"Apotek merupakan sarana pelayanan kefarmasian tempat dilakukan praktek kefarmasian oleh apoteker. Peran dan fungsi apoteker dalam pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek sangat penting dalam mewujudkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat. Program Studi Apoteker Fakultas Farmasi Universitas Indonesia menyelenggarakan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker, salah satunya di apotek Kimia Farma no. 389, pada periode Maret 2016, sebagai salah satu upaya meningkatkan kompetensi apoteker.

Apothecary Program Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Indonesia held a internship program, one of them at the Apotek Kimia Farma No. 389, in the period from March 2016, as an effort to improve the competence of pharmacists."

Kegiatan Praktek Kerja Profesi yang dilaksanakan di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 2 Senen - Jakarta Pusat bertujuan agar mahasiswa calon apoteker dapat mengerti peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di apotek tersebut. Selain itu, mahasiswa diharapkan dapat memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, ketrampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di apotek dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di apotek. Tugas khusus yang diberikan saat Praktek Kerja Profesi di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 2 Senen - Jakarta Pusat adalah Analisis Peresepan Antiulcer Oral. Tugas khusus ini memiliki tujuan agar mahasiswa dapat mengetahui lebih dalam tentang penyakit ulkus peptikum, memahami tata laksana pengobatan ulkus peptikum, serta menilai kesesuaian resep antiulcer oral.

Internship Professionals Program held in Kimia Farma Pharmacy No. 2 Senen - Jakarta Pusat aims to make students understand the role of the prospective pharmacist, duties, and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmacy. In addition, students are expected to have the insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to do the work of pharmacy in pharmacy and have a real picture of the problems of pharmacy jobs in the pharmacy.

Special assignment given at the Internship Professionals Program in the Kimia Farma Pharmacy No. 2 Senen - Jakarta Pusat was Antiulcer Oral Prescribing Analysis. The purpose of this special task so that students can learn more about peptic ulcer disease, understanding governance peptic ulcer treatment, and to assess the suitability of prescription oral antiulcer."

Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi kinerja puskesmas kecamatan dalam rangka pendampingan praakreditasi serta menilai puskesmas kecamatan yang siap mengikuti proses akreditasi.

ABSTRACTApothecary Internship conducted at Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur. Apothecary internship aimed to obtain practical experience and understanding about the duties and responsibilities of pharmacist in government; to obtain knowledge, skills, and practical experience; to perform the pharmacy practice in government; and have a vivid description about pharmaceutical problems in government. Special assignment given, entitled Performance Evaluation of Puskesmas In Order to Assistance Pre-accreditation in East Jakarta Health Sub- Department on May 2016. This particular task is aimed to evaluate the performance of puskesmas kecamatan in order to assess the health centers as well as assistance pre-accreditation process."

"Praktek kerja profesi di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 389 Depok dilaksanakan selama satu bulan pada bulan Agustus 2016. Tujuan dilaksanakannya praktek kerja profesi ini adalah agar calon apoteker mampu memahami peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam praktek pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek meliputi pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan dan bahan medis habis pakai serta pelayanan farmasi klinis. Apotek Kimia Farma No. 389 Depok telah melakukan pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan dan bahan medis habis pakai sesuai dengan ketentuan perundangan yang berlaku yaitu berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek, sedangkan pelayanan farmasi klinis yang belum optimal pelaksanaannya adalah Pemantauan Terapi Obat PTO dan Monitoring Efek Samping Obat MESO.

Internship at Apotek Kimia Farma No. 389 Depok was held at August 2016. This internship was intended to make apothecary students understand about roles and responsilibities of pharmacist in pharmacy, understand about managerial activities of pharmaceutical products, medical devices and single use medical tools and also giving pharmaceutical care. Moreover, managerial activities pharmaceutical products, medical devices and single use medical tools in Apotek Kimia Farma No. 389 Depok are appropriate with Regulation of Minister of Health No. 35 Year 2014 about Standarization of Pharmaceutical Care in Pharmacy. Clinical pharmacy activities in Apotek Kimia Farma No. 389 Depok that have not optimally done are therapeutic drug monitoring and monitoring of drug side effects."

On special assignment, prescription review of cholesterol at Apotek Kimia Farma No. 389 were performed. This special assignment was conducted to evaluate cholesterol prescriptions administratively, pharmacetically and clinically considerations."

"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker PKPA di Apotek Kimia Farma No.389 Depok bertujuan supaya calon Apoteker mampu memahami dan mengaplikasikan peran, tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek dan mengamati dan melaksanakan praktek pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek yang meliputi pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan dan bahan medis habis pakai serta pelayanan farmasi klinis. Tugas khusus yang diberikan pada calon Apoteker yaitu pengkajian resep pasien asma. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis resep meliputi kajian administrasi, kesesuaian farmasetik dan pertimbangan klinis serta memberikan rekomendasi terapi pada pasien Asma yang dianalisis.

Internship at Apotek Kimia Farma No.389 Depok intended to make apothecary student to understand and apply the roles, duties and responsibilities of Apothecary at community pharmacy including management of drugs, observing and practicing pharmaceutical care in community pharmacy. The particular task that is given to apothecary student is to do assessing prescription drug in asthma patient. The purpose of this task is to analyze the prescription drug in asthma patient including the administration, suitability farmasetic and clinical considerations and apothecary student give a good therapy recommendation for asthma patient.
