistically significant correlations (p<0,05) to the dental visit during the COVID-19 pandemic. Based on logistic regression analysis, it is known that the predictors of delaying dental care due to the pandemic were perceived susceptibility, attitudes and beliefs, and events that need to occur for patients to feel comfortable returning to the dental clinic. Conclusion: Majority of adults in DKI Jakarta reported delaying dental care due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It is known that the perceived susceptibility, attitudes and beliefs, events that need to occur for patients to feel comfortable returning to the dental clinic, and socioeconomic status of adults in DKI Jakarta have associations with dental visit during the COVID-19 pandemic."

"Pemerintah Indonesia memliki target bebas karies 2030 diaman berdasarkan data pada tahun 2018, rata-rata indeks DMF-T gigi permanen di Indonesia adalah 7.1 dan masih belum memenuhi untuk target tahun 2020 yaitu sebesar 4.1, selain itu peresentase masyarakat di Indonesia yang memiliki kesadaran untuk melakukan pengobatan gigi masih tergolong rendah yaitu sebesar 16.3% pada tahun 2018. Sehingga terdapat tuntutan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pada bidang kedokteran gigi agar dapat meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan gigi dan kesadaran masyarakat untuk melakukan pengobatan di dokter gigi. Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kualitas pelyanan  pada klinik gigi yang ada di Jakarta sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan dari pasien dan mendorong masyarakat Indonesia untuk berobat ke dokter gigi. Penelitian ini menggunakan dimensi kualitas pelayanan berdasarkan SERVQUAL yaitu Tangibility¸ Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance dan Empathy kemudian ditentukan 30 faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan kesehatan gigi, survei dilakukan terhadap pasien pada 100 klinik di Jakarta untuk mendapatkan kesenjangan dalam kualitas layanan dan kemudian mengintegrasikan kessenjangan tersebut terhadap Model Kano sehingga didapat prioritas terhadap faktor-faktor tersebut dalam rangka peningkatan kualitas layanan pada klinik gigi di Jakarta

The Indonesian government has a caries-free target of 2030, and based on data in 2018, the average DMF-T index of permanent teeth in Indonesia is 7.1 that still does not meet the 2020 target of 4.1, besides that the percentage of people in Indonesia who have the awareness to do dental treatment is still relatively low at 16.3% in 2018. So there is a demand to improve the quality of services in the field of dentistry in order to improve the quality of dental health and public awareness to perform treatment at the dentist. This study aims to find out the factors that can affect the quality of services at dental clinics in Jakarta so that it is expected to increase patient satisfaction and encourage Indonesian people to seek treatment at the dentist. This study uses the dimensions of service quality based on SERVQUAL, namely Tangibility¸ Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy then determined 30 factors that affect the quality of dental health services, a survey was conducted on patients at 100 clinics in Jakarta to find gaps in service quality and then integrate these gaps into Kano model so that priority is obtained for these factors in order to improve service quality at dental clinics in Jakarta. "

"Klinik gigi DN merupakan salah satu klinik gigi yang saat ini masih menggunakan sistem
pengoperasian secara offline, banyak penggunaan kertas dalam pencatatan, appointment
dilakukan secara manual, dan data yang tidak terintegrasi. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan
terhambatnya pelayanan pasien sehingga timbulnya persepsi buruk dari pasien akan
pelayanan yang dilakukan klinik gigi DN. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, tim
pengembang mengembangkan sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat menjadi solusi dari
permasalahan tersebut. Pada pengembangan, dikembangkan dua sistem terpisah (internal
web apps dan aplikasi PWA [Progressive Web Apps]) yang saling terintegrasi satu sama
lain. Internal web apps akan digunakan oleh pihak internal klinik gigi DN dalam
menjalankan proses bisnisnya, sementara aplikasi PWA (Progressive Web Apps)
digunakan oleh pasien klinik gigi DN. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan salah satu
metode pengembangan perangkat lunak agile, yaitu Scrum. Kerangka kerja Scrum yang
digunakan terdiri dari tiga fase, yaitu pre-game, game (development), dan post-game.
Pada fase pre-game, dilakukan requirement gathering, perencanaan, dan
architecture/high level design. Pada fase game, dijalankannya sprint untuk pengerjaan
proyek. Pada fase post-game dilakukannya testing terhadap sistem yang telah
dikembangkan. Pada pengembangan sistem di klinik gigi DN ini, dihasilkan dua sistem
(Internal web apps untuk internal klinik dan aplikasi PWA [Progressive Web Apps] bagi
pengguna eksternal klinik) yang dibangun dengan framework Spring Boot dan React JS.
Dengan dikembangkan sistem informasi dan aplikasi tersebut, diharapkan pihak klinik
gigi DN dapat lebih efektif dan efisien dalam melayani pasien.

DN dental clinic that currently uses an offline operating procedure, uses a lot of paper in
recording, appointments are done manually, and the data is not integrated. This can cause
delays in serving patients so that there is a bad perception from patients about the services
provided by the DN dental clinic. Based on these problems, the development team
developed an information system that could be a solution to these problems. During the
development, two separate system (internal web apps and PWA [Progressive Web Apps]
application) were developed which were integrated with each other. The internal web
apps will be used by DN dental clinic internal parties in carrying out their business
processes, while the PWA (Progressive Web Apps) application is used by DN dental
clinic patients. The system is developed using one of the agile software development
methods, namely Scrum. The Scrum framework used consists of three phases, namely,
pre-game, game (development), and post-game. In the pre-game phase, requirements
gathering, planning, and architecture/high level design are carried out. In the game phase,
sprints are executed. In the post-game phase, testing of the system that has been developed
is carried out. In the development of the DN dental clinic information system, two system
(internal web apps for internal clinic and PWA [Progressive Web Apps] application
deliver to patient) were produced which were built with Spring Boot and React JS

"Skripsi ini membahas tentang faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan keputusan memilih kembali layanan poli anak di RS Haji Jakarta Tahun 2011. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan keputusan memilih kembali layanan poliklinik anak di RS Haji Jakarta tahun 2010. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 69 % responden memutuskan untuk memilih kembali layanan poliklinik anak rumah sakit Haji Jakarta. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara produk, tarif, promosi, dokter, proses, layanan pelanggan, dan pesaing dengan keputusan memilih kembali layanan poli anak di RS Haji Jakarta dan tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel lokasi dengan keputusan memilih kembali layanan Poli Anak di RS Haji Jakarta.

This paper discuss about the factors associated with the reuse decision of children clinics in Jakarta Hajj Hospital year of 2011. The purpose of this research is to find the factors associated with the reuse decision of children clinics in the Jakarta Hajj Hospital. This study is a quantitative research with cross sectional research design. The results showed 69% respondents decide to reuse children clinic in Jakarta Hajj Hospital. There are significant relationship between products, rates, promotions, doctor, process, customer service, and competitor with the reuse decision of children clinics in Jakarta Hajj Hospital and no significant relationship between location with the reuse decision of children clinics in Jakarta Hajj Hospital."

"Masalah kesehatan jiwa merupakan salah satu faktor terbesar yang menyebabkan penurunan kemampuan serta kualitas hidup pasien di dunia. Saat ini, pandangan negatif terhadap pasien psikiatri masih berkembang di tengah masyarakat umum, termasuk di kalangan mahasiswa kedokteran. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan keterbatasan pemberian layanan kesehatan bagi pasien psikiatri. Peneliti ingin mengetahui apakah pandangan-pandangan yang ada berkorelasi dengan waktu studi dan rotasi klinik. Metode yang digunakan adalah cross sectional dengan mahasiswa kedokteran (pada tahun pertama, ketiga, keempat, serta alumni) sebagai subyeknya. Data kemudian diolah dengan analisis chi-square. Dua ratus dua puluh empat mahasiswa turut berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini, dengan rata-rata responden berusia 21 tahun (standar deviasi 2.03). Secara umum, pandangan mahasiswa kedokteran di Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Indonesia positif terhadap pasien psikiatri. Tidak ada perbedaan pandangan yang signifikan di antara keempat golongan mahasiswa tersebut (p>0.05), kecuali pada pernyataan, “Psychiatric patients should be treated in specialized facilities away from general hospitals.” Rotasi klinik serta lama waktu studi tidak mempengaruhi pandangan mahasiswa terhadap pasien psikiatri. 

Mental illness has become the leading cause of disability and impairment affecting patient around the world. Nowadays the negative view towards patients with mental illness is widely spread among society, including medical students. Unless the negative views are vanished, mental healthcare services to the patient would not be maximal. Researcher wants to know whether period of studying and clinical rotation affects the attitudes of medical students. A cross-sectional has done in order to determine the view of medical student in Universitas Indonesia toward psychiatric patient. Data collected were analyzed by chi-square analysis. The samples were medical students Universitas Indonesia at the first year, fourth year, fifth year, and alumni. There were 224 respondents participated with the mean (+SD) age is 21 years old (+2.03). In general, the attitudes towards psychiatric patient among medical students in Universitas Indonesia are positive. Significant result was found in statement "Psychiatric patients should be treated in specialized facilities away from general hospitals." Period of studying and psychiatric clinical rotation is not affecting the attitudes of medical students toward psychiatric patients in Universitas Indonesia."

"Perkembangan pelayanan kesehatan mulai dari unit yang terkecil sampai dengan rumah sakit yang kompleks baik .dari segi sumber daya maupun dari sistem yang berlaku, umumnya berlangsung sedemikian rupa. Kehadiran rumah sakit pada saat ini mempunyai daya saing yang cukup tinggi. Oleh karena itu setiap jenjang perkembangama memerlukan penetapan rencana strategis, sehingga dapat melakukan pelayanan dengan balk dan terus bertahan hidup.
Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Aceh Tarniang yang merupakan instansi sektor publik juga bertujuan memberikan pelayanan prima kepada konsumen baik dari segi pelayanan medis maupun fasilitas yang memadai dan hal tersebut dapat terrwujud apabila rumah sakit mempunyai perencanaan strategis.
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisa Klinik Umum, Klinik Gigi dan Rehabilitasi Medik melalui variabel internal Product Life Cycle (PL)yaitu sales, cost, profit, cash flow, capital access, serta variabel ekstemal yaitu competitor, sehingga dapat diketahui posisinya menurut siklus hidupnya yang akan menjadi dasar pembuatan sirategi yang tepat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian operasional dengan pendekatan kualitatif.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa klinik Umum Klinik Gigi clan Rehabilitasi Medik berada pada fase Growth dalam PLC. Selanjutnya dilakukan pencocokan strategi berdasarkan teori dari para ahli, maka alternatif strateginya adalah pengembangan produk, pengembangan pasar dan penetrasi pasar. Penentuan strategi terpilih berdasarkan hasil wawancara tidak terstruktur memberikan rekomendasi sebagai berikut:
a. Klinik Umum : Pembuatan paket medical check-up sederhana bagi perneriksaan kesehatan calon jemaah haji
b. Klinik Gigi menambah jenis pelayanan pembuatan gigi tiruan
c. Rehabilitasi Medik : Perbaikan tamplIan ruang Rehabilitasi Medik
Pengimplementasian strategi terpilih secara terprogram diharapkan dapat lebih mengembangkan Klinik Umum, Klinik Gigi clan Rehabilitasi Medik.

Generally the development of health service from the smallest unit to the hospital which has a complex from both resources and applied system, is usually occur in such ways. The presence of hospitals these days are very competitive. There for every step of its development needed a strategic plan so that the institution can performed the excellent service and in order to keep survive.
Aceh Tamiang District Hospital as a public sector institution has aim to give the excellent service to consumer in medical services and an adequate facility, and those thing only happened if the hospital has the strategic planning.
The research's aim to analyze the general clinic, dental Clinic and Medical rehabilitation by using the internal variables of
Product Life Cycle (PLC) which are sales, cost, profit, cash flow, capital access and external variable such as competitors, in order to define each position according to its life cycle that becomes a reference to create the accurate strategic response. This is an operational research with a qualitative approach.
The result shows that all units, general Clinic, dental Clinic and medical rehabilitation, were in the growth phase of product life cycle. After that the matching strategy was done based on the expert's theory, and we can conclude that the alternative strategies were product development, market development and market penetration. Chosen strategy that was pick based on the result of non structured interview that give the recommendation as follows :
a. General Clinic : simple medical check-up package to examine the health of hajj candidates.
b. Dental clinic add prosthodontic treatment
c. medical rehabilitation : enhance the medical rehabilitation room
The implementing of well-planned chosen strategy was hopefully could be more developed the General Clinic, Dental Clinic and Medical Rehabilitation.

"Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi tidak terdapatnya standarisasi rumah sakit khusus pelayanan kesehatan gigi dan mulut yang juga memiliki fungsi lain sebagai sarana pendidikan dokter gigi. Selain itu perencanaan pembangunan RSGM FKG UI selama ini masih bersifat tambal sulam, hal ini dikarenakan bangunan dan sarana yang ada saat ini pada awalnya dibangun tidak spesifik sebagai sebuah rumah sakit gigi dan mulut.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa kondisi fisik bangunan dan sarana RSGM FKG UI memenuhi standar Departemen Kesehatan RI dan literatur yang benar dari persyaratan dan ketentuan guna dapat memberikan layanan kesehatan gigi dan mulut serta pendidikan dokter gigi yang tepat.
Jenis penelitian sdalah studi komparatif. Data dan informasi didapat melalui kuesioner, arsip mengenai kondisi fisik hangman dan sarana di RSGM FKG UI serta pengamatan lapangan sejak 15 Mei -- 17 Juni 2003.
Pada penelitian ini diamati faktor - faktor yang mempengaruhi disain kondisi fisik bangunan dan sarana RSGM FKG Ul yaitu :
1. Ruang Layanan Medik
2. Sistem Mekanikal
3. Sistem Elektrikal
4. Pencahayaan
Akhir penelitian telah menghasilkan sebuah analisa mengenai kondisi dan usulan mengenai pemecahan masalah fisik bangunan dan saran RSGM FKG UI, yang diharapkan dapat berguna bagi perencanaan dan pengembangan seianjutnya RSGM FKG UI.

The study of Physical Building and Infrastructure Condition for Dental and Mouth Hospital, Faculty of Dentistry, University of IndonesiaThis study have a background about there is no standardization for Dental and Mouth Hospital. This Hospital have function not for treatment only, but it has another function is for dentist education. In other side, the planning for RSGM FKG UI building well not organized, this situation because building and infrastructures have built not for Dental and Mouth Hospital.
This study make analyzing condition of physical building and infrastructures for RSGM FKG UT, to fulfill standard who decided from Health Ministry of RI and literatures.
This study is Comparative study. Information and data will be found with questioner, archives about physical building and infrastructures RSGM FKG UI condition. This study have observation since May 15 -. June 17 2003.
This study have observed the factors. who had influence to physical building and infrastructure design :

4. Lightning
The result in this study is an analysis and proposition about physical building and infrastructure condition at RSGM FKG UI, which can useful for next planning and improving.
