"Women and health are two very close issues as family health lies most often in the hands of women. Ironically, their awareness toward their own health is still low. Cultural constraints have made single, unmarried women or virgins feel reluctant to go to obgyn clinics, though there is an increasing prevalence of cervical cancer in Indonesia. Related to the role of the media to reduce the number of women with cervical cancer, a question rises. How do the media represent this conflict? The object of the study is a documentary film about several problems faced by women. The unit of analysis is the episode that contains issues related to the virtue of virginity, and data were collected through an analysis of the media text. The findings show that the media seem to have an awareness of the problems, but they have not fully adopted gender perspectives, and this leads to the strengthening of myths, taboos and traditional values surrounding virginity."

Social media is one of the technologies that can be used by someone to access information related to health and ask for help from other users. By using social media, individuals can obtain a wide range of health information. Behind its simplicity, there are still problems regarding the reliability of its content. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the factors that influence the search for health information on social media. Data collection for the study was carried out by distributing questionnaires involving 1,308 respondents consisting of 772 female respondents and 536 male respondents. Data analysis was performed using the CB-SEM method with the help of AMOS 24. Data processing was divided into three data groups namely female, male, and overall data which would then be analyzed by comparing. The results showed that perceived usefulness, credibility of health information, and availability of health information factors affect perceived benefits, and privacy risk and psychological risk factors affect perceived risk. In addition, the results of the study also showed that perceived benefits, health self-efficacy and subjective norms influence the intention to seek health information on social media. Data processing by gender shows different results in men and women, where the perceived risk only affects women in finding health information on social media."

Emancipation has led to female acknowledging that they deserve equal rights as compared to men. It's not an uncommon sight nowadays that several professions, previously dominated by men, are also done by female, ojek cabs are one amongst many examples. This however, is opposite to what the society actually believed, that female are supposed to be in charge of domestic affairs, while men would sought for money, thus this creates some sort of a gender bias. Concerning this issue, I would like to discuss an article from tribunnews.com about female ojek cabs. Also, with this in mind, the writer would like to address the extent of gender bias that exists in the society, especially from social medias such as Twitter. In collecting data, I use secondary data from Twitter for further research about gender bias towards female ojek cabs. From 8 tweets that has been observed, I found 4 tweets from woman's side who pro to the issue, while the men's was in the qontrary. This things shows that patriarchal culture still dominate the opinions of netizen that characterize as gender bias."
