Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Membuat Protokol Kualifikasi Instalasi dan Operasional alat Fride-freezer Liebher . Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mengetahui alur pembuatan protokol kualifikasi di industry farmasi.

Profession Internship at PT Fonko International Pharmaceuticals aiming for that prospective pharmacists are able to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry, understanding role of GMP in Industry, and have a real picture of the issues pharmaceutical practice and learn the strategies and activities that can be done in the framework of the development of pharmacy practice. Given the special task entitled Making Instalasi and Operational Qualfication Protocol tools Fridge-Freezer Liebher. The purpose of this special task is to knowing role of making qualification protocol in pharmaceutical industry.

"Praktik kerja profesi di PT Fonko International Pharmaceuticals Periode Bulan Januari Februari Tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk mengetahui tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi dan memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB di Industi Farmasi. Selain itu calon apoteker juga dapat memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu berjudul ldquo;Kualifikasi Cooling Cabinet 600 L rdquo;. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus adalah agar peserta kerja praktek dapat memahami proses kualifikasi peralatan, dan memastikan bahwa cooling cabinet 600L dapat berfungsi dengan konsisten dan dapat digunakan untuk menyimpan sampel dan material pengujian pada rentang suhu 2-8 C. Kualifikasi dan kalirasi peralatan merupakan salah satu aspek CPOB yang harus dipenuhi oleh industri farmasi. Secara umum, PT Fonko International Pharmaceuticals telah menerapkan 12 aspek CPOB terutama untuk sediaan steril dengan baik dan benar, penulis juga telah mendapatkan kemampuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, wawasan dan tanggung jawab apoteker dan memberikan solusi pada permasalahan di industri farmasi.

This Pharmacist Internship Program activity at PT Fonko International Pharmaceuticals is intended to allow the apothecary profession students to directly see the activity that takes place in the pharmaceutical industry, to gain knowledge and insight into all aspects related to the pharmaceutical industry especially in terms of the GMP implementation. The special assignment given is ldquo;Performance Qualification of Cooling Cabinet 600 L rdquo;. The aims of this special assignment are to experienced and understand the qualification process and to ensure that the Cooling Cabinet 600L can be used for samples storage at temperature range 2-8 C. Qualificaion and Calibration is one f the important aspect in GMP practice. Overall, PT Fonko International Pharmaeuticals that have a specialization on sterile product has complied the 12 aspects of GMP Practice, and from this internship program the pharmacist candidate also experienced the pharmacist roles in pharmaceutical industry."

Kegiatan PKPA ini bertujuan agar mahasiswa profesi apoteker dapat melihat langsung aktivitas yang berlangsung dalam suatu industri farmasi, memperoleh pengetahuan dan wawasan tentang segala aspek yang terkait di industri farmasi terutama dalam hal penerapan CPOB di PT Merck Tbk dan dapat memiliki pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai peran dan tugas apoteker di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu validasi metode analisis Thiamin HCl dan Piridoksin HCl dalam sediaan sirup multivitamin secara Kromatografi Cair Kinerja Tinggi (KCKT). This Pharmacist Internship Program activity is intended to allow the apothecary profession students to directly see the activity that takes place in the pharmaceutical industry, to gain knowledge and insight into all aspect related to the pharmaceutical industry especially in terms of the GMP implementation at PT Merck Tbk, and to understand the role and duties of pharmacist in the pharmaceutical industry. The special assignment that has given is entitled analytical method validation of Thiamine HCl and Pyridoxine HCl in multivitamin syrup with High Pressure Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). This special assignment aims to obtain a valid method in analyzing Thiamine HCl and Pyridoxine HCl in multivitamin syrup with HPLC."

Bufa Aneka. The purpose of this special task is to determine whether the trainees who attended training programs the company has passed and meets the company standards."

"Seorang apoteker memegang peranan penting di industri farmasi, apotek dan pemerintahan. Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi. Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh (10) nilai sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktik kerja profesi. A pharmacist holds an important role in pharmaceutical industry, pharmacies and government area. This Proffesion have standards that must be fulfilled as a requirement for entering work environment and undergoing professional practice. Indonesian pharmacist competency standards consist of ten (10) grades as the capabilities expected by pharmacists when they graduate and enter the professional work environment. As a preparation and experience of prospective pharmacists to be able to understand the role of pharmacists and improve competence, the Program Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) was held at PT. Fonko International Pharmaceuticals, PT. SamMarie Tramedifa, and Apotek Prima Sehat during the period of January - April 2019. During PKPA, it is expected that pharmacist candidates can broaden their horizons, understanding and experience to do pharmaceutical work in professional work environments."

Pertiwi Agung bertujuan agar mahasiswa calon apoteker mengerti peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi, memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasan di industri farmasi. Pertiwi Agung efektif untuk mengurangin residu zat aktif serta sisa cairan pembersih dan cemaran mikroba hingga batas yang telah ditetapkan.

The Internship at Landson PT. Pertiwi Agung was aimed to have pre-profession pharmasist understand the role and responsabilities of a pharmasist in pharmaceutical industry generally. Furthermore, this internship was purposed to let the pre-profession pharmacist to have knowledges, skills and experiences doing pharmacy practice in pharmaceutical industry, the implification of Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik and last was to figure out problems that may happened inpharmaceutical industry. The Final Project that was given titled Protocol Preparation and Report of Cleaning Validation. The Final project was purposed to make a written prove of cleaning prosedure effectivity and to approve that the procedure will assure the consistency cleaning results."

"ABSTRAKIndustri Farmasi adalah badan usaha yang memiliki izin dari Menteri Kesehatan untuk melakukan kegiatan pembuatan obat atau bahan obat. CPOB adalah cara pembuatan obat yang bertujuan untuk memastikan agar mutu obat yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan persyaratan dan tujuan penggunaannya. Terkait dengan pentingnya pelaksanaan CPOB dalam suatu Industri Farmasi, Apoteker merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam pengembangan produk obat yang memenuhi syarat khasiat, mutu dan keamanan yang baik. Oleh sebab itu, setiap calon Apoteker perlu dibekali dengan pengetahuan dan pengalaman, salah satunya dengan praktek kerja profesi. Tujuan utama dalam praktek kerja profesi calon Apoteker adalah untuk mengetahui dan memahami peran serta tanggung jawab Apoteker di Industri Farmasi. Penulis melakukan praktek kerja profesi di GlaxoSmithKline Indonesia, Pulogadung, selama 8 minggu pada Departemen Pengawasan Mutu. Kesimpulan dari praktek kerja profesi Apoteker di industri ini dapat dipahami bahwa peran utama seorang Apoteker pada bagian pengawasan mutu, yaitu menyetujui dan menolak pelulusan bahan baku dan bahan pengemas; memastikan bahwa seluruh pengujian yang diperlukan telah dilaksanakan; memberi persetujuan terhadap spesifikasi, petunjuk kerja pengambilan sampel, metode pengujian dan prosedur pengawasan mutu lain; pelaksanaan uji stabilitas, penyimpanan retained sample serta terlibat dalam penyelesaian masalah-masalah terkait mutu produk.

ABSTRACTPharmacy industry is a corporante which has license from Health Ministry for doing drug or raw material manufacturing. GMP is a drug manufacturing guidelines which has purpose to ensure drug quality conform with the standard and the indication. As the importance of GMP implementation in pharmacy industry, Pharmacist is one of the keys in product development which comply with the indication, quality and safety. Therefore, Pharmacist candidate needs provided with knowledge and experiences, one of them is internship. The main purpose in this internship to learn and understand about Pharmacist responsibility in Pharmacy Industry. The author has undertook the internship at GlaxoSmithKline Indonesia, Pulogadung site, for 8 weeks in Quality Control Department. The conclusion from this internship at Pharmacy Industry could be understand that main Pharmacist role in Quality Control are approve and reject raw material and packaging material; ensure all of the required testing has been carried out; give approval against the specifications, sampling procedure, analysis method and another quality control procedures; stability testing; retained sample storage and get involved in quality product problem solving."
