"Kebugaran kardiorespiratori yang rendah dapat mempengaruhi terjadinya penurunan performa kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan status kebugaran kardiorespiratori berdasarkan persen lemak tubuh, aktivitas fisik, status merokok, tingkat stres, asupan zat gizi makro, dan asupan zat gizi mikro pada Pamasis STHM Ditkumad tahun 2017. Desain studi yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah cross sectional dengan total sampel 70 responden. Nilai VO2max yang menentukan status kebugaran kardiorespiratori diukur dengan two-mile run test. Dengan menggunakan tes tersebut didapatkan sebanyak 60 Pamasis STHM memiliki status tidak bugar. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan uji chi square didapatkan adanya perbedaan status kebugaran kardiorespiratori berdasarkan persen lemak tubuh p-value < 0,05.

Low cardiorespiratory fitness related to decreased work performance. This study aims to examine the differences of cardiorespiratory fitness based on body fat percentage, physical activity, smoking status, stress level, macronutrients and micronutrients intake among military students of SHTM Ditkumad. This study used cross sectional design and participated in 70 samples. VO2max was used to determine cardiorespiratory fitness using two mile run test. The result of this study shows that 60 military students are unfit. Chi square result is showing that cardiorespiratory fitness statistically different based on body fat percentage p value 0,05.

"Kebugaran muskuloskeletal merupakan salah satu komponen kebugaran yang penting bagi kesehatan. Penelitian kebugaran muskuloskeletal di Indonesia masih jarang dilakukan, padahal kebugaran muskuloskeletal sangat erat kaitannya dengan pencegahan kejadian osteoporosis, sindrom metabolik, penyakit kardiovaskuler, penyakit gagal jantung, diabetes mellitus, dan obesitas yang masih menjadi masalah kesehatan. Untuk mengukur kebugaran muskuloskeletal pada remaja dilakukan dengan metode Standing Long Jump SLJ yang merupakan cara yang mudah, valid, reliabel, dan telah banyak dipraktekan dalam pengukuran kebugaran di dunia. Penelitian dilakukan untuk menilai kebugaran muskuloskeletal dan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif desain studi cross-sectional dengan sampel 133 orang. Rata-rata kebugaran muskuloskeletal dengan metode SLJ pada sampel penelitian sebesar 154,11 37,33 cm. Pada laki-laki sebesar 184,76 27,4 cm sedangkan pada perempuan sebesar 126,53 19,03 cm. Rata-rata kebugaran muskuloskeletal pada siswa-siswi tergolong kategori baik. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif antara aktivitas fisik, asupan energi, protein, lemak, dan karbohidrat dengan kebugaran muskuloskeletal. Selain itu, terdapat hubungan negatif antara IMT/U dan persen lemak tubuh dengan kebugaran muskuloskeletal

Musculoskeletal fitness is one component of fitness that is important for health. Musculoskeletal fitness research in Indonesia is still rarely done, whereas the musculoskeletal fitness is closely related to prevention of the occurrence osteoporosis, metabolic syndrome, cardiovaskular disease, heart failure, diabetes mellitus, and obesity which remain health problem. Measuring adolescent musculoskeletal fitness could use Standing Long Jump SLJ test which is easy, valid, reliable, and widely used for fitness measurement globally. The aim of this study was to determine the average musculoskeletal fitness and the factors that contribute.
This study was a quantitative conducted using cross sectional design with 133 people as sample population. The mean value of musculoskeletal fitness using SLJ method in the sample study was 154.11 37.33 cm. The score for boys were 184,76 27,4 cm while for girls were 126,53 19,03 cm. Bivariate analysis showed that there were positive correlation between physical activity, energy, protein, fat, and carbohydrate intakes with musculoskeletal fitness. While it showed negative correlation between BMI for age and body fat percentage with musculoskeletal fitness.

"Tingkat kebugaran yang rendah merupakan salah satu faktor risiko terjadinya penyakit kardiovaskuler. Berbagai penelitian di tingkat dunia maupun Indonesia telah membuktikan rendahnya tingkat kebugaran pada anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan tingkat kebugaran berdasarkan aktivitas fisik, jenis kelamin, status gizi, dan asupan energi serta zat gizi pada siswa Sekolah Dasar Avicenna Jagakarsa Jakarta Selatan. Desain studi penelitian ini yaitu cross sectional. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah status kebugaran, sedangkan variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah aktivitas fisik, jenis kelamin, status gizi, dan asupan zat gizi energi, karbohidrat, protein, lemak, zat besi, vitamin C, dan kalsium . Pengukuran status kebugaran dilakukan dengan metode 20 m shuttle run. Data status gizi diperoleh dengan pengukuran tinggi badan dan berat badan, sedangkan data asupan zat gizi diperoleh dengan metode food recall 1x24 jam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan tingkat kebugaran berdasarkan aktivitas fisik, jenis kelamin, dan status gizi. Hasil analisis multivariat menunjukkan hasil bahwa aktivitas fisik merupakan faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi kebugaran. Status kebugaran yang baik dapat diperoleh dengan meningkatkan aktivitas fisik, mempertahankan status gizi normal, dan mengkonsumsi zat gizi secara seimbang.

Low level of fitness is one of the risk factors for cardiovascular disease. Various studies at the world and Indonesia have proven the low level of fitness in children. The primary purpose of this study is to determine the difference fitness level based on physical activity, sex, nutritional status, and intake of energy and nutrients in elementary school students Avicenna Jagakarsa South Jakarta. The design of this study is cross sectional. The dependent variable in this study is fitness status, and the independent variable in this study is physical activity, sex, nutritional status, and nutrient intake energy, carbohydrates, protein, fat, iron, vitamin C, and calcium . Measurement of fitness status was done by 20 m shuttle run test. Nutritional status data obtained by the measurement of height and weight, while nutrient intake obtained by food recall 24 hours. The result of this study showed that there were differences of fitness level based on physical activity, sex, and nutritional status. Multivariate analysis result show that physical activity is dominant factor that affecting fitness. Good fitness status can be gained by increasing physical activity, maintaining normal nutritional status, and consuming nutrients in balanced way."

"Kebugaran kardiorespirasi yang rendah dikaitkan dengan peningkatan risiko penyakit kardiovaskular. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji perbedaan kebugaran kardiorespirasi berdasarkan status gizi (IMT), persentase lemak tubuh, aktivitas fisik, konsumsi sarapan pagi, asupan gizi dan gizi mikro pada siswa SMAN 39 Jakarta sebelum dan sesudah dikontrol berdasarkan jenis kelamin. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional. Sebanyak 131 responden dari SMAN 39 Jakarta dari kelas 10 dan 11 dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini. Asupan makanan diukur menggunakan penarikan makanan 1x24 jam, aktivitas fisik menggunakan PAQ-A, status gizi (BMI) diukur menggunakan BIA dan konsumsi sarapan diukur dengan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 61,8% siswa tidak layak. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara status gizi (BMI), persentase lemak tubuh dan aktivitas fisik berdasarkan jenis kelamin pada status kebugaran kardiorespirasi pada siswa SMAN 39 Jakarta. Sementara itu, ada juga perbedaan dalam status kebugaran kardiorespirasi berdasarkan asupan Vitamin B2 pada siswa SMAN 39 Jakarta.

Low cardiorespiratory fitness is associated with an increased risk of cardiovascular disease. This study aims to examine the differences in cardiorespiratory fitness based on nutritional status (BMI), body fat percentage, physical activity, breakfast consumption, nutrient intake and micronutrients in students of SMAN 39 Jakarta before and after being controlled by sex. This study uses a cross sectional design. A total of 131 respondents from SMAN 39 Jakarta from grades 10 and 11 were included in this study. Food intake was measured using 1x24 hour food withdrawal, physical activity using PAQ-A, nutritional status (BMI) was measured using BIA and breakfast consumption was measured by questionnaire. The results showed that 61.8% of students were not eligible. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that there were significant differences between nutritional status (BMI), body fat percentage and physical activity based on sex in cardiorespiratory fitness status in students of SMAN 39 Jakarta. Meanwhile, there were also differences in cardiorespiratory fitness status based on Vitamin B2 intake in Jakarta 39 High School students."

"Kebugaran kardiorespiratori merupakan salah satu komponen untuk menentukan produktivitas kerja sehingga penting untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi pada kebugaran kardiorespiratori. Skripsi ini membahas perbedaan status kebugaran kardiorespiratori berdasarkan umur, status gizi (IMT), aktivitas fisik, status merokok, tingkat stres, dan asupan gizi (energi, karbohidrat, protein, lemak, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B9, vitamin B12, vitamin C, zat besi, zinc). Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional yang dilakukan pada 108 prajurit Resimen Kaveleri 2 Marinir Jakarta selama bulan April 2015.
Nilai VO2max digunakan untuk menentukan status kebugaran kardiorespiratori dan diukur dengan Cooper 12-min Running Test. Analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji Chi Square dan uji T-Independent. Dari hasil penelitian ini, terdapat perbedaan status kebugaran kardiorespiratori menurut umur, status gizi, status merokok, tingkat stres, dan asupan vitamin C. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, diharapkan prajurit marinir dapat meminimalkan faktor-faktor yang dapat menyebabkan penurunan kebugaran kardiorespiratori sehingga berdampak pada peningkatan produktivitas kerja. Selain itu, dibutuhkan penelitian lebih lanjut dengan metode pengukuran yang berbeda untuk meneliti variabel lain yang sebelumnya diduga memiliki hubungan dengan kebugaran kardiorespiratori.

Cardiorespiratory fitness is one of the componens to determine work productivity thus it is important to study which factors contribute to cardiorespiratory fitness. This thesis aims to examine the differences of cardiorespiratory fitness based on age, nutritional status, physical activity, smoking status, level of stress, and dietary intake (energy, carbohydrate, protein, fat, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B9, vitamin B12, vitamin C, iron, zinc). This cross sectional study was comprised in 108 personnel of Resimen Kaveleri 2 Marinir Jakarta between April 2015.
VO2max was used to determine cardiorespiratory fitness using Cooper 12-min Running Test. Chi Square test and T-Independent test were used to statistical analysis. In this research, cardiorespiratori fitness statistically different based on age, nutritional status, smoking status, level of stres, and vitamin C intake. According to these result, it was expected that marine personnel can minimize factors which will reduce cardiorespiratory fitness in order to increase work productivity. Further research with different measurement method was needed to examine other variables which once expected have relation with cardiorespiratory fitness.

"Kebugaran kardiorespiratori rendah berhubungan dengan risiko penyakit kardiovaskular dan hipertensi. Kebugaran kardiorespiratori pekerja masih rendah. Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya perbedaan status kebugaran kardiorespiratori berdasarkan Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT), Persen Lemak Tubuh (PLT), asupan gizi, aktivitas fisik, status merokok, dan kualitas tidur melalui Tes bangku 3 menit YMCA. Penelitian dilakukan pada karyawan PT Pos Indonesia Regional IV Jakarta pada April 2016. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional dengan sampel 124 orang.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 44,4% karyawan tergolong tidak bugar. Uji chi square dan uji T-independent digunakan dalam analisis penelitian ini. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa IMT, PLT, asupan gizi energi, karbohidrat, dan zat besi/Fe memiliki perbedaan bermakna dengan kebugaran kardiorespiratori. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, karyawan disarankan untuk memantau IMT dan PLT secara berkala, meningkatkan aktivitas fisik, dan pola makan gizi seimbang.

Low cardiorespiratory fitness is associated with the risk of cardiovascular disease and hypertension. Cardiorespiratory fitness in workers is still low. This research aims to determine the difference in cardiorespiratory fitness status based on the Body Mass Index (BMI), body fat percentage, dietary intake, physical activity, smoking status, and quality of sleep. Cardiorespiratory fitness is measured by YMCA 3 minutes Step Test. The research was conducted on the employees of PT Pos Indonesia Regional IV Jakarta in April 2016. Study design that used in this research is cross sectional in 124 employees.
The results showed 44.4% of employees are classified as unfit. Chi-square and T-independent test are used in analysis. The analysis showed that BMI, body fat percentage, dietary intake of energy, carbohydrates, and iron give significant differences to cardiorespiratory fitness. Based on these results, employees are advised to monitor BMI and body fat regularly, increasing physical activity, and nutrition balanced diet.

Kebugaran merupakan prediktor dari penyakit degeneratif seperti penyakit
kardiovaskular, diabetes mellitus dan lain sebagainya. Hasil tes kebugaran pada
siswa sekolah menengah atas di kota Bogor yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Kesehatan
pada tahun 2014, menyebutkan 91.29% siswa berada pada tingkat kebugaran
kurang dan kurang sekali. Perilaku merokok, jenis kelamin, status gizi, frekuensi
olahraga, serta lingkar pinggang, kadar lipid dan tekanan darah, diperkirakan
menjadi determinan kebugaran, menurut laporan Survei Kepatuhan terhadap KTR
di Kawasan Sekolah tahun 2014, terdapat 15.18% siswa yang merokok. Penelitian
ini bertujuan untuk melihat apa saja determinan kebugaran kardiorespirasi pada
siswa di 18 sekolah menengah atas di Kota Bogor. Disain penelitian ini crosssectional
menggunakan tiga data sekunder Dinkes Kota Bogor, tes kebugaran
menggunakan metode TKJI untuk usia 16-19 tahun. Sampel penelitian didapatkan
354 responden yang tersebar pada 18 sekolah. Pada analisis regresi logistik
ganda, ditemukan bahwa variabel jenis kelamin, status gizi, perilaku merokok dan
lingkar pinggang merupakan determinan kebugaran kardiorespirasi, dengan
variabel jenis kelamin yang dominan berhubungan dengan kebugaran
kardiorespirasi. Perlu dibuat program gerakan hidup aktif untuk penanganan
masalah gemuk dan obesitas agar adanya peningkatan kebugaran jasmani. Bagi
penelitian selanjutnya, perlu penggunaan metode pengukuran kebugaran TKJI
secara lengkap atau dengan metode pengukuran yang lain seperti single-test, dan
pengukuran aktivitas fisik yang lebih baik lagi.

Fitness is predictor of degenerative diseases, such as cardiovascular disease,
diabetes etc. Result on fitness test among high school students at Bogor, which
was conducted by the city district health office in 2014, mentioned that 91.29%
students were on poor fitness level. Smoking behavior, sex, nutritional status,
sport frequency, blood lipid, waist circumference and blood pressure were
estimated as determinant to fitness level, according to a report from Survei on
Adherence of Non-Smoking Area on School Area in 2014, there are 15.18% of
students were smoking. This research aims to see which factors are determinant to
student?s cardiorespiratory fitness in 18 high school at Bogor. Design of this
research was cross-sectional using three secondary data from Bogor District
Health Office, fitness test using the TKJI method for the age of 16-19 years.
Sample research obtained 354 respondents were scattered in 18 schools. On
multiple logistic regression analysis, it was found that sex, nutritional status,
smoking behavior and waist circumference are determinant to cardiorepiratory
fitness, with sex were the dominant variable associate with cardiorepiratory

"ABSTRAK
Tesis ini disusun untuk mengetahui apakah uji jalan dua menit dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif uji kebugaran kardiorespirasi pada anak dengan cerebral palsy atau palsi serebral ambulatori. Penelitian menggunakan desain potong lintang. Subjek anak dengan palsi serebral ambulatori diminta untuk melakukan uji jalan dua menit dan uji jalan enam menit pada hari yang berbeda. Analisis statistik dilakukan untuk menilai korelasi antara jarak tempuh uji jalan dua menit dan jarak tempuh uji jalan enam menit. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa uji jalan dua menit dan uji jalan enam menit mampu laksana pada anak dengan palsi serebral ambulatori, dengan penyesuaian khusus dalam teknis pelaksanaan. Rerata jarak tempuh uji jalan dua menit dan uji jalan enam menit masing-masing sebesar 47,87 + 28,54 m dan 134,33 + 80,27 m. Jarak tempuh uji jalan dua menit dan jarak tempuh uji jalan enam menit berkorelasi secara signifikan dengan tingkat korelasi yang sangat kuat (r = 0,920). Maka, uji jalan dua menit dapat dipertimbangkan sebagai alternatif uji kebugaran kardiorespirasi pada anak dengan palsi serebral ambulatori. Diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai validitas dan reliabilitas uji jalan dua menit subjek tersebut.

ABSTRACT
This thesis was aimed to know whether two-minute walking test can be used as an alternative to cardiorespiratory fitness tests in children with ambulatory cerebral palsy (CP). The design was cross sectional. Children with ambulatory CP performed two-minute walking test and six-minute walking test on different days. Statistical analysis was performed to assess the correlation between the two-minute walking distance and the six-minute walking distance. The results stated that the two-minute walking test and the six-minute walking test were feasible for children with ambulatory CP, provided that some modifications were made in procedures. The meanof the two-minute walking distance and the six-minute walking distancewere 47.87 + 28.54 m and 134.33 + 80.27 m respectively.There issignificant correlation between two-minute walking distance and six-minute walking distance with very strong level (r = 0.920). Thus, two-minute walking test can be considered as an alternative to cardiorespiratory fitness tests in children with ambulatory CP. "Tingkat kebugaran kardiorespiratori seseorang berhubungan dengan risiko kematian akibat penyakit kardiovaskular. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan status kebugaran kardiorespiratori berdasarkan status gizi (IMT dan persen lemak tubuh), aktivitas fisik, asupan gizi, dan perilaku merokok. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross-sectional. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan April hingga Juni tahun 2015 di Dinas Kesehatan Kota Depok. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 72 orang pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Kota Depok. Pengambilan data status kebugaran kardiorespiratori menggunakan 1 mile walk test, status gizi diukur dengan pengukuran antropometri, asupan gizi diperoleh dengan metode food recall 2 x 24 jam, aktivitas fisik diperoleh dengan GPAQ, dan perilaku merokok diperoleh melalui pengisian kuesioner. Analisis yang dilakukan adalah analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat. Analisis bivariat yang digunakan adalah uji chi-square, independent t-test, dan non-parametric test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 62,5% pegawai tidak bugar. Variabel yang memiliki perbedaan bermakna terhadap status kebugaran kardiorespiratori pada penelitian ini adalah IMT dan aktivitas fisik.

Cardiorespiratory fitness level of a person associated with the risk of death from cardiovascular disease. This study aims to determine differences in cardiorespiratory fitness status based on nutritional status (BMI and body fat percentage), physical activity, nutrient intake, and smoking behavior. This study used a cross-sectional study design. The study was conducted in April and June 2015 in Depok City Health Department. Respondents in this study were 72 employees of Depok City Health Department. Cardiorespiratory fitness status data was collected with an 1 mile walk test, nutritional status measured by anthropometric measurements, nutrient intake obtained by the method of food recall 2 x 24 hours, physical activity obtained by GPAQ, and smoking behavior was obtained through questionnaires. Analysis is conducted univariate and bivariate analyzes. Bivariate analysis used was chi-square test, independent t-test, and non-parametric test. The results showed that there were 62.5% of employees do not fit. Variables that have significant differences on the status of cardiorespiratory fitness in this study is BMI and physical activity.
