"Komunikasi keselamatan dengan atasan merupakan hal yang penting untuk dilakukan oleh awak kabin. Hal tersebut dapat mencegah terjadinya kecelakaan, mempengaruhi kesetiaan penumpang, dan keuntungan maskapai. Akan tetapi, komunikasi keselamatan dengan atasan rentan untuk dikompromikan karena tingginya tuntutan kerja kuantitatif dapat membuat mereka mengalami kelelahan mental, sehingga performa kerjanya pun menurun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peran kelelahan mental sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara tuntutan kerja kuantitatif dan komunikasi keselamatan dengan atasan. Tipe dan desain penelitian adalah korelasional dan cross-sectional. Partisipan dari penelitian ini adalah awak kabin yang bekerja minimal setahun di maskapai penerbangan Indonesia (N = 45) yang direkrut dengan teknik convenience dan snowball sampling. Alat ukur Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire (COPSOQ) dimensi quantitative demand digunakan untuk mengukur tuntutan kerja kuantitatif, Oldenburg Burnout Inventory (OLBI) untuk mengukur kelelahan mental, dan Safety Behavior dimensi upward safety communication untuk mengukur komunikasi keselamatan dengan atasan. Melalui analisis regresi ditemukan bahwa kelelahan mental memediasi secara penuh hubungan antara tuntutan kerja kuantitatif dan komunikasi keselamatan dengan atasan (ab = -0,37, p <0.05). Untuk mengembangkan penelitian ini disarankan untuk memperbanyak partisipan dan mempertimbangkan karakteristik serta dinamika pekerjaan awak kabin, seperti jabatan, jenis penerbangan, dan durasi penerbangan.

Upward safety communication is important for cabin crew to do, as it could prevent accidents, affect passengers loyalty, and airlines profits. However, upward safety communication could be compromised because of the high quantitative demands on their field, which can make them experience burnout. This correlational and cross-sectional study aims to look at the role of burnout as a mediator in the relationship between quantitative demands and upward safety communication. The participants of this study are cabin crew who worked minimum of a year in Indonesian airlines (N = 45). They were recruited by convenience and snowball sampling techniques. Researcher used the quantitative demands dimension from Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire (COPSOQ) to measure quantitative demands, Oldenburg Burnout Inventory (OLBI) to measure burnout, and the upward safety dimension from Safety Behavior to measure upward safety communication. This study shows that burnout fully mediated the relationship between quantitative demands and upward safety communication (ab = -0,37, p <0.05). To develop this research, it is recommended to recruit more participants and consider the characteristics and dynamics of cabin crews job, such as their rank, flight type, and duration."

"Penelitian ini secara garis besar dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived supervisor support dan self-efficacy terhadap turnover intention pekerja Gen Y dan Gen Z di Jabodetabek dengan peran mediasi burnout. Terdapat 6 hipotesis yang peneliti rancang pada penelitian ini. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan structural equation modelling (SEM), beberapa temuan dihasilkan dari data yang telah terkumpul dari 207 responden pekerja Gen Y dan Gen Z di Jabodetabek. Temuan atau hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perceived supervisor support memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan negatif terhadap burnout dan turnover intention pekerja Gen Y dan Gen Z di Jabodetabek. Kemudian, self-efficacy juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan negatif terhadap burnout dan turnover intention pekerja Gen Y dan Gen Z di Jabodetabek. Ditambah dengan adanya variabel burnout memediasi hubungan antara perceived supervisor support dan self-efficacy terhadap turnover intention pekerja Gen Y dan Gen Z di Jabodetabek, semakin tinggi perceived supervisor support dan self-efficacy yang dimiliki karyawan Gen Y dan Gen Z di Jabodetabek, maka semakin rendah perasaan burnout dan turnover intention yang dialami oleh karyawan Gen Y dan Gen Z di Jabodetabek. Kesimpulannya, penting untuk perusahaan memperhatikan perceived supervisor support dan self-efficacy dari karyawannya khususnya Gen Y dan Gen Z di Jabodetabek untuk menurunkan tingkat burnout dan turnover intention karyawannya.

This research was conducted to determine the effect of perceived supervisor support and self- efficacy on the turnover intention of Gen Y and Gen Z workers in Jabodetabek with the role of mediating burnout. Using a structural equation modeling (SEM) approach, several findings were generated from data collected from 207 Gen Y and Gen Z worker respondents in Greater Jakarta. The findings in this study indicate that perceived supervisor support has a significant negative effect on burnout and turnover intention of Gen Y and Gen Z workers in Jabodetabek. Then, self-efficacy also has a significant negative effect on burnout and turnover intention of Gen Y and Gen Z workers in Jabodetabek. Coupled with the presence of the burnout variable mediating the relationship between perceived supervisor support and self-efficacy on the turnover intention of Gen Y and Gen Z workers in Jabodetabek. Thus, the higher the perceived supervisor support and self-efficacy of Gen Y and Gen Z employees in Jabodetabek, the lower feelings of burnout and turnover intention experienced by Gen Y and Gen Z employees in Jabodetabek. In conclusion, it is important for companies to pay attention to the perceived supervisor support and self-efficacy of their employees, especially Gen Y and Gen Z in Jabodetabek to reduce the burnout rate and turnover intention of their employees."

"Praktik klinik dapat menjadi beban tersendiri bagi mahasiswa profesi ners yang dapat mengakibatkan burnout. Burnout akan berdampak pada performa selama praktik klinik, terutama dalam berperilaku caring ketika memberikan asuhan keperawatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara burnout dengan perilaku caring mahasiswa profesi ners. Dengan desain cross-sectional, penelitian ini melibatkan 89 mahasiswa profesi ners di satu perguruan tinggi di Jawa Barat. Sampel dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling. Burnout diukur menggunakan maslach burnout inventory yang telah dimodifikasi dan perilaku caring menggunakan caring behavior inventory-24. Hasil uji pearson menunjukkan skor burnout dengan skor perilaku caring berkorelasi sedang dan negatif, serta bermakna (r= -0,460; p<0,001). Penelitian ini juga mendapatkan rerata skor dimensi kelelahan emosional paling tinggi dibanding dimensi lain dan dimensi menciptakan hubungan positif dari perilaku caring mahasiswa profesi ners masih rendah. Kesimpulan: Burnout berhubungan dengan perilaku caring, yaitu semakin tinggi tingkat burnout semakin rendah skor perilaku caring. Institusi pendidikan keperawatan perlu mengavaluasi iklim pembelajaran klinik dan merancang program untuk mencegah burnout selama pendidikan profesi agar tidak berdampak pada perilaku caring mahasiswa terhadap pasien.

Clinical practice can be a burden for nursingstudents and its can cause burnout. Burnout will have an impact on performance during clinical practice, especially in caring behavior when providing nursing care. This study aimed to determine the relationship between burnout and caring behavior of nursing students. With a cross-sectional design, this study involved 89 students of the nursing students in clinical stage at one university in West Java. The sample was selected by simple random sampling technique. Burnout was measured using a modified Maslach Burnout Inventory and caring behavior using Caring Behavior Inventory-24. The results of the Pearson test showed that the burnout score with caring behavior score was moderately and negatively correlated and significant (r = -0.460; p <0.001). This study also found that the average score of the emotional exhaustion dimension was the highest compared to other dimensions of burnout and the dimension positive connectedness in the caring behavior of the nurse profession students was still low. Conclusion: Burnout is related to caring behavior, the higher the burnout level will impact to the lower the caring behavior score. Nursing education institutions need to evaluate the clinical learning climate and design programs to prevent burnout during professional education so as not to have an impact on student caring behavior towards patients."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan faktor organisasional sebagai penyebab burnout pada caregiver di SOS Children?s Village, Cibubur, Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan tipe penelitian studi kasus. Hasil dari penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa caregiver mengalami beberapa aspek yang terdapat pada faktor organisasional sebagai penyebab burnout, seperti beban kerja yang berat, reward yang masih kurang, ketidakpercayaan dan kurangnya keterbukaan organisasi, konflik di dalam komunitas, serta konflik nilai-nilai dengan organisasi.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to describe the organizational factors that cause burnout to caregiver in SOS Children?s Village, Cibubur, Jakarta Timur. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive approach and case study type. The research result shows that caregivers are experiencing some of the aspects of organizational factors as the cause of burnout, such as workload, insufficient reward, breakdown of the community, distrust and lack of openness, and conflict with the organization.

"Di indonesia, perawat merupakan populasi tenaga kesehatan yang paling banyak terpapar oleh virus COVID-19 sehingga menimbulkan kekhawatiran terhadap kondisi kesehatan mental mereka. Beban kerja yang tinggi, durasi kerja yang panjang, kesulitan menyesuaikan diri di situasi pandemi meningkatkan risiko mereka mengembangkan burnout. Studi menemukan bahwa unit kerja dapat menentukan risiko perawat terpapar oleh burnout. Akan tetapi, selama pandemi COVID-19 studi menemukan hasil yang berlawanan, ada yang menemukan perbedaan burnout pada perawat berdasarkan unit kerja, tetapi ada juga yang tidak. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini hendak melihat perbedaan taraf burnout pada perawat berdasarkan unit kerja mereka. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pertengahan Februari 2022 ketika gelombang dua COVID-19 terjadi di Indonesia. Menggunakan pendekatan hospital-based, 178 perawat dari ICU, UGD, Unit Operasi, Unit Rawat Inap, dan Unit Rawat Jalan dari rumah sakit X di Tangerang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tidak ditemukan perbedaan burnout pada perawat berdasarkan unit kerja mereka selama pandemi COVID-19. Hal ini dapat dijelaskan oleh karakteristik rumah sakit X yang berada dalam skala yang kecil. Rumah sakit dengan skala kecil cenderung bisa mendistribusikan perawat secara merata di setiap unit, sehingga tekanan yang dialami perawat cenderung serupa. Maka dari itu, risiko burnout pada perawat di setiap unit cenderung sama.

Nurses are the largest population of health workers who are most exposed to the COVID-19 virus in Indonesia, which raises concerns about their mental health state. High workload, long shift duration, and hardship to adapt in uncertain situations increase their risk to develop burnout. In addition to that, previous studies found that hospital units are one of the risk factors that could affect burnout in nurses because each unit has different intensity levels. However, during COVID-19, there are contradicting findings, some studies found differences in burnout based on hospital units, but some studies don’t. Therefore, the aim is to find differences in burnout levels between nurses based on their hospital units. Using a hospital- based approach, a total of 178 nurses from ICU, ED, OT, Inpatient, and Outpatient Unit from a hospital in Tangerang participated in this study. Furthermore, this study was conducted in mid-February 2022 when the second wave of COVID-19 hit Indonesia. This study found that there aren’t any significant differences of burnout levels found among nurses based on their hospital units. This result could be explained by noticing the characteristic of hospital X, which is a small-scale hospital. Hospitals with small scale tend to be able to distribute nurses evenly in each unit, so the pressure experienced by nurses tends to be similar. Therefore, the burnout risk for nurses in each unit tends to be the same with one another."

"Motivasi kerja, burnout dan kualitas tidur yang buruk dapat memengaruhi performa ojek online dalam bekerja. Kurangnya kualitas tidur menjadi penyebab utama rasa kantuk berlebihan sehingga menyebabkan kecelakaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan motivasi bekerja, burnout dengan kualitas tidur pada ojek online. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik cross sectional,total sampel 107 di Pondok Aren. Sebanyak 80 orang (74,8%) memiliki kualitas tidur buruk. Berdasarkan hasil uji chi-square motivasi bekerja dengan kualitas tidur diperoleh Pvalue=0,243 dan hasil uji chi-square burnout dengan kualitas tidur diperoleh Pvalue=0,012. Kesimpulannya, tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kejadian motivasi bekerja dan kualitas tidur serta terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara burnout dengan kualitas tidur. Diharapkan penelitian selanjutnya dapat fokus pada faktor penyebab gangguan tidur.

Work motivation, burnout and lack of sleep can affect the performance of online drivers at work. Lack of quality sleep is the main cause of excessive sleepiness, so that causing accidents. This study aims to determine the relationship between work motivation, burnout and sleep quality in online drivers. Determination of the sample is using cross sectional technique, the total sample of 107 in Pondok Aren. As many as 80 people (74,8%) has poor sleep quality. Based on the results of the chi-square test, motivation of working with sleep quality obtained Pvalue = 0,243 and the results of the burnout with sleep quality obtained Pvalue = 0,012. In conclusion, there is no significant relationship between work motivation and sleep quality and there is a significant relationship between burnout and sleep quality. It is hoped that further research can focus on the factors that cause sleep disturbances."

"Tesis ini membahas tentang fenomena burnout  dan aliensi dari petugas pelayanan dan rehabilitasi sosial di Balai Besar Rehabilitasi Badan Narkotika Nasional, yang berada di KEcamatan Cigombong, Lido, Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat. Fenomena burnout dan aliensi yang dilihat adalah selama mereka menjadi staf. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa Balai Besar Rehabilitasi BNN manajemen waktu kerja yang fleksibel, supervisi yang tepat dan berkala, melakukan upaya pengembangan profesi pekerjaan sosial di bidang rehabilitasi bagi pecandu, penyalahguna, dan korban penyalahguna narkoba. Selain itu, dalam upaya meminimalisir terjadinya burnout dan alienasi dari petugas, perlu dikembangkan standar etika dan profesi pekerjaan sosial di bidang rehabilitasi adiksi narkoba, peningkatan kesejahteraan yang tidak hanya bersifat material saja, serta memberikan dukungan kepada para pegawai recovering addict yang sedang dalam proses pemulihan (recovery)

This thesis discusses the phenomenon of burnout and alienation from social services of social rehabilitation officer at the Center for Rehabilitation of the National Narcotics Agency, which is located in District Cigombong, Lido, Bogor, West Java. The phenomenon of burnout and alienation which seen was that happens to those who are assigned as a staff. This study is a qualitative research with descriptive design. Results of the study suggest that BNN Rehabilitation Center should provide flexible working time management, proper and periodic supervision, develop the social work profession in the field of rehabilitation for addicts, abusers, and victims of drug abusers. Additionally, in an effort to minimize the occurrence of burnout and alienation, BNN Rehabilitation Center should needs to be developed ethical standards and the social work profession in the field of drug addiction rehabilitation, improvement of well-being that is not merely material, as well as providing support to employees recovering addict who is in the process of recovery.
