"Studi dan intervensi ini bertujuan untuk mencegah perilaku mencoba merokok pada remaja melalui dukungan sosial dari pendidik sebaya. Terdapat dua macam intervensi yang dilakukan, yaitu pemberian informasi mengenai bahaya merokok terhadap kesehatan kepada siswa yang dilakukan oleh pendidik sebaya, dan intervensi social marketing berupa pembagian stiker dan gantungan kunci "be smart don`t start". Hasil intervensi oleh pendidik sebaya menemukan bahwa pengetahuan siswa meningkat 1,355 poin, uji statistik menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah intervensi (p-value < 0,05). Nilai sikap siswa meningkat 0,564 poin, hasil uji statistik menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara sikap sebelum dan sesudah intervensi (p-value > 0,05). Intensi siswa untuk tidak mencoba merokok meningkat 0,256 poin, hasil uji statistik menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara intensi sebelum dan sesudah intervensi (p-value > 0,05). Sementara pembagian stiker dan gantungan kunci berdampak positif, tidak hanya mengingatkan siswa akan bahaya merokok bagi kesehatan, namun juga digunakan oleh siswa untuk mengingatkan temannya untuk tidak mencoba merokok.

This studies and interventions aimed to prevent trying smoking behavioral among at risk students through social support from peer educators. There are two kinds of intervention, namely providing information for students on health risks of smoking conducted by peer educators and social marketing intervention by distribution of stickers and key chains "be smart don`t start". The intervention result by peer educators conclude that students' knowledge increased 1.355 points, the test of statistics confirmed significant difference between student knowledge before and after intervention (p-value < 0.05). Students attitudes value increased 0.564 points, however results on statistics explained no significant differences between student attitudes before and after intervention (p-value > 0.05). Students intention for not to try smoking rose 0.256 points, although results on statistics showed no significant difference between student intention before and after intervention (p-value > 0.05). Social marketing interventions trough stickers and key chains distribution have a positive impact, not only to remind students on health risks of smoking, but also used to remind them not to try smoking."

"ABSTRACT
Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengaruh pendidikan sebaya (peer education) terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap tentang bahaya merokok pada siswa kelas VII di SMP Negeri 4 Bekasi tahun 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif pre eksperimental dengan rancangan one group pre test and post test. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII-1 sampai dengan VII-5 SMP Negeri 4 Bekasi sebanyak 180 orang. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan purposve sampling.Dari hasil pengolahan data diketahui bahwa terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap tentang bahaya merokok pada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 4 Bekasi sebesar 1.99 point untuk rata-rata nilai pengetahuan dan 1.22 point untuk rata-rata nilai sikap. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan ada perbedaan yang signifikan rata-rata nilai pengetahuan dan sikap sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pendidikan sebaya tentang bahaya merokok (p-value < 0.05). Hal ini menunjukan bahwa pendidikan sebaya (peer education) yang dilakukan dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap tentang bahaya merokok pada siswa kelas VII di SMP Negeri 4 Bekasi.

ABSTRACT
This research discusses the effects of peer education towards knowledge and attitudes about the dangers of smoking in seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 4 Bekasi in 2014. The study uses a pre-experimental quantitative research with one group pre test and post test design. Samples were 180 people, students of class VII-1 until VII-5 SMP Negeri 4 Bekasi. The selection of the sample using purposive sampling. The result of data processing are the increasing of knowledge and attitudes about the dangers of smoking in seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 4 Bekasi. The average value of knowledge increases 1.99 points and the average value of attitude increases 1.22 points. Result test statistically shows there are significant differences the average value of the knowledge and attitudes before and after the peer education about the dangers of smoking (p-value <0.05). Those increasing point and result test statistically have proven that peer education ,which have been conducted, are succed to increase knowledge and attitudes about the dangers of smoking in seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 4 Bekasi. "

"Kementerian Kesehatan RI melaporkan bahwa prevalensi merokok pada usia 10-18 tahun pada tahun 2023 di Indonesia mencapai 7,4%. Tingkat merokok pada remaja dapat dikurangi dengan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku merokok. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan self-esteem, lingkungan keluarga merokok, pola asuh negatif, dan tekanan teman sebaya dengan perilaku merokok pada siswa SMA DKI Jakarta Tahun 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan data Survei Perilaku Remaja Siswa Sekolah Menengah di DKI Jakarta dengan menggunakan desain studi cross-sectional yang dianalisis secara univariat, bivariat, dan stratifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan lingkungan keluarga merokok (p=0,0001), pola asuh negatif (p=0,0001), dan tekanan teman sebaya (p= 0,0001) dengan perilaku merokok pada siswa, sedangkan pada self-esteem tidak terdapat hubungan dengan perilaku merokok pada siswa (p=0,582). Analisis stratifikasi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan self-esteem, lingkungan keluarga merokok, dan tekanan teman sebaya dengan perilaku merokok siswa perempuan, sedangkan pada laki-laki terdapat hubungan lingkungan keluarga merokok, pola asuh negatif, dan tekanan teman sebaya dengan perilaku merokok. Selain itu, terdapat pengaruh pola asuh negatif pada hubungan tekanan teman sebaya dengan perilaku merokok pada siswa. Sementara itu, tidak terdapat pengaruh pola asuh negatif pada hubungan self-esteem dengan perilaku merokok pada siswa. Oleh karena itu, disarankan untuk mengadakan layanan konseling dan program peer educator/peer counselor pada siswa.

The prevalence of smoking among 10-18 years old in Indonesia reach 7,4% in 2023. Understanding the factors associated with smoking behavior can reduce smoking rates in adolescents. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between self-esteem, smoking family environment, negative parenting, and peer pressure with smoking behavior among high school students in DKI Jakarta in 2023. This study uses data from the Adolescent Behavior Survey of High School Students in DKI Jakarta using a cross-sectional study design that was analyzed univariate, bivariate, and stratified. The results of the study showed a relationship between smoking family environment (p=0,0001), negative parenting (p=0,0001), and peer pressure (p=0,0001) with smoking behavior among students. Meanwhile, self-esteem (p=0,582) is not related to smoking behavior among students. Stratified analysis shows a relationship between self-esteem, smoking family environment, and peer pressure with smoking behavior among female students, while among male students, there is a relationship between smoking family environment, negative parenting, and peer pressure with smoking behavior. Apart from that, negative parenting influences the relationship between peer pressure and smoking behavior among students. Meanwhile, there was no influence of negative parenting on the relationship between self-esteem and smoking behavior among students. Therefore, it is recommended to provide counseling services and peer educator/peer counselor programs for students."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara peer pressure terkait perilaku merokok dan perilaku merokok pada remaja awal, yaitu usia 13-15 tahun di Jakarta. Peer pressure terkait perilaku merokok ialah saat teman sebaya mengkomunikasikan perilaku merokok kepada orang lain dengan cara tertentu baik eksplisit maupun implisit.
Pengukuran peer pressure terkait perilaku merokok menggunakan alat ukur Smoking Peer Pressure Scale dan perilaku merokok menggunakan alat ukur Smoking Behavior Scale. Kedua alat ukur tersebut dikembangkan oleh Leventhal (1997). Responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 339 remaja di Jakarta. Data penelitian kemudian diolah dengan teknik statistik Pearson Product Moment Correlation.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif signifikan pada peer pressure terkait perilaku merokok dan perilaku merokok pada remaja awal di Jakarta, r=0.796 (p<0.01). Dengan demikian, semakin tinggi peer pressure terkait perilaku merokok maka semakin tinggi pula perilaku merokok. Implikasi dari temuan penelitian dan saran dibahas lebih lanjut.

This research examined the relationship between smoking peer pressure and smoking behavior among early adolescence, an individual with age ranging from 13 to 15 years old, in Jakarta. Smoking peer pressure is when your own age communicate smoking behavior intended to explicitly or implicitly direct one’s behavior in a certain way.
In this research, smoking peer pressure is measured by Smoking Peer Pressure Scale and smoking behavior is measured by Smoking Behavior Scale. Both scales were developed by Leventhal (1997). The respondents of this research are 339 adolescents in Jakarta. Data was processed using Pearson Product-Moment Correlation technique.
The main results of this research showed that smoking peer pressure positively correlated significantly with smoking behavior among early adolescence in Jakarta, r=0.796 (p<0.01). The result revealed that greater smoking peer pressure, was predicted by higher level in smoking behavior. Research implications of findings and suggestions are discussed.

"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai perilaku merokok pada siswa SMP. Hal ini dilatarbelakangi meningkatnya jumlah perokok muda di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa besar pengaruh stereotipi perokok dan konformitas terhadap perilaku merokok sebagai upaya untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang dapat menjadi prediktor perilaku merokok pada siswa SMP. Pada stereotipi perokok, peneliti menggunakan hasil penelitian terdahulu dan hasil elisitasi. Sedangkan aspek konformitas disusun berdasarkan alasan untuk melakukan dan tidak melakukan konformitas (Baron & Byrne, 2003). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain ex post facto field study. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah 120 siswa SMP di Jakarta.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa stereotipi perokok dan konformitas memberikan sumbangan yang signifikan terhadap perilaku merokok. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa stereotipi perokok dan konformitas dapat dijadikan sebagai prediktor pada perilaku merokok siswa SMP. Hasil analisis multiple regression, R =0, 631, R2 = .398, menunjukan bahwa stereotipi perokok dan konformitas secara bersama-sama menyumbang sebesar 39,8 % terhadap perilaku merokok pada siswa SMP. Di antara stereotipi perokok dan konformitas, ditemukan bahwa stereotipi perokok memberikan sumbangan yang lebih besar terhadap perilaku merokok siswa SMP. Selain itu, melalui hasil analisis t-test ditemukan adanya perbedaan stereotipi perokok dan konformitas yang signifikan antara partisipan yang merokok dan yang tidak merokok.

The research studies smoking behavior among middle school students. This research's aim is to examine how much smoker stereotype and conformity influence smoking behavior on middle school students. To measure smoker stereotype the research uses the previous research and elicitation. While aspects of conformity arranged by reasons to conform and not to conform (Baron & Byrne, 2003). The design of this research is ex post facto field study. Participants of this research are 120 middle school students in Jakarta.
This research's results that smoker stereotype and conformity influence smoking behavior in middle school student. This meant that smoker stereotype and conformity was predictors toward smoking behavior on middle school students. The multiple regression analysis showed R =0, 631, R2 = .398. This meant that smoker stereotype and conformity were effectively contribution 39,4 %. Smoker stereotype had greater contribution than conformity. Beside that, this research also finds that there is a significant difference in smoker stereotype and conformity between smokers and non smokers.

Abstrak

Fenomena perilaku seksual berisiko pada remaja cukup tinggi di Indonesia. Pengetahuan dan pengontrolan orangtua yang kurang terhadap remaja menjadi penyebab dari munculnya perilaku menyimpang tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memberikan gambaran penerapan program SEKOLAH AKTIF dalam asuhan keperawatan keluarga dan komunitas. Sampel sebanyak 120 siswa di sekolah SMP kelurahan Mekarjaya Kota Depok dan 10 keluarga binaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada nya perubahan yang signifikan pada nilai pre maupun post test pengetahuan, sikap, efikasi diri remaja (p value 0,000). Hasil penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar perawat komunitas dapat melakukan pengembangan program yang inovatif dengan menggunakan strategi intervensi SEKOLAH AKTIF ini sebagai intervensi yang komprehensif dalam pemberian asuhan keperawatan komunitas dan keluarga.

Abstract

The phenomenon of risky sexual behavior in adolescents is quite high in Indonesia. Knowledge and control of parents who lack of adolescents is the cause of the emergence of deviant behavior. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the application of ACTIVE SCHOOL programs in family and community nursing care. A sample of 120 students in the Mekarjaya Junior High School in Depok City and 10 target families. The results showed that there were significant changes in the pre and post test scores of adolescent knowledge, attitudes, self-efficacy (p value 0,000). The results of this study recommend that community nurses can develop an innovative program using the ACTIVE SCHOOL intervention strategy as a comprehensive intervention in the provision of community and family nursing care.

"ABSTRAK
Perilaku pencegahan obesitas yang kurang dapat meningkatkan risiko obesitas, yang nantinya memiliki berbagai dampak yang berbahaya saat mereka dewasa. Perilaku pencegahan obesitas yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini adalah meliputi aktivitas fisik dan asupan energi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku pencegahan obesitas pada siswa SMP Negeri 98 Jakarta Selatan pada tahun 2017. Desain studi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah cross sectional yang melibatkan 196 sampel. Pengukuran asupan energi menggunakan metode food recall 2x24 jam, aktivitas fisik menggunakan PAQ-for Older Children, persepsi citra tubuh menggunakan IMT/U dan kuesioner, pengetahuan gizi dan obesitas, sikap gizi dan obesitas, pengaruh teman sebaya dan media menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 15.8 melakukan perilaku pencegahan obesitas yang kurang, 52.6 yang cukup, serta 31.6 yang baik. Penelitian ini belum dapat menemukan perbedaan proporsi yang bermakna antara faktor risiko yang diteliti dengan perilaku pencegahan obesitas pada siswa SMP, namun ditemukan kecenderungan bahwa perilaku pencegahan obesitas yang kurang terjadi pada siswa yang mengalami distorsi citra tubuh, memiliki sikap yang negatif terkait gizi dan obesitas, serta yang mendapatkan pengaruh yang kuat dari teman dan media. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disarankan bagi sekolah untuk memantau status gizi siswa dan edukasi terkait gizi dan obesitas.

ABSTRACT
Poor obesity prevention behaviors can increase the risk of obesity. In this study obesity prevention behaviors referred to physical activity and energy intake. This study aims to determine the differences in the proportion of obesity prevention behavior based on perception of body image , knowledge and attitudes of nutrition and obesity, efect of peer group, and media influence on students of SMP Negeri 98 Jakarta. The study used cross sectional design with 196 total samples. Energy intake measured using 2x24 hour food recall, physical activity using PAQ for Older Children, body image perception using IMT U and questionnaire, knowledge and attitudes of nutrition and obesity, efect of peer group and media using questionnaire. The results showed 15.8 had less obesity prevention behaviors, 52.6 enough, and 31.6 good. This study has not been able to find a significant difference of proportion between risk factors with obesity prevention behavior in junior high school students, but found a tendency that less obesity prevention behavior occur in students who has distortion of body image, has a negative attitude of nutrition and obesity, and has strong influence from friends and the media. Based on the results of the study, it is recommended for schools to monitor the nutritional status of students and education related to nutrition and obesity."

"Merokok merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat karena dapat menimbulkan berbagai penyakit bahkan kematian. Jumlah perokok di Indonesia dari tahun ke tahun cenderung mengalami peningkatan. Selain itu, usia memulai kebiasaan merokok di Indonesia relatif tergolong muda. Penelitian ini berjudul Faktor-Faktor yang Berhubungan Dengan Perilaku Merokok Siswa SMP Negeri 'X' di Kota Bogor Tahun 2014.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan antara faktor-faktor (umur, jenis kelamin, pengetahuan, sikap, ketersediaan rokok, keterjangkauan terhadap rokok, perilaku merokok keluarga, perilaku merokok teman, perilaku merokok guru, dan paparan iklan rokok) dengan perilaku merokok remaja di SMP Negeri 'X' Kota Bogor. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 250 siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat ukur penelitian.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 23,2% responden pernah merokok, 38,1% berjenis kelamin laki-laki dan 12,4% berjenis kelamin perempuan. Berdasarkan hasil uji khai kuadrat terdapat empat variabel yang memiliki hubungan yang bermakna dengan perilaku merokok pada siswa SMP Negeri 'X' Kota Bogor diantaranya jenis kelamin dengan OR 4,342, keterjangkauan terhadap rokok dengan OR 0,242, ketersediaan rokok dengan OR 3,624 dan perilaku merokok teman dengan OR 5,559. Dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% untuk semua variabel.

Smoking is a public health concern because it lead to variety of illnesses and even death. The number of smokers in Indonesia from year to year tends to increase. In addition, age started smoking in Indonesia is relatively young. This study entitled Factors Associated with Smoking Behavior Junior High School "X" Students in the city of Bogor in 2014.
Purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the factors (age, sex, knowledge, attitudes, cigarette availability, affordability of cigarettes, family smoking behavior, smoking behavior of friends, teachers smoking behavior and exposure to cigarette advertising) with adolescent smoking behavior in Junior High School "X" Bogor. This research is a quantitative study using cross-sectional design. The sample in this study amounted to 250 students. This study used a questionnaire as a measure of research.
The results of this study showed that 23,2% of respondents had ever smoked 38,1% were male and 12,4% female. Based on the test results khai squares are four variables have a significant association with smoking behavior in students of SMP Negeri "X" Bogor including sex with OR 4,342, affordability of cigarettes with OR 0,242, availability of cigarettes with OR 3,624 and smoking behavior of friends with OR 5,559. With a confidence level of 95% for all variables.

"[ABSTRAK
Tujuan program intervensi ini adalah untuk menciptakan perilaku mendaur ulang
sampah pada siswa SMP Negeri 5 Tambun Selatan. Theory of Planned Behavior
merupakan teori yang digunakan peneliti. Hasil studi baseline menunjukkan
variabel sikap yang paling signifikan mempengaruhi intensi mendaur ulang
sampah (β= 0,295, p<0,05). Intervensi dilakukan menggunakan melalui
pelatihan, pesan persuasif, insentif dan manajemen komunitas. Penelitian ini
menggunakan design kuasi eksperimen. Partisipan dalam intervensi adalah
siswa SMP Negeri 5 Tambun Selatan Bekasi, sejumlah 15 partisipan yang
dilakukan selama 2 (dua) hari selama 6 jam per hari di lokasi SMP Negeri 5
Tambun Selatan. Pengukuran dampak intervensi dilakukan dengan uji hasil
pre-test dan post-test dengan uji paired samples t test menunjukkan adanya
perubahan sikap yang positif (nilai 0,839, p<0,05), membuktikan bahwa program
intervensi dapat membuat perilaku pengelola sampah siswa SMP melalui mendaur
ulang sampah di sekolah dan terbentuknya komunitas Recycle Trash Community.

"Penelitian ini membahas salah satu masalah kesehatan di kalangan remaja yaitu perilaku merokok. Fenomena ini diteliti untuk melihat faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan merokok siswa/i yang merokok di SMP Negeri 36, Jakarta Timur tahun 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain studi potong lintang (cross sectional) dengan jumlah sampel 220 responden dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional stratified random sampling. Berdasarkan hasil analisis univariat, terdapat 75.5% responden yang tidak merokok. Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan siswa/i yang merokok di SMP Negeri 36 adalah jenis kelamin, keterjangkauan terhadap rokok, keterpaparan iklan promosi rokok, merokok pada guru, dan merokok pada teman.

This study addresses one of the health problems among teenager is the phenomenon of smoking behavior. This phenomenon is examined to look at the factors associated with smoking students at SMPN 36, East Jakarta in 2014. This study uses quantitative methods with cross-sectional study design (cross sectional) with a sample of 220 respondents and uses proportional stratified random sampling sampling. Based on the results of the univariate analysis, there were 75.5% of respondents who don’t smoke. Factors associated with smoking behavior is gender, affordability of cigarettes, cigarette promotional advertising exposure, smoking of teachers, and smoking of friends."
