"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai bagaimana implementasi kebijakan pembangunan perumahan bagi masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah studi tentang Rusunawa Depok Di Kecamatan Cilangkap, Tapos, Kota Depok. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara dan studi kepustakaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan implementasi kebijakan pembangunan perumahan bagi MBR tentang program Rumah Susun Sederhana Sewa Rusunawa di Kota Depok. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah implementasi kebijakan pembangunan perumahan bagi masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah studi tentang program rusunawa Kota Depok yang berada di Kecamatan Tapos ini implementasi berdasarkan Peraturan Walikota Nomor 29 Tahun 2016 belum baik karena terdapat ketidaksesuaian peraturan dengan hasil temuan di lapangan. Implementasi tersebut dikatakan belum baik karena berdasarkan peraturan tersebut karena sasaran utama penghuni rusunawa yang tidak bersedia dipindahkan ke rusunawa, hak dan kewajiban dari pengelola belum dilaksanakan secara baik karena terdapat hambatan, hak dan kewajiban dari penghuni belum dilaksanakan secara baik, larangan yang masih dilakukan oleh penghuni seperti menyewa lebih dari satu unit dan membawa kendaraan beroda empat, pemberian sanksi dilakukan oleh pengelola rusunawa tetapi terdapat beberapa pelanggaran yang tidak dijatuhkan sanksi seperti membuat keributan, membawa kendaraan roda empat dan menyewa unit hunian lebih dari satu.

This research discusses about how the implementation of housing development for low income society study on Rusunawa Depok In Sub Cilangkap, Tapos, Depok City . This research discusses qualitative with data completion technique that is interview and literature study. Housing for MBR on Simple Rent Rusunawa rental program in Depok City The result of this research is the implementation of housing development policy for low income people study on Depok City housing program located in Tapos Subdistrict is implemented based on Mayor Regulation No. 29 of 2016 Not good because there is a mismatch of regulations with the findings in the field. The implementation mentioned is not good because based on the regulation because the main target of rusunawa residents who can not be moved to rusunawa, the rights and authority of the manager is not implemented properly because there are obstacles, rights and duties of the residents have not been implemented properly, the prohibition is still done by Residents such as renting more than one unit and carrying a four wheeled vehicle, the funding is done by the rusunawa manager but there are some that are not dijrown like making a commotion, bring four wheeled vehicles and more than one residential unit."

"Kemiskinan merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang harus diperhatikan dan diselesaikan oleh Pemerintah. Program Keluarga Harapan PKH merupakan salah satu upaya yang dilakukan dalam rangka pengentasan dan penanggulangan kemiskinan. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai implementasi Program Keluarga Harapan PKH di Kecamatan Tapos, Kota Depok, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan post-positivist dengan teknik pengumpulan data kualitatif.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Program Keluarga Harapan PKH di Kecamatan Tapos, Kota Depok, Provinsi Jawa Barat masih belum berjalan secara maksimal. Hal ini dikarenakan masih terdapatnya beberapa dimensi dari implementasi kebijakan publik yang belum dipenuhi dengan baik, meliputi standar dan sasaran kebijakan publik, sumber daya kebijakan publik, serta komunikasi antar-organisasi dan kegiatan-kegiatan pelaksana.
Dimensi standar dan sasaran kebijakan publik dikarenakan masih adanya permasalahan terkait penetapan sasaran yang dinilai belum tepat, serta KPM PKH yang sudah terintegrasi secara sistem di dalam administrasi database, namun belum mendapatkan ATM dan buku tabungan. Dimensi sumber daya kebijakan publik dikarenakan kurangnya pelatihan untuk SDM Pelaksana PKH, serta sarana dan prasarana yang dimiliki belum memadai.
Dimensi komunikasi antar-organisasi dan kegiatan-kegiatan pelaksana disebabkan belum maksimalnya penyediaan informasi dan sosialisasi, pertemuan kelompok, serta komunikasi dan koordinasi yang dilakukan oleh Pelaksana PKH di Kecamatan Tapos, Kota Depok, Provinsi Jawa Barat.

Poverty is one of the issues that must be addressed and resoved by the Government. Program Keluarga Harapan PKH is one the efforts made in the framework of poverty alleviation and eradication. This study discusses the implementation of Program Keluarga Harapan PKH in Tapos District, Depok Municipality, West Java Province. This research uses post positivist approach with qualitative data collection technique.
The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Program Keluarga Harapan PKH in Tapos Tapos District, Depok Municipality, West Java Province is still not running optimally. This is because there are still some dimensions of the implementation of public policy that have not been met well, including public policy standards and objectives, public policy resources, as well as inter organizational communication and implementing activities.
Public policy standards and objectives are still due to problems that are not accurately targeted, as well as KPM PKH that has been interated in the system in database administration, but has not received ATM and savings book. The dimension of public policy resources is due to the lack of training for human resources for implementing PKH, as well as the facilities.
The dimensions of inter organizational communication and implementing activities are not yet maximized in the provision of information and socialization, group meetings, and communication and coordination conducted by PKH executors in Tapos District, Depok Municipality, West Java Province.

"Perumahan adalah hal yang penting bagi masyarakat, karena berkaitan dengan kesejahteraan dan keamanan. Sayangnya, perumahan yang terjangkau tidak mudah diakses oleh publik, terutama kelompok berpenghasilan rendah. Pemerintah pusat telah meluncurkan Program Satu Juta Rumah pada tahun 2016 untuk kelompok berpenghasilan rendah.
Masalah perumahan adalah urusan bersama antara pemerintah pusat dan pemerintah daerah bersama pengembang yang akan membantu mereka menyediakan rumah. Fokus penelitian menjelaskan tentang perumahan publik bekerja pada satu juta perumahan di kota Depok.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan post-positivis dari dimensi implementasi kebijakan dari Malcolm Goggins, et.al (1990), yang terdiri dari bentuk dan isi kebijakan, kemampuan antar organisasi, dan kondisi yang mempengaruhi kebijakan. Dari ketiga dimensi tersebut, di analisis dengan wawancara mendalam dan studi literatur.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyediaan perumahan pada program Satu Juta Rumah di kota Depok masih memiliki beberapa masalah, seperti: tidak ada peraturan khusus untuk mengatur program, kinerja yang buruk antar organisasi, dan hubungan antar organisasi, ekonomi dan politik.

Housing is an important thing to the people, because it is related to daily life, welfare and security. Unfortunately, affordable housing cannot be easily accessed by public, especially low-income groups. The central government has been launched One-Million housing program in 2016 for low-income groups.
Housing issues are concurrent affair between central government and local government alongside the developer that will help them to provide houses. The focus of research explains about how public housing works on one-million housing in Depok City.
The research used a post-positivist approach from the dimensions of Malcolm Goggins, et.al policy implementation (1990), which are the content and form of policy, abilities of inter-organizations, and the conditions that affects the policy. From the three dimensions, the research analyzed with in-depth interview and study literature.
The result of research shows that the housing provision on one-million housing program in Depok City still have some problems, such as: there is no specific regulations to regulate the program, bad performance by the organizations, and the relations of inter-organizations, economics and politics.

"Studi ini mengungkap mengenai kebijakan publik Pemerintah Kota Depok terhadap penyediaan perumahan yang layak bagi MBR. Keterbatasan lahan merupakan suatu permasalahan tersendiri bagi pembangunan perumahan dan permukiman di perkotaan. Meningkatnya harga lahan dan perumahan mengakibatkan Masyarakat Berpenghasilan Rendah (MBR) tidak mampu memenuhi kebutuhan akan rumah yang layak.
Penelitian ini difokuskan pada aspek kebijakan Pemkot Depok terkait dengan keberpihakan pada MBR khususnya penyediaan perumahan yang layak bagi MBR. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kebijakan Pemda Kota Depok terhadap penyediaan kebutuhan perumahan yang layak bagi MBR.
Data dan informasi diperoleh melalui pengumpulan data sekunder yang berupa kebijakan-kebijakan yang berhubungan dengan perumahan, Rencana Tata Ruang, peta-peta dan wawancara serta survey dan pengambilan foro-foto. Evaluasi formal yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu evaluasi summative yaitu menggunakan undang-undang,dokumen-dokumen,program, dan wawancara untuk menganalisis kebijakan pemerintah terhadap penyediaan perumahan yang layak bagi MBR. Selain itu juga menggunakan pendekatan Teori Turner, Burgess dan Drakakis - Smith yaitu demand-supply dan pengaruh nilai guna/tukar terhadap rumah sebagai komoditas.
Dari analisis ditemukan bahwa dalam kebijakan publik yang dibuat oleh Pemkot Depok mengenai penyediaan perumahan yang layak bagi MBR masih belum terlihat nyata. Belum ada program-program yang jelas terhadap penyediaan perumahan bagi MBR. Program-program yang ada baru sebatas Rumah Tidak Layak Huni dan perbaikan sarana dan prasarana permukiman.
Pada akhirnya, hasil dari evaluasi ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa belum ada kebijakan yang jelas dan terarah mengenai penyediaan perumahan yang layak bagi MBR yang tertuang di dalam rencana, program dan kegiatan.

This study reveals the public policy regarding the provision of housing for Low Income People (MBR). The limitation of land itself is an issue for the supply of urban housing and settlements. The increased land and housing prices cause the low income community cannot afford a decent house.
This study focused on the policy aspect of Pemkot Depok about their favor on low income community especially on the supply of decent housing for them. This research aims to evaluate the Pemkot Depok policy on the supply of decent housing demand for low income community.
Information and data is gathered by the collection of secondary data, such as housing regulations, City Spatial Planning, maps, photos, interviews and surveys.This thesis is using summative evaluation for the formal evaluation. The summative evaluation include regulations, documents, governmental programs and interview to analyze the regulations concerning the providence of housing for the Low Income Society. A theory approach is also used the theory of Turner, Burgess and Drakaris-Smith about the supply-demand of housing and the influence of housing value as a commodity.
The analysis shows that there is still no real result in the public policy issued by the Pemkot Depok concerning the providence of housing for the Low Income People. The existing programs are limited to the improper livable house and the improvement of facilities and infrastructure of settlement.
In the end, the results of this evaluation can be concluded that there is no clear policy and direction regarding the provision of adequate housing for the MBR contained in the plans, programs and activities.

"Latar belakang: Laju penurunan Angka Kematian Bayi melambat sejak tahun 1991-2017. Enam puluh tiga persen kematian bayi terjadi pada periode neonatal dimana risiko kematian yang terjadi pada bayi yang tidak mendapatkan Pelayanan Kesehatan Neonatal Esensial adalah 18,56 kali lebih tinggi daripada bayi yang mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan tersebut. Puskesmas PONED X merupakan Puskesmas PONED satu-satunya di Kecamatan X, Kota Depok, dimana terdapat kesenjangan terbesar pada indikatorindikator terkait dengan Pelayanan Kesehatan Neonatal Esensial serta memiliki kebutuhan akan layanan yang besar berdasarkan jumlah persalinan, bayi lahir hidup dan pemanfaatan puskesmas untuk melakukan persalinan. Terkait hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan analisis kualitas penerapan Pelayanan Kesehatan Neonatal Esensial di Puskesmas PONED Kecamatan X.
Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan studi kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus yang dilakukan di Puskesmas PONED X pada bulan April-Mei 2020. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif dan telaah dokumen. Informan penelitian ini terdiri dari Kepala Puskesmas, Bidan Koordinator PONED, Bidan Koordinator KIA dan para Bidan Pelaksana PONED serta para Ibu dari neonatus yang mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan neonatal esensial di Puskesmas Kecamatan X.
Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jumlah, jenis dan kompetensi tenaga kesehatan yang masih kurang, persiapan alat dan bahan habis pakai yang belum lengkap, serta belum sesuainya pelaksanaan dalam perawatan neonatal esensial pada saat dan setelah lahir dengan standar pelaksanaan yang ditetapkan oleh Kementerian Kesehatan RI. Meskipun hasil indikator output menunjukkan ketercapaian yang sangat baik di 4 bulan pertama tahun 2020, akan tetapi dalam pelaksanaan proses pelayanannya, belum semua standar proses dilakukan sesuai Pedoman Pelayanan Kesehatan Neonatal Esensial Kementerian Kesehatan RI.
Kesimpulan dan Rekomendasi: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas penerapan Pelayanan Kesehatan Neonatal Esensial di Puskesmas PONED Kecamatan X masih kurang karena berdasarkan analisis komponen input, proses dan output, masih terdapat kekurangan baik terkait komponen input maupun proses penerapan layanan yang belum sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan oleh Kementerian Kesehatan RI. Penguatan pemenuhan komponen input dan penguatan manajemen serta kapasitas tenaga kesehatan dalam memahami dan melakukan proses Pelayanan Kesehatan Neonatal Esensial sesuai standar merupakan hal yang direkomendasikan.

Background: Decrease in Infant Mortality has slowed since 1991-2017. Sixty-three percent of infant deaths occur in the neonatal period where the risk of death that occurs in infants who do not get Essential Neonatal Health Services is 18.56 times higher than babies who receive these health services. X BEONC Primary Health Centre is the only BEONC Primary Health Centre in X Subdistrict, Depok City, where there is the largest gap of indicators related to Essential Neonatal Health Services in 2017 and has a large need for services based on the number of live births and utilization of childbirth services. This study aims to analyze the application of Essential Neonatal Health Services at BEONC Primary Health Center in X District.
Method: This research is a qualitative study with a case study design, conducted at the X BEONC Primary Health Centre in April-May 2020. Data collection was carried out by in-depth interviews, participatory observations and documents review. The informants of this research consisted of the Head of the Primary Health Centre, the BEONC Coordinating Midwife, the Maternal and Child (MnC) Coordinating Midwife, the BEONC Implementing Midwifes and the mothers of neonates who received Essential Neonatal Health Services at X BEONC Primary Health Centre.
Results: The results showed the number, type and competency of health workers were still lacking, preparation of equipment and consumables were incomplete, and incomplete implementation in essential neonatal care with the implementation standards set by the Indonesian Ministry of Health. Although the output indicator results show that indicators related Essential Neonatal Services have been very good in the first 4 months of 2020, but in the implementation of its services, not all process have been carried out in accordance with the Ministry of Health's Guidelines.
Conclusions and Recommendations: The results showed that the quality of implementation of essential neonatal health services at the PONED Puskesmas District X was still lacking, because based on an analysis of the input, process and output components, there are still shortcomings, related to the input component and the service implementation that do not meet the standards set by the Indonesian Ministry of Health. Strengthening the fulfillment of input components and strengthening management and the capacity of health workers in understanding and conducting the Essential Neonatal Health Service process according to standards is highly recommended.

"Skripsi ini membahas faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi implementasi program rehabilitasi Rumah Tidak Layak Huni di Kelurahan Mekarsari Kecamatan Cimanggis oleh Dinas Perumahan dan Permukiman Kota Depok dengan menggunakan konsep implementasi kebijakan publik dari George C. Edwards III (1980). Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah post positivist sehingga penelitian akan disusun dengan data, bukti, dan pertimbangan ilmiah yang mempunyai dasar teori dan bersifat logis. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan teknik pengumpulan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam dan studi kepustakaan (library research). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi rehabilitasi rumah tidak layak huni di Kelurahan Mekarsari Kecamatan Cimanggis oleh Dinas Perumahan dan Permukiman Kota Depok berdasarkan empat faktor yang mempengaruhi implementasi program menurut George Edwards III belum diterapkan dengan baik oleh para pelaksana. Terdapat permasalahan pada indikator kejelasan komunikasi dan tidak adanya SOP pada pelaksanaan program rehabilitasi rumah tidak layak huni. Saran yang dapat diberikan mengenai proses implementasi program Rehabilitasi Rumah Tidak Layak Huni di Kelurahan Mekarsari Kecamatan Cimanggis oleh Dinas Perumahan dan Permukiman Kota Depok adalah dengan memperbaiki beberapa kekurangan terkait dengan proses transmisi dalam mengkomunikasikan isi pesan kebijakan dan penerapan SOP pada pelaksanaan program rehabilitasi rumah tidak layak huni agar menciptakan keseragaman cara kerja antar pelaksana program.

This thesis discusses about the factors that affecting the implementation of the rehabilitation program for Uninhabitable Houses in Mekarsari Sub-District, Cimanggis District by the Depok City Housing and Settlements Department by using the concept of implementing public policies from George C. Edwards III (1980). The approach used in this research is post positivist so that the research will be arranged with data, evidence, and scientific considerations that have a theoretical basis and are logical. The data used in this study were obtained by qualitative collection techniques through in-depth interviews and library research. The results showed that the implementation of rehabilitation of uninhabitable houses in Mekarsari Subdistrict Cimanggis District by the Department of Housing and Settlements of the City of Depok based on four factors that influenced the implementation of the program according to George Edwards III had not been implemented well by the implementers. There are problems with communication clarity indicators and the absence of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) on the implementation of an uninhabitable housing rehabilitation program. Suggestions that can be given regarding the implementation process of the Uninhabitable Housing Rehabilitation Program in the Mekarsari Sub-District Cimanggis District by the Depok City Housing and Settlements Department is to correct some of the deficiencies associated with the transmission process in communicating the contents of the policy message and the application of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in the implementation of the uninhabitable housing rehabilitation program in order to create a uniformity way of working between program implementers.

"ABSTRAK
Angka kejadian KDRT pada perempuan dewasa terus meningkat setiap tahunnya.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran pengetahuan dan sikap
perempuan dewasa tentang KDRT di RW 10 Kelurahan Sukamaju Baru, Tapos,
Depok. Desain penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif sederhana dengan metode
analisis univariat. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 93 responden, ditentukan dengan
teknik quota sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 64,5% responden memiliki
pengetahuan kurang dan 54,8% responden memiliki sikap buruk tentang KDRT.
Pengetahuan kurang karena kurangnya sumber informasi, tidak berpengalaman,
dan finansial terbatas. Sikap buruk dipengaruhi pengalaman significant others,
budaya patriarki, dan keterbatasan akses media. Penyedia layanan kesehatan
hendaknya memberikan penyuluhan dan konseling mengenai KDRT.

ABSTRACT
The number of domestic violence to women increases every year. This study
purpose was to provide an overview about knowledge and attitudes of adult
women about domestic violence in RW 10, Sukamaju Baru Village, Tapos,
Depok. The research design was simple descriptive with univariate analysis
methods. Total samples were 93 respondents; determined by quota sampling
technique. The results showed 64.5% of respondents had low level of knowledge
and 54.8% of respondents have bad attitudes toward domestic violence. Less
knowledge caused by inadequate resources, experienced, and financial.
Significant others? experiences, patriarchy, and limited media access influence
bad attitude. To prevent domestic violence, the health service providers should
provide adequate health education."

"Proyek pembangunan sektor swasta awalnya hanya berpusat di Jakarta Raya, namun pembangunan skala besar mulai bergerak menuju lokasi pinggiran kota. Arus kapitalisme mampu mengubah lanskap wilayah Jabodetabek dari dominasi lahan perkampungan menjadi wilayah yang melayani real estate skala besar untuk kelas menengah ke atas. Kemunculan perumahan komersial menjadi tanda dari fase post-suburban yang mencapai Kecamatan Tapos. Walaupun terdapat beberapa jenis perumahan komersial yang tumbuh di Kecamatan Tapos, tetapi berdasarkan konteks lokalnya terdapat dinamika proses pengalihan hak atas tanahnya yang beragam di setiap tempat baik dari sekedar jual beli, tawaran tukar menukar, hingga adanya pemindahan terhadap warga ketika proses pembangunan perumahan. Faktor pendorong berupa pertumbuhan penduduk, harga tanah, dan jaringan jalan digunakan untuk membantu menjelaskan pengaruhnya terhadap persebaran dari jenis perumahan komersial yang tumbuh. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, hasil yang didapatkan adalah dalam 3 periode yang berbeda, perumahan komersial dengan ukuran besar lebih cenderung dibangun pada sebelum tahun 2000 dan awal periode 2000-2010 sedangkan hingga tahun 2022 perumahan kecil semakin menjamur. Namun, pertumbuhan perumahan menengah dah besar melibatkan proses akumulasi terkontestasi melalui pemindahan yang lebih kental dan mendalam dibandingkan perumahan kecil.

Private sector development projects were initially only centered in Greater Jakarta, but large-scale development is starting to move towards suburban locations. The flow of capitalism can change the landscape of the Jabodetabek area from being dominated by village land to an area that serves large-scale real estate for the upper middle class. The emergence of commercial housing is a sign of the post-suburban phase that has reached Tapos District. Even though there are several types of commercial housing growing in Tapos District, based on the local context, there are dynamics in the process of transferring land rights ownership that vary in each place, from just buying and selling agreement, exchange offering, to the displacement of residents during the housing development process. Driving factors in the form of population growth, land prices, and road networks are used to help explain their influence on the distribution of growing types of commercial housing. Using qualitative methods, the results obtained are that in 3 different periods, large commercial housing tends to be built before 2000 and the beginning of the 2000–2010 period, while until 2022 small housing is increasingly mushrooming. However, the growth of medium and large housing involves a deeper process of contested accumulation through displacement than small housing."

keperawatan komunitas dan keluarga selama 3 bulan. Sampel 20 lansia dari populasi 59 lansia
dengan risiko, 10 keluarga lansia, kader kesehatan dan penanggungjawab program lansia di
Puskesmas. Uji statistik menggunakan paired t test. Hasil uji menunjukan ada peningkatan
pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan kader, keluarga dan tenaga kesehatan tentang demensia,
serta pengaruh intervensi terhadap fungsi kognitif. Rerata MMSE pre intervensi = 22.30 (SD =
1.34) dan pot intervensi menjadi 27.10, SD = 1.83 (p value = 0,000 < α = 5%). Perbedaan
mean MMSE pre dan pos 4.8, SD=1.28 (p value = 0,000 < α = 5%). Implikasi; Program
CERDIK ASIK menjadi pilihan intervensi untuk lansia risiko demensia di masyarakat dan
dasar penelitian selanjutnya. Kesimpulannya, implementasi program CERDIK ASIK
meningkatkan fungsi kognitif secara signifikan. ABSTRACT
The prevalence of older people with dementia continues to grow , so seniors with the risk of dementia
must be prevented so not become dementia. GLO Gymnastics for 30 minutes three times a week,
combined with hobby activities, social interaction and support of family is able to maintain
cognitive functions of the elderly. The purpose of the innovation project was to see the
influence of CERDIK ASIK Activities, GLO gymnastics , social interaction and support of
Families on elderlies? cognitive function. The method selected was quasi experiments without
control by intervention of gymnastic GLO, nursing care of the community and the family for 3

"Tesis ini membahas implementasi Kebijakan Sekolah Ramah Anak yang ditetapkan oleh Kementerian Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak dan menganalisis faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasi Kebijakan Sekolah Ramah Anak di Kota Depok. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan lokus penelitian di SMPN 6 Depok dan SMPN 16 Depok. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan narasumber, studi kepustakaan, dokumen dan juga audio visual.
Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan Implementasi Kebijakan SRA belum berjalan dengan optimal dalam lingkup proses, hasil dan dampak. Faktor pendukung implementasi Kebijakan SRA adalah sikap dan komitmen sekolah yang kuat terhadap penerapan kebijakan SRA dengan deklarasi bersama seluruh sekolah depok dan terbentuknya Tim Pelaksana SRA di sekolah sedangkan faktor penghambat implementasi Kebijakan Sekolah Ramah Anak adalah (1) Hubungan antar organisasi belum terjalin baik dan kurangnya koordinasi antara Kementerian Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlidungan Anak, Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan, DPAMK, Disdik dan Sekolah; (2) belum ada tugas, fungsi dan tanggung jawab serta Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) yang jelas dalam Struktur Birokrasi Tim Pelaksana Kebijakan Sekolah Ramah Anak di Sekolah maupun Dinas terkait; (3) keterbatasan sumber daya. Dalam implementasi Kebijakan Sekolah Ramah Anak dibutuhkan kerjasama antara seluruh pihak baik pemerintah pusat dan daerah, sekolah dan masyarakat.

This thesis discusses the implementation of the child Friendly School policy set by the Ministry of Women Empowerment and child protection and analyzes supporting factors and barriers to implementing the child friendly School policy in Depok City. This research uses qualitative methods with a type of descriptive research with research locus at SMPN 6 Depok and SMPN 16 Depok. Data collection is done through in-depth interviews with interviewees, literature studies, documents and also audio visuals.
The results of this study illustrate the implementation of the CFS policy has not run optimally in the scope of processes, outcomes and impacts. Factors supporting the implementation of CFS policy is a strong school attitude and commitment to the application of CFS with the joint declaration of all schools Depok and the establishment of CFS implementation team in school while implementing inhibitory factor Child Friendly School policy is (1) the relationship between the Organization has not been established well and the lack of coordination between the Ministry of Women Empowerment and child protection, Ministry of Education and Culture, DPAMK, Disdik and school; (2) There is no duty, function and responsibility as well as the operational standard of procedures (SOP) that is clear in the bureaucracy structure of the implementation team of child friendly school policy in school or related office; (3) Resource limitation. In the implementation of the child friendly school policy requires cooperation between all parties both central and local governments, schools and communities.
