"ABSTRAKPenelitian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya pengoptimalan pengelolaan Tahanan di Rutan BNN untuk mendukung demand reduction dan supply reduction, karena walaupun telah banyak tersangka yang ditahan dan barang bukti yang disita oleh BNN, peredaran gelap narkotika di Indonesia malah meluas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan metode observasi dan wawancara mendalam terhadap 7 orang tahanan di Rutan BNN Pusat dengan beberapa kategori khusus dan berbagai peran dalam organized crime. Dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa tahanan yang memiliki riwayat penyalahgunaan narkotika memiliki variasi tahapan perubahan, yakni di fase prekontemplasi, kontemplasi, preparasi. Penting dilakukan intervensi agar mereka dapat mempertahankan kondisi abstinen selama di Rutan BNN. Rapport building yang terbina secara alamiah antara peneliti dengan tahanan membuat komunikasi lebih mudah dan tahanan lebih terbuka sehingga meningkatkan akurasi hasil asesmen dan bercerita tentang informasi penting yang tidak disampaikan pada penyidik. Rapport building juga bisa menjadi teknik yang efektif dalam investigasi anggota OC yang memiliki aturan tutup mulut. Apabila selama berada di rutan BNN tidak dilakukan pengelolaan tahanan dengan hati-hati, berpotensi membesarnya supply dan menjadi embrio terciptanya jaringan baru di Rutan. Kelompok yang melakukan kejahatan ringan seperti pemakai, kurir dapat direkrut oleh bandar atau hirarki di atasnya sehingga ikut masuk dalam drug-crime chain.

ABSTRACTThis research is based on the urgently needed of BNN s detainee optimazation in supporting demand reduction and supply reduction. Despite of many suspect has been arrested and many evidence has been seized by BNN, the drugs abuse still growing. This research use qualitative in depth interview and observation on 7 BNN s detainee with some special qualification and role within organized crime. It has been discovered that detainee with drug use records, has various stages of change, precontemplation stage, contemplation stage, preparation stage. Intervention is urgently needed for maintenance abstinen condition as long as in the detained. Natural rapport building between researcher and detainee, make easier communication and they more opened so assesment s accuration can be increased and they tell more important information that can t be found by investigator. Rapport buliding could become effective investigation techniques for OC member with strict no talking rules. If detainee management is not proper as long as ini the detained periode, it would create new network. The low level law offence like drug user, couririer might be recruit by high rank drug dealer and become drug crime chain."

"ABSTRAKLaporan ini membahas seputar kegiatan kerja praktik yang telah dilakukan oleh peserta kerja praktik atas nama Dennis Pratama Kamah di perusahaan Joint Operating Body Pertamina Talisman Jambi Merang JOB PTJM pada Departemen Supply Chain Management dimulai pada 13 Juni 2016 dan diselesaikan pada 26 Agustus 2016. Peserta KP berperan sebagai web developer untuk mengembangkan implementasi proyek aplikasi GO-Hemat dan SCM Dashboard berbasis web. Laporan berisikan pendahuluan mengenai tempat kerja praktik, penjelasan dari serangkaian kegiatan kerja praktik yang dilakukan, serta kesimpulan dan saran dari kerja praktik yang telah dilakukan. Proses model yang digunakan adalah prototyping model dimana implementasinya tidak menggunakan web-framework tertentu dan hanya memanfaatkan library pendukung. Kesulitan selama implementasi adalah pada penetapan requirement yang belum begitu jelas di awal dan membutuhkan pembaruan di setiap iterasi. Kedua aplikasi telah berhasil diimplementasikan dan memenuhi fitur dan requirement dasar maupun tambahan yang dibutuhkan.

ABSTRACTThis report discusses the practical work activities undertaken by the practitioners on behalf of Dennis Pratama Kamah at Joint Operating Body Pertamina Talisman Jambi Merang JOB PTJM at the Supply Chain Management Department which started on June 13, 2016, and completed on August 26, 2016. The author acts as a web developer to develop implementation of GO Hemat and SCM Dashboard which are based on web applications. The report contains an introduction of the practical workplace, an explanation of a series of practical work activities undertaken, conclusions, and suggestions from that practical work. The model process used is prototyping model which implementation does not use a specific web framework and only use the supporting libraries. The difficulty faced during the implementation is the decision of the requirements which are not very clear at the beginning and still needs updates in each iteration. Both applications had been successfully implemented and meet the basic additional features or requirements needed."

"ABSTRAKKondisi ekonomi yang fluktuatif dan kompleksitas dari aktivitas industri perbankan menyebabkan ketatnya kondisi likuiditas pada industri tersebut tahun 2013. Hal tersebut menyebabkan Bank X Syariah harus menerapkan manajeman likuiditas yang optimal untuk menjaga kondisi likuiditasnya. Tesis ini menganalisis demand dan supply likuiditas di Bank X Syariah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat upaya yang dilakukan oleh Bank X Syariah dalam mengelola supply likuiditas untuk memenuhi demand likuiditas selama periode penelitian (2010-2014) dan melihat kemampuan supply likuiditas memenuhi demand likuiditas dua tahun kedepan (2015-2016). Metode Box- Jenkins dengan model ARIMA digunakan untuk menganalisis kemampuan supply memenuhi demand likuiditas tahun 2015-2016. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Bank X Syariah mampu memenuhi seluruh demand likuditas melalui upaya borrowing di Pasar Uang Antar Bank Syariah (PUAS) dengan menggunakan instrumen Sertifikat Mudharabah Antarbank (SIMA) untuk memenuhi demand likuiditas pada saat kondisi likuiditas sedang ketat. Supply likuiditas yang dimiliki oleh Bank X Syariah dua tahun kedepan (2015-2016) dinilai telah mampu untuk memenuhi seluruh demand likuiditas.

ABSTRACTThe fluctuation in economic condition and the complexity of banking industry activities has led to tigh liquidity conditions in the year 2013. In order to meet the liquidity needs, Bank X Syariah should apply optimal liquidity management to maintain sustainable liquidity condition. This thesis analyzes the demand and supply of liquidity at Bank X Syariah. The purpose of this study is to observe the efforts made by Bank X Syariah in managing the supply of liquidity to meet liquidity demand during the research period (2010-2014) and to observe the ability of liquidity supply to meets the demand liquidity for the next two years (2015-2016). Box-Jenkins method with ARIMA model was used to analyze the ability of the supply to meets the demand in 2015-2016. The results showed that the Bank X Syariah used borrowing through Sharia Interbank Money Market (PUAS) using Mudharabah Interbank Certificate instrument (SIMA) to meet the demand of liquidity when the liquidity conditions were tight. Based on the assessment done, Bank X Syariah has adequate liquidity to meet the liquidity supply and demand for the next two years (2015-2016)."
