"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh financial self efficacy terhadap preferensi penggunaan produk perbankan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksplanatif dengan metode analisis binary logit model. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah penduduk DKI Jakarta berusia 17 sampai 60 tahun. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 200 responden yang tersebar di 5 kota administrasi di provinsi DKI Jakarta. Teknik penarikan sampel yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah secara quota sampling.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel independen financial self efficacy beserta ketiga indikatornya berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap preferensi penggunaan produk perbankan. Sedangkan secara parsial, financial self efficacy scale berpengaruh terhadap preferensi penggunaan saving product dan liabilities product, willingness to take financial risk hanya berpengaruh terhadap preferensi penggunaan saving product, dan financial literacy factors berpengaruh terhadap preferensi penggunaan saving product dan liabilities product.

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial self efficacy toward the preferences of using banking product. This research is an explanative research with binary logit model analysis method. The population in this study is citizens of DKI Jakarta aged 17 to 60 years. The sample is 200 respondents spread over 5 administrative areas in Jakarta. Sampling technique conducted in this research is quota sampling.
The results of this study indicate that the independent variable financial self efficacy and its three indicators significantly influence the preferences of using banking products. While partially, the financial self efficacy scale has an effect on the preference of using saving product and liabilities product, willingness to take financial risk only influence saving product preferences, and financial literacy factors influence the preference of saving product and liabilities product.

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis adanya pengaruh financial literacy terhadap financial wellbeing melalui mediasi financial self-efficacy pada generasi milenial di DKI Jakarta. Generasi milenial merupakan bagian yang signifikan dari populasi masyarakat produktif dan berada pada masa kritis dalam pengambilan keputusan keuangan dan kesejahteraan keuangan pribadi mereka. Pada penelitian ini financial literacy diukur melalui dimensi financial awareness, financial experience, dan financial skill. Variabel financial wellbeing diukur melalui dimensi financial preparedness for emergency, current money management stress, dan perceived financial security. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner ke 188 responden secara online. Data yang didapat pada penelitian diolah menggunakan software IBM SPSS dan AMOS 21 dengan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial melalui structural equation modeling. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara financial literacy terhadap financial wellbeing pada generasi milenial di DKI Jakarta. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa tidak ada efek mediasi variabel financial self efficacy pada pengaruh financial literacy terhadap financial wellbeing.

This study is aimed at analyzing the effect of financial literacy on financial wellbeing through the mediation of financial self-efficacy on the millennial generation in DKI Jakarta. The millennials formed a significant portion of productive-age demography, are in their critical period in financial decision-making which choices will impact their personal financial well-being. In this study, financial literacy is measured through the dimensions of financial awareness, financial experience, and financial skills. The financial wellbeing variable is measured through the dimensions of financial preparedness for emergencies, current money management stress, and perceived financial security. This research uses a quantitative approach whereby data is collected by distributing online questionnaires to 188 respondents. The data obtained in the study were processed using IBM SPSS software and AMOS 21 with descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis through structural equation modeling. The results found that there is a positive influence between financial literacy on financial wellbeing in the millennial generation in DKI Jakarta. In addition, it was found that there was no mediating effect of financial self-efficacy variables on the effect of financial literacy on financial wellbeing."

"Penelitian ini didasari oleh fenomena meningkatnya pendapatan masyarakat Indonesia pada beberapa tahun terkakhir, namun intensi menabung masyarakat justru cenderung menurun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan dan financial self-efficacy terhadap intensi menabung pada karyawan dewasa muda. Pengukuran literasi keuangan dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat ukur Tes Pengetahuan Keuangan (Sjabadhyni dkk, 2016), pengukuran financial self-efficacy dilakukan menggunakan Financial Self-Efficacy Scale (Lown, 2011), dan pengukuran intensi menabung dikembangkan dari Ladhari dan Michaud (2015). Partisipan berjumlah 434 karyawan dewasa muda yang diperoleh melalui teknik accidental sampling.
Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari literasi keuangan dan financial self-efficacy secara bersama-sama terhadap intensi menabung (F=8.964, p < 0.01). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, peneliti menyarankan karyawan dewasa muda untuk mampu meningkatkan literasi keuangan dan financial self-efficacy agar dapat membuat keputusan keuangan dengan lebih baik, misalnya keputusan untuk menabung di bank.

This study was based on the phenomenon towards the rising income that Indonesian citizens have recieved in recent years, but the intention of saving is likely to decline. This study was conducted to find out the influence of financial literacy and financial self-efficacy on saving intention among young adult employees. Financial literacy was measured using Tes Pengetahuan Keuangan (Sjabadhyni dkk, 2016), financial self-efficacy was measured using Financial Self-Efficacy Scale (Lown, 2011), and saving intention scale was developed from Ladhari and Michaud (2015). The participants of this study were 434 young adult employees, which were obtained through accidental sampling technique.
The main result shows that there are significant influence of financial literacy and financial self-efficacy on saving intention (F=8.964, p < 0.01). Based on this result, it is suggested for young adult employees to improve their financial literacy and financial self-efficacy in order to make financial decision better, like the decision to saving in the bank.

"Persaingan antar perusahaan saat ini sudah semakin ketat dan perusahaan membutuhkan karyawan dengan komitmen organisasi yang tinggi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melihat hubungan dua faktor individu, yaitu general self- efficacy dan organizational mobility preferences terhadap komitmen afektif pada karyawan swasta. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah 143 karyawan swasta yang bekerja di berbagai sektor industri di wilayah Jakarta. Komitmen afektif diukur menggunakan Affective Commitment Scale, New General Self-Efficacy Scale digunakan untuk mengukur general self-efficacy, dan organizational mobility preferences diukur dengan Boundaryless Career Attitudes Scale.
Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara general self-efficacy r = .21, p < .05 dan komitmen afektif serta hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara organizational mobility preferences dan komitmen afektif r = - .37, p < .01 . Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa individu dengan general self- efficacy yang tinggi memiliki komitmen afektif yang juga tinggi. Sebaliknya, individu dengan organizational mobility preferences yang tinggi memiliki komitmen afekktif yang rendah. Penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa organizational mobility preferences ? = -.34, p < .05 memiliki pengaruh lebih kuat terhadap komitmen afektif dibandingkan general self-efficacy ? = .12, p < .05 . Pembahasan dan saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya didiskusikan.

Today, the competition among companies are tighter, and companies need employees with high organizational commitment. This research aims to examine the relations between two individual factors, which is general self efficacy and organizational mobility preferences, with affective commitment of private employees. Participants of this research are 143 private employees who work in various sectors in the Jakarta area. Affective commitment was measured using Affective Commitment Scale, general self efficacy was measured by New General Self Efficacy Scale, and organizational mobility preferences measured using Boundaryless Career Attitudes Scale.
The result of this study proves that there is a significant positive correlation between general self efficacy r .21, p .05 and affective commitment, and also a significant negative correlation between organizational mobility preferences r .37, p .01 and affective commitment. It implies that people with high general self efficacy also have high affective commitment. In contrast, people with high organizational mobility preferences have low affective commitment. This research also found that organizational mobility preferences .34, p .01 had stronger impact to affective commitment than general self efficacy .12, p .05 . Discussion and suggestion for further research are discussed.

"Tingginya turnover intention dan rendahnya task performance menjadi permasalahan di perusahaan yang harus ditangani dan dapat diselesaikan oleh tingginya support dari supervisor yang dirasakan serta keyakinan yang tinggi terhadap diri sendiri selama bekerja (self efficacy). Kedua permasalahan tersebut dapat dialami oleh seluruh karyawan, terutama karyawan generasi Z. Maka dari itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari perceived supervisor support terhadap employees turnover intention dan task performance dengan self efficacy sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan di DKI Jakarta. Dengan tujuan eksplanatif, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara daring kepada 253 responden Generasi Z yang bekerja sebagai karyawan di DKI Jakarta yang didapatkan dengan menggunakan teknik penarikan data non-probability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling. Penelitian ini melakukan teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan hierarchical multiple regression. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh perceived supervisor support terhadap turnover intention dan juga terdapat pengaruh perceived supervisor support terhadap task performance pada karyawan di DKI Jakarta. Selain itu, self efficacy juga terbukti menjadi variabel mediasi antara perceived supervisor support terhadap turnover intention dan perceived supervisor support terhadap task
High turnover intention and low task performance are problems in the company that must be handled and can be solved by the perceived high support from supervisors and high confidence in themselves during work (self efficacy). Both of these problems can be experienced by all employees, especially generation Z employees. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of perceived supervisor support on employees turnover intention and task performance with self-efficacy as a mediating variable for employees in DKI Jakarta. With an explanatory purpose, this study uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires distributed online to 253 Generation Z respondents who work as employees in DKI Jakarta which were obtained using a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling. This study uses data analysis techniques using hierarchical multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of perceived supervisor support on turnover intention and there is also an effect of perceived supervisor support on task performance for employees in DKI Jakarta. In addition, self-efficacy is also proven to be a mediating variable between perceived supervisor support on turnover intention and perceived supervisor support on task performance for Generation Z employees in DKI Jakarta."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan mengenai pengaruh dari personal financial literacy terhadap personal financial behavior. Indikator personalfinancial literacy yang digunakan menurut Lusardi dan Mitchell, yang terdiri dari tiga dimensi, yaitu numeracy, inflation, dan risk diversification. Sedangkan indikator personal financial behavior menggunakan alat ukur Brent A. Marsh. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif perguruan tinggi negeri di bawah wilayah koordinasi Kementerian Riset, Teknologi, dan Pendidikan Tinggi, khususnya daerah Jakarta, Bogor, dan Depok. Analisis statistik regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari personal financial literacy terhadap personal financial behavior, sehingga ditolak dan diterima, artinya semakin tinggi tingkat personal financial literacy maka akan semakin baik pula personal financial behavior. Dengan demikian, mahasiswa perlu meningkatkan personal financial literacy agar memiliki personal financial behavior semakin baik.

This research explains the effect of personal financial literacy on personal financial behavior. Personal financial literacy indicator used by Lusardi and Mitchell, which consists of three dimensions, numeracy, inflation, and risk diversification. While the indicator personal financial behavior was developed from Brent A. Marsh`s. Respondents in this study are active college students under the coordination area of the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education, especially Jakarta, Bogor and Depok areas. Simple linear regression statistical analysis shows that personal financial literacy has a significant effect on personal financial behavior, so is rejected and accepted, which means, the higher level of personal financial literacy and personal financial behavior will also better. Therefore, college students need to improve their personal financial literacy in order to have a better personal financial behavior."

"Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah literasi keuangan syariah dan indikatornya yaitu pengetahuan, kemampuan dan keyakinan diri berpengaruh signifikan secara bersama-sama dan secara parsial terhadap preferensi penggunaan jasa keuangan syariah. Dengan demikian, berdasarkan literasi keuangan dapat diketahui preferensi konsumen dalam menggunakan jasa keuangan syariah. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif sedangkan metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis regresi binary logistik. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan metode penyebaran kuesioner kepada pengguna dan non pengguna jasa keuangan syariah yang tersebar di Jakarta dengan periode April hingga Mei 2014. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan syariah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap preferensi penggunaan jasa keuangan syariah. Dalam pengujian lebih lanjut, indikator pengetahuan berpengaruh secara parsial signifikan terhadap preferensi penggunaan jasa keuangan syariah, adapun indikator kemampuan dan keyakinan diri tidak mempengaruhi preferensi penggunaan jasa keuangan syariah.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the Islamic financial literacy and the indicator as the knowledge, ability or skills and the confidence have a significant effect together and partially to the preferences of using the Islamic financial services. Thus, financial literacy can be determined by consumer preferences in using the services of Islamic financial institutions. This type of research is descriptive research, while the method of analysis used in this study is the method of binary logistic regression analysis. The data used is primary data by the method of distributing questionnaires to users and non-users of Islamic financial services in Jakarta spread to the period April to May 2014. The results of this study indicate that Islamic financial literacy significantly influence preference use Islamic financial services. In further testing, the knowledge indicator is partially significant toward the preferences of the use of Islamic financial services, as for indicators of ability and confidence does not affect the preferences of the use of Islamic financial services.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh antara financial literacy dan risky credit behavior dengan mediasi financial self-efficacy dan moderasi financial stress. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling menggunakan survei online kepada mahasiswa yang pernah menggunakan metode pembayaran paylater. Sebanyak 120 responden terkumpul yang kemudian diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi dengan menggunakan SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa financial literacy signifikan berpengaruh negatif terhadap risky credit behavior mahasiswa. Selanjutnya, subjective financial literacy memiliki efek negatif yang lebih besar daripada objective financial literacy terhadap risky credit behavior. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa efek moderasi dari financial stress berhasil mempengaruhi hubungan antara subjective financial literacy dan risky credit behavior namun peranan efek moderasi terhadap objective financial literacy belum terlihat signifikansinya. Selanjutnya, financial self-efficacy signifikan memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara subjective financial literacy dan risky credit behavior namun tidak memediasi hubungan pada objective financial literacy.

 


This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy on risky credit behavior with financial self-efficacy as an mediating variables and financial stress as an moderating variables. Data collection was carried out by purposive sampling method using online surveys to students who had used the paylater payment method. A total of 120 respondents were collected which were then processed and analyzed using the regression method using SPSS 26. The results showed that financial literacy had a significant negative effect on the risky credit behavior of students. Furthermore, subjective financial literacy has a greater negative effect than objective financial literacy on risky credit behavior. This study also finds that the moderating effect of financial stress has succeeded in influencing the relationship between subjective financial literacy and risky credit behavior, but the role of the moderating effect on objective financial literacy has not been shown to be significant. Furthermore, financial self-efficacy partially partially mediates the relationship between subjective financial literacy and risky credit behavior but does not mediate the relationship on objective financial literacy.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat organizational citizenship behavior, self-efficacy, komitmen organisasi, dan kepemimpinan yang melayani di Dinas Pendidikan DKI Jakarta, serta untuk mengetahui apakah self-efficacy dan komitmen organisasi memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan yang melayani terhadap organizational citizenship behavior di Dinas Pendidikan DKI Jakarta. Responden penelitian adalah 113 pegawai Dinas Pendidikan DKI Jakarta pada berbagai bidang dan tingkatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis causal step yang dikembangkan oleh Baron dan Kenny (1986) untuk menentukan mediasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa organizational citizenship behavior dan self-efficacy termasuk dalam kategori tinggi, sedangkan komitmen organisasi dan kepemimpinan yang melayani termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan self-efficacy memediasi penuh pengaruh kepemimpinan yang melayani terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Sedangkan, komitmen organisasi memediasi parsial pengaruh kepemimpinan yang melayani terhadap organizational citizenship behavior.

This study aims to determine the level of organizational citizenship behavior, self-efficacy, organizational commitment, and servant leadership in Jakarta Education Office, and determine whether self-efficacy and organizational commitment mediates the effect of servant leadership towards organizational citizenship behavior in Jakarta Education Office. The respondents were 113 employees of Jakarta Education Office in various fields and levels. This study uses causal step analysis developed by Baron and Kenny (1986) to determine the mediation. The results showed that organizational citizenship behavior and self-efficacy are in the high category, whereas organizational commitment and servant leadership are in the medium category. In addition, the results showed that self-efficacy completely mediates the effect of servant leadership towards organizational citizenship behavior, while organizational commitment partially mediates the effect of servant leadership on organizational citizenship behavior."

"Inovasi menjadi hal yang krusial bagi keberlangsungan perusahaan. Innovative work behavior adalah bentuk perilaku karyawan yang dapat menginisiasi inovasi. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang dapat memengaruhi innovative work behavior, diantaranya adalah job autonomy dan work engagement. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh job autonomy terhadap innovative work behavior melalui work engagement sebagai variabel mediasi dan dimoderasi oleh creative self-efficacy pada karyawan sektor perikalanan di DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara daring. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap sektor periklanan di DKI Jakarta, dimana terdapat 184 responden yang diperoleh menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data SEM-PLS dengan data yang diolah menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS Statistic 26 dan SmartPLS 4. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara job autonomy terhadap innovative work behavior. Hasil juga menunjukan bahwa seluruh variabel memiliki pengaruh langsung yang positif dan signifikan antar satu sama lain. Selain itu, hasil juga mengonfirmasi pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara job autonomy terhadap innovative work behavior melalui mediasi work engagement. Namun, peran moderasi creative self-efficacy dalam penelitian ini ditemukan tidak signifikan dan tidak dapat memperkuat pengaruh antar variabel.

Innovation is crucial for company sustainability. Innovative work behavior is a form of employee behavior that can initiate innovation. Several factors can influence innovative work behavior, including job autonomy and work engagement. This research aims to analyze the influence of job autonomy on innovative work behavior through work engagement as a mediating variable and moderated by creative self-efficacy on advertising sector employees in DKI Jakarta. This research was carried out with a quantitative approach using online questionnaires. The object of this research is permanent employees of the advertising sector in DKI Jakarta, with 184 respondents obtained using purposive sampling techniques. This research uses SEM-PLS data analysis techniques with data processed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 26 and SmartPLS 4 software. The results show a positive significant influence between job autonomy and innovative work behavior. The results also show that all variables have a positive and significant direct influence on each other. Furthermore, the results also confirm the positive and significant influence of job autonomy on innovative work behavior through the mediation role of work engagement. However, creative self-efficacy role as a moderating variable in this study was found to be insignificant and could not strengthen the influence between variables."
