"Total numbers of credit coorperatives in Malaysia now are more than 588 of more than 10,087 registered society with a total membership of more than 7 millions people, who are eligible to receive a credit coorporative loan facility. The purpose of this research is to identify outstanding entrepreneurial attitudes possessed by member of the Board of excellent credit Coorporative to be the role model to other members of the Board of Coorperative since there are various obstacles in running the credit coorperative whether from the government policies or external competitions. The methods used in this study are a questionnaire method using instruments adapted from questionnaries Entrepreneurs "Perception of Succes Inventory" (EPSY)."

"Tesis ini berupaya menyusun model faktor kritis dan strategi knowledge management dalam angkatan kerja multi generasi. Faktor kritis yang diperoleh dari tinjauan pustaka kemudian divalidasi dan dianalisis keterkaitan didalamnya. Metode yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling dengan menggunakan data 271 orang karyawan pada sebuah organisasi yang memiliki karakteristik multi generasi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik organisasi, teknologi dan infrastruktur, budaya organisasi serta strategi dan kepemimpinan merupakan faktor kritis yang mempengaruhi kemampuan dan kemauan organisasi multi generasi didalam mengimplementasikan knowledge management. Dengan mempertimbangkan aspek kemampuan dan kemauan organisasi multi generasi, selanjutnya dapat ditemukan bahwa strategi knowledge management yang sesuai adalah strategi external personification.

This thesis is intended to design a model on knowledge management critical success factor and strategy in terms of multi generation work force. Critical success factors on knowledge management obtained form literature review were subsequently validated and analyzed for their relationship. Structural Equation Modeling was used to investigate the data of 271 employees in an organization that consist of multi generation work force.
The result showed that organizational characteristic, technology and infrastructure, culture, strategy and leadership is the critical success factor that directly affect knowledge management ability and willingness within multi generation work force organization. By considering the value of knowledge management ability and willingness, it is found that the appropriate knowledge management strategy for multi generation work force organization is external personalization."

"ABSTRAK
Produktivitas tenaga kerja di Indonesia menghasilkan output yang cukup baik dan terus mengalami peningkatan. Namun, jika dibandingkan dengan negara lain, produktivitas tenaga kerja di Indonesia masih lebih rendah. Sebuah kecenderungan menunjukkan bahwa era industri kini telah berubah menjadi era ekonomi berbasis pengetahuan. Produktivitas dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, salah satunya adalah faktor pengetahuan. Secara sosiologis, pengetahuan merupakan hubungan antara pikiran manusia dan konteks sosial yang mempengaruhinya. Pengetahuan yang terkelola akan menghasilkan produktivitas kerja pegawai yang baik, salah satunya dengan pengadaan evaluasi dari perusahaan terhadap pegawai. Studi-studi terdahulu mengungkapkan bahwa manajemen pengetahuan memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai. Artikel ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan konsep manajemen pengetahuan sebagai variabel independen dan produktivitas kerja pegawai sebagai variabel dependen, dengan hipotesis penelitian adalah terdapat hubungan antara Manajemen Pengetahuan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja pegawai Corporate Communication Kompas Gramedia.

ABSTRACT
Labor productivity in Indonesia produces good output and continues to increase. However, when compared with other countries, labor productivity in Indonesia is still lower. A trend indicates that the industrial era has now turned into an era of knowledge-based economy. Productivity is influenced by several factors, one of which is the knowledge factor. On sociologically, knowledge is the relationship between the human mind and the social context that influences it. Managed knowledge will result in good work productivity of employees, one of them with the procurement of an evaluation of the company against employees. Previous studies reveal that knowledge management had a positive effected on employee productivity. This article uses quantitative methods with the concept of knowledge management as an independent variable and employee productivity as a dependent variable, with the research hypothesis is there is a relationship between Knowledge Management to Work Productivity of Employee Corporate Communications Kompas Gramedia.Key word: Work productivity, knowledge management, organization, employee."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peran social capital dalam memediasi pengaruh social media terhadap knowledge transfer dan work performance. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik convenience sampling, dan melibatkan 244 pegawai di Perum BULOG. Pengolahan data menggunakan SEM dengan bantuan program SmartPLS. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa social capital berperan dalam memediasi pengaruh social media terhadap knowledge transfer dan work performance. Dimensi trust dan network ties dari social capital berperan signifikan memediasi pengaruh media sosial pada knowledge transfer dan work performance, sementara shared vision hanya memediasi secara signifikan negatif pada work performance namun tidak berperan memediasi pengaruh media sosial pada knowledge transfer.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to examine the role of social capital in mediating the influence of social media on knowledge transfer and work performance. Methods of data collection using convenience sampling technique, and involving 244 employees in Perum BULOG. Data processing using SEM with the help of SmartPLS program. The results of this study prove that social capital plays a role in mediating the influence of social media on knowledge transfer and work performance. Trust dimensions and network ties from social capital play a significant role mediating the influence of social media on knowledge transfer and work performance, while shared vision only mediates negatively on work performance but does not play a role mediating the influence of social media on knowledge transfer. "

"Perkembangan teknologi dan internet menciptakan perubahan dalam lingkungan bisnis. Kondisi ini mengharuskan organisasi menjadi fleksibel dan cepat untuk menghadapi perubahan lingkungan. Organisasi perlu mengembangkan kemampuan dinamis yang unik untuk memberikan respons yang cepat terhadap lingkungan yang dinamis. Proses ini membutuhkan pemahaman yang memadai tentang kondisi lingkungan eksternal serta kondisi sumber daya internal organisasi. Kemampuan untuk memperoleh, menyimpan, dan mendistribusikan pengetahuan adalah salahsatu sumber daya strategis organisasi untuk mendapatkan keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan. Absorptive capacity adalah kemampuan untuk memperoleh, sementara kapasitas penyebaran diperlukan untuk mendistribusikan pengetahuan intra-organisasi. Makalah ini menganalisis pengaruh dari social capital untuk meningkatkan baik proses knowledge management dan pengaruhnya untuk organizational performance. Menggunakan sampel dalam organisasi pemerintah dengan 283 manajer dan karyawan yang bertanggungjawab dalam melaporkan kinerja. Kami menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) untuk menganalisis data.

The development of technology and the internet creating change in the business environment. These conditions require organizations to be flexible and rapidly to deals with the change of environment. Organizations need to develop unique dynamic capabilities to provide a rapid response to a dynamic environment. This process requires an adequate understanding of external environment conditions as well as the condition of organization internal resources. The ability to acquiring, storing, and distributing knowledge is one of the strategic resources of the organization in order to obtain sustainable competitive advantages. Absoprtive capacity is the ability to acquire, while disseminative capacity is needed to distribute knowledge intra-organization. This paper analyzes the effect of social capital to enhances both knowledge management process and their influence for organizational performance. Using samples in goverment organizations with 283 managers and employees who where responsible on reporting performance. We used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to analyze the data.
