ABSTRACT
This team was tasked by our client to construct and devise a robust Branding and CommunicationStrategy for the high-tech sun care device Solar Guard formerly known as UV Defender. In orderto effectively come up with a brand that is meaningful and pleasing to the prospective customers,the team had to conduct primary survey research to gather qualitative data from married couples;both parents and non-parents. This report draws attention to the rapid growth and expansion in boththe wearable-technology and sun care lotion industry. Even though in the analysis the Wearable-Technology industry seems to be performing steadily throughout the last four years, however,through financial data collected from companies, it is evident that the sun care industry possesseslarger market share worldwide. Therefore, we concluded our analysis by accentuating our proposalfor Solar Guard to be positioned as a High-Tech Sun Care Device rather than a Sun Care Wearable-Technology. Through our secondary research from extant marketing literature we uncovered thatin order to build a robust brand, there are frameworks and brand elements that need to beconceptualized from ground up. Thus, the team has designed in-house some of therecommendations that were presented to the client during the project presentation. While our clientwas in favor to all of our recommendations, however, through this report we hope to further educateand elaborate some of the details and key considerations that our client should be aware of beforeproduction begins. Such as key legal issues and overhead expenses that have to be set aside forpatent rights and legal advice. Therefore, it is critical that our client is aware of potential threatsand cost which must be anticipated to prevent impediment in the product launch process; ultimatelythe survival of the company. Finally, inside the report are several recommendations,implementation plan, and proposed a budget to help our client make an informed decision whendeciding which branding direction to adopt for the Solar Guard.

"Inovasi dalam suatu organisasi dapat diperoleh melalui kreasi pengetahuan (knowledge creating) yang merupakan salah satu dimensi proses knowledge management. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan suatu kondisi organisasi yang memenuhi syarat dan kondisi yang mendukung terjadinya proses knowledge management tersebut, khususnya dalam proses kreasi pengetahuan (knowledge creation).
Penelitian mengambil kasus di industri jasa minyak dan gas, yang berkontribusi pada kriteria kondisi organisasi yang harus ada dan kondisi organisasi yang mendukung dalam penerapan knowledge management dan bertujuan mendapatkan strategi knowledge management.
Penelitian menggunakan metode kuesioner, AHP dan metode ELECTRE. Metode kuesioner digunakan untuk menentukan kesiapan kondisi organisasi dalam penerapan knowledge management. Selanjutnya, metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) digunakan untuk mendapatkan kriteria kondisi organisasi yang penting, untuk menentukan strategi knowledge management. Terakhir, metode ELECTRE (Elimination and Choice Expressing Reality) untuk menentukan prioritas strategi knowledge management.
Penelitian ini menghasilkan tiga strategi utama dalam penerapan knowledge management di industri jasa minyak dan gas, yaitu, strategi development forums, networking workshops, dan intranet/internet.

Innovation within an organization can be obtained through the creation of knowledge (knowledge creating) which is one of dimension process of knowledge management. Therefore, it needs a qualified organization conditions (enabling conditions) that support the knowledge management process, especially in the process of creation of knowledge (knowledge creation).
The research takes the case in the oil and gas service industry, which contribute to the criteria which must be existing in organizational conditions and organizational conditions that support in the implementation of knowledge management and aims to gain knowledge management strategy.
The study used questionnaire method, AHP and ELECTRE methods. Questionnaire method used to determine the readiness of the organizational conditions in the application of knowledge management. Furthermore, AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) is used to get the important criteria of organizational conditions, to determine the knowledge management strategy. Finally, the method ELECTRE (Elimination and Expressing Choice Reality) to determine the priority of knowledge management strategy.
This study resulted in three major strategies in the implementation of knowledge management in the oil and gas service industry, namely, strategy development forums, networking workshops, and intranet / internet.

"Laporan ini berisi tentang evaluasi atas prosedur pembuatan analisis industri dan pencarian pembanding dalam Dokumen Harga Transfer PT BTS tahun pajak 2019 yang dibuat oleh PT XYZ. Berdarkan evaluasi, prosedur analisis industri dan pencarian pembanding telah dilakukan secara efektif dan efisien dengan kekurangan pada substansi faktor regulasi dan lamanya proses manual review. Selain itu, evaluasi juga menunjukan perlu diadopsinya inovasi teknologi serta pelatihan pada karywawan.

This report contains an evaluation of the procedure for making industrial analysis and looking for comparisons in the PT BTS Transfer Price Document for the 2019 fiscal year made by PT XYZ. Based on the evaluation, industry analysis procedures and search for comparisons have been carried out effectively and efficiently with deficiencies in the substance of regulatory factors and the length of the manual review process. In addition, the evaluation also shows the need for the adoption of technological innovations and training for employees."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap data keuangan tahun 2007 2011 bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara rasio kontribusi penjualan terhadap pajak penghasilan badan CTTOR dan rasio profitabilitas para perusahaan di industri manufaktur Penelitian ini juga ingin menunjukkan apakah ada perbedaan signifikan antara rasio kinerja operasional para perusahaan di industri manufaktur dan rasio benchmarking yang dikeluarkan Direktorat Jenderal Pajak Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif signifikan antara CTTOR dan rasio profitabilitas Perbedaan antara rasio kinerja keuangan perusahaan dan rasio benchmarking menunjukkan perbedaan yang tidak signifikan mengindikasi bahwa sampel memiliki kinerja operasional yang wajar sesuai pajak.

This research are based on financial information on year 2007 2011 its purpose is to explain relationship between sales contribution to income taxes ratio and profitability ratios for companies in manufacture industry This research also purposed to show whether there are significance difference between companies in manufacturer industry's operational performance ratios and benchmarking ratios which released by Direktorat Jenderal Pajak Result of this research show that there are significant positive corrrelation between CTTOR and profitability ratios There are no significant difference between companies' operational performance ratios and benchmarking ratios which indicate that sample companies have had standard operational performance that match taxation standards manufacturer industry benchmarking ratios income taxes operational performance ratios profitability ratios."

"Kecerdasan Artifisial merupakan salah satu perkembangan teknologi yang mulai dimanfaatkan dan diterpakan dalam berbagai industri, salah satunya adalah Industri Medis. Teknologi menjadi salah satu hal yang sangat dibutuhkan untuk membantu meringankan beban dokter dan juga tenaga medis lainnya dalam menangani pasien. Saat ini pemanfaatan Kecerdasan Artifisial dalam Industri Medis sudah mulai berkembang, sehingga membantu meringankan pekerjaan para tenaga kesehatan dan juga dokter dalam melakukan diagnosis, membentuk citra radiologi, dan juga memprediksi pelayanan kesehatan terbaik untuk pasien. Saat ini, Indonesia tidak memiliki peraturan perundang-undangan yang mengatur mengenai Kecerdasan Artifisial secara khusus, namun terdapat peraturan perundang-undangan yang dapat diterapkan terhadap pemanfaatan Kecerdasan Artifisial dalam Industri Medis. Dengan demikian, perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai peraturan yang dapat diterapkan terhadap penyelenggaraan pemanfaatan Kecerdasan Artifisial dalam Industri Medis, dan kewajiban apa yang harus dipenuhi oleh para pihak dalam menyelenggarakan Kecerdasan Artifisial dalam Industri Medis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan yuridis normatif, dan melakukan penelusuran serta perbandingan dengan best practice yang diterapkan oleh Uni Eropa. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, ditemukan bahwa karakteristik dan cara kerja AI dalam industri medis menentukan kedudukan hukum AI, yang dimana AI dapat disamakan seperti Sistem Elektronik, Teknologi, dan Alat Kesehatan. AI sebagai Sistem Elektronik diselenggarakan oleh Penyelenggara Sistem Elektronik yang harus tunduk kepada kewajiban penyelenggaraan yang tertera pada peraturan perundang-undangan yang ada. Selain itu, Uni Eropa menyamakan AI sebagai Alat Kesehatan dalam Industri Medis yang tunduk pada Medical Device Regulation. Merujuk pada Uni Eropa, Indonesia juga dapat menyamakan AI sebagai Alat Kesehatan dan tunduk pada kewajiban Izin Edar yang tertera peraturan perundang-undangan yang ada.

Artificial intelligence (AI) is one of the technological developments that has begun to be utilized and applied in various industries, lncuding the medical industry. Therefore, technology has helped ease the burden on doctors and other medical professionals in treating their patients. The use of Artificial Intelligence in the medical industry has currently risen, and has helped healthcare workers and doctors alike in making diagnoses, forming radiological images, and also predicting the best healthcare services for patients. Currently, Indonesia does not have laws and regulations that specifically regulate Artificial Intelligence, but there are laws and regulations that can be applied to the use of Artificial Intelligence in the medical industry. Thus, it is necessary to carry out further research regarding the regulations that can be applied to the implementation of the use of Artificial Intelligence in the Medical Industry, and what obligations must be fulfilled by the parties in implementing Artificial Intelligence in the Medical Industry. This study uses a normative juridical approach, and conducts searches and comparisons with best practices implemented by the European Union. Based on this research, it was found that the characteristics and workings of AI in the medical industry determine an AI’s legal standing, where AI can be equated with Electronic Systems, Technology, and Medical Devices. AI as an Electronic System is administered by Electronic System Operators who must comply with the implementation obligations stated in the existing laws and regulations. In addition, the European Union equates AI as a Medical Device in the Medical Industry which is subject to the Medical Device Regulation. Referring to the European Union, Indonesia can also equate AI with Medical Devices and is subject to the distribution permit obligations stated in existing laws and regulations."
