"Molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) have been the most convenient and selected
methods in detection and extraction for many types of specific targets in various fields. MIPs
were prepared by mixing template molecule with functional monomer in the
presence of cross-linker, solvent and
initiator. The selectivity of MIPs is strongly influenced by the types of
functional monomer, solvent and polymerization process used.
Pyrogallol-imprinted polymer (Py-IP) and non-imprinted polymer (NIP) were
synthesized via precipitation
polymerization using 4-vinylpyridine (4-VP), divinylbenzene (DVB) and
azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as functional monomer, cross-linker and
initiator, respectively. Pyrogallol (Py) was used as a target molecule. The
synthesized polymers were characterized by Fourier
Transform Infrared
Spectroscopy (FTIR), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), and UV-Visible
Spectroscopy (UV-Vis). In this study, adsorption capacity was measured
by the dosage effect, contact time and selectivity study. Results showed that
maximum adsorption capacity by Py-IP is above 50%. The Selectivity study shows that k? is >1, which indicates that Py-IP has a good selectivity towards pyrogallol. Therefore, it has a good
potential to be used as an adsorbent."

"Nanostructured zincoxide (ZnO) was synthesized via a sonochemical method. The effect of the duration of ultrasonic irradiation in a continuous mode on the generated particles was investigated. Additionally, the effect of flowing either air or nitrogen during the sonication process was investigated. Zinc nitrate and
ammonia water-based solutions were selected as chemicals without the addition
of other surfactants. The generated particles indicated that a wurtzite
structure of ZnO in a hexagonal phase was formed with a crystalline size that increased
as the ultrasound irradiation time increased. The morphology of the generated
ZnO particles could be changed from flowerlike to needlelike structures via
continuous ultrasound irradiation over one to two hours, resulting in increases
in the particle lengths and decreases in the particle diameters from 200 to 80
nm. Photoluminescence intensity was also increased with increases in the ultrasonic
irradiation times. Photoluminescence spectra were also influenced by the
atmospheric environment. Two bands centered at 390 and 500 nm were generated
under a nitrogen environment. On the other hand, a single wide band with a peak
at around 430 nm was found for particles generated under an air environment. It
can be applied for light emitting diodes (LED) or laser fabrication with a
controlled emitting band."

"Universitas XYZ sebagai institusi Perguruan Tinggi Terbuka Jarak Jauh (PTTJJ), senantiasa menjaga kualitas layanannya agar tetap berkualitas. Salah satu layanan yang senantiasa dijaga adalah layanan Bahan Ajar. Layanan Bahan Ajar didukung dengan manajemen stok bahan ajar dari mulai perencanaan dengan melakukan estimasi kebutuhan bahan ajar, gudang bahan ajar untuk menyimpan persediaan bahan ajar dan Student Record System (SRS). Bahan Ajar disiapkan dalam dua program yaitu melalui Sistem Paket Semester (Paket) dan non-paket. Mahasiswa yang mengikuti program nonpaket tidak diwajibkan membayar tagihan biaya bahan ajar. Untuk menjaga kualitas layanan bahan ajar, Universitas XYZ melakukan estimasi kebutuhan bahan ajar. Estimasi dilakukan secara manual dengan menggunakan formula yang berbeda pada setiap tahunnya. Estimasi dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah masa registrasi mata kuliah. Kenyataannya, kebutuhan bahan ajar masih mengalami kekurangan. Hal ini diketahui pada akhir tahun terdapat perbedaan antara hasil estimasi dan realisasi, sehingga tidak sedikit mahasiswa mendapatkan bahan ajar ketika memasuki akhir semester bahkan ketika memasuki awal semester baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan berapa banyak bahan ajar yang harus disiapkan dengan cara mempelajari profil mahasiswa melalui data history mahasiswa menggunakan teknik classification. Metode yang digunakan Naïve Bayes, Decision Tree dan Support Vector Machine. Evaluasi menggunakan metode cross validation dengan nilai k 2, 3, 5 dan 10. Hasil percobaan menunjukkan bahwa metode Decision Tree memiliki accuracy tertinggi dibanding dengan yang lain.

XYZ University as an institution of Distance Learning Higher Education (PTTJJ), always maintains the quality of its services to remain qualified. One service that is always maintained is the Teaching Materials service. Teaching Material Services are supported by the management of teaching material stocks from the start of planning by estimating teaching material requirements, warehouse of teaching materials to store supplies of teaching materials and Student Record System (SRS). Teaching Materials are prepared in two programs, namely through the Semester Package System (Package) and nonpackage. Students who take non-package programs are not required to pay bills for teaching materials. To maintain the quality of teaching material services, XYZ University estimates the need for teaching materials. Estimates are done manually by using a different formula each year. Estimates are made before and after the registration period of the course. In fact, the need for teaching materials is still lacking. This is known at the end of the year there is a difference between the results of estimation and realization, so that not a few students get teaching materials when entering the end of the semester even when entering the beginning of the new semester. This study aims to determine how much teaching material must be prepared by studying student profiles through student history data using classification techniques. The method used is Naïve Bayes, Decision Tree and Support Vector Machine. The evaluation uses the cross validation method with values k 2, 3, 5 and 10. The experimental results show that the Decision Tree method has the highest accuracy compared to the others."

"Revolusi industri memiliki dampak dalam pengembangkan teknologi dari sisi sektor teknologi komunikasi dan munculnya pemain baru dalam layanan digital sektor telekomunikasi memiliki peluang untuk beradaptasi dengan kebutuhan pasar. Di Indonesia, pertumbuhan bisnis digital meningkat setiap tahunnya dengan menunjukkan tren konsumsi data yang ekponensial layanan data yang dimiliki operator telekomunikasi khususnya konsumen korporasi dan institusi. PT XYZ merupakan salah satu operator multinasional Indonesia memiliki segmentasi Business-to-Business (B2B) pada bagian ini memiliki layanan jaringan dengan nama layanan Access Private Network (APN) layanan khusus (privilege) yang ditawarkan kepada klien PT XYZ. Permasalahan yang terdapat pada APN yaitunya kebutuhan monitoring jaringan ketika terjadi kesalahan dan anomali pada jaringan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dibutuhkan pengambilan keputusan yang sesuai terhadap layanan APN. Dalam penelitihan ini menggunakan Dalam metode Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) dalam peimilihan faktor yang berpengaruhi layanan APN. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa faktor Software Development and Consultant yaitunya menjadi faktor yang berpengaruh pada layanan.

The industrial revolution have an impact on technological development in terms communication technology sector and emergence new players in digital services telecommunications sector have opportunity to adapt to market required. In Indonesia, the growth digital business increasing every year showing the exponential trend data consumption for data services owned by telecommunication operators, especially corporate and institutional consumers. PT XYZ is one of Indonesian multinational operators that has a Business-to-Business (B2B) segmentation in this section. It has a network service called Access Private Network (APN) privilege service offered to PT XYZ clients. The problems that exist in APN are required for network monitoring when errors and anomalies occur in the network. To overcome these problems, appropriate decision making is needed for APN services. In this research using the method the Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) method selection factors that affect APN services. The results of this study indicate that the Software Development and Consultant factor is a factor that influences APN network services."

"Penerapan Teknologi Informasi (TI) dalam institusi pendidikan membantu pencapaian institusi pendidikan tersebut meraih posisi di kancah internasional. Penerapan TI yang selaras dengan strategi institusi pendidikan dalam mencapai posisi tersebut tentunya memerlukan infrastruktur TI yang dapat beradaptasi terhadap pesatnya perkembangan teknologi. Infrastruktur TI merupakan landasan bagi seluruh sistem informasi di suatu organisasi untuk mengelola sumber daya yang menjadi suatu kebutuhan dasar. Dengan demikian diperlukan suatu rancangan infrastruktur TI yang mampu beradaptasi terhadap perubahan kebutuhan strategis institusi pendidikan. Perancangan infrastruktur ini menggunakan kerangka kerja The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) dan Virtualisasi sebagai acuan, melalui tahapan TOGAF Architecture Development Method (ADM). Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat memberikan perancangan infrastruktur TI yang adaptif sebagai solusi untuk FKUI dalam mencapai posisi di kancah internasional.

Implementation of Information Technology (IT) in education institutions helps the educational institution to compete in the international stage. The implementation of IT is aligned with the strategy of educational institutions in reaching that position, would require the IT infrastructure that can adapt to the rapid development of technology and organizational changes. IT infrastructure is the foundation for information systems in an organization to manage the resources. Thus requires an IT infrastructure design that is able to adapt to changing strategic needs of educational institutions. The design of this infrastructure using the framework of The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) and Virtualization as a reference, through the TOGAF Architecture Development Method phases (ADM). It is expected that this study can provide an adaptive IT infrastructure design as a solution to become world class medical education.

Sebuah model evaluasi formatif dari Dick, Carey, dan Carey dilaksanakan dalam penelitian perkembangan ini. Model formatif terdiri dari beberapa tahap sistematis seperti: analisis kebutuhan, merancang prototipe program, satu-ke-satu mencoba dengan individu siswa dan evaluasi kelompok kecil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahan pembelajaran video conference harus dirancang dan dikembangkan berdasarkan beberapa faktor-tujuan instruksional, potensi konferensi video sebagai sistem pengiriman, tentu saja characteristics dan instruksional dukungan media."

"Named Data Networking (NDN) adalah arsitektur internet yang berbeda dengan arsitektur berbasis Internet Protocol (IP). Transmisi data berdasarkan nama domain (Name) dan bukan berupa alamat IP tujuan. Selain itu NDN lebih aman (secure) karena memiliki digital signature untuk mengetahui kebsahan data. Video streaming adalah suatu multimedia yang disampaikan oleh penyedia (provider) untuk diterima dan disajikan kepada pengguna. Kata “streaming" mengacu pada proses pengiriman atau perolehan media yang mengacu pada metode pengiriman media. Terdapat dua tantangan utama dalam aplikasi video streaming, yaitu kecepatan konektifitas yang mencukupi dan standar format video (codec) yang digunakan.
Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengetesan dan evaluasi terhadap performansi aplikasi video streaming yang dilewatkan pada jaringan berbasis NDN. Uji performansi dilakukan dengan melakukan pengukuran Delay serta jitter pada beberapa macam codec yang banyak digunakan di aplikasi video streaming. Codec yang digunakan dalam pengukuran adalah codec populer seperti MPEG2, H264, H265, VP8, VP9.
Hasil pengukuran pada sumber video yang sama dengan menggunakan setiap codec. Didapatkan bahwa VP9 memberikan Delay, jitter, dan packet loss yang paling rendah. MPEG2 memberikan hasil yang paling tinggi. Hasil perbandingan antara jaringan berbasis IP dengan jaringan berbasis NDN menunjukkan bahwa jaringan berbasis IP memberikan performansi yang lebih baik dalam mengirimkan video streaming dengan pengukuran Delay mencapai 150 milidetik lebih rendah dibandingkan pada jaringan berbasis NDN dengan menggunakan codec yang sama.

Named Data Networking (NDN) is an internet architecture that is different from an Internet Protocol (IP) based architecture. Data communication is based on the domain name (Name) rather than the destination’s  IP address. In addition, NDN is more secure because it has a digital signature to keep data authenticity. Video streaming is a multimedia content delivered by providers  to be received and presented to the end-users. The word "streaming" refers to the process of sending or acquiring media. It refers to the method of sending the media. There are two main challenges in the application of video streaming, the first is bandwidth connectivity and the second is video format standards (codecs).
In this work we measured the video streaming application performance through NDN. The performance tests are carried out by measuring Delay, Jitter, Packet Loss and Throughput  on several types of codecs that are widely used in streaming video applications, i.e. MPEG2, H264, H265, VP8, VP9.
The experiment measurement results on the same source of video using each codec, showed that VP9 provides the lowest Delay and jitter, while MPEG2 gives the highest results. The comparison between IP-based networks and NDN shows that IP-based networks provide better performance for transporting video stream with delay measurements reaching up to 150 milliseconds lower than NDN-based networks using the same codec.
